Obesity Factors on The Incidence of Joint Pain of Elderly
Aging is a process that will be experienced by humans according to the cycle of growth and development. Changes both physically and psychologically often cause disorders and health problems that must be resolved. Problems with the physical aspect of the elderly, one of which is a decrease in musculoskeletal function, especially in the joints, often manifest the appearance of joint pain. The presence of joint cartilage damage due to inflammation, as well as an increase in the load on the joints due to excess body weight (obesity) is other factors that often arise. The hip, lumbal, cervical and knee joints are the parts that support the body's weight, so they experience the most problems. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between obesity and the incidence of knee joint pain in the elderly. The design of the study was correlational analytic with a cross sectional approach. The sampling was purposive sampling with 50 respondents as the sample. The instrument used was an observation sheet to measure the respondent's obesity variable and to determine the presence of joint pain using an interview form. The measurement results were then processed and bivariate analysis was carried out using the chi square test. The results of the research analysis Showed the value of p = 0.004 and α = 0.05, this meant that p < 0.05, so there was a correlation between the level of obesity and the occurrence of joint pain. This was because not only age but also  increasing body weight cause joint paint.  The ability of the knee joint to support the body as a whole was getting heavier due to friction of the joint cartilage. From these studies, it can be concluded that in the elderly, excess body weight can affect to the ability of bones and joints and result in joint pain. The health workers should support the elderly so that the elderly avoid the stress

Barriers and Supports in Empowering Parents Care for Children with Cancer
Cancer that occurs in children does not only affect children, but also parents. Parents experience anxiety, stress, fear of losing their children, and helplessness in caring for their children, so that parents are less than optimal in caring for their children. Parent empowerment can increase parents' knowledge, confidence, and ability to care for their children. Previous research found several obstacles to parent empowerment carried out by nurses so that parent empowerment was not optimal in its implementation. Knowing barriers and supports in implementation of parent empowerment in caring for children with cancer can support implementation of parent empowerment to be more optimal. The purpose of this study was to explore barriers and supports in parent empowerment in caring for children with cancer based on the nurse's perception. Reduction Blood Pressureby Neck Massage Therapy Using Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) and Dry Cupping Therapy
Hypertension is a non-communicable disease which increases every year, with the increasing incidence of Hypertension will have an impact on society, namely a decrease in health status which results in a decrease in the quality of life. Management of hypertension can be done with non-pharmacological therapy, one of the non-pharmacological therapies chosen by the community, namely complementary therapy, neck massage therapy using VCO and cupping is a complementary therapy that aims to reduce hypertension. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The sample in this study 16 respondents were given neck massage therapy with VCO and 16 respondents were given dry cupping therapy. The data analysis used was the Spearman rank because the data were not normally distributed. Before being given neck massage therapy with a mean VCO, systolic blood pressure was 156.25, diastolic blood pressure was 87.50 after being given a mean value of 124.38 and diastolic 81.25 with a systolic p value of 0.000 while for diastolic blood pressure of 0.008. Whereas in the group given dry cupping therapy systolic blood pressure with a mean of 158.82 and diastole a mean of 90.59, after being given dry cupping therapy, systolic blood pressure was 124.71 while diastole was 78.82 with a systolic p value of 0.000 and diastole of 0.009. The difference in blood pressure in the two interventions for the system p value was 0.968 while for diastole the p value was 0.625, which means there was no difference between the two interventions. So it can be concluded that both neck massage therapy with VCO and dry cupping therapy can reduce blood pressure in patients with hypertension
The Description of Lipid Profile on Injectable DMPA Contraception Acceptors in Public Health Center Banjarsengon, Jember District
Injectable DMPA contraception can cause changes in lipoprotein metabolism. Changes in fat metabolism occur because of the hormonal influence of progesterone, causing disruption of the balance of lipid profiles in the body. The change in serum lipid profile (trgliseride, total cholesterol, HDL and LDL) in long-term use of DMPA is a risk factor for atherosclerosis and cardiovascular disease. The purpose of this study was to look at the description of the lipid profile at 3 months injection acceptors. The design of the study was descriptive. The population in this study was 76, the number of samples that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria in this study was 30. Examination of the lipid profile was carried out with an enzymatic colorimetric (cholesterol oxidase method / CHOD PAP). The results of lipid profile examination showed that 13.33% had high cholesterol levels, 3.33% had high triglyceride levels, 13.33% had high HDL levels, 20% had high LDL levels and 3.33% have very high LDL levels. The conclusion of this study was long term use of DMPA injection contraception could cause changes in the lipid profile, so it is recommended for acceptors who want to use contraception in the long term to use MKJP as an option so as not to affect the fat profile in the body

Anthropometric Parameters among Children Under 6 Years with Stunting
Anthropometric measurement is a quantitative measurement as a nutritional status and can describe composition of the body. Stunting is when children have a low height-for-age. There are potential causes of stunting in Indonesia, including factor maternal nutritional status, breastfeeding practice, complementary feeding practice, exposure to infection, and related distal determinants such as education, dietary pattern, health care, and water sanitation hygiene. The objective of the research was to assess the association between gender, age and anthropometric parameters (weight-for-age, weight-for-height, body mass index for age) among children-under-six-years with stunting. The research used a cross sectional method which used documentation research of gender, weight, height or length and age reports of 25.158 children under six years. The anthropometric parameters of the children were categorized using weight-for-age (WAZ), weight-for-height (WHZ), body mass index for age. This research used spearman rank test and binary logistic regression to analyze association between gender, age, weight-for-age, weight-for-height, body mass index for age, and height or length-for-age. Results: There were male 14.027 (55.8%), 2-6 years 15.789 (62.8%), with normal anthropometric parameter (weight- for-age, weight-for-height, and body mass index for age in stunted children. There was no significantly correlation between the children's gender and height-for-age (ï¡=0.096) and OR 0.993 (0.933- 1.056). Furthermore, there was low significantly correlation between age, anthropometric parameter (weight-for-age WAZ, weight-for-height WHZ and body mass index for age) with height-for-age (ï¡=0.000). Stunted children who had normal nutritional status were 0.469 times more likely to experience stunting
The Frequency of Antenatal Care with The Risk of Failure to Breastfeeding for Infants Aged 3-6 Months
Antenatal care during pregnancy has an influence on fetal growth and a mother's readiness to prepare for labor and breastfeeding. Failure to provide exclusive breastfeeding can have a potential death impact on children, because exclusive breastfeeding is the basis for children's survival and children's health because of the irreplaceable nutritional content of breast milk for children's growth and development. This study aimed to determine the correlation between ANC frequency and the risk of breastfeeding failure to infants aged 3-6 months. The study method used Analytical Study with the Case Control approach. The sample in this study was 20 mothers who had babies aged 3 months and were divided into 2 groups, namely the case group and the control group with purposive sampling technique. In this study, cases and controls were not matched. The data analysis used the Fisher Extact test and the odds ratio of case exposure was indicated by a value of Ï <0.05 and an OR value> 1 to determine the amount of risk that occurred in the variable. The results showed that there was no correlation between ANC frequency and failure to administer breast milk for infants aged 3-6 months. The frequency of ANC that was incomplete could have a risk of failure of breastfeeding in infants aged 3-6 months by 2.333 times compared to mothers with the frequency of complete ANC. It is hoped that this study can be continued by paying attention to confounding factors and seeing the correlation between variables
