PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA
This research was aimed to determine the effect of compensation and motivation to work on job satisfaction. The method used was descriptive approach verification of ex post facto and surveys. The population was the employees of Cendrawasih Market of Metro City who already have been working more than one year. The population were 94 employees and 76 employees for the sample, in which amount of population was determined by the Cochran formula. Probability techinique and simple random sampling was used in this research. Hypothesis testing used simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) There is a compensation effect on job satisfaction. (2) There is a work motivation influence on job satisfaction. (3) There is an influence of education compensation and motivation to work on job satisfaction.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu karyawan toko Pasar Cendrawasih Kota Metro yang sudah bekerja lebih dari satu tahun. yaitu berjumlah 94 karyawan dan sampel 76 karyawan yang ditentukan dengan rumus Cochran. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu probability sampling menggunakan simple random sampling. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier multipel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ada pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja. (2) Ada pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. (3) Ada pengaruh pendidikan kompensasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja.Kata kunci: kepuasan kerja, kompensasi, motivasi kerj
TWO STAY TWO STRAY DAN TIME TOKEN TERHADAP KECAKAPAN HIDUP DENGAN PENUGASAN
The purpose of this research was to find out the difference of life skill, the interaction of the use of cooperative learning model of Two Stay Two Stray (TS-TS) and Time Token (TT) type by considering the techniques of task. Research methodology used in this research was experiments with comparative approach. The experimental methods were divided into two, which were true experiment and quasi experiment. The methodology that was used in this research was quasi experiment. Data collection was done, by using observation. The data which were collected by observation were analyzed by using calculation. Based on analysis of the data, it obtained the result that there is a difference in life skill and the interaction of the use of cooperative learning model of Two Stay Two Stray (TS-TS) and Time Token (TT) type by considering the task technique.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan kecakapan hidup (life skill), interaksi penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Two Stay Two Stray (TS-TS) dan Time Token (TT) dengan memperhatikan teknik penugasan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian eksperimen dengan pendekatan komparatif. Metode eksperimen dibedakan menjadi dua, yaitu eksperimen murni (True Eksperimen) dan eksperimen semu (Quasi Eksperimen). Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen semu (quasi eksperimen). Pengumpulan data dilakukan observasi. Data yang terkumpul melalui observasi diolah dengan perhitungan manual. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil bahwa ada perbedaan kecakapan hidup (life skill) dan interaksi penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TS-TS dan TT dengan memperhatikan teknik penugasan.Kata kunci: kecakapan hidup (life skill), time token, two stay two stray, teknik penugasa
PENGARUH EFIKASI DIRI, KECERDASAN ADVERSITAS, MOTIVASI BELAJAR TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR
This study aimed to determine the effect of self efficacy, adversity quotient, and motivation of study to the economic learning result. The method used was descriptive verification with ex post facto and surveys approach. The population in this study were all the students of class XI IPS consist of 154 students and the sample was 108 students which were determined by the Cochran formula. The sampling technique was probability sampling by using simple random sampling. The hypothesis testing used simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results showed that: There was an impact of self efficacy on the results to the economic learning result. There was an impact of adversity quotient to the economic learning result. There was an impact of motivation of study to the economic learning result. There was an impact together of self efficacy, adversity quotient, and motivation of study to the economic learning result.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri, kecerdasan adversitas , dan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA DENGAN MEMPERHATIKAN KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN
This study aimed to determine the influence of compensation and work motivation to the labor productivity by taking into employee satisfaction of Perum DAMRI Lampung. The population in this study amounted to 169 employees. Sampling technique was using Non Probability Sampling using simple random sampling technique. The sample in this study amounted to 115 employees. Unit analysis was using linear regression and Path Analysis. The research subjects were the employee of Antar Kota dalam Propinsi of Perum DAMRI Lampung. The method used in this research was descriptive verification, ex post facto approach and survey method. The results showed that there was an influence compensation, work motivation and employee satisfaction to labor productivity both directly and indirectly.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada pengaruh kompensasi , motivasi kerja dan Kepuasan kerja karyawan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan Perum DAMRI Lampung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 169 karyawan. Teknik sampling dengan menggunakan Non Probability Sampling dengan menggunakan Teknik Simple Random Sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 115 karyawan. Unit analisisdengan menggunakan Regresi Linier dan Path Analysis. Subjek penelitian yaitu karyawan Antar Kota Dalam Propinsi Perum DAMRI Lampung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif verifikatif,dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan metode survey. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan:bahwa ada pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi kerja dan Kepuasan kerja karyawan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan baik secaralangsung maupun secara tidak langsung.Kata kunci: kompensasi, motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja dan produktivitas kerja karyawan
PENGARUH CITRA MEREK, KUALITAS PELAYANAN, LOKASI, FAKTOR PRIBADI TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN KONSUMEN
This study was aimed to find out the influence of grand image, service quality, location, and privacy factor on purchasing decision. The method used was verificative descriptive using ex post facto approach and survey. The populations in this research were the consumers of KFC Gelael Bandar Lampung and166 samples from consumers determined by the Tuckman formula. Sampling method used was nonprobability sampling by using accidental sampling technique. The hypothesis testing used was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The result showed that (1) there was an influence of grand image on purchasing decisions, (2) there was an influence of service quality on purchasing decision, (3) there was an influence of location on purchasing decision, (4) there was an influence of privacy factor on purchasing decision, (5) there was an influence of grand image, service quality, location, and privacy factor on purchasing decision.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra merek (grand image), kualitas pelayanan, lokasi dan faktor pribadi terhadap keputusan pembelian. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu konsumen KFC Gelael Bandar Lampung dan sampel 166 konsumen yang ditentukan dengan rumus tuckman. Metode penetapan sampel yaitu nonprobability sampling dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier multipel. PENGARUH KESIAPAN, DISIPLIN, DAN AKTIVITAS BELAJAR TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR EKONOMI
This study aimed to determine the effect of readiness, discipline, and learning activies toward the economic learning result. The method used was descriptive verification with ex post facto and surveys approach. The population in this study were all the students of X class consist of 129 students and the sample was 98 students who were determined by the Slovin formula. The sampling technique was probability sampling by using simple random sampling. The hypothesis testing used simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results showed that: There was an impact of readiness on the results of the economic learning result. There was an impact of disipline on the economic learning result. There was an impact of learning activies towards the economic learning result. There was an impact together of self readiness, discipline, and learning activies towards the economic learning result.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesiapan, disiplin, dan aktivitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK, HARGA, LOKASI, WORD OF MOUTH COMMUNICATION TERHADAP MINAT BELI
This study was aimed to find out the influence of product quality, price, location, and word of mouth communication on buying interest. The method used was verificative descriptive using ex post facto approach and survey. The populations in this research were the consumers of CV. Cahaya Jati Sukarame Bandar Lampung and 94 samples from consumers determined by the Slovin formula. Sampling method used was nonprobability sampling by using puposive sampling technique. The hypothesis testing used was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The result showed that (1) there was an influence of product quality on buying interest, (2) there was an influence of price on purchasing decision buying interest, (3) there was an influence of location on buying interest, (4) there was an influence of word of mouth communication on buying interest, (5) there was an influence of product quality, price, location, and word of mouth on communication buying interest.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, lokasi, dan word of mouth communication terhadap minat beli. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu konsumen CV. METODE MENGAJAR GURU DAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR MELALUI AKTIVITAS BELAJAR
This study aimed to determine whether there is an influence of students' perceptions about the methods of teaching and learning motivation on learning outcomes of the economy through learning activities. This method used descriptive method approach verification ex post facto and surveys. The data collection technique was path analysis. The research showed that, there are significant influence of: 1. Perception of students on teaching methods to the learning activity 2. Motivation towards learning activities 3. Relationship of students' perception on teaching methods and motivation 4. Perceptions of students on teaching methods on learning outcomes 5. Motivation for learning outcomes 6 . KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KRITIS MODEL SCAFFOLDING DAN PROBLEM BASED INSTRUCTION MEMPERHATIKAN GAYA BELAJAR
The purpose of this research was to know the difference of critical thinking skils, the interaction of the use of cooperative learning model of Scaffolding and Problem Based Instruction by considering the student's learning style. Research methodology used in this research was experiments with comparative approach. The experimental methods were divided into two, which is true experiment and quasi experiment. The methodology that was used in this research was quasi experiment. Data collection was done, by using test. The data which were collected by test of critical thinking skills were analyzed by using SPSS program. Based on analysis of the data, it obtained the result that there is a difference in critical thinking skills and the interaction of the use of cooperative learning model of Scaffolding type and Problem Based Intruction by considering the student's learning style.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan kemampuan berpikir kritis, interaksi penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Scaffolding dan PBI (Problem Based Instruction) dengan memperhatikan gaya belajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian eksperimen dengan pendekatan komparatif. KETERAMPILAN SOSIAL MENGGUNAKAN MODEL VCT DAN SCAFFOLDING DENGAN POLA ASUH ORANG TUA
This research was motivated by lack of social skills at class VIII SMP Al - Kautsar Bandar Lampung. This study aimed to compare between models of cooperative learning Value Clarification Technique and Scaffolding to improve social skills by considering parenting of parents on students. The method used was a quasi experiment with a comparative approach. The study design used treatment by level. Sampling of this study was using cluster random sampling technique. The technique of collecting data through observation and questionnaires. Hypothesis testing was using two-way analysis of variance and t-test of two independent samples. The data which were collected by observation of social skills were analyzed by using SPSS program. Based on analysis of the data, it obtained the result that there is a difference in social skills and the interaction of the use of cooperative learning model of VCT and Scaffolding by considering the parenting of parents.Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya keterampilan sosial siswa kelas VIII SMP Al-Kautsar Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan antara model pembelajaran kooperatif Value Clarification Technique dan Scaffolding untuk meningkatkan keterampilan sosial dengan mempertimbangkan pola asuh orang tua pada siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu dengan pendekatan komparatif. Desain penelitian yang digunakan treatment by level. Teknik sampling penelitian ini menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi dan angket. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis varians dua jalan dan t-test dua sampel independen. Data yang terkumpul melalui observasi keterampilan sosial diolah dengan program SPSS. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil bahwa ada perbedaan keterampilan sosial dan interaksi penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe VCT dan Scaffolding dengan mempertimbangkan pola asuh orang tua.Kata kunci : keterampilan sosial, pola asuh orang tua, scaffolding value clarification technique (VCT)
