Tantangan Pengarsipan Seni Pertunjukan di Institut Seni Indonesia (ISI) Surakarta
This research aims to do a theoretical study for recognizing the challenges related to archivingperforming arts at the Indonesian Institute of the Arts (ISI) Surakarta as an integral component of the development of the ISI Surakarta Arts Archive. Employing qualitative research methods with a literature review approach, it gathered information from various sources such as books, academic journals, and previous research. Data analysis is carried out by describing and interpreting the diverse viewpoints and procedural aspects. This research uncovers a fundamental challenge in archiving performing arts at ISI Surakarta due to their ephemeral nature—these arts exist solely during live performances, making preservation a complex task. Tracking the existence of performing arts relies on annotations, recordings, and documents that serve as historical records of these live events. The annotations, recordings, and documentsare derived from the artist's creative process, performance management, audience feedback, artcritics, and public reception. The results of the research state that the challenges faced in archiving performing arts at ISI Surakarta include (1) the need to enhance archivists' understanding of the genesis of performing arts to trace and compile performance-relatedannotations/recordings effectively; (2) the importance of cultivating archival literacy among artists to grasp better and acknowledge the significance of documenting the creative process of their artistic works throughout production and post-performance phases; and (3) the necessity of developing an interactive digital archive for performing arts to draw the artists, the public, and users an access right to contribute authentic and pertinent records, documents, and documentation associated with specific performing arts
Harmonisasi Prinsip ‘Right to be Forgotten’ Pada Jadwal Retensi Arsip (JRA): Sebuah Analisis Komprehensif
This study aims to explore the differences in perspective between the Right to be Forgotten (RtbF) principle and the records management principles contained in the Records Retention Schedule (JRA). The focus of research is on efforts to harmonize the RtbF principle in Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (PDP Law) and the JRA to ensure that personal record management complies with the new privacy regulations. The PDP Law recognizes the RtbF principle allowing individuals to request the deletion of their personal information. This principle significantly impacts the concept of privacy in record management but is potentially contradictory to the record management principles outlined in the JRA due to differing views on the retention period of personal records. This study employs an argumentative literature review method based on an interdisciplinary approach. The data analysis process begins with the selection of literature, followed by comprehensive reading and evaluation of selected literature from an inclusive perspective according to the research theme, and then summarizing, analyzing in depth, and critically synthesizing. The findings of this study indicate the need for harmonization in the implementation of the RtbF principle in the drafting of the JRA requiring consideration of user consent, privacy policy, and the categorization and classification levels of RtbF. Therefore, the development of JRA policies requires harmonization with the RtbF principle to accommodate both principles without violating each other, avoiding legal disputes, and breaching existing policies. Thus, a comprehensive examination of the RtbF principle and its relevance to archival science is necessary to support legal certainty in record management activities

Analisis Penerimaan Aplikasi Naskah Dinas Elektronik (Nadine) Di Biro Umum Sekretariat Jenderal Kementerian Keuangan Menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM)
One of the impacts of the rapid development of information and technology (IT) in the archives sector is the presence of an electronic records management system (ERMS). Many ERMS has been developed, but not all of them have been successfully implemented. One important factor in its implementation is user acceptance. User acceptance influences user intentions when using an ERMS application. One of the ERMS is the Naskah Dinas Elektronik (Nadine) application atthe Ministry of Finance, which was implemented five years ago but has not yet been tested for user acceptance. This research was conducted to analyze the factors involved in accepting Nadine's application at the General Bureau as Centre Archives of the Ministry of Finance through the technology acceptance model (TAM). The research method used was quantitativedescriptive, with questionnaires distributed to 72 respondents using the Nadine application at the General Bureau. The data obtained was processed using a non-parametric statistical method, namelypartial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM). The research results show that system quality factors, user training factors, and facility conditions significantly influence user intentions when using the Nadine application. Perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness show a positive correlation with intention to use. Perceived usefulness has a significant direct influence on intention to use, while perceived ease of use has an indirect influence on intention to use through perceived usefulness. The implications of this research provide suggestions for policymakers to improve the quality of implementation of the Nadine application by improving system quality, providing training programs, and providing adequate facilities. This research can also be used to explore factors that influence users' intentions to accept ERMS, especially perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use

Persepsi Periset Pusat Riset Teknologi dan Proses Pangan BRIN terhadap Pengelolaan Arsip Hasil Penelitian
Documents from research activities (substantive archives) at Research Center for Food Technology and Processing (PRTPP)-National Research and Inovation Agency (BRIN) contain essential information regarding research progress in Food Technology and Processes. Referring to this, researchers need to submit hardcopy archives of research results to archive managers so that archival principles can manage the information. However, only a few researchers have proposed these archives to archive managers. This research aims to discover why researchers at PRTPP do not submit hardcopy archives of research results to archive managers at PRTPP.The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with primary data and information obtained through questionnaires supported by interviews with PRTPP researchers. The research results concluded that the most significant causes were guaranteeing the confidentiality of data and information, the availability of archive storage space, and the security of archive access. It is necessary to make handing over hardcopies of research results archives a priority within the scope of work of the Regional Archives Services team, and it is hoped that they can synergize with PRTPP policymakers. To achieve this target, providing permanent archive storage facilities and conducting outreach to researchers is necessary. In addition, it is necessary to prepare SOPs to make it easier for researchers to collect hard copies of research results archives and a joint commitment between researchers and records managers in improving the management of research results archives in the futur
Otomatisasi Pemberkasan Arsip Aktif Elektronik Pada Aplikasi Layanan Administrasi Mahasiswa
Business information systems, namely electronic-based service applications usually don't automatically provide active archive filing features for electronic records generated from the business information system. Electronic Records are information contained in electronic files and media, which are created, received, or maintained by organizations or individuals and store them as evidence of activities. Like conventional records, electronic records that are created must be filed systematically and logically according to the context of their activities so that they become one file that has information relationships, similar types or similar problems. Student academic administration services at FMIPA IPB produce "born electronic" records. This study aims to design file automation on all electronic records created in the online academic administration service of FMIPA IPB students. The data collection method uses a literature study model, literature and interviews. The design technique of the electronic records filing system uses a waterfall model, while the system testing technique uses the black box technique. The results of the study produced an electronic records filing automation feature in the academic administration service FMIPA IPB so that it can assist organizations in filing electronic records in the academic section and automation of providing the list of active records

Kepastian Hukum Penerapan Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Kearsipan Dinamis Terintegrasi (SRIKANDI)
Based on the Presidential Regulation on Electronic Government, the Srikandi application (Integrated Records Information System) is part of the General Application for government administration services applied nationally. After three years of implementation, in 2023 the application of Srikandi in Government Institutions (Central and Regional) is not yet optimal. Despite the target that by 2023, all Central Institutions will have implemented Srikandi, and by 2024, all Governments will have implemented Srikandi. The Srikandi application is subject to several regulations, one of which is Law Number 43 of 2009 concerning Archives that has previously regulated matters related to the electronic archival field. Some norms in the Presidential Regulation on SPBE are not harmonious with Law Number 43 of 2009 concerning Archives, especially regarding the substance of archive management, the authority of the National Archives of Indonesia, and the mandate for Srikandi application users. The research method used is Normative Juridical. The research analysis places norms, principles, and legal principles as a study, especially regarding SPBE regulations in the archival services field. The research results show that the mandate of Presidential Regulation Number 95 of 2018 regarding the Electronic Government is not in line with Law Number 43 of 2009 concerning Archives. This is related to norms that regulate the substance of archive management, the authority of archival management, and the users of the Srikandi application. Thus, this creates uncertainty in the implementation of the Srikandi application as a general SPBE application
