Sharia Cooperative Financial Inclusion and Entrepreneurial Orientation To Improve Sharia-Based MSME Empowerment New Normal Era In Malang City
The problem that is faced by Islamic boarding school-based MSMEs is capital constraints. This capital constraint is due to the lack of information on MSME actors about how to apply for credit and how to utilize financing funds. Financial inclusion can be realized, there is a need for parties who have direct contact with the community, especially the lower middle class in terms of distributing micro credit. Therefore, the role of sharia banking and sharia cooperatives needs to be increased to increase the growth of MSMEs in Malang City, especially Sharia-based MSMEs so that financial inclusion can be realized. Based on the results of a survey conducted through the Cooperatives and MSMEs Offices, there are about 25 Sharia cooperatives with several criteria, namely cooperatives in Malang City that are legal entities. The multiple regression was chosen to be carried out in this research activity. The results of the study show that the good performance of an MSMEs can be seen from its entrepreneurial orientation because the increasing spirit of entrepreneurial orientation will motivate MSMEs to make innovations and be ready to face all possible risks in the future
Halal Risk Priority In Food Supply Chain Manajemen Based On A Technology Perspective
Halal is a main requirement for Muslims in food selection. On the other hand, the increasing Muslim population in the world also encourages an increase in the availability of halal food. In its development, driven by technological advances, there is a risk of changes in halal food. These changes can occur in the food supply chain that involves various aspects. This study aims to identify risks based on technological aspects (technoware, humanware, infoware, orgaware). Furthermore, this study also aims to prioritize halal risk using the AHP method. The results showed that the type of transportation, cooperation, shipping schedule and supplier legality are sub criteria that are priority in arranging corrective actions in preventing halal risk
Fashion Business Performance In Surabaya
The COVID-19 pandemic, which resulted in social and physical restrictions, has consequences for the sustainability of the fashion business. This industry is included in the top 5 priority scales for MSME development in Surabaya. Therefore, the existence of the fashion industry is very important for the economy of Surabaya. Related to this, fashion business owners in Surabaya are required to be able to maintain their business through work innovation. This study aims to analyze the direct or indirect influences of competence, the use of information technology, and self-efficacy on business performance through work innovation as a mediating variable for fashion entrepreneurs in Surabaya. This research is a quantitative involving 69 fashion entrepreneurs who are supported by the Surabaya Trade Office. Data distribution was carried out using online questionnaires from November to December 2020. Hypothesis testing was carried out by the path analysis. The results of this study include: competence and self-efficacy are proven to have a positive influence on business performance; the use of information technology is proven to not influence business performance; work innovation cannot mediate the influence of competence on business performance; work innovation is proven to fully mediate the influence of the information technology usage on business performance; work innovation is proven to mediate some of the self-efficacy influence on business performance
Effect Of Compensation, Environment and Leadership Style On Employee Spirit and Performance Through Motivation
This study aims to examine the effect of compensation, environment and leadership style on employee morale and performance through study motivation at PT. EX. This study used a sample of 95 respondents, namely employees of the production section of PT. EX. which is taken using non-probability sampling techniques from the population or production employees. The data analysis technique used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS) approach using the Smart PLS version 3.0 software. The results showed that: Compensation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on work motivation, compensation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on morale, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and employee morale. Leadership style has no effect on work motivation, employee performance and morale. Compensation and work environment have no effect on employee performance. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work motivation, work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work motivation, compensation has a positive and significant effect on work motivation through work motivation, the environment has a positive and significant effect on morale through work motivation. In addition, motivation cannot mediate the relationship between leadership style and employee performance, and motivation cannot mediate the relationship between leadership style and morale
The Influence of Leadership, Communication and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at UMKM Bumbu Machmudah Sidoarjo
In this study aims to determine the effect of leadership, communication and work disicpline in simultan and partial to employee performannce UMKM Bumbu Machmudah, and to determined the effect of the most significant among leadhership, communication and work disicpline on employee performannce UMKM Bumbu Machmudah Sidoarjo. The result of this study took a sample of 150 employees with technique jenuh sampling and non probability sampling in UMKM Bumbu Machmudah Sidoarjo. Moreover, this study is conducted using a quantitave method, survey, explanatory reserch As well as using analysis multiple linear with SPSS version 17 for Windows.
The result of this study based on Simultaneous test shows that communication and disicpline affect the employee performannce simultaneously, and partial test shows that leadership, communication and work disicpline and affect the employee performannce in UMKM Bumbu Machmudah Sidoarjo. Work disicpline show the most significant effect toward the employee performannce because it has the significance of the smallest compared with the other independent variables
The Effect of Financial Literacy and Financial Inclusion on Economic Growth in Indonesia
Increasing financial literacy and inclusion become a global issue that are believed affecteconomic growth. However, in Indonesia, increasing financial literacy and inclusion inseveral provinces is not followed by the economic growth. The purpose of this research is toanalyze the effect of financial literacy and financial inclusion on economic growth inIndonesia.This study analyzed 34 provinces in Indonesia with 2 survey periods, 2016 and2019. The method of the data analysis used panel data regression with e-views 10 software.Moreover, Chow test and Hausman test are carried out to determine the best model. Theresults of the hypothesis test showed that financial literacy and financial inclusion have nosignificant effect on economic growth in Indonesia, neither partially or simultaneously. Itshowed that the financial literacy and inclusion improvement in Indonesia need to beenhanced in order to achieve inclusive growth as the main goal
Good Corporate Governance And Financial Performance On Capital Adequacy Ratio: A Reflection Of Indonesian Conventional Banking
The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of good corporate governance, as well as financial performance as measured by non-performing loans, net interest margin, return on assets, and loan to deposit ratios, on the capital adequacy ratio of conventional banking in the period 2015-2019, using data from the Federal Reserve. The composite value of banking self-assessment is the indicator that was utilized to determine good corporate governance in the context of this study. The quantitative approach used in this study was combined with secondary data. Purposive sampling was used in this study to select a sample of 35 banks, which was then analyzed. The findings revealed that GCG, NPL, ROA, and LDR had no impact on CAR. This occurs because the revenues obtained by the bank are used to mitigate the bank's operational risk, and so have no effect on the bank's capital adequacy ratio (CAR). The NIM has a negative and statistically significant effect on the CAR. This is due to the fact that the NIM indicates that the quantity of loans granted is increasing, implying that the risk faced by the bank is also increasing
Model Of Correlation Of Work Motivation and Organizational Commitment Through Workplace Spirituality and Servant Leadership
This study aims to determine the effect of Servant Leadership on Organizational Commitment through Workplace Spirituality and Work Motivation. The independent variable consists of Servant Leadership, the dependent variable is Organizational Commitment and the intervening variables are Workplace Spirituality and Work Motivation. This research was conducted on millennial-generation employees who worked for more than one year within Tangerang area. The samples used were 160 respondents with purposive sampling technique. This type of research is causal associative in nature and the method used in this research is Path Analysis. The results of this study indicate that Servant Leadership has positive and significant effect on Workplace Spirituality and Work Motivation. Workplace Spirituality and Work Motivation have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment, while Servant Leadership does not have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Workplace Spirituality and Work Motivation have successfully become the Intervening variables for Servant Leadership
How Employer Branding Attract the Generation Z Students to Join on Start-up Unicorn
The development of the world revolution has changed the paradigm and stigmas of organizational quality to increase competitiveness from various human resource perspectives. Increasing global challenges have made the employer branding strategy a concern for global research. This study examines the effect of employer branding on Generation Z students' attractiveness and employer choices at unicorn start-ups in Indonesia. This study uses the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). This study got a total of 200 respondents who fit the criteria. This study's dimensions of employer branding are work culture, ethics & CSR, diversity, and salary & incentives. From the results of this study, the dimensions that proved to be influential were Ethics and CSR, and Diversity. Besides, work culture and salary & incentives are not proven to significantly affect the attractiveness of Generation Z students to Indonesian unicorn start-ups. Social media is proven to have a significant effect on both attractiveness and choice of workplace (employer of choice) Generation Z students at Indonesian unicorn start-ups
Influence Of Price Discount, In-Store Display, And Shopping Lifestyle On Impulse Buying At Umama Gallery Sidoarjo
This study aims to determine the effect of price discount, in-store display, and shopping lifestyle on impulse buying at Umama Gallery Sidoarjo. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach. Sampling was done by using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling type with a total of 100 respondents who had visited and bought products at Umama Gallery Sidoarjo. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression using the IBM SPSS Statistics version 21 program. The results show that price discount have an influence on impulse buying, in-store display have an influence on impulse buying, shopping lifestyle has an influence on impulse buying, and price discount, in-store display, and shopping lifestyle have a simultaneous influence on impulse buying.
