Determinants in Fraud Detecting (Empirical Study at Audit Agency of the Republic of Indonesia and the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency Lampung)
This study aims to test factors that influence the auditor's ability to detect fraud (empirical study on BPK representative of Lampung and BPKP representative of Lampung). This research is a quantitative study using primary data and obtained through a questionnaire. The subjects in this study were auditors working at the BPK representative of Lampung and BPKP representative of Lampung. In this study the sample amounted to 100 respondents with a purposive sampling method, that is to use all populations that have criteria for auditors who work more than one year.The results of the study state that red flags and independence have a positive effect on the auditor's ability to detect fraud. Meanwhile competence, professional skepticism, and fraud schemes do not affect the auditor's ability to detect fraud
Accountability of Village Fund Allocation Management in Landungsari Village, DAU District, Malang Regency
This research aims to determine the accountability of Village Fund Allocation Management which includes: planning, implementation, supervision, and accountability. In this study the method used is a qualitative descriptive. The techniques used are observations of objects that are being traced and through interviews. The results in this study indicated that in the accountability of the management of village funds allocation in Landungsari village, it can be said to be transparent and accountable. The community plays an active role by participating in following development planning deliberations, as well as monitoring the use of village funds allocation in Landungsari directly supervised by a team of the Regional Government Agency.

In the process of economic globalization, transnational corporations are gradually rising and developing. However, multinational corporations form two different regional and cultural resources integration under the condition of various capital sources. Therefore, how to effectively carry out cross-cultural management in transnational corporations has an essential impact on the resource integration and benefit improvement of multinational corporations. Bank Competition, Credit Risk, and Foreign Bank Penetration: Empirical Evidence from Indonesia
This study examines the relationship between bank competition and credit risk with foreign bank penetration as a moderating variable. The research sample used was 79 commercial banks listed in the Indonesian Banking Directory published by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) during the 2014-2019 period with a total of 474 observations. The results of this study indicate that the higher the bank's competition, the higher the bank's credit risk, which is in accordance with the competition-fragility theory. Furthermore, from the results of the Moderated Regression Analysis, the results show that foreign bank penetration has not been able to moderate the relationship between bank competition and bank credit risk, however, if it stands as an independent variable on its own, foreign bank penetration will reduce bank credit risk. The results of this study contribute to providing useful information for parties in the banking industry that increasing foreign bank penetration can reduce bank credit risk
The Influence of Brand Awareness, Brand Association, Brand Image, and Word of Mouth on Samsung Smartphone Purchase Decisions
The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of brand awareness, brandassociation, brand image, and word of mouth on purchase decisions. The populations in thisresearch are Banyumas citizen. The sample selection in this study was carried out bypurposive sampling. The samples used in this research are 100 samples. The data analysistechniques used in this research are descriptive statistics analysis, instrument test, classicalassumpsion test, multiple regression analysis, goodness of fit test, and hypothesis testing. Theanalysis result show that brand awareness, brand association, dan brand image has no apositive effect on purchase decisions meanwhile financial experience has effect on purchasedecisions
The Influence of Product Quality and Service Quality on Online Through Digital Marketing as Intervening Variables During the COVID-19 Pandemic
This study aims to identify and answer some of the problems that exist in the Marketplace related to Product Quality, Service Quality and Purchase Decisions through Digital Marketing. Based on the questionnaire that will be answered by the respondent, the researcher can find out the results that will be obtained and describe how the respondent spends. This research method uses quantitative, in order to facilitate research in generating the existing variables in accordance with using questionnaires distributed by researchers to respondents at PGRI Ronggolawe University, Sunan Bonang University, STIE Muhammadiyah Tuban and IIK Nahdlatul Ulama Tuban. The sampling technique in this study is probability sampling. The method used is simple random sampling. The results of this study indicate that, Product Quality has positive results and effects and has a direct significant result on the Purchase Decision variable. Service Quality has positive and significant results and influence on the Purchasing Decision variable. Product quality has positive and not significant direct results and influence on the purchasing decision variable through digital marketing as the intervening variable. and Service Quality has positive and not significant results and direct influence on the variable of Purchase Decision through Digital Marketing as the intervening variable
Can Customer Loyalty Mediate Customer Trust in Business Sustainability at Village Credit Institution?
The main point of this research was to examine and analyze the impact of customer trust on customer loyalty and business sustainability at the Village Credit Institution in Klungkung Regency. The determination of the VCI as the research sample was carried out by unproportionate random sampling. The research respondents were customers in each VCI who were taken by accident (which was met at the time of the research) with a total number of respondents as many as 170 customers. Analysis this research and hypothesis using the SmartPLS 3.3.2 program with three level, the first is testing validity and reliability, the second is testing the accuracy of the research model, and the third is testing hypotheses. This results in this study indicate that customer trust has a positive relationship and significant impactt on customer loyalty and business sustainability. The customer loyalty has a significant positive effect relationship on business sustainability. Customer loyalty acts as a mediator of customer trust on the business sustainability of VCI in Klungkung Regency

Economic growth must be directed at increasing people's incomes and overcoming economic inequality with social inequality. Economic growth in order to increase people's income, needs to be given attention to efforts to foster and protect small and traditional businesses and weak economic groups. Credit distribution is an important part of helping the economy and this is one of the tasks of the BPR. The Case Study conducted at BPR Panggung Perkasa Trenggalek, moreover their focus is on Small and Medium Enterprises. Credit distribution needs to be developed by providing loans to productive sectors, namely Small and Medium Enterprises
Workload effect on Adversity Quotient through Emotional Quotient as Intervening Variable in Palu City Supermarket
This study aims to examine the workload of employees that affect the adversity quotient either directly or indirectly through the emotional quotient as an intervening variable. The research participants were 108 supermarket employees in Palu City who were taken randomly from 26 supermarket outlets which were taken according to their proportions. The results obtained indicate that the effect of workload on the adversity quotient can be weakened if there is an emotional quotient that affects the workload and adversity quotient. In conclusion, this study provides a different perspective on the adversity quotient in the work environment. Another scientific addition is that the emotional quotient can be an adversity quotient reinforcement for individuals to survive the workload. It is possible that other quotients can strengthen the role of the adversity quotient in the world of work
Protein Society Consumption Pattern Of Jambi Province
Protein consumption for the community is very important and must be known, because improving nutritional status is the basis for the formation of quality, healthy, intelligent, productive, and independent human resources in an area. The level of public protein consumption, especially from beef products, is strongly influenced by the conditions of product supply and demand, because these indicators also affect prices and the level of inflation in general. For this reason, research needs to be done specifically to analyze the effect of price, inflation and per capita expenditure on the protein consumption pattern of the people in Jambi Province. The design of this research is a quantitative analysis of time series data for the period 2007-2018 which is further analyzed by Path Analysis. The results showed that there was no direct influence between the variable foodstuff inflation (IBM) and Beef Price (HDS) on Community Per Capita Expenditure (PBM), but PBM had an effect on Community Protein Consumption (KPM). The indirect effect between IBM on KPM through PPM and HDS on KPM through PPM has a significant effect. To maintain a healthy condition for protein consumption in Jambi Province, the government needs to take policies such as maintaining a stable condition of foodstuff inflation and beef prices in the market
