Peran dan Manfaat Modal Sosial dalam Peningkatan Efektivitas Kerja Karyawan Sektor Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah di Sentra Kerajinan Tas dan Koper Tanggulangin Sidoarjo: The Role and Benefits of Social Capital in Increasing the Work Effectiveness of Employees in the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Sector at the Tanggulangin Bag and Luggage Craft Center, Sidoarjo
The purpose of this research is to identify and describe the shape of social capital that exist in the centers of craft bags and suitcases Tanggulangin. Identify the role of social capital in improve the effectiveness of employees in the center of bags and suitcases craft Tanggulangin. Identify the use of social capital by craftmen in their business development. Sampling method used in this study are done by purposive, decide the informant by selective informant. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis. The result showed that social capital is formed in the industrial centers of bags and suitcases Tanggulangin started from family, relatives, neighbors and their friends, and grow together with local habit. The role of social capital to form a network, a sense of trust, social norms, leadership, and solidarity among employees and craftsmen in Tanggulangin. The benefits of social capital in the industrial centers of bags and suitcases in Tanggulangin found to form a good mutual cooperation among them, the knowledge transfer, and maintained good communication. Efforts to increase social capital is done by sharing the workload and remuneration managed transparently and in accordance with the capabilities and contributions of employees
Pengembangan Usaha bagi Mantan TKI di Kecamatan Donomulyo Kabupaten Malang: Business Development for Former Indonesian Migrant Workers in Donomulyo District, Malang Regency
Research of potential business for TKI at district Donomulyo Malang. The purpose of this research is to know the characteristics of the former TKI social aspects, culture and economy. Further is analyzing the potential of natural resources and supporting resources providing information fundamental to strategy the development. Further, makes informatian about the factors are considered in the investment decision making in the area. Informan this study is TKI, goverment officials, and Manager of KUD. The data are collected with interviews, questionnaires, FGD and copy related data. Data analysis was perfomed with several stages, : analysis of validit, reliabilitas discriptive statistical analysis and analysis Cluster of matrix. Next domain analysis is conducted to determine the factors that need to be considered in making investment decisions. The results showed that TKI Donomulyo Malang has characteristics social, cultural was highly, but characteristics economic was low. Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kabupaten Jombang: The Influence of Work Discipline and Organizational Culture on the Performance of the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council of Jombang Regency
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of labor discipline and organizational culture on employee performance in Legislative Council Secretariat of Jombang Regency. This study is a quantitative research using Likert scale as measurement method. The population used are all civil servants amounted to 37 respondents. Data collection technique used observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Variables of the research is work discipline and organizational culture on employee performance. Analysis of data using multiple regression analysis with the classical assumption. The results of the study indicate that the labor discipline (X1) has partial significant positive effect on employee performance which increasesalong with work discipline. Organizational culture (X2) has partial significant positive effect on employee performance. Performance of employees increases if supported with better organizational culture

Along with the bank's growth in Indonesia, one of the problems faced by the world is handling domestic banks that are now on the quality of human resources. Because human resources are the backbone of the operating activities of wheels and the survival of a company. In this case oriented to customer satisfaction and service organization of Bank Syariah Mandiri Surabaya CFBC Division there are also aspects of cultural values and compensation to improve morale and satisfy the desires of employees. The approach in this study is a quantitative approach, which used the data type is the kind of quantitative data. Data collection techniques performed by researchers are using questionnaires. The population in this study are employees on Shariah Bank Mandiri as many as 30 people. Teknik data analysts use Structural Equation Model-Partial Lest Square (SEM-PLS). The results showed that 1) organizational culture influence on job satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of Style of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture and Work Environment on Employee Performance either partially or simultaneously. And to determine the most significant effect between the influence of the Style of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT.”X” Sidoarjo. This study used data tabulation of the results of the questionnaire respondents. The sample used in this study were 57 employees at PT.”X” The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination (R2), the partial correlation coefficient, t test, F test and classical assumption by using SPSS version 17 for Windows. Primary data was obtained from a questionnaire that the measurement using a Likert scale that tested the validity and reliability. The results based on test validity and reliability of the data indicates that is valid and reliable. Based on t test and F test showed that the Style of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture and the Working Environment and simultaneous partial effect to the Employee Performance. Between the Style of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture and the Working Environment which has the most significant effect toward employee’s performance is organizational culture

Social Entrepreneurship is known to be effective in overcoming the problem of poverty syndrome in various countries. Perspectives on the term social entrepreneurship is growing and diverse among scholars, practitioners, and related institutions. However, they agreed that the final goal to be achieved should lead to the interests and empowerment of society. Muhammad Yunus of Bangladesh has proved the power of social entrepreneurship through the development of the mindset that every human being has marketable skills, unlimited potential, including the entrepreneurial spirit. The poverty of the people is not due to laziness or lack of skills, but the opportunity and are less favorable policy factors on them. Finally, Yunus fulfilled his dream and history has recorded his success in tackling the problem of poverty through the micro-finance institution "Grameen Bank" which he founded with courage and sincerity. It was this achievement that brought him the Nobel Prize for World Peace in 2006. Then the Grameen Bank concept inspired many nations and was applied in various countries
Analisis Sistem Pengupahan “Bawon” pada Pertanian Padi (Studi Kasus pada Petani di Desa Gambar Kecamatan Wonodadi Kabupaten Blitar): Analysis of the "Bawon" Wage System in Rice Farming (Case Study on Farmers in Gambar Village, Wonodadi District, Blitar Regency)
As an agricultural country, agricultural sector plays an important role in the Indonesia economic life, especially in rural areas. Farm laborers as one component of the agricultural sector, have a considerable contribution in determining the success of this sector. But there are unique facts occur in Blitar Regency, one of which happened in Gambar, Wonodadi District, Blitar Regency related to wage system called "bawon" system when harvesting rice. The "bawon" system is a profit-sharing system given to farm laborers working on a patch of land from the start of the rice planting to the harvest, whose share of income depends on the area of cultivated land and the number of harvest yields. The purpose of this research is to analyze the Bawon system that is still done between the landowners and farm workers in the Village Picture District Wonodadi Blitar. This research used descriptive explorative statistical approach to provide an in-depth description of the Bawon system. To analyze the data obtained, the researchers used Component Analysis (Componential Analysis) technique, in which the researcher attempted to sort and illustrate the differences found in the data obtained from the field. The results showed that farm laborers earn 20% of the total grain yield when finished harvesting the crops, while 80% is the land owner's

The development of the world of education is now so rapidly advanced that teachers are required to create learners who can survive in the environment and the world of work, this is offset by Soft Skill and Hard Skill that can be implemented in the real world of work. One of the problems that exist in the world of education is the low achievement of teachers this can affect student achievement. Therefore, improving the quality of education, teachers are required to improve the ability to teach and in providing materials supported by props so that teachers will get feedback from the results of teaching. The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the influence of motivation, work experience and work environment partially and simultaneously to the work performance of teachers Smk Muhammadiyah 1 Ngoro JombangApproach in this research is quantitative approach of causality, type of data used is quantitative data type. Data collection techniques used in this study using questionnaires. Population and sample in this research is 28 staff of teacher at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Ngoro. Data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regrations.The Partialy results showed that the motivation has a negative effect on work performance. work experience has a positive effect on work performance. The work environment has a negative effect on work performance. And simultanly test results show that the motivation, work experience, work environment does not influence jointly to work performance
Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) terhadap Kinerja Peternak Ayam Ras Pedaging: The Effect of Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on the Performance of Broiler Breeders
One line of business in the livestock sector is very dynamic development of agribusiness broiler breeding with a partnership plasma core. Development of agribusiness broiler farm will be successful if farmers are able to manage the cattle business well through improved individual performance to the fullest which is characterized by an individual’s ability to control and manage emotions and behave voluntarily without any coercion by contract organizations. This study aims to determine how much influence the emotional intelligence and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on the performance of broiler breeders. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlation method. The selected study site is CV Amerta Farm Corp Probolinggo, because it is one of agribusiness broiler farms that implement core-plasma partnership pattern. The number of respondents in this study amounted to 69 people. Independent variables in this study are emotional intelligence and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), while the dependent variable is the performance of broiler breeders. Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Otoriter terhadap Loyalitas Melalui Kepuasan Kerja dan Stres Kerja Karyawan Institusi X di Kediri: The Influence of Organizational Culture and Authoritarian Leadership Style on Loyalty through Job Satisfaction and Job Stress of Employees of Institution X in Kediri
The purpose of this research to examine the influence of organizational culture and authoritarian leadership style on loyalty through job satisfaction and job stress. Respondents in this study are 82 empolyees of “X” bureau in Kediri. Data is taken from questionnaires which were distributed to the employees randomly. The analysis applied Smart Partial Least Square 2.0 (smarPLS 2.0). The results showed that organizational culture has neither significant positive effect nor the negative on loyalty through job satisfaction. Organizational culture also has no significant negative effect on loyalty through the job stress, while authoritarian leadership style has a significant positive effect on loyalty. Authoritarian leadership style has no significant negative effect on loyalty through job satisfaction, and authoritarian leadership style has no significant negative effect on loyalty through the job stress
