Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Kompetensi terhadap Motivasi Kerja PT. Selaras Mitra Sejahtera: The Influence of Organizational Culture and Competence on Work Motivation at PT. Harmonious Mitra Sejahtera
This study aims to determine whether the Effect of Organizational Culture and Competence on Employee Work Motivation PT Selaras Mitra Sejahtera partially or simultaneously. This research was conducted using quantitative descriptive and verification methods, namely collecting, presenting, analyzing, and testing hypotheses, and making conclusions and suggestions. Samples were collected using Saturated Sampling method with 140 respondents from a population of 140 employees. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and observations. To see the effect, the analysis used is path analysis. So that the results of the study will be known partially variable Organizational Culture and Competence have a significant effect on Work Motivation. The research results can be concluded that there is an influence of organizational culture and competence on work motivation. And there is a simultaneous influence of Organizational Culture (X1) and Competence (X2) on Work Motivation (Y). This shows that motivation and work discipline together have an influence on the performance of employees of PT. Putra Bintang Sembada
Dapatkah Metode RGEC (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning, And Capital) Efektif dalam Menilai Kinerja Manajerial? Can the RGEC (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning, And Capital) Method be Effective in Assessing Managerial Performance?
The Purpose of this Research, we tried to find the relationship between the level of bank health by using Risk Profile, Good Corporsate Governance. Earning, and Capital (RGEC) method compared with managerial performance of the Bank. Research Method, by using a descriptive quantitative approach, we attempt to describe the financial performance of the bank with new methods in accordance with guidelines and regulations issued by the financial services authority (OJK). In this research we taking financial statements data from PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk in 2103 until 2015. Findings, we found that PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk is in a good conditionbased on RGEC factors including: 1) Risk Profile factors measured by NPL and LDR ratios showed that the company has low risk level. 2) The implementation of Good Corporate Governance, the company had also implemented GCG principles in accordance with the provisions of OJK. 3) On earning factors assessed by ROA and NIM ratio, the company best ranked with excellent predicate value. 4) Finally on the Capital factor by employing CAR ratio, the company's position shows in a very good position. Furthermore, when this study correlated with the managerial performance, PT. Bank Mandiri was able to demonstrate an excellent managerial performance. It is shown by the increase of company's Capital Expenditure from year to year in the length of the research. Therefore, it can be concluded that if a healthy company will have an impact on improving managerial performance
Analisis Pengaruh Jurusan Kuliah terhadap Minat Mahasiswa untuk Berbisnis: Analysis of the Influence of College Majors on Student Interest in Business
College student is the source of inovation that can further the country. Indonesia needs their inovation, either on social and humanities scope or science and technology scope. But they choose different ways after college. There is students that want to work, and some of them want to be entrepreneur. And the purpose of this research is knowing the effect of their major to their interest of being an entrepreneur. The sample of this research is the college students from vary major in many universities. The independent variable is the major and the major category (social and humanities/science and technology) and dependent variable is the career plan and the tendency between working and doing business. The data analysis that was used is by counting the average tendency of doing business from each majors and major categories. The result of this research show that majors effect student’s interest for doing business although not significant. The students from all of major categories show that they have interest for doing business. But the tendency for doing business of social and humanities students is higher than science and technology students. The significant difference appears on the major that is strongly-related with finance/money. They have significant difference in tendency for doing business
Analisis Preferensi Konsumen Muda terhadap Iphone di Kota Bandung: Analysis of Young Consumers' Preferences on Iphones in the City of Bandung
This research aims to determine theconsumer preferences on iPhone’s attributes in Bandung 2015. Researcher used five attributes which are: durability, operating system, screen size, camera, and RAM. Research method used in this study is a descriptive method, by using nonprobability sampling techniquewith a sample of 387 respondents. This paperusing conjoint analysis for smartphone users which are interested usingiPhone in Bandung to find the most wanted iPhone preference by consumers. The results indicate that all respondents generally making durability attributes as the main preference in choosing an iPhone. Based on the conjoint analysis it can be seen thatiPhone that consumers want is more than five years durability, iOS 8 for its operating system, 5.5 inches for its screen size, two gigabytes RAM capacity, and 12 megapixels of camera resolution

The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence the variable level of welfare, communication, and work environment had on the work morale of teachers and employees of SMK 1 ISLAM TARUNA KREMBUNG-SIDOARJO simultaneously. This research was conducted with quantitative methods. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire with a sample of 34 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS program. The results of the study based on the F test show that the level of welfare, communication, and work environment together influence the work morale of teachers and employees. While based on the t test, the variable level of welfare and work environment does not significantly influence work morale. While communication has a significant effect and has the largest t-count compared to the other variables

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, company image and location, simultaneously and partially on customer satisfaction in TASPEN (Persero) company of Surakarta. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling technique to sample as many as 100 people. Technique of collecting data in this study use questionnaires. Technical of analyzing used multiple linear regression, F test, t test, the coefficient of determination. The results of the analysis showed the quality of service, corporate image and the location, simultaneously and partially have positive effect and significant impact on customer satisfaction in TASPEN (Persero) company of Surakarta

Pengembangan Model Mutasi dalam Upaya Peningkatan Kinerja: Development of Mutation Models in Efforts to Improve Performance
Mutation is one of the efforts of human resource management to place the right person in the right position to improve employee performance. Meanwhile, mutation is still problematic and has not been organized effectively since the models used are not entirely in accordance with rules and theoretical perspectives. Accordingly, an evaluation of the models used currently is required to implement the development of models of mutation to improve employee performance. This research generally aims to illustrate what kind of models of mutation is used and to develop models of mutation to improve performance of the Coordinating Body of Agricultural, Fisheries, and Forestry Extensions in Bangka-Belitung Islands Province. This research uses rules and theoretical perspectives and qualitative descriptive method. The research location is the offices of Regional Employment Board and Coordinating Body of Agricultural, Fisheries, and Forestry Extensions in Bangka-Belitung Islands Province. Informants of this research are people who are involved in making and receiving decisions of the mutations. The data collection is conducted with a preliminary observation, followed by field research that includes interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this research are qualitative data analysis techniques. From the research, it can be concluded that the development of models of mutation needs to be implemented to improve performance since the models used in 2015 were still insufficient, especially in the process of intensive and personal approach, which caused inaccuracy of data due to lack of good communication

This study aims to determine the effect of Job Performance, Employee Competence and Experience Work Campaign Against Occupation At the Institute National Zakat Nurul Hayat Surabaya. The analytical method used in this research is the analysis of the ratio and difference test by using multiple linear regression analysis. The calculation result of F test performed with SPSS version 17 above , the F value calculated at 140 376 . So that the calculated F value is greater than the F table is 2,53 significance value obtained was 0,000 , so the significance value is less than the value of α is 0.05 . Because ( F count> F table = ( 140 376 > 2.53 ) and ( sig < α = 0.000 < 0.05 ) . So there is a significant influence variables Job Performance , Employee Competence and Experience Work Campaign Against the Occupation . Based on the results of T test showed that the variables affect the Job Performance Job Promotion, Promotion influential Variable Position Employee Competence , Work Experience Further variables affect the Promotion Department

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and service quality to customer loyalty either partially or simultaneously, and to know the quality of product and service quality that has the most significant effect on customer loyalty at PT. Roman Ceramic International in Mojokerto. This research is done by quantitative method. The technique data used is questionnaires with a sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 17 for windows. The results obtained based on the validity test show all existing questions are valid. This is done r count> r table. For reliability test can be concluded. The results of the research based on F test show the quality of the product and the quality simultaneous or together with customer loyalty. Test quality, product quality. Quality of service has the most significant influence on customer loyalty due to having the largest t arithmetic compared with product quality variables
