This study aims to determine whether significant incentives, leadership, and organizational culture to employee morale. And to know whether the inter-variable incentives, leadership, and organizational culture that has the most significant effect on employee morale. This research method is quantitative method. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) version 16 for windows. The results obtained based on the validity test show all existing questions are valid. To test the reliability of all variables. Partial research results show the role, spirit and spirit of the organization. The simultaneous test results show that the spirit, leadership and organizational culture have a simultaneous influence on employee morale, and leadership variables have the most significant effect on employee morale because of the greatest .and least significance compared to other independent variables. Variable incentives, leadership and organizational culture have strong relationships and have an effect on employee morale

This paper investigates major points of the experience of The analysis of the factors influencing the development of foreign economic activity in the national companies and the management of export-oriented production. On this way, management of export-oriented production and reliable terms were analyzed both theoretically and practically. Moreover, investigations of the well developed countries were learned, factors influencing the development of foreign economic activity in the national companies in comparison with local establishment and implementations. Final conclusions were done in order to reach better deployment in these areas

This study aims to determine the effect of individual characteristics, compensation and work environment on employee job satisfaction both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach. Using the technique of collecting data through questionnaires distributed to employees of PT WIN MED INDONESIA. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that individual characteristics, compensation and work environment have a partial and simultaneous effect on employee job satisfaction. The variables that have the most significanteffect on employee job satisfaction are the work environment

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of viral marketing on Blackberry Messenger applications on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions on university students in Sidoarjo. This research hypothesis states that viral marketing affect customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions. This research data was collected by questionnaires distributed to 180 respondents in several universities in Sidoarjo. From the data obtained then tested the validity test, reliability test and structure equation model analysis using the SmartPLS statistical application. The results of this study indicate that viral marketing on the Blackberry Messenger application have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions on university students in Sidoarj

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the performance of employees at PT. Introduce Results Overlay which includes Organizational Commitment (X1) Organizational Culture (X2) and Work Motivation (X3). This study uses a quantitative method sample 60 employees at PT. Deliver Overlay Results as respondents. Data collection is done using questionnaires. The data were analyzed using statistical , namely by using multiple regression analysis, the processing of which was carried out with the SPSS version 25.0 program. 1) The results of the analysis prove that the Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture and Motivation variables simultaneously affect the performance of employees at PT. Deliver Results Overlays. 2) The results of the analysis prove that Organizational Commitment and Motivation have a partial effect on Employee Performance, while Organizational Culture has no partial effect on Employee Performance. 3) Result prove that between Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture and Motivation, Motivation variables have the most significant influence on Employee Performance at PT. Deliver Results Overlays
Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan pada PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Cabang Baubau: The Effect of Service Quality on Satisfaction at PT. Telecommunications Indonesia Baubau Branch
The purpose of this research is to know how the influence of service quality to satisfaction at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Branch Baubau. With the initial hypothesis that the quality of service affect the satisfaction. With a sample size of 39 people using a simple regression analysis and then descriptive. Based on analysis of research results and discussion in this study, it can be concluded that the quality of service is very influential on satisfaction at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Branch Baubau. This can be seen from the regression equation Y = 5.833 + 0.686 X This shows that if there is a change in service quality dimension of I unit, it will cause changes to the satisfaction of 68.6%. Quality of service influence on satisfaction can be seen from the significance value t on a simple regression analysis that sig t = 0.00 <a = 0.05. The value of correlation coefficient (R) of 0.809 can be interpreted that the correlation relationship between service quality independent variable (X) to satisfaction (Y) is positive

The purpose of this study is to influence of Return on Equity (ROE), Current Ratio (CR), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) to Earning Per Share (EPS) are partially and simultaneously. The research methode is Quantitative with sample research methods are food and beverage manufacturing companies period 2012 to 2016 with a total of 12 companies. Data from the IDX Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo or from the official website of the IDX. Data collection is carried out by tracking financial statements, annual reports (annual reports) and continuous reports or social information of the companies selected as samples. The results showed that simultaneously (Test F) Return on Equity, Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin, and Debt to Equity Ratio, is significant effect on the company's Earning Per Share. Partially (t test) the variable Current Ratio (CR) has a negative effect on Earning Per Share. While the variable Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) is not Significant effect on Earning Per Share

Factors forming Good Corporate Governance, namely Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility, Independence and Fairness, support the performance of Employees of PT.Pupuk Kujang Cikampek and whether there are simultaneous factors that form Good Corporate Governance that are positively open to Employee Performance at PT. Pupuk Kujang Cikampek. This research was conducted using quantitative descriptive and verification methods, namely collecting, presenting, analyzing, and testing hypotheses, and making conclusions and suggestions. Samples were taken using the Simple Random Sampling method with a sample of 100 respondents from 135 employees.
