PEMBERIAN KOMPRES HANGAT REBUSAN JAHE TERHADAP PENURUNAN NYERI PUNGGUNG PADA IBU HAMIL TRIMESTER III DI DESA RAMBAH TENGAH HILIR
Kehamilan merupakan rangkaian kejadian yang hanya terjadi ketika sel telur dibuahi dan kemudian tumbuh menjadi janin yang sudah berkembang sempurna. Kehamilan mengalami banyak transformasi fisik dan psikologis. Perubahan dalam tubuh menyebabkan ketidaknyamanan. Sekitar 60-80% ibu hamil mengalami nyeri punggung di beberapa titik selama kehamilan mereka, terutama pada trimester ketiga. Metode non-farmakologis seperti menggunakan kompres hangat yang direndam dengan rebusan jahe meningkatkan sirkulasi darah, yang mengurangi rasa sakit dan mempercepat penyembuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan kompres hangat yang direndam dengan rebusan jahe terhadap penurunan nyeri punggung pada ibu hamil Desa Rambah Tengah Hilir yang berada pada trimester ketiga. Dengan desain one-group pretest-posttest, penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif berdasarkan teknik Pra-Eksperimen. Dua puluh lima responden dimasukkan dalam teknik sampel lengkap yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dan uji statistik T-Dependent dilakukan untuk menganalisis data. Nilai p yang diperoleh dari uji statistik adalah 0,001, yang lebih kecil dari 0,005. Kesimpulannya, nyeri punggung pada trimester ketiga pada ibu hamil di Desa Rambah Tengah Hilir dapat dikurangi secara signifikan dengan menggunakan kompres hangat yang dicampur dengan rebusan jahe. Disarankan bagi para dokter untuk memberikan kompres hangat yang terbuat dari rebusan jahe kepada ibu hamil yang mengalami nyeri punggung
PENGARUH PEMBERIAN KOMPOS SERASAH KACANG TANAH DAN NPK 16.16.16 TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN PRODUKSI TANAMAN BAWANG MERAH (Allium ascalonicum L.)
Khusnu Abdillah Siregar, Effect of Peanut Litter Compost and NPK 16:16:16: on the Growth and Production of Shallots (Allium ascalonicum L.). This research will be carried out at the Screen House of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Pasir Pengaraian, Jl Tuanku Tambusai, Rambah, Rambah Hilir, Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau. The time of this research will be carried out for four months starting from April to June 2023. The purpose of this study is to determine the interaction effect and the main influence on the growth and production of shallots given peanut litter compost and NPK Fertilizer 16:16:16 . This study used a completely randomized factorial design which consisted of two factors. The first factor was the dose of peanut litter compost (K) consisting of 4 levels and the second factor was the dose of NPK 16.16.16 (N) consisting of 4 levels so that 16 treatment combinations were obtained with 3 replications, so there were 48 experimental units. Each experimental unit (plot) consisted of 6 plants and 3 plants were used as research observation samples so that the total experimental unit was 266 plants.
              The results of the study concluded that the interaction of peanut litter compost and NPK 16:16:16 fertilizer had a significant effect on harvesting age, number of tubers per clump, fresh weight of tubers per clump, dry weight of tubers per clump and tuber weight loss. The best treatment was a combination of 45 g peanut litter compost per polybag and 112.5 g NPK 16:16:16 fertilizer per polybag (K3N3). The main effect of peanut litter compost is significant on all observation parameters. The best treatment was a dose of 45 g of peanut litter compost per polybag (K3). The main effect of the dose of NPK 16:16:16 fertilizer was significant for all observed parameters. The best treatment was the dose of NPK 16:16:16 112.5 g per polybag (N3).

Prediksi Retak Perkerasan Jalan Pada Campuran Cold Mix Asphalt (CMA) Lapis Aus
Cold Mix Asphalt dikenal sangat ramah lingkungan namun memiliki beberapa kerugian, salah satunya adalah menurunnya kekuatan dari perkerasan jalan itu sendiri. Dengan menurunnya kekuatan pada perkerasan jalan, akan sangat memungkinkan bila terjadi retak. Retak dapat disebabkan apabila tegangan tarik yang terjadi pada lapisan aspal melampaui tegangan tarik maksimum yang mampu ditahan oleh perkerasan tersebut. Penelitian ini membahas tentang prediksi retak pada lapis AC-WC campuran cold mix asphalt menggunakan variabel temperatur dengan suhu 50, 60, 70o C durasi rendaman selama 2, 4, dan 6 jam. Metode yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah eksperimental, dimana untuk memprediksi retak perkerasan jalan digunakan alat ITS (Indirect Tensile Strength). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai ITS untuk masing-masing besarnya temperatur 25, 50, 60, 70 oC rata-rata sebesar 291,99, 227,31, 187,84, dan 148,2 kPa. Sedangkan untuk rendaman selama 0, 2, 4, 6 jam didapatkan rata-rata sebesar 291,99, 261,78, 230,54, dan 210 kPa. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan bertambahnya temperatur dan lamanya rendaman, akan meningkatkan potensi retak yang terjadi pada perkerasan tersebut
Karakterisasi Hasil Pack Carburizing Menggunakan Campuran Serbuk Arang Tulang Sapi Dan Arang Batok Kelapa Pada Baja Aisi 1040 Setelah Double Quenching
Hasil karakterisasi proses pack carburizing menggunakan campuran serbuk arang tulang sapi dan arang batok kelapa berukuran mesh 40 dengan perbandingan 1:1 pada baja AISI 1040 setelah double quenching dilakukaan dengan X-Ray Fluorescence portable dan Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopes Energy Dispersive X-Ray Spectroscopy. Raw material (RA) yaitu baja AISI 1040 yang dipanaskan pada suhu 8000C dengan holding time 2 jam sebagai spesimen A, dan 8000C dengan holding time 6 jam sebagai spesimen B, dimana ukuran masing-masing spesimen adalah tebal 3 mm, panjang 50 mm dan lebar 20 mm; menggunakan media pendingin air es 1.200 ml. Hasil analisis karakterisasi X-Ray Fluorescence portable menunjukkan nilai kadar unsur dan jenis unsur utama yang di ambil adalah Fe dan Ti sebab kedua unsur ini yang sangat berperan penting untuk ketahanan aus pada baja AISI 1040. Nilainya meningkat sebesar 0,46% hingga 2,07% dibandingkan spesimen RA dan B, serta 5,33% hingga 7,95% dibandingkan spesimen RA dan B. Sedangkan hasil analisis karaterisasi dengan Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopes Energy Dispersive X-Ray Spectroscopy (FESEM-EDS) menunjukkan bahwa morfologi spesimen A yang menandakan unsur karbon (C) lebih merata menyebar dan melapisi permukaan spesimen meskipun bentuk bulat, lonjong dan perseginya tidak sempurna. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa proses pack carburizing menggunakan campuran serbuk arang tulang sapi dan arang batok kelapa berukuran mesh 40 pada baja AISI 1040 berhasil di lakukan dengan proses terbaik adalah pada suhu 8000C, holding time selama 2 jam
Peningkatan Kemampuan Komunikasi Matematis Melalui Model Problem Based Learning (PBL) Pada Siswa Kelas VIII MTs N 1 Rokan Hulu
This study aims to determine the improvement of mathematical communication skills through the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model in eighth-grade students of MTs N 1 Rokan Hulu. This type of research is a Quasi Experiment with the Nonequivalent Pretest Posttest Control Group Design research design. The population in this study was eighth-grade students of MTs N 1 Rokan Hulu. Random sampling was done, resulting in class VIIID as the experimental group and class VIIIC as the control group. The experimental group applied the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model, while the control group applied conventional learning. Hypothesis testing used the Mann-Whitney test because the data were not normally distributed. The calculation results obtained a z-score of 2.61 and a z-table value of 1.96 with a significance level of α = 0.05. Since the calculated z-score > the critical value from the table, H0 was rejected. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an improvement in mathematical communication skills through the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model in eighth-grade students of MTs N 1 Rokan Hulu
Pengaruh Variabel Eksogen terhadap Pemodelan Curah Hujan di Kota Bandung
This research is motivated by the significant role of rainfall as a natural occurrence that has a significant impact on various sectors. The main objective of this study is to evaluate the influence of exogenous variables in rainfall forecasting by comparing the accuracy of SARIMA, SARIMAX, hybrid SARIMA-ANN, and hybrid SARIMAX-ANN models. The initial modeling of this research did not involve exogenous variables and resulted in a MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) of 43,65% for the SARIMA model and 42,86% for the hybrid SARIMA-ANN model. The findings show that incorporating the exogenous variable of sunlight duration positively contributes to improving the accuracy of rainfall forecasting using the SARIMAX model with a MAPE of 28.69% and the hybrid SARIMAX-ANN model with a MAPE of 27,03%. This research contributes to the development of rainfall forecasting methods by incorporating other influencing variables
Development of problem-based learning mathematics tools for linear programming to facilitate students\u27 mathematical communication skills
This research is driven by the challenges teachers face in designing learning tools aligned with the 2013 curriculum. The purpose of this study is to develop mathematics learning tools based on the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model to enhance students\u27 mathematical communication skills, ensuring these tools are both valid and practical. The developed learning tools include a syllabus, Lesson Plan, and Student Worksheets. The development process follows the 4-D model, which consists of the stages: Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The subjects of this study were 35 students from class XI at SMAN 5 Tapung. Research instruments included validation sheets to assess the feasibility and validity of the learning tools and student response questionnaires to evaluate the practicality of the student worksheets. The analysis of validation data revealed that the mathematics learning tools are highly valid, with an average rating of 94% for the syllabus, 95% for the lesson plan, and 92% for the student worksheets. The practicality data analysis showed that the student response ratings categorized the tools as very practical, with an average rating of 88.37%
Development of social arithmetic teaching materials based on realistic mathematics education to facilitate mathematical reasoning skills
The Ministry of Education and Culture emphasizes the importance of mathematical reasoning; however, current student abilities in this area remain low due to limited independent learning, insufficient resources, and varied teaching approaches. To address these challenges, strategies such as Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) are crucial, necessitating the development of appropriate teaching materials. This research aimed to develop RME-based social arithmetic teaching materials using the 4-D model, which includes the stages of Define, Design, Development, and Dissemination. In the Define stage, researchers analyzed learner needs, learning outcomes, and relevant concepts, establishing clear learning objectives. The Design stage involved creating teaching materials through the compilation of tests, selection of media, formatting, and content design. During the Development stage, a formative evaluation was conducted, including expert assessments, one-on-one evaluations, and trials. The materials were validated with a score of 86.40%, classified as very valid. In limited trials, they received an average rating of 85.92%, classified as very practical, and in field trials, an average of 82.81%, classified as practical. In the Dissemination stage, the teaching materials were distributed to participating schools. The study concludes that RME-based social arithmetic materials effectively support the development of students\u27 mathematical reasoning skills, meeting the criteria of validity and practicality
Development of problem-based learning mathematics modules to enhance students\u27 mathematical problem-solving skills
This research aims to develop a mathematics module based on Problem-Based Learning (PBL) for straight-line equation material, designed to enhance students\u27 mathematical problem-solving skills at SMP Negeri 1 Pasir Penyu. The study employed a Research and Development approach, utilizing a 4-D development model that includes the stages of Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The subjects were eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Pasir Penyu. Data collection instruments included validation sheets to evaluate the module\u27s validity and student response questionnaires to assess its practicality. The module was tested in two phases: a small group trial and a large group trial. Results from the small group trial indicated that the module achieved an average score of 3.66, categorizing it as highly practical. Similarly, the large group trial yielded an average score of 3.57, also placing the module in the very practical category
Development of a contextual student worksheet on relations and functions to facilitate students’ mathematical conceptual understanding
This research was motivated by the low ability of students to understand mathematical concepts. One of the efforts made to facilitate the ability to understand mathematical concepts is by developing Contextual Teaching and Learning LKPD. This research aims to produce valid and practical LKPD products to facilitate the ability to understand mathematical concepts. The form of this research is development research using the 4-D model (definition, design, development and distribution). The research subjects were class VIII of SMPN 32 Pekanbaru. Research instruments include interviews, observations, validation sheets, student response questionnaires. The data analysis technique is carried out by analyzing validation data and student response data. The results of data analysis showed that the LKPD developed had met valid standards with a percentage of 89.06% in the very valid category. The student response questionnaire met practical standards with a percentage of 89.62% in the very practical category. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the LKPD developed meets the valid and practical criteria, so it can be used in the mathematics learning process
