    Analisis Konten mengenai Pengalaman Emosional Emerging Adults terkait Ghosting pada Hubungan Romantis

    Ghosting, which is defined as the sudden termination of communication without explanation, has become increasingly common in romantic relationships in the digital era. This behavior is often seen as a tactic for ending relationships. The study assessed the participants\u27 emotions during the ghosting event, their current emotional refletions, and the factors and effects associated with ghosting. A qualitative approach was used, employing inductive content analysis to examine the participants\u27narratives and understand their emotional experiences based on their roles. The study involved 78 participants aged 19 to 25 who had experienced either ghosting other or being ghosted. Respondents were categorized into two groups: ghosters (those who ghosted others), ghostee (those who were ghosted). The findings reveal that emotional experiences vary significantly depending on one\u27s role. Both ghosters and ghostees generally expressed similiar emotions, such as sadness, anger, and calmness during the event. However, guilt and relief were more commonly reported among ghosters, depending on the reasons for their behavior. In contrast, ghostees predominantly expressed feelings of sadness and hurt. The impacts felt by ghostees included diminished self-worth, emotional loneliness, and a decreased willingness to enter new relationships. This study underscores the impotance of interdisiplinary approaches to understanding ghosting, aiming promote healthier, safer, and more sustainable romantic relationships in the digital era. Ghosting (penghentian komunikasi secara tiba-tiba tanpa penjelasan) telah menjadi fenomena yang semakin umum dalam hubungan romantis di era digital dan sering dianggap sebagai strategi untuk mengakhiri hubungan. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah menganalisis narasi subjektif partisipan untuk memahami pengalaman empsional terkait ghosting, dilihat dari perannya dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif analisis konten dan dianalisis secara konten induktif. Responden penelitian berjumlah 78 individu dengan rentang usia 19-25 tahun yang pernah memiliki pengalaman melakukan ghosting atau menerima perlakuan ghosting dalam hubungan romantis. Kelompok responden dalam penelitian ini terbagi menjadi 2, yaitu ghoster (individu yang melakukan ghosting), ghostee (individu yang menerima perlakuan ghosting). Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman emosional terkait ghosting, tergantung dari peran yang dimiliki individu. Kategori emosi pada ghoster dan ghostee hampir serupa seperti sedih, marah dan damai saat peristiwa terjadi. Namun subkategori emosi ghoster lebih banyak muncul pada emosi bersalah dan biasa atau lega, hal ini tergantung dari faktor yang melatarbelakango perilaku ghosting. Sedangkan subkategori emosi ghostee lebih banyak muncul pada emosi sedih dan sakit hati. Dampak yang dirasakan ghostee mencakup timbulnya self criticism, menurunnya self worth, emotional loneliness, serta menurunnya keinginan untuk memulai hubungan baru. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran pentingnya pendekatan lintas disiplin untuk memahami ghosting agar tercipta hubungan romantis yang lebih sehat, aman dan berkelanjutan di era digital.

    Artikel ini, bertujuan untuk menjelaskan status peran perempuan dalam aktivitas ekstremisme dan partisipasinya dalam aksi kekerasan dan gerakan jaringan radikal. Di beberapa masyarakat, peran perempuan tidak terlalu terlihat di ruang publik. Identitas mereka sering diabaikan. Begitu kuatnya relasi kekuasaan membuat peran mereka dalam masyarakat berbeda-beda. Ketika dominasi laki-laki kuat, maka peran perempuan dalam masyarakat berubah di banyak bidang  aspek kehidupan. Masyarakat yang mengkonstruksi perempuan menciptakan sterotip ganda. Pertama, perempuan lemah dan tidak berdaya. Jadi ada kekuatan penyeimbangnya yaitu laki-laki. Kedua, di beberapa lapisan masyarakat, perempuan termasuk dalam kelas sosial bawah (working class atau lower class), sedangkan laki-laki termasuk dalam kelas atas (upper class atau  elite class). Ketika perempuan pemberani dan heroik muncul di ruang publik, definisi-definisi yang sudah mapan pun hilang dari kontruksi sosial. Mereka berani melawan ketidakadilan dalam masyarakat dan  mereka bisa mandiri baik untuk keluarga maupun untuk dirinya. Peran mereka tidak hanya sekedar sebagai institusi sosial, tetapi mereka berperan penting dalam  perubahan sosial yang terjadi. Ketika perempuan melakukan aktivitas ekstrem dalam jaringan radikal, maka masyarakat semakin melihat sisi gelap yang tidak pernah berhenti, terutama di dunia komunitas Muslim. Aktivitas jihad dan penanaman ideologi kekerasan telah menjadi fobia bagi masyarakat. Berbagai permasalahan terkait hal ini menjadi topik diskusi yang menarik di lembaga akademisi dan  lembaga penelitian  tentang fenomena a radikalisme dalam agama Islam. Tulisan ini, sebagian besar dari berbagai literatur pustaka didukung oleh temuan dari hasil  wawancara beberapa perempuan sebagai sumber primer melaluli media WhatsApp. Menganalisis cara pandang para perempuan menanggapi masalah ini, dapat  dilihat pada bagian pembahasan akhir di artikel ini

    Employee Engagement Strategy, Organizational Culture and Transformational Leadership Impact on Organizational Commitment

    This study aims to determine the effect of employee engagement, organizational culture and transformational leadership on organizational commitment at the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS). This type of research uses quantitative methods and implements primary data derived from distributing questionnaires. Having a population of 300 people, sampling in this study used simple random sampling, the selected sample was 100 employees. The analysis technique used in this research is the Partial Least Square (PLS) method and uses the Smart PLS version 3 application. The results showed that Employee Engagement and Transformational Leadership have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment. While Organizational Culture has a positive and insignificant effect on Organizational Commitment

    Authoritarian Leadership Style Model, Job Burnout and Work Discipline in Improving Performance

    This study aims to determine the effect of authoritarian leadership style, job burnout and work discipline on employee performance at PT Indomarco Prismatama Jakarta 2 Branch. The research design uses casual quantitative methods. Respondents of this study were 65 employees at PT Indomarco Prismatama Jakarta 2 Branch. The data processing tool used is Smart-PLS (Partial Least Square) through outer model testing, inner model and hypothesis testing. The results showed that Authoritarian Leadership had no significant effect on employee performance. However, Job Burnout and Work Discipline have a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance at (PT. Indomarco Prismatama Jakarta 2 Branch). These findings highlight the importance of paying attention to factors such as Job Burnout and Work Discipline in improving employee performance. Management can use the results of this study to develop more effective strategies and policies in improving employee performance in their work environment

    AI Thumbnails on YouTube for MSME Brands: A Study on GETI Media SME Live

    This study evaluates the effectiveness of AI-generated or AI-assisted thumbnails in enhancing content performance and reinforcing visual branding on the educational YouTube channel "GETI Media – UKM Live." The evaluation focuses on two key YouTube analytics metrics: Impressions Click-Through Rate (CTR), which serves as an indicator of visual appeal and its ability to drive clicks, and Average View Duration (AVD), used as a proxy for viewer engagement and retention. The research design employs an A/B experimental approach involving a minimum of 12 newly published videos over a three-week period. Each video is presented with two thumbnail conditions: Condition A (manually designed by a human designer) and Condition B (AI-generated or assisted using documented prompts). Controls are applied to variables such as video title, description, release time, tags, and duration to ensure consistency across conditions. In addition, a visual content analysis of the thumbnails is conducted to map elements that may moderate performance outcomes. These elements include: presence and expression of faces, clarity of logos or wordmarks, color contrast, information density, presence of visual call-to-action (CTA), brand identity consistency, composition, and gaze direction. Data analysis involves paired t-tests or Wilcoxon signed-rank tests to compare CTR and AVD across conditions, and logistic or linear regression models to assess the influence of AI-generated thumbnails and visual moderators, while controlling for covariates such as topic, video duration, impressions, and release timing. The study aims to provide empirical evidence and practical guidance for MSME (UMKM) practitioners and educational content creators in optimizing thumbnails while maintaining ethical standards and brand identity alignment. The findings are also contextualized within YouTube’s "Test & Compare Thumbnails" feature and the potential for cross-lingual visual localization

    Indonesia’s Digital Diplomacy Analysis Towards African Region Countries

    This paper discusses Indonesia\u27s digital diplomacy towards countries in the African region, emphasizing the use of Instagram as social media platforms by Indonesian diplomatic representatives. With qualitative approach, this research analyzes how Indonesia\u27s digital diplomacy supports efforts to promote national interests, strengthen bilateral relations, and enhance cooperation with African region countries. The research combines Digital Diplomacy Theory, PESTEL Analysis, and the Concept of Diplomatic Missions to evaluate Indonesia\u27s digital engagement. The findings reveal that the economic sector dominates Indonesia\u27s digital diplomacy efforts compared to other sectors. Furthermore, the analysis shows that the "promoting" mission plays the most dominant role in Indonesia\u27s digital diplomacy towards African region countries. This research also highlights the importance of increasing digital activity by Indonesia\u27s newly established diplomatic representatives in the region and also expanding Indonesia\u27s presence by establishing diplomatic representatives in other potential African region countries. This paper contributes to a deeper understanding of how digital diplomacy can be utilized to advance Indonesia\u27s foreign policy goals and strengthen its presence in emerging markets, particularly in the African region

    STRATEGI REBRANDING RUMAH SAKIT KHUSUS KUSTA SUNGAI KUNDUR MENJADI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM PUSAT DR. RIVAI ABDULLAH BANYUASIN

    Rebranding rumah sakit merupakan strategi penting untuk mengatasi stigma, memperkuat identitas organisasi, dan meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap layanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi rebranding Rumah Sakit Khusus Kusta Sungai Kundur menjadi Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Dr. Rivai Abdullah (RSUP DRA) Banyuasin. Tujuannya adalah mengevaluasi proses rebranding yang mencakup transformasi identitas, strategi komunikasi, pengembangan layanan, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus. Data diperoleh dari analisis dokumen, wawancara dengan manajemen rumah sakit dan tenaga kesehatan, serta literatur terkait rebranding dan manajemen pelayanan kesehatan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa rebranding dilakukan melalui lima dimensi utama: (1) transformasi identitas organisasi dan repositioning dari rumah sakit khusus menjadi rumah sakit umum pusat; (2) strategi komunikasi internal, eksternal, dan partisipatif untuk membangun citra baru; (3) pengembangan layanan kesehatan melalui penambahan fasilitas dan peningkatan mutu; (4) manajemen perubahan dengan pelatihan SDM dan kepemimpinan transformatif; serta (5) dukungan kebijakan pemerintah. Dampak rebranding terlihat dari meningkatnya jumlah kunjungan pasien, penguatan citra positif, dan pencapaian akreditasi lebih baik. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rebranding RSUP DRA berhasil mengatasi stigma, memperluas segmen pasien, dan memperkuat posisi sebagai rumah sakit rujukan regional

    The Influence of Trust Perception, Risk Perception, and Promotion on Purchase Intention and Its Impact on Purchase Decision Using Peer-to-Peer Lending Shopee Paylater (A Survey of Generation Z in Greater Bekasi Area)

    This study examines the influence of trust perception, risk perception, and promotion on purchase intention and their impact on purchasing decisions among Generation Z users of the Shopee Paylater Peer-to-Peer Lending service in the Bekasi area. Using a quantitative approach through a survey of 250 respondents and analysis with PLS-SEM and CVPAT, the results show that trust has a significant positive effect on purchase intention, while risk has a significant negative effect on both purchase intention and purchasing decisions. Promotion does not have a significant effect on purchase intention but has a positive impact on purchasing decisions. These findings highlight the importance of building trust and managing risk to encourage service usage, and indicate that effective promotion plays a greater role in influencing purchasing decisions than in generating initial interest. The practical implication suggests that service providers should focus on marketing strategies that enhance trust and minimize risk to optimize the adoption of Shopee Paylater

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas hakikat manusia dalam kehidupan Beragama untuk mencapai predikat insan kamil dengan perspektif pemikiran ibnu Arabi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menerapkan metode deskriptif. Hasil dan pembahasan dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa sejatinya proses dari pembentukan pribadi manusia memerlukan proses yang panjang dengan berbagai aspek yang ada dalam hakikat manusia serta penerapan konsep insan kamil dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Sehingga nantinya peran manusia dalam menjalankan kehidupan beragama tidak menjadi sia-sia dan dapat membentuk sebuah pribadi yang sholeh, pribadi yang memiliki sikap dan tindakannya yang mempunyai nilai-nilai keislaman yang datang dari Allah SWT melalui Nabi Muhammad Saw sebagai suri tauladan umat islam dalam pembentukan akhlak dan karakter manusia yang mulia.
