Aplikasi Pupuk Urea Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Tanaman Kangkung Darat (Ipomoea reptans Poir)
The application of fertilization sourced from inorganic fertilizers is still not much done. Moreover, to determine the efficiency (profitable) and effectiveness (effectiveness) of the use of these fertilizers on vegetable crops, including kale. For this reason, it is necessary to study further the use of inorganic fertilizers. The aim of the study was to determine the application of Urea fertilizer on the growth and yield of water spinach (Ipomoea reptans Poir). This research method used a randomized block design (RBD) consisting of seven (7) doses of urea fertilizer with three (3) replicates and two (2) sample plants. The placement of the urea fertilizer dose treatment in the experimental plots was carried out randomly. The results of the research on the treatment of giving a dose of 150 kg/ha of urea fertilizer resulted in maximum growth and yield of land spinach plants.
 
Pendapatan Usahatani Ubi Jalar (Ipomoea batatas L.) di Kecamatan Nglegok Kabupaten Blitar
Sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas L.) is one of the commodities as a substitute for staple foods. Provision of sweet potatoes can be used for a variety of local food ingredients that can be consumed in the form of sweet potatoes and processed products. This availability can be encouraged by increasing production and farming efficiency. The purpose of this study is to analyze the sweet potato business income in Nglegok District, Blitar Regency. ResultsThe analysis shows that farming is run profitably. The R/C ratio obtained a value of 1.86 which means that every one rupiah of costs incurred generates revenue of Rp. 1.86 so that sweet potato farming is feasible to cultivate.

Penilaian Risiko Kesehatan Berbasis Keamanan Pangan Akibat Paparan Logam Berat dalam Biji Kedelai pada Sistem Pertanian Berkelanjutan
Heavy metals rank high among the hazardous contaminants in the fresh produce of plant origin, originating from growing media and contaminated air environments. Plants absorb heavy metals depending on the availability of heavy metal ions in the soil and anthropogenic activities using agrochemicals. The entry of heavy metals into the human body through the tropic level can cause various chronic diseases; so regular monitoring of the presence of heavy metal contaminants in fresh products of plant origin is critical. Testing for heavy metal contaminants in plant tissues using an atomic absorption spectrophotometer – flame. The research results showed that the heavy metal contaminant Cd was not detected in the pre-cultivated agricultural land. In plant tissues, Pb in the pre-cultivated land was detected at 49,271 ± 0,423 mg kg–1, while Cu in the pre-cultivated land was 87,369 ± 0,867 mg kg–1, and in soybean seed tissue 12,571 ± 0,698 mg kg–1. Based on research results for Cu contaminants, show that a THQ value of 0.001 means that it does not have the potential to suffer chronic non-carcinogenic health consequences. This situation is reinforced by the THQ < RfD value means that stakeholders to be vigilant about reducing Cu contaminants on agricultural land, by consistently implementing good agricultural practices
Pengaruh Pemangkasan Cabang Lateral dan Dosis Pemberian Pupuk NPK pada Tanaman Bunga Kol (Brassica Oleracea Var. Botrytis L)
Cauliflower is a vegetable that has commercial value and good prospects, especially for public consumption. According to the Central Bureau of Statistics of the Republic of Indonesia cauliflower production has decreased from 2019 to 2021, it is necessary to improve maintenance, one of which is by pruning lateral branches to increase productivity, thereby increasing the rate of photosynthesis to produce high productivity and the right dose of NPK fertilizer to maximize growth in the vegetative and generative phases thereby increasing the yield of cauliflower plants. This study aims to determine the effect of pruning lateral branches and doses of NPK fertilizer on the growth and yield of cauliflower.
The research was conducted in the hamlet of Jinarum, Girilayu, Matesih, Karanganyar from July to September 2022. The research method used a Completely Randomized Block Design (RAKL) consisting of 2 treatment factors and 3 replications. The first factor is lateral branch pruning P0: without pruning, P1: pruning lateral branches 3 WAP, P2: pruning lateral branches 5 MST. The second factor is the dose of NPK fertilizer with doses of N1: 150 kg/ha, N2: 200 kg/ha, N3: 250 kg/ha.
The results showed (1) Pruning lateral branches had a very significant effect on fresh stover, dry stover, crop diameter, crop weight per plant, and crop weight per plot. However, it did not have a significant effect on plant height and number of leaves. (2) NPK fertilizer doses had a very significant effect on fresh stover, dry stover, crop diameter, and crop weight per plant, had a significant effect on crop weight per plot, and had no significant effect on plant height and number of leaves. (3) The interaction between treatments had a very significant effect on fresh stover, dry stover, and crop weight per plant, and had no significant effect on plant height, number of leaves, crop diameter, and crop weight per plot. (4) The highest yield was obtained in the pruning treatment 3 weeks after planting with a dose of NPK fertilizer of 200 kg/ha, namely the crop weight of 11,997.4 grams per plot (. 26,644 kg/ha).

Karakteristik dan Persepsi Wisatawan Terhadap Daya Tarik Wisata Kampoeng Anggrek, PT. Anugerah Anggrek Nusantara, Kediri
AAN continues to develop its company, namely the Kampoeng Anggrek tour. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, PT. AAN must put more effort into branding Kampoeng Anggrek tourism to the community.The purpose of this research is know the characteristics and perceptions and motivations that influence tourist visits which can indirectly provide an evaluation of the development of PT AAN and support the construction of facilities as a tourist attraction.The research was conducted in dusun Sumber Petung, Sempu Village, Ngancar District, Kediri Regency, East Java involving 30 respondents, namely tourists who visited Kampoeng Anggrek.The factor variables tested in the study were compiled by theoretical and variable synthesis and the data were processed using the scoring method after being measured based on a Likert scale. The results obtained from the characteristics of Kampoeng Anggrek tourism tourists based on age class were dominated by the age of 35-50 years, based on origin dominated by tourists from outside Kediri, based on gender dominated by women, based on visit times dominated by newcomers, based on visiting partners dominated by family groups, and based on objects that tourists like are dominated by tourist objects in the orchid gallery.While the perception and influence of tourist motivation shows thatthese aspects have a positive effect on Kampoeng Anggrek. This makes a plus point for PT. AAN to continue to develop Kampoeng Anggrek tourism which is getting better after the covid-19 pandemic has passed.AAN continues to develop its company, namely the Kampoeng Anggrek tour. The Pengaruh Ekstrak Bahan Organik Dan Iaa Terhadap Kultur In Vitro Anggrek (Phalaenopsis amabilis)
Increasing the quality and quantity of orchid production invitro can be done by adding organic matter and growth regulators(IAA). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect ofadding organic matter and IAA concentrations on orchid growth invitro. This research was conducted in the Kampoeng Anggrek tissueculture laboratory, Sempu Village, Kediri Regency from November2021 to February 2022. The design used was CompletelyRandomized Design (CRD) with two factors and repeated 4 times.The first factor was the addition of organic matter (A) consisting ofthree levels, namely without organic matter, adding 150 g/L ofsweet potato extract and adding 150 g/L of Ambon banana extract.The second factor was the concentration of IAA (B) consisting ofthree levels, namely 0 ppm, 0.25 ppm and 0.5 ppm.The results showed that the addition of 150 g/L sweetpotato and 0.25 ppm IAA increased root length. The addition of 150g/L sweet potato and 0.5 ppm IAA increased the number of roots. Inthe treatment without the addition of organic matter and 0.25 ppmIAA can increase the length of plantlets. On a single factor theaddition of organic matter showed that the treatment with theaddition of 150 g/L sweet potato had the longest average rootlength. The IAA single factor of 0.25 ppm shows the longest averageroot length
Peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas produksi anggrek secara in vitro dapat dilakukan dengan penambahan bahan organik dan zat pengatur tumbuh (IAA). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan bahan organik dan konsentrasi IAA pada pertumbuhan anggrek secara in vitro. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di laboratorium kultur jaringan Kampoeng Anggrek, Desa Sempu, Kabupaten Kediri pada bulan November 2021 sampai dengan bulan Februari 2022. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan dua faktor dan diulang sebanyak 4 kali. Faktor pertama adalah penambahan bahan organik (A) terdiri dari tiga level, yaitu tanpa bahan organik, penambahan ekstrak ubi jalar 150 g/L dan penambahan ekstrak pisang ambon 150 g/L. Faktor kedua adalah pemberian konsentrasi IAA (B) terdiri dari tiga level, yaitu 0 ppm, 0,25 ppm dan 0,5 ppm.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan penambahan ubi jalar 150 g/L dan IAA 0,25 ppm dapat meningkatkan panjang akar. Perlakuan penambahan ubi jalar 150 g/L dan IAA 0,5 ppm dapat meningkatkan jumlah akar. Pada perlakuan tanpa penambahan bahan organik dan IAA 0,25 ppm dapat meningkatkan panjang planlet. Pada faktor tunggal penambahan bahan organik menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan penambahan ubi jalar 150 g/L memiliki rata-rata panjang akar terpanjang. Pada faktor tunggal IAA 0,25 ppm menunjukkan rata-rata panjang akar terpanjang.
 
Transfomasi Genetik : Peluang dan Tantangan
Plants have an important role in the development of human civilization. Human civilization progresses along with the development of the agricultural system and vice versa. Therefore humans have been trying to improve cultivated plants for thousands of years by trial and error. Traditionally, mankind have improved plants through repeated selection. However, the human population is increasing so rapidly that it necessitates a doubling of the increase in world food production. The program is constrained by the fact that we cannot increase arable land. So one solution is through biotechnology which is expected to produce more food without demanding an increase in agricultural land. At present, the application of biotechnology in agriculture can be done by genetic engineering such as genetic transformation and gene editing which are almost entirely aimed at forming transgenic plants. One of the developments in biotechnology that has been widely used is GMO (Genetically Modified Organism) or plants that have been genetically modified or are popularly known as transgenic plants. Genetic modification of plants has become the most promising approach for increasing crop yields, providing nutrients, exploiting stressed land, overcoming the energy crisis, and for producing cost-effective biopharmaceuticals
Pengaruh Macam Mulsa terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Tanaman Bawang Merah
This study aims to determine the type of mulch that is effective for suppressing weed growth and the effect of using mulch on the growth of shallots (Allium ascalonicum L.). The research was carried out from September 2021 to December 2021 in the village of Central Jlko, Plosorejo, Matesih, Karanganyar Regency with an altitude of 380 meters above sea level and soil of the brown Litosol type. This research method used a Completely Randomized Block Design (RAKL) method consisting of one factor (single factor) and repeated 6 times with the following levels: A1: Without mulch, A2: Use of straw mulch, A3: Use of silver black plastic mulch, and A4: Use of husk mulch. The research results were analyzed using ANOVA or 5% variance. If it is significantly different, then continue with the Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT) which shows that the type of mulch has a significant effect on shallot yields and has no significant effect on shallot growth. Silver black plastic mulch treatment (A3) was better than treatment without mulch (A1), straw mulch (A2), and rice husk mulch (A4) in inhibiting weed growth
Efektivitas Pestisida Nabati Terhadap Pengendalian Hama Kutu Kebul (Bemisia tabaci Genn.) pada Tanaman Tomat (Lycopersicum esculentum Mill.)
Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas penggunaan pestisida nabati bawang putih dan tembakau terhadap pengendalian hama kutu kebul (Bemisia tabaci Genn.) pada tanaman tomat (Lycopersicum esculentum Mill.) serta mengetahui konsentrasi yang efektif dari dua macam pestisida nabati tersebut. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium lapang UNISKA Kediri dengan pH diketahui 5 dengan tipe tanah lempung berpasir. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada 03 Oktober 2022 sampai 20 Desember 2022. Metode penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok non faktorial. Yaitu macam pestisida nabati (bawang putih dan tembakau) denagn masing-masing terdiri empat level konsentrasi 0%, 20%, 40% dan 60% sehingga terdapat 8 macam perlakuan, dilakukan sebanyak 4 kali ulangan dan diambil sebanyak 3 sampel tanaman tomat sehingga sampel tanaman sebanyak 96 tanaman dan kutu kebul sebanyak ± 1000 ekor kutu kebul. Setelah data didapatkan maka dilakukan analisi sidik ragam dan dilajutkan dengan uji BNT 5% bila terjadi pengaruh nyata. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan diketahui bahwa macam pestisida nabati memiliki pengaruh sangat nyata terhadap tingkat mortalitas hama kutu kebul, dengan tingkat mortalitas yang paling tinggi adalah pada pestisida nabati berbahan tembakau dengan dosis konsentrasi 60%. Selain itu pemberian pestisida bawang putih dan tembakau tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman tomat, hal ini dikarenakan pestisida nabati bukanlah jenis nutrisi yang mampu membantu pertumbuhan pada tanaman tomat dan produksi tanaman
his observation aims to determine the level of effectiveness of the organic pesticide garlic and tobacco against the control of whitefly pests (Bemisia tabaci) and production of tomato (Lycopersicum esculentum) which was conducted from 3rd October until 20th December 2022 at UNISKA Kediri field laboratory.
The study was conducted at the UNISKA Kediri field laboratory with a known pH of 5 with sandy loam soil type was conducted from October 03, 2022 to December 20, 2022. The research method used a non-factorial Randomized Group Design. The factors is type of vegetable pesticides (garlic and tobacco) with each consisting of four concentration levels of 0%, 20%, 40% and 60% so that there are 8 kinds of combination, carried out as many as 4 replicates and 3 samples of tomato plants were taken and used 96 sample of plants and about 1000 whitefly. After data was obtained, a varians analysis was carried out if there was continued with BNT 5% test.
From the observation, it is known that the types of pesticides have a significant effect on the mortality rate of whitefly pests, while the concentration have a very significant effect on the mortality rate of whitefly with abest dose is 60% , but there is no interaction between the two single factors. In addition, the application of the organic pesticides does not have an effect on the growth and production of tomato, this is because organic pesticide isn’t type of nutrients that can help the growth and production on tomatoes
 
Analisis Keuntungan Produk Olahan Kacang Mete Skala Rumah Tangga
Cashew nuts are one of the agricultural commodities that is primarily consumed as a producer of raw materials for industry (Basuki, 2005). Cashew nut (Anancardium occidentalle L) is a long-lived crop with high economic value. Karangnongko Hamlet is a cashew production center in Sumberagung Plosloklaten Kediri Village. The cashew processing business ready for consumption is currently not widely developed in Sumberagung Village. Farmers only sell cashew logs (untreated and separated from the shell). Cashew can be processed on a small-scale basis at home to increase the product's value and selling price. The purpose of this study is to identify the benefits of processed cashew products on a household level. The methods used include cost analysis, Break Even Point, and R/C Ratio analysis. The results showed that household-scale cashew processed products are profitable and feasible to run with an R/C Ratio value 1.44. Product marketing is also carried out through online media and e-commerce. This effort was made to increase the added value and selling price of cashew products as well as the income of the local community
