Get PDFAn area's employment rate may be significantly boosted by the tourist industry. The amount of tourist visits and tourist items may be seen as one way to examine the tourism industry. Employment in South Kalimantan is the target of this research, which intends to examine the relationship between tourist visits and tourism items. This research makes use of secondary data, namely time series data beginning in 2011 and continuing through 2021. Employment, the quantity of tourist items, and the number of tourist visits are the factors used in this research. This study used route analysis multiple linear regression as its method of analysis. Research in South Kalimantan Province indicated that employment was significantly affected by both the quantity of tourist visits and the quantity of tourist items

Get PDF In the era of increasingly rapid digitalization, the application of information technology has become an urgent need for various sectors, including the economic and business sectors. However, technology acceptance is not always easy because there are various factors that influence adoption by users. To understand these factors, a theoretical approach is needed that can effectively predict technology acceptance. One model that is often used for this purpose is the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), which focuses on how perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use affect user intentions to accept new technology. Based on this background, this study aims to identify and analyze the impact of the exchange rate on Indonesian exports. The data used in this study are monthly exchange rate and export data from January 2017 to December 2021. The stationarity test uses the Augmented Dickey-Fuller (ADF) method and differentiation is used to ensure stationary data. The optimal delay length is determined based on the Akaike information criterion (AIC). The Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) is estimated after determining the optimal delay length. Granger causality test is used to determine the reciprocal influence between variables, while impulse response function (IRF) is used to track the impact of variable shocks. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant relationship between exchange rates affecting exports, while exports do not affect the exchange rate

This can be seen based on BPS data, where the western region of Indonesia is felt to have received greater development benefits than eastern region of Indonesia. The aim of this research is to analyze the effects infrastructure, investment and credit influence economic growth in the western region of Indonesia. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis with a panel data approach. The research results show that road length infrastructure has a significant negative effect on the economic growth of the western region of Indonesia, health infrastructure has a significant positive effect on the economic growth of the western region of Indonesia, PMDN investment has a significant negative effect on the economic growth of the western region of Indonesia and PMA has a significant positive effect on the economic growth of the western region of Indonesia , Consumer loans show a positive but not significant influence on economic growth in the western region of Indonesia
Inflasi dan Stabilitas Ekonomi : Analisis Perbandingan Perspektif Islam dan Konvensional
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze comparatively inflation and economic stability between the Islamic perspective and the conventional perspective. This study also compares the inflation rate in countries that apply an interest system and without interest. This research is descriptive qualitative with library research method. The results show that inflation has occurred since the time of the Prophet Muhammad and continues to repeat itself. In an Islamic perspective, prices should be balanced, because money is a medium of exchange and a unit of account. However, economic conditions become unstable because of the difference between supply and demand and the difference in the amount of money with the amount of goods and services. To maintain economic balance, Islam applies the principles of profit sharing, buying and selling, and renting so that the interest system is not involved in the economy. Islamic scholars and economists continue to conduct research to find ways to overcome inflation in order to achieve economic stability, including implementing Islamic fiscal and monetary policies. Countries that apply the interest system in fact experience higher inflation than countries that do not apply the interest system

Get PDFBasic food programs is one type of social assistance program that helps underprivileged communities in fulfill basic food needs, providing balanced nutrition, and as an effort to prevent stunting. The distribution mechanism of this program involves the Elektronik Warung Gotong Royong Kelompok Usaha Bersama (e-Warong KUBE) as a palce of Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM) to shop for food. There are 19 e-Warongs in Sibolga City, five of which are e-Warongs KUBE. This study aims to understand the empowerment of e-Warong KUBE in the basic food social assistance program in Sibolga City in 2020. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection through library research, interviews, and observations. Data processing using the Atlas.ti application. The results show that the empowerment of e-Warong KUBE has an impact on increasing and ensuring income generation, increasing business activities from the use of EDC machines, increasing the entrepreneurial spirit of e-Warong KUBE managers. There are obstacles faced by e-Warong KUBE, including the low level of participation of KUBE members, low business management skills, and high competition between e-Warongs. On the other hand, there are obstacles in the program regulator at the Sibolga City Social Service, including lack of coordination with channeling banks and difficulties in dealing with KPM's desire for conformity of basic materials with general guidelines for social assistance programs

As a result, many MSMEs and consumers have decided to interact digitally rather than in person. Many MSMEs that rely on offline sales have had to close down due to decreased income due to fewer sales. Developing MSMEs is the best way to overcome the problems they face. Due to their growth amidst intense competition and globalization, MSMEs must be able to face various obstacles in order to compete in the digital economy where more and more MSMEs are going digital. Because, MSMEs that grow and develop are MSMEs that have been integrated into the digital ecosystem. The aim of this research is to find out how digital MSMEs are developed in Indonesia and whether they can be used as a means of saving the country's economy from downturn. This research uses a qualitative approach using library research or often called a literature review study. By using a literature study approach, all data and information related to research problems that are relevant to the analysis of the development of MSMEs going digital in preventing economic recession in Indonesia are analyzed. Research findings show that validating ideas, simplifying business plans, following research developments, gaining insight into internet technology, maintaining consistency, and encouraging digital business development are important components of a strategy to help MSMEs go digital. Apart from that, the creation of digital MSMEs can help Indonesia emerge from the upcoming economic crisis

Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to analyze the policy strategy for planning child-friendly urban development in Padangsidempuan. The quantitative method was the analytical approach employed in this investigation. The institutional clusters I rights and liberties for citizens), II (family environment and substitute care), III (fundamental health and welfare), IV (education, leisure usage, and cultural activities), and V (special protection) are the indicators used in this study.. This research uses SWOT analysis tools and an Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results showed that the right strategies used in the policy strategy for planning child-friendly urban development in Padangsidempuan City are (1) Padangsidempuan City allocates budgets, human resources including ADD interventions, (2) Regions have regulations and utilization and optimization of all KLA supporting facilities, (3) Regions optimize the role of institutions in supervising children's areas. The factors that influence the strategy in implementing KLA are government and human resource commitments and budgets. The supporting and inhibiting factors are regulatory facilities and adequate facilities, stakeholder involvement in the task force, potential threats to children, an unhealthy environment, and lack of coordination

Get PDFThe Family Hope Program is a type of conditional social assistance provided by the government to poor families in the form of health, education and social welfare costs. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of PKH in an effort to improve people's welfare in Nagari Koto Tangah Batu Ampa. The subjects of this study were Beneficiary Families (KPM), which consisted of 82 respondents who were in Nagari Koto Tangah Batu Ampa. The method used is a qualitative approach method, and the results of the research are explained using descriptive analysis. Measuring effectiveness based on the Ministry of Home Affairs RD standards through indicators of program understanding, target accuracy, timeliness, goal achievement, and real change. Overall the analysis of the effectiveness of the Family Hope Program in improving people's welfare in Nagari Koto Tangah Batu Ampa is stated to be quite effective, with an average result of calculating all variables of 71.70%. It can be interpreted that the PKH assistance funds provided by the government have been sufficient to help improve the economic welfare of the KPM community, especially in accessing education, health and social welfare services
Determinan Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja Industri Manufaktur Besar dan Sedang di Pulau Sumatera
Get PDFLabor productivity is actually a comparison of output or output with all the resources used or in this case it is called input whose function is to increase economic growth. This research has a mission to provide estimates of the direction and magnitude of the determinants of life expectancy, the average duration of schooling, and also the minimum wage of a province along with the human development index on the labor productivity of large and medium manufacturing industries on the island of Sumatra in the period 2018 to 2020 by applying panel data regression. The findings from this research then show that life expectancy has a positive effect, meanwhile, the provincial minimum wage has a negative effect on labor productivity. Meanwhile, it is known that the average duration of schooling and the human development index are not determinants of labor productivity in large and medium manufacturing industries in the same year. Local governments in each province in Sumatra are expected to be able to provide special attention to the education and health sectors. In the context of increasing in the education and health sectors, this will also have implications for the quality of workers who will also improve so that the implication is being able to increase production output and expectations will be determined at the level of economic growth
