Therefore, palm sugar managers are not only looking for profit, but are also connected with moral values, it is not justified to take maximum profits without regardto the buyer's condition, as Islam emphasizes that in business trading must be honest, trustworthy, fair and also pay attention to The quality of the raw material for palm sugar must be guaranteed to be halal, for the sake of creating human happiness (falah) and a good life. This study aims to analyze the opportunities and development of the palm sugar business in Kandang Mbelang Mandiri Village, Kec. Moonstone, Kab. Southeast Aceh. The respondents of this study were entrepreneurs managing palm sugar in the village of Kandang Mbelang. Research data obtained by observation and interviews were analyzed descriptively using SWOT analysis, strategy matrix to analyze the strategy determined by the respondents. The results of this study indicate that the IFAS value is 1.447320 and the EFAS value is 2.261670. Therefore the solution obtained for the development of the palm sugar business is to promote products such as on social media, have a brand image, innovate the quality of palm sugar products in the future

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the significant effect of work performance, social security, and employee incentives on job satisfaction. This research was conducted using quantitative analysis. The population in this study numbered 35, with 35 samples taken. The sampling technique in this study used a total sampling technique. This study used secondary data obtained from questionnaires. Using the Multiple Regression Analysis methods, using SPSS 22. Based on the results of the first hypothesis test, it is known that the significant value of work performance is 3.894 > 2.03951. The variable of work performance has a substantial effect on the variable of employee job satisfaction. The second hypothesis shows that social security has an essential value of 0.477 2.03951, meaning that the employee incentive variable significantly affects the employee job satisfaction variable. The fourth hypothesis shows a significant Fcount value of 20.093 compared to Ftable of 2.90 (20.093 > 2.90), meaning that work performance variables (X1), social security (X2) and employee incentives (X3) simultaneously (simultaneously) have a significant influence with variable employee job satisfaction

The results of the study show that the implementation of CSR for Kalla A Group of Companies does not yet cover the health sector, but includes education, social, Islamic community development and the economy. Furthermore, the implementation of CSR in Kalla A Group of Companies is in accordance with Islamic Business Ethics, because in implementing CSR the Company has implemented 10 Principles of Islamic Business Ethics

Among the aspects of empowerment that he did were spiritual, social, educational, and economic aspects. Empowerment of the poor is important in the social field. Poverty is a global issue that has an impact on development of a region. The government has been creating and developing programs to empower the poor for a long time, but it seems that it has not played on optimal role. Depok City BPS released that Depok City’s poverty rate in 2022 is 2.53%. and in 20202 the number of Muslims in Depok City is 1.773.341 out of a total population of 2.484.000. the means that more than 70% of Depok City’s population is Muslim. Muslims are synonymous with mosques, and Depok City has more than 400 mosques that can be empowered. Therefore, this study discusses the Optimization Model of Mosque-based Community Empowerment. The research methodology used is qualitative which camos from interviews and observations. Sources of data obtained directly from interviewees. The analysis technique used in this study is descriptive analysis by explaining the results of the researchers’ observations through a detailed explanation of the model. The result of this study are expected to be a source of reference for mosques in empowering communities

Get PDFProfitability is important to know how much the Sharia Bank contributes to the Indonesian economy. The study aims to analyze the profitability of the Shariah public bank in Indonesia in the period 2013-2022. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach by performing a panel data regression test. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the annual reports of the Financial Services Authority and the annual financial reports of each Shariah general bank. Panel data regression results showed that the financing to Deposit Ratio, Non-Performing Finance, Operational burden, and Operational Revenue had a negative and significant impact on the profitability (Return on Assets) of the period 2013–2022, while the Capital Adequacy Ratio had a positive and significant effect on the return on assets of the 2013–2022 period
