The Impact Of Self-Control And Lifestyle On Sharia Financial Behavior With Religiosity As A Moderating Variable Among Young Workers In Klaten
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the impact of self-control and lifestyle on Sharia financial behavior with religiosity as a moderating variable among young workers in Klaten. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach utilizing a questionnaire as the data collection instrument. Data analysis was performed using the path analysis method. The results of the study indicate that self-control and lifestyle have a positive and significant impact on Sharia financial behavior. Additionally, religiosity significantly moderates the relationship between self-control and Sharia financial behavior. However, religiosity does not significantly moderate the relationship between lifestyle and Sharia financial behavior. These findings suggest that self-control and lifestyle play crucial roles in shaping Sharia financial behavior, with the influence of self-control being stronger when religiosity is high. Therefore, increasing financial literacy and strengthening religious values among young workers is essential to promote wiser financial behavior in line with Sharia principles
Estimasi Pertumbuhan Investasi Sukuk dalam Pencapaian Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) di Indonesia
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the best model and method for forecasting the growth of sukuk investment in Indonesia and to forecast the growth of Sovereign Sukuk investment seven years ahead, precisely at the end of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) program in 2030. This quantitative study uses Sovereign Sukuk data from 2009 to 2023 obtained from Bank Indonesia (BI). The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling, which uses 179 monthly data on Indonesian Sovereign Sukuk investment. The data analysis in this study uses the eviews 10 application with an econometric approach. The results of this study analysis show that the best method for forecasting sukuk investment growth in Indonesia is ARIMA Box Jenskins with the ARIMA (7,1,1) model. The growth value of Indonesian Sovereign Sukuk investment after forecasting for the next seven years continues to increase yearly. This is triggered by the increasing public awareness to contribute to Indonesia's development. The peak growth in Sovereign Sukuk investment is predicted to occur in 2030 at the end of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) agenda, showing a figure of Rp. 1.167.071.086.806.520. This condition should be a concern to the government, so that Sovereign Sukuk can be utilised to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) program in Indonesia

This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this research used literature survey, observation and interview techniques. The result of this research is that the amount of employee salaries is in accordance with work wages, both per day and per month have the same salary. The time for paying salaries is also timely according to Islamic law so that wages are given before the sweat dries. According to the Islamic view, the manufacturing company PT Anugrah Jaya Utama Karanganyar cannot be said to be completely good, because the values in Islam have not been fully fulfilled. Wage determination can be seen from a fair and appropriate perspective when everyone has the same salary and salary can be categorized as a living wage which consists of 3 aspects, namely adequate food, clothing and shelter

Get PDFThis research aims to determine the impact of investment and consumption in the renewable energy sector in sustainable economic development. This research uses a quantitative method of multiple linear regression analysis processed with Eviews 13 software. This research uses renewable energy sector investment data in 2017-2023 with data sources from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources and the Ministry of EBTKE, renewable energy consumption data sourced from the World Bank as well as emission reduction data as a result of the existence of renewable energy in accordance with the 7th pillar of the SDGs. This research found results where there is a negative relationship between investment and reducing CO2 emissions and a positive relationship between consumption and reducing CO2 emissions. However, partially and simultaneously all independent variables have an effect on reducing CO2 emissions. This is in accordance with data from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, currently the renewable energy mix is only 13%, this is weakening due to the pandemic in 2020-2022. So, to increase energy security in the future, there must be increased investment in renewable energy in sustainable development because conventional energy sources are increasingly depleted and environmental pollution can disrupt ecosystems and economic systems

Get PDFThis study employs a descriptive qualitative research method. It was conducted directly on the subject, namely the female traders at the Lau Cih Central Market in Medan. Data was gathered through observation, interviews, and documentation, and then analyzed qualitatively using data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The findings reveal that the contribution of female traders in the Lau Cih Central Market includes alleviating the financial burden on their families, acting as the breadwinners or heads of households, and helping to improve family finances. Despite these roles, they do not neglect their primary responsibilities as homemakers, balancing their time between work and family matters. From an Islamic economic perspective, a wife working is not in conflict with Islamic law, as a working wife is considered to be assisting her husband in providing income, which is seen as a form of devotion in supporting the family. The factors motivating a wife to work include economic necessity, social factors, and self-actualization

Get PDFKonsep halal saat ini menjadi tren dalam perkembangan ekonomi syariah dunia, yang memunculkan segmen baru dalam pariwisata, yaitu wisata halal, yang kini dianggap sebagai ceruk pasar baru yang menjanjikan. Hal ini juga menjadi peluang besar untuk meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan sekaligus menjadi lokomotif pertumbuhan ekonomi di bidang pariwisata halal. Oleh karena itu, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi niat wisatawan untuk mengunjungi destinasi halal di Pulau Lombok, dengan religiusitas sebagai variabel moderasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian eksplanatori yang dirancang untuk menunjukkan kontribusi variabel eksogen terhadap variabel endogen. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari wisatawan yang berkunjung ke destinasi wisata halal di Pulau Lombok, dan metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan, dan total sampel sebanyak 280 responden. Data yang terkumpul akan dianalisis dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa norma subjektif, sikap, citra destinasi, motivasi berwisata berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap niat wisatawan untuk berkunjung ke destinasi wisata halal di Pulau Lombok. Sedangkan persepsi perilaku tidak berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap niat wisatawan untuk mengunjungi destinasi wisata halal di Pulau Lombo

The impact of the financial crisis at the end of 2008 resulted in the financial sector losing its ability to mitigate risk, in turn causing increased credit risk. The aim of the study is, of course, to understand the impact of monetary policy and macroprudential on credit risks in Indonesia's non-allocation financing (NPF). The study USES the data panel that has been processed through eviews 10 and applied with multiple linear regression analysis, specifying five different types of cellular general Banks that fit the criteria as a sample of observation during the 2018-2022 period. Research shows that bi rate as a monetary policy proxy and mandatory minimum requirement (GWM) as a macroprudensian policy proxy does not significantly affect credit risk. However, those capital inequality ratios have a significant negative impact on credit risk, while those variables financing to depositite ratios have significant positive effects on credit risk. The aim of preparing this paper is to see to what extent the concept of philanthropy can improve the people's economy. And the results of this research show that the presence of philanthropy can be an instrument for alleviating poverty which is increasing in today's society. Management of philanthropic funds by social institutions can reduce poverty and social inequality and can pump up people's enthusiasm to improve prosperity.
