    PENGARUH PUPUK MAJEMUK TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN dan HASIL TANAMAN BAWANG MERAH pada TANAH GAMBUT

    Bawang merah (Allium ascalonicum L.) merupakan salah satu jenis tanaman hortikultura multifungsi yang memiliki nilai ekonomis cukup tinggi. Tanah gambut berpotensi untuk perluasan areal budidaya tanaman bawang merah.  Pemanfaatan tanah gambut sebagai media tanam tanaman bawang merah dihadapkan pada beberapa kendala terutama sifat kimia dan kandungan unsur hara yang rendah. Alternatif untuk menyediakan unsur hara bagi tanaman pada tanah gambut yang kurang akan unsur hara yaitu dengan menambahkan bahan pupuk majemuk berupa NPK mutiara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan dosis pupuk majemuk yang terbaik bagi pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bawang merah pada tanah gambut. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama 3 bulan yaitu dari tanggal 14 Juli – 14 Oktober 2017 di kebun percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Tanjungpura Pontianak. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 5 perlakuan dengan 5 ulangan dan tiap ulangan terdiri dari 3 tanaman sampel. Perlakuan yang dimaksud adalah pemberian pupuk majemuk NPK mutiara dengan dosis 0,8, 1,6, 2,4, 3,2 dan 4 g/tanaman. Variabel yang diamati dalam penelitian ini meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah umbi per rumpun, berat segar umbi per rumpun, berat kering angin umbi per rumpun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk majemuk NPK mutiara dengan dosis 0,8 g/tanaman merupakan dosis yang terbaik dibandingkan dengan dosis lainnya. Kata Kunci : Bawang  merah, NPK mutiara, Tanah gambut

    STUDY OF PHOSPHATE SOLUBILIZING FUNGI IN PEAT SOIL IN SEVERAL TYPES OF LAND USE OF SIANTAN HILIR VILLAGE PONTIANAK CITY

    The use of peat land for agriculture is growing rapidly. However, in this utilization various problems were encountered, one of which was the strength of phosphate nutrients. One alternative to overcome the low availability of phosphate is to use a phosphate solvent fungus. This study aims to determine the population and type of phosphate solubilizing fungus and the population differences in several peatland uses (oil palm, pineapple, mustard, aloe, papaya and secondary forest) and to know the ability of fungi to dissolve phosphate nutrients. The methods used in this study are preparation, selection and observation of the location of the study, determination of sampling points, soil sampling (microbiology specific soil samples, sample samples and disturbed soil samples), preparation and sterilization of equipment and media in the laboratory, calculation and isolation fungus phosphate solubilizing colonies. The results showed that the highest population of phosphate solubilizing fungus (CPF) was found on pineapple land which was as much as 2.99 x 104 CFU / ml, and the lowest on aloe vera land was 2.11 x 104 CFU / ml. The analysis of the diversity of CPF population numbers on six land uses showed that the number of CPF populations had no significant effect. The types of fungi found were 13 types of solubilizing fungi. The land use which has the most phosphate solvent fungus types is oil palm and pineapple land. The ability of the fungus to dissolve phosphate can be seen from how large the clear zone is formed. Land use which has the largest area of clear zone is found in oil palm land which is equal to 242.31 mm2 and the smallest on pineapple land which is equal to 118.74 mm2. The test results of the analysis of the wide diversity of clear zones on aloe vera, papaya, mustard, oil palm, pineapple and secondary forest showed that the area of clear zones had no significant effect on land use. The land use system influences the diversity of phosphate solubilizing microorganisms and the ability to dissolve phosphate but the land use system does not affect the population of phosphate solubilizing fungi. Keywords: Phosphate Solubilizing Fungi, Phosphate, Peat Soil, Phosphate Solubilizing Microorganism, Clear Zon

    ABSTRACTColletotrichum musae (Berk. and Curt.) Arx. is a pathogen that causes anthracnose on bananas. Biocontrol agents is one of the alternatives to reduce negative impact of pesticide. This study aims to explore the phylosphere bacteria in bananas which are potential as antagonists to C. musae. The study was carried out at the Laboratory of Plant Diseases, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Tangjungpura Pontianak from November 2017 to April 2018. The bacterial isolates obtained were tested for antagonistic potential against C. musae by dual culture, conidial viability test C. musae and ability to lyse the hyphae. Hypersensitivity testing of bacterial isolates which have the potential as biological agents carried out on tobacco plants. The results of isolation of phylosphere bacteria obtained 16 bacterial isolates. Based on the testing, 3 isolates NPOB1, BPNB1 and BPNB3 have great potential as a antagonists to C. musae. According to antagonistic test, bacterial isolates had an inhibition between 51,84%-65,18%. The inhibition of conidia germination was 4,85%-39,4%. The ability of chitinolytic enzymes produced was 12,43%-31%. Sixteen phylosphere bacteria isolates were not plant pathogenic based on HR tests on tobacco leaves. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan empat perlakuan dan enam ulangan dan masing – masing ulangan terdiri dari tiga sampel tanaman. Total dari seluruh sampel penelitian adalah 72 tanaman. Perlakuan yang dimaksud adalah komposisi pukan ayam dan tanah aluvial, p1 = 1:1, p2 = 1:2, p3 = 1:3, p4 = 1:4. Adapun variabel pengamatan yaitu jumlah daun, jumlah tunas, persentase setek hidup, volume akar, tinggi tanaman, dan berat kering tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komposisi pukan ayam dan tanah aluvial berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah daun, tinggi tanaman dan berat kering tanaman. Respon tidak nyata terhadap komposisi pukan ayam dan tanah aluvial ditunjukkan oleh variabel pengamatan jumlah tunas, pesentase setek hidup, dan volume akar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komposisi pukan ayam dan tanah aluvial berpengaruh baik terhadap pertumbuhan setek tebu telur. This study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with four treatments and six replications and each replication consisted of 3 plant samples. Total of all samples were 72 plants. The treatments are chicken’s manure and alluvial soil compotition, p1 = 1:1, p2 = 1:2, p3 = 1:3, p4 = 1:4. The observed variables are number of leaves, number of shoots, percentage of live cuts, root volumes, plants heigth and dry weight of the plant. The results showed that does of chicken’s manure and alluvial soil compotition have significantly affect to the plants height, number of leaves and dry weight of the plants. There are non significantly effect of dose of chicken’s manure and alluvial soil compotition are, number of shoots, percentage of live cuts, and root volumes. The results of this study indicate that chicken’s manure and alluvial soil compotition the good effect to the growth of sugar cane eggs cutting. This research was conducted in Seguri forest located at Desa Peniti, Entada forest in Desa Gonis Tekam and Munggu Betung forest in Desa Semabi for three months, started from December 2017 until March 2018, using survey method by exploring all of the Tembawang Seguri forest areas and Tembawang Entada forest. The sampling was done by purposive sampling. The criteria of the mature plants and plant that has been fruitful several times. Based on the result of the research in the field, there are six types of Durian, the six types of Durian are Durio zibethinus, Durio kutejensis, Durio oxleysnus, Durio lanceolatus, Durio lowianus and Durio excelcus. The type of Durio zibethinus Murr was the most widely plant found in Entada,Seguri  and Munggu Betung forest. Durio lanceolatus only found in Entada forest. Durio  lowianus was found in the Entada and Munggu Betung forest and Durio exelcus was found in Seguri and Munggu Betung forest. Generally, the place of Durian plant not really different in each species, based on the vegetation, the condition of environment. The difference was only in the height of the place and habitat, and even it was still in a condition that the durian plant wants to grow. There were no specific species found of Durian in the others location because the trees was cut down by the villagers because of the unpleasant taste of the fruit, the conversion of land functions such as agriculture, house building infrastructure and others, and lack of public awareness of biodiversity conservation.   Keywords: Durian, Durian’s habitat, Kabupaten Sekadau

    ABSTRACTRice (Oryza sativa L.) is one of the world's major food crops. Its used as food most for almost all Indonesian people. Productivity of rice plants tend to fluctuate, one of them caused by Pyricularia oryzae. It caused as leaf blast or blast disease on rice. The aim of this research is to get the rice phyllosphere bacteria which possibly have potential as the biocontrol agent to P. oryzae. This research was conducted at Plant Disease Laboratory Faculty of Agriculture, University of Tanjungpura Pontianak. The study was divided into three term, which were leaf sampling, microbial isolation and antagonism testing. There were found 21 isolates of rice leaf filosphere bacteria, there were 12 isolates have capability to decrease growth of pathogens, and 14 isolates had chitinolytic activity. The 5 isolates as a superior biocontrol agent were not as plant pathogenic based on HR test om tobacao.Keywords: Antagonism, Exploration, Fhyllosphere, Chitinolytics

    KARAKTERISTIK FISIKOKIMIA DAN ORGANOLEPTIK KERUPUK KULIT PISANG BARANGAN (Musa acuminata L.) YANG DIPERKAYA DAGING IKAN LELE (Clarias sp.)

    ABSTRAKKerupuk merupakan makanan kering yang dibuat dari tepung pati dengan penambahan bahan-bahan lainnya. Kulit pisang barangan (Musa acuminata L.) merupakan bagian dari buah yang kaya karbohidrat sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan baku pembuatan kerupuk sekaligus menjadi alternatif permasalahan limbah. Peningkatan nutrisi kerupuk pati dilakukan dengan penambahan daging lele. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui karakteristik fisikokimia dan organoleptik kerupuk kulit pisang barangan yang diperkaya daging lele. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan 1 faktor perlakuan yaitu komposisi perbandingan kulit pisang barangan dan daging ikan lele yang terdiri dari 4 taraf perlakuan dengan 6 kali ulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan formulasi terbaik adalah 35 g kerupuk kulit pisang barangan yang ditambah 15 g daging ikan lele. Karakteristik fisikokimia formulasi terbaik kerupuk yang dihasilkan kadar air (8,51%), abu (1,17%), lemak (1,25%), protein (0,23%), dan kadar karbohidrat (88,60%). Karakteristik organoleptik formulasi kerupuk tersebut aroma 5,57 (suka), warna 5,33 (agak suka), rasa 5,77 (suka) dan kerenyahan 6,17 (suka).                                                                          Keywords :  Kerupuk, kulit pisang barangan, ikan lel

    ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan sifat Fisika tanah pada lahan sawah irigasi semi teknis dan irigasi sederhana Kabupaten Landak. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di  Desa Sompak Kecamatan Sompak Kabupaten Landak. Metode yang digunakan dengan mengambil sampel langsung di lapangan, lahan sawah irigasi semi teknis dan irigasi sederhana masing-masing 5 titik pengamatan dan 2 kedalaman, kedalaman 0-20 cm dan 20-40 cm. Parameter pengamatan terdiri dari sifat fisika yaitu tekstur  tanah, struktur tanah, warna tanah, bobot isi tanah, porositas total, kadar air kapasitas lapangan, dan permeabilitas tanah, parameter pendukung yaitu pH tanah, C-Organik tanah, N-Total tanah dan Ratio C/N. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji t hitung menunjukkan bahwa semua parameter tidak berbeda nyata, dan kandungan C-Organik pada kedalaman 0 – 20 tergolong tinggi. Kata Kunci : Sifat Fisika Tanah Sawah, Irigasi Semi Teknis, Irigasi Sederhan

    ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pendapatan usahatani tumpangsari jagung manis dengan ubi jalar di Desa Rasau Jaya Satu Kecamatan Rasau Jaya Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Rasau Jaya Satu sejak awal bulan Januari sampai dengan bulan Maret 2018. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode survei dimana pengumpulan data berdasarkan wawancara dan observasi. Tehnik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode non probability sampling, populasi yang diambil sebanyak 40 orang petani maka keseluruhan responden penelitian dijadikan populasi. Lokasi penelitian di Desa Rasau Jaya Satu dipilih secara sengaja (purposive) karena merupakan salah satu dimana peneliti menentukan pengambilan sampel dengan cara menetapkan ciri-ciri khusus yang sesuai dengan tujuan peneliti sehingga diharapkan dapat menjawab permasalahan penelitian. Berdasarkan tabel diatas menunjukan bahwa total penerimaan tumpangsari jagung manis dengan ubi jalar sebesar Rp 38.866.271,19,-. Pendapatan jagung manis sebesar Rp 7.643.753,97,- dan ubi jalar sebesar Rp 14.388.524,1,-. Jadi, total pendapatan jagung manis dengan ubi jalar sebesar Rp 22.0332.278,07,-Selisih pendapatan antara jagung manis dengan ubi jalar sebesar Rp 6.744.770,13,-. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwasannya hasil dari tanaman ubi jalar lebih besar dari hasil jagung manis. Kata Kunci : Pendapatan Petani, Usahatani tumpangsari jagung manis dengan ubi jalar

    ANALYSIS OF SUSTAINED RICE RECEIVER CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IN SANDAI DISTRICT KETAPANG DISTRICE

    The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of customer satisfaction recipients of subsidized rice in Sandai District, Ketapang Regency. The samples used in the study were as many as 100 respondents selected by the purposive sampling method. Data were collected using questionnaires then analyzed by Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) using SPSS 20. Software Important Performance Analysis was used to determine the relationship of importance and performance assessment of the quality of services provided by officers, so they could know what attributes should be improved , maintained, corrected and eliminated or evaluated. Then analyzed again with the Customer Statisfaction Index (CSI) using Microsoft Office Excel to determine the level of customer satisfaction. The results of this study indicate that recipients of subsidized rice are satisfied with the distribution of subsidized rice in Sandai Sub-District, Ketapang District, but it is expected that officers can continue to increase the satisfaction of consumers receiving subsidized rice. Keyword: Consumer Satisfaction, Ketapang Regency, Subsidized Rice
