KARAKTERISTIK MORFOMETRIK DAN HABITAT KIJING TAIWAN (Sinanodonta woodiana) DI ALIRAN IRIGASI DESA SAMBORA KECAMATAN TOHO KABUPATEN MEMPAWAH
Sinanodonta woodiana is known as kijing taiwan which is mostly found in the irrigation flow of the village of Sambora Toho District Mempawah Distric. However, its existence is now experiencing a decline. For this reason, management is needed that requires data on morphometric and habitat characteristics. Therefore the purpose of this study was to determine the morphometric characteristics and habitat characteristics of S. woodiana in the irrigation flow of Sambora Village, Toho District, Mempawah Regency. The research method used was Purposive Random Sampling, using three different observation stations, namely station 1 is in the upstream part of the irrigation area close to a waterfall of oil palm plantations and freshwater fish cultivation ponds, station 2 is in an area adjacent to freshwater fish cultivation ponds and settlements, and station 3 is in a downstream area close to factory waste disposal tofu, freshwater fish farming ponds, and oil palm plantations.This research was conducted in March - May 2020 in the irrigation flow of Sambora Village, Toho District, Mempawah Regency. Based on the results of the study, there were 565 individuals of S. woodiana. All characters of mean shell length (PC), shell height (TC), shell thickness (TBL), and total weight (BT) show that the size varies between male and female sex, the female sex is greater than the male sex. The density values ranged from 0.37 to 3.02ind / m2. The density between stations is different and the highest is at station I and the lowest is at station III. FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEPUTUSAN MASYARAKAT MEMILIH KELAPA SAWIT SWADAYA DI KECAMATAN NGABANG KABUPATEN LANDAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan petani berkebun kelapa sawit swadaya di Kecamatan Ngabang Kabupaten Landak dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari masing-masing faktor terhadap keputusan petani kelapa sawit swadaya. Data yang digunakan adalah data, primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh dari 100 petani dengan menggunakan observasi dan kuisioner yang telah disusun. Analisisi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan petani adalah umur, pendidikan formal, luas lahan, pendapatan, lingkungan sosial, lingkungan ekonomi dan karakteristik inovasi. Berdasarkan perbandingan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa umur, lingkungan sosial, lingkungan ekonomi dan karakteristik inovasi berpengaruh nyata terhadap keputusan petani. Sedangkan variabel pendidikan formal, luas lahan dan pendapatan tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan petani.Kata kunci: Faktor-faktor, kelapa sawit swadaya, keputusa
EFFECTIVITY TEST OF RICE PHYLLOSPHERE BACTERIA AGAINST Xanthomonas Oryzae AND RESPON OF Streptomycin sulfate RESISTANCE
Leaf blight is one of the crucial diseases caused by Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzae (Xoo) bacterial. Using of phyllosphere bacteria as biocontrol agents to againts Leaf |Blight disease has problem because can not to combination with synthetic bactericide applied. This study aims to determining potention of rice phyllosphere bacteria isolate against Xanthomonas oryzae pv.Oryzae caused of Leaf Blight Disease, and in vitro test Streptomycin sulfate resistance response. This research was conducted in Plant Disease Laboratory Faculty of Agriculture, University of Tanjungpura during 2 months. This study used 21 rice filosphere bacteria isolates. This research used paper disc method with concentrate levels 0 ppm, 50 ppm, 100 ppm, 250 ppm, 500 ppm. The result of this study showed that 6 isolates of rice filosphere bacteria have the potential to suppress the growth of Xanthomonas oryzae and are resistant to antibiotics (Streptomycin sulfate) up to 500 ppm. MORFOMETRY OF GOATS (Capra aegagrus) IN RASAU JAYA III VILLAGE, RASAU JAYA DISTRICT KUBU RAYA DISTRICT, PROVINCE KALIMANTAN BARAT
This study aims to determine the morphometry of the Goat Goat which is maintained intensively in Rasau Jaya III Village, Rasau Jaya District, Kubu Raya Regency, West Kalimantan Province. The variables observed were chest circumference, chest width, chest depth, shoulder height, hip height, body length and body weight. The results showed that adult male breast circumference was 74.53 ± 6.99 cm and adult female was 72.36 ± 6.43 cm. adult male chest width 20.93 ± 4.54 cm and adult female 19.71 ± 6.94 cm, in adult male chest 30.73 ± 3.67 cm and adult female 28.93 ± 6.17 cm, shoulder height adult males 60.47 ± 3.70 cm and adult females 66.43 ± 5.37 cm, adult male hip height 63.33 ± 4.02 cm and adult females 64.79 ± 6.61 cm, adult male body length 67 , 27 ± 5.28 cm and adult female 76.07 ± 6.73 cm, adult male body weight 30.06 ± 4.50 kg and adult female 27.8 ± 10.0 kg. Based on the results of the morphometry research of Kacang Goat in Rasau Jaya III Village is higher than the Decree of the Minister of Agriculture, 2012. THE INFLUENCE OF USING DURIAN SKIN ASH AS LIME SUBSTITUTE IN GROWTH AND CROP OF CAYENNE PEPPER ON PEAT SOIL.
This study aims to obtain the best durian skin ash dose in the growth and the crop of cayenne pepper on peat soil. This research began from 13 April 2019 to 05 August 2019. This research was carried at Jl. Perdana Gg Mufakat. The method used in this research was Completely Randomized Design consisted of five treatments, five repetition, and each repetition contained four plant samples. The treatment as followed: k1= 21,66 tons/ha equivalent to 433 grams/polybag, k2 = 30,84 tons/ha equivalent to 602 grams/polybag, k3 = 38,55 tons/ha equivalent to 771 grams/polybag, k4 = 47,08 tons/ha equivalent to 941 grams/polybag and k5 = 55,52 tons/ha equivalent to 1.110 grams/polybag. This research included durian skin ash production, seedbed media preparation, plant media preparation, ash application, planting, fertilizing, maintenance, and harvesting. The variables observed in this research were height plant (g), root volume (g), plant dry weight (g), leaf chlorophyll amount (spad unit), fruit weight (g), and the quantity of the fruit every plant. Besides that, this research observed the temperature condition(0C) and humidity (%). From this research, it can be concluded that the application of durian skin ash with dose of 38,55 tons/ ha equivalent to 771 grams/polybag is the best dose for the growth and the crop of cayenne pepper on peat soil.Key word: ash, cayenne pepper, durian ski
Substitusi Tepung Terigu dengan Tepung Biji Cempedak Terhadap Karakteristik Fisikokimia dan Sensori Kulit Kue Sus
ABSTRAK Biji cempedak merupakan bahan pangan dengan sumber karbohidrat, protein, energi dan mineral yang baik sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan pangan yang potensial. Pengaplikasian tepung biji cempedak sebagai bahan substitusi pada pembuatan kulit kue sus perlu dilakukan diversifikasi pangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan substitusi tepung terigu dengan tepung biji cempedak terbaik pada pembuatan kulit kue sus terhadap sifat fisikokimia dan sensori. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) satu faktor yang terdiri dari 6 taraf perlakuan dengan 4 kali ulangan Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan uji ANOVA taraf uji 5%. Perlakuan terbaik menggunakan uji indeks efektivitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan terbaik diperoleh pada substitusi 80 g tepung terigu : 20 g tepung biji cempedak. Karakteristik kimia kulit kue sus yang dihasilkan yaitu kadar air 13,49 %, abu 2,09 %, protein 9,19 %, dan daya pengembangan 49,41 %. Karakteristik sensori kulit kue sus yang dihasilkan yaitu aroma (3,93), warna (4,10), tekstur (4,00), rasa (4,10), dan kesukaan keseluruhan (4,03). PENGARUH PROSES REKRUTMEN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN KARYAWAN DIVISI KEBUN DI PT.MITRA INTI SEJATI PLANTATION KABUPATEN BENGKAYANG
PT. Mitra Inti Sejati Plantation merupakan anak perusahaan dari Gunta Samba Grup yang merupakan grup dari Salim Grup. PT.Mitra Inti Sejati Plantation Barat merupakan salah satu perusahaan perkebunan swasta terbesar di Kalimantan barat yang telah menghasilkan produk-produk yang berkualitas serta mampu bersaing di pasar internasional. PT.Mitra Inti Sejati Plantation memiliki 8.910,54 Hektar.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan efek rekrutmen terhadap kinerja karyawan. Rekrutmen sebagai variabel independen (X), sementara kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel dependen (Y).Sampel adalah 92 responden. Data yang Diperoleh dari kuesioner dan diproses lebih lanjut untuk kemudian diuji dengan statistik pikir program SPSS. KARAKTERISTIK MORFOLOGI DAN HUBUNGAN FILNOGENETIK BERDASARKAN IDENTIFIKASI MOLECULER VARIETAS PADI MERAH DARI KALIMANTAN BARAT
Kalimantan Barat merupakan salah satu daerah yang memiliki keragaman padi merah yang cukup tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkarakterisasi identitas padi merah variets Maiyan secara morfologi dan molekuler. Penelitian dilakukan berdasarkan dua tahapan yaitu identifikasi morfologi daun, batang, bulir dari padi dan identifikasi molekuler dengan menggunakan penanda gen MatK. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Padi Merah Varietas Maiyan berdasarkan pengamatan morfologi yaitu jumlah anakan 1-13 buah, dengan anakan produktif 1-11 buah, warna permukaan daun hijau kekuningan (Green Group 144C), jumlah nodus 5. Padi Merah Maiyan memiliki tinggi tanaman yang cukup besar yaitu mencapai 122,5-149,5 cm. Hasil identifikasi molekuler Padi Merah Maiyan memiliki kemiripan dengan Oryza sativa Japonica cultivar Nipponbare 99%, Oryza sativa Japonica Group bio-material IRGC33984 99%, Oryza sativa Rufipogon 99%, Oryza sativa cultivar Giza 178 99%, dan Oryza sativa cultivar NARC 17958 99%. Kemiripan yang tinggi diduga dipengaruhi oleh asal tetua dari Padi Merah Varietas Maiyan yang sama dengan kelima padi tersebut. Kata Kunci : rice, characterization, MatK, molecullar, morphology
THE STUDY OF FORMULATION COCONUT MILK AND AGAR IN MAKING OF KERIBANG (Dioscorea alata) ICE CREAM
This research wasaimed to determine thebest characteristicofformulation coconutmilk andagarinmakingofkeribang(Dioscoreaalata)icecream.Theexperimentaldesignedusing RandomizedBlockDesign(RBD)wichisconsisttwofactorofcoconutmilk(200g,250g,300g) andagar (3g,4g,5g),eachtreatmentwas replicated threetimes.Themeasuredparameters werephisycal,chemical, and sensorycharacteristics.ThedataofPhisycalandchemicalwere analyzed statisticallyusing ANOVA(α=5%) andHSDTest(α=5%)and sensorytestwas analyzedbyKruskalWallis.Thebesttreatmentwasdeterminedbyusing methodof effectivenessindex.Theresultshowedkeribang ice creamwithadditionofcoconutmilk250g andAgar4gwasthebesttreatmentwith chemical characteristicswerefatcontent27.84%, proteincontent1.70%,totaldissolved solids20.80°brix,Physicalcharacteristicswereoverrun 20.55%,high-speedmelting25.19minutes,andsensoryvalues resultedof taste5.40(like), texture5.23 (like), color5.53 (likeverymuch), aroma 4.70 (like).This reseach was aimed to determine the best characteristic of formulation coconut milk and agar in making of keribang (Dioscorea alata) ice cream. The experimental designed usingRandomized Block Design (RBD) wich is consist two factor of coconut milk (200g, 250g, 300g)and agar (3g, 4g, 5g), each treatment was replicated three times. The measured parameterswere phisycal, chemical, and sensory characteristics. The data of Phisycal and chemical wereanalyzed statistically using ANOVA (α=5%) and HSD Test (α=5%) and sensory test wasanalyzed by Kruskal Wallis. The best treatment was determined by using method ofeffectiveness index. The result showed keribang ice cream with addition of coconut milk 250gand Agar 4g was the best treatment with chemical characteristics were fat content 27.84%,protein content 1.70%, total dissolved solids 20.80°brix, Physical characteristics were overrun 20.55%, high-speed melting 25.19 minutes, and sensory values resulted of taste 5.40 (like),texture 5.23 (like), color 5.53 (like very much), aroma 4.70 (like).

STRUKTUR KOMUNITAS DAN KOMPOSISI HUTAN MANGROVE DI DESA BAKAU BESAR LAUT KECAMATAN SUNGAI PINYUH KABUPATEN MEMPAWAH Robiatul Adawiyah(1), Inpurwanto(2), Ahmad Mulyadi(2) (1)Mahasiswa Prodi Manajemen Sumberdaya Perairan Fakultas Pertaniandan(2)Staf Pengajar Fakultas PertanianUniversitas Tanjungpura ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui struktur dan komposisi seta keanekaragaman jenis hutan mangrove yang terdapat di Desa Bakau Besar Laut. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan September 2018 - Januari 2019. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adala metode purposive sampling dan transek. Data vegetasi mangrove diambil dari tiap transek, dengan menggunakan transek kudrat berukuran 10 m x 10 m (tingkat pohon), 5 m x 5 m (tingkat pancang) dan 2 m x 2 m (tingkat semai). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan 9 (sembilan) spesies mangrove yang termasuk kedalam 5 (lima) familia yaitu Rhizopora mucronata dan Rhizopora stillosa (Rhizoporaceae), Avicennia officinalis, Avicennia marina dan Avicennia lannata (Avicenniaceae), Bruguiera cylindrica dan Bruguiera gymnoriza (Bruguieraceae) dan Nypa fruticans, Exoecaria agallocha (Exoecariaceae). Nilai INP (Indek Nilai Penting) tergolong tinggi pada jenis Bruguiera cylindrica. Nilai indeks keanekaragaman tergolong rendah, nilai keseragaman jenis tergolong rendah dan nilai indeks dominansi tergolong sedang.
