    Infant Mortality Rate in Indonesia is still the highest in ASEAN, this means showing the health status of Indonesian people is still low. One factor contributing to infant mortality is maternal factors such as social economy, education, age and parity. Parity is a very influential factor on the results of conception. Pregnancy of more than four children may result in, among other things, low birth weight, less nutrition, slower growth. To know the difference between Birth Weight and Infant Birth Rate on low parity mother with high parity mother at RSUD Cilacap 2016. Comparative descriptive research design with Cross Sectional time approach. The sample in this study was 1530 with details of 1340 low parity mothers and 190 high parity mothers. There was a significant difference of Birth Weight Born in low parity mother with high parity mother (p = 0,002).     Currently infectious diseases are still a major health problem in the world, especially in tropical countries. Among the infectious diseases, it turns out to date Parasitic diseases seem to get less attention from the community. According to WHO, Soil-Transmitted Helminth is one of the most common infectious diseases in many parts of the world, and usually concerns low-income groups. This infection is transmitted through oral fecal, where the eggs of the worms contaminate the soil around the poor sanitary dwellings. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of knowledge of the mother about the infection of worms in infants. The research method used is descriptive research with accidental sampling. The result is 59%, the knowledge level of infant mother about the infant worm infection is enough, 94% of respondents have been able to answer correctly about the understanding of worm infections in toddlers, 65% of respondents are still wrong in answering about the signs and symptoms of worm infections in infants, 76% of respondents were able to answer correctly about the cause of worm infections in toddlers, 88% of respondents have been able to answer correctly about infectious helminth infections in toddlers, 88% of respondents have been able to answer correctly about complications of infections of worms in infants and 53% of respondents are still wrong in answering about prevention of worm infections in infants.     Correlation of the husband support and the accuracy of antenatal care in Desa Bagi Kabupaten Madiun. Antenatal care (ANC) is preventive efforts of obstetric health programs for output optimization of maternal and neonatal through series of activities routine monitoring of pregnancy. Support husband has big hand in maternal health status during pregnancy, labor, until her chilbirth. This research objective is to know the extent of the supprt husband against his wife’s pregnancy in making a visit ANC so hopefully pregnant women can make a visit antenatal care routinely. The research type was an observational analytic with cross sectional approach. The research population was a 3rd trimester pregnant women in Desa Bagi Kabupaten Madiun, samples taken by simple random sampling as many as 41 people. With the data collection techniques was using questionnaire and item statement 12 question and documentation study results of book ANC’s visit. Data analyzing was using the uji chi square with dk=1, Ho rejected if X2 count > X2 table with ? = 0,05 (3,841). The result of the research is there is a significant correlation of the husband support to the timeliness of the visit schedule antenatal care in pregnant women trimester III in Desa Bagi Kecamatan/ Kabupaten Madiun.Keywords : support husband, pregnancy, antenatal ca

    The success of maternal health efforts, can be seen from  indicator of maternal mortality rate. Based on Indonesia Demographic and Health Survey I) in 2012, MMR associated with pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum is 359 per 100,000 live births. The main causes of death are bleeding, hypertension in pregnancy and infection. Efforts to decrease MMR with ANC regularly. The purpose of this research is to know the description of pregnant woman’s knowledge level about signs of risk pregnancy in village Gemulak of Demak Sayung distrit. The method of research used  descriptive using cross sectional approach. Research used design by doing measurement or observation or time. The population were pregnant women in the village Gemulak 32 pregnant women. The research instrument used questionnaire. The results of the study of 32 pregnant women, mothers aged 20-35 years are 20 people (62,50) %, aged less than 20 years are 7 people (21.86%), and these age over 35 years are 5 people (15.63%). Mothers with junior high school education are 10 respondents (31.25%), primary school education are 9 respondents (28.13%), senior high school education are 7 respondents (21.88%), did not graduate Primary Schools are 5 respondents (15.63%), and these with college education is 1 respondent (3.13%). Pregnant women with moderate level of knowledge are 14 respondents (43.75%), 10 respondents (31.25%) had less knowledge level, and 8 respondents (25%) had a good level of knowledge about the signs of pregnancy hazard.     The efforts at decreasing MMR should be done by integrating several related programs from the beginning of pregnancy, childbirth, childbed, infant, toddler and couples of childbearing age. The occurrence of maternal and neonatal death depends on the speed and accuracy of the action when the emergency occurs. The presence of Public Health Center capable of PONED is one of the answers to close community access toward to midwife and newborn care to prevent complication and or get first service when emergency obstetric and newborn emergency condition with service requirement fulfill adequate service standard. Maternal Woman class is group studying pregnant mothers with gestational age between 20 weeks to 32 weeks (before childbirth) with maximum number of participants 10 people. In this class, pregnant women will learn together, discuss and exchange experiences about mother and child health as a whole and systematically and can be carried out on a scheduled and continuous basis. The purpose of this research is to know the monitoring and evaluation the implementation of pregnant class at PONED Public Health Center at working area of ??Banjarnegara Regency. The purpose of this research is to know the monitoring and evaluation of pregnant class implementation in PONED Public Health Center at work area of ??Banjarnegara Regency. The indicator of maternal class success consists of 3 things: input indicators, process indicators and out put indicators. The result of the research is 1). All (100%) Pregnant women have Maternal Children Health books. 2). Most of them (92%) K4 100% which means it has met the target. Only 1 Public Health Center (8%) alone have not met the target because only (79.7%). 3). All (100%) Pregnant women who fill P4K. 4). Most (92%) all (100%) pregnant women are pregnant women who get Fe tablets. Only 1 Public Health Center (8%) are not all (84.1%) pregnant women in pregnant women who get Fe tablets. 5). Most (85%) of all (100%) pregnant women are pregnant mothers who choose delivery help to health personnel either at Public Health Center, maternity clinic or hospital. There are still 2 Public Health Center (15%) which not all (98,9% and 97,2%) pregnant mother of pregnant class participant who choose delivery aid to health worker either at Public Health Center, birthing clinic or hospital. 6). Most (92%) of all (100%) pregnant women of pregnant class participants carry out the KN completely. Only 1 Public Health Center (8%) are not all (98,7%) pregnant mother of pregnant class participant carry out KN completely. 7). There are (77%) of all (100%) of babies born to pregnant women in pregnant mothers class by IMD. There are still 3 puskesmas (23%) which are not all (98,7%, 85% and 53,78%) of babies born by pregnant mother pregnant class participant is done IMD. 8).     Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) is a public legal entity formed to organize a social security program. This BPJS consists of BPJS Health and BPJS Employment. All residents of Indonesia are required to become health insurance participants managed by BPJS including foreigners who have worked for a minimum of six months in Indonesia and have paid dues. The level of participation of BPJS “Mandiri” is still low, which is 3.1% of all BPJS participation. The low participation is likely due to the frequent occurrence of news about the dissatisfaction of the service in patients with PBJS payments, the more people worried to become a participant BPJS. The data analysis is done by using SPSS. The data were analyzed two phases.The first stage is to describe the  perceptions of quality of care in patients with BPJS “Mandiri” payment and own payment. The second stage is a asostiatif  analysis of perception of quality of care by own payment and BPJS Mandiri payment. The results showed that all responden (100%) have  the perception of service quality in the high category. Based on the analysis we find that there is there was no correlation between perceptions of service with the participation BPJS Mandiri.Keywords: participation, BPJS Mandiri, perception

    Problems unhealthy sexual behavior and drug use in adolescents resulting in adolescents vulnerable to contracting HIV / AIDS. In the world every year, the majority of humans infected with HIV in the 15-24 year age range. Every day nearly 6,000 teens in the world infected with HIV, this means that there are 250 teenagers are infected every hour of every day. Nearly 12 million young people living with the HIV-infected condition, adolescents under the age of 25 years the percentage is 28% of the total 42 million people living with HIV. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of coaching with the peer education approach to changes in knowledge, attitudes, and behavior of adolescents with HIV / AIDS. This type of research is the study quasi-experiment with pretest-posttest control group design. Sampling in this study was conducted using simple random sampling. Data were analyzed using paired t-test and independent t-test. Statistically by paired t test coaching peer education approach to significantly improve the knowledge (p = 0.000) and changing attitudes (p = 0.001) and behavior (p = 0.002) adolescents against HIV / AIDS. But the statistical test by independent t test coaching with peer education approach does not significantly increase the knowledge and changing attitudes and behavior of adolescents on HIV / AIDS (p = 0261).  Keywords: teenagers, coaching, peer education, HIV / AID

    Puberty is a transitional period between childhood and adulthood where growth spurt occurs. At this time many changes both psychologically and biologically one of them is dysmenorrhea. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of acid ginger spice on decreasing the scale of primary menstrual pain in female midwifery students D3 STIKES Harapan Bangsa Purwokerto. The research model used is quasi experiment because the requirements in the experimental research is not sufficient that is not doing the control of the variables that affect the experiment. The design of this study is one group pre and post test design that is by using one group of respondents in which the group is given Sample treatment by using purposive sampling. The results of this study are scientific publications and textbooks on reproductive health. The result of the research shows that p value = 0.0001 which means <? 0,05 which concludes that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.     The tuberculosis cases due to be a source of infection for people in the neighborhood, so it needs an increase in efforts to find active case (MOH, 2001) , Delays in treatment lead to the transmission, as well as the impact the increased risk of disease transmission. So search delays pulmonary TB treatment resulted in increased numbers of cases of pulmonary TB. Objectives of this study was to analyze the delay of treatment seeking behavior  of Pulmonaru TB patients in Banyumas Regency. The study design using analytic descriptive study. Samples in this study were patients who had intensive phase of TB treatment (first 2 months) in Primary Health care center of Banyumas regency. The sample size of this study were 102 respondents, purposive sampling technique was used in this study. In which the variables includes:   family income and delay seeking treatment of TB patients. Analysis of this study was use simple logistic regression. The result of this study shows that the majority of pulmonary TB patients were not delay in seeking of treatment. It was about 56 respondents (54.9%). There is influence  between family income  and the delay treatment seeking behavior of pulmonary TB patients in Banyumas Regency.  .     Cervicalcancer is a disease with the highest prevalence in women in the world that causes death.Nearly 80% of cervical cancer cases are in developing countries. In Indonesia, 80% -90% of patients with cervical cancer are usually difficult to cure because they come tothe health care with more than 70% are in advanced stage. Lack of knowledge andawareness in women about early detection of cervical cancer is one of the main factors.Health promotion is needed to improve the women’s knowledge to increase the women’sawareness about early detection of cervical cancer. Quasi-experimental study withpretest-posttest randomize design was used. Sample in this study 96 respondents. Thestudy was conducted in October 2016. Data analysis included univariate, bivariate testanalisisis wilcoxon and mann Whitney. Results showed significant differences betweenbefore and after the health promotion using leaflets in behavior (0.005), and there werealso significant differences between before and after health promotion throughmotivation from community leaders in behavior (0.001).
