    ANALISIS FAKTOR PENYEBAB KEMATIAN IBU DI KABUPATEN CILACAP TAHUN 2016

    Every minute a mother died because of the cause related to pregnancy and childbirth. From each death, it is estimated that there are 100 women who survived delivery time, but experienced physical disability and pain due to pregnancy and childbirth. The results showed, if a baby is less than 3 months of age to die of his mother, then the probability of survival of the baby is only about 30%. This means that if a mother died when her baby was less than 3 months then the risk of death by 70%. The research in this study is a case of control with a retrospective approach, namely data retrieval starting from the outcome. In this study we compared the possible factors causing maternal deaths among mothers who died with mothers who did not die of pregnancy, childbirth or childbirth. Data analysis in this research is done by using SPSS program. Data analysis is done in two stages. The first step is to conduct descriptive analysis of Age variable, education level, Parity, Number of Visits of Antenatal Care, Birth Attenden based on Maternal Death. In addition to the description of maternal deaths based on causes, time of death, place of incidence and duration of care in hospitals. The second stage analyzes the relationship between Age, education level, Parity, Number of Antenatal Care Visits,, Birth helpers using Chi-Square. The results showed that most of the incidence of maternal mortality in Kabupaten Cilacap occurred at low risk age (60%), in terms of education with low education status (80%), in terms of parity in low risk category (70%), the number of visits of ANC at the frequency of 4X (100%), in the case of birth attendant is entirely assisted by health personnel (100%), based on the most causes in other causes category (52%), 64%), in terms of place of death in the hospital (92%), and in terms of duration in the hospital within <48 hours (56.6%). Chi Square analysis results obtained that the level of education and Parity have a significant relationship to maternal mortality (p <0.05). As for age variable, ANC frequency, birth attendant did not significantly influence maternal mortality (p> 0,05). Keywords: Maternal Mortality facto

    Posyandu (Integrated Services Post) is  basic health activities conducted by and for public society that is led by health worker to provide basic health services in order to reduce the number of maternal and neonatal death. The purpose of it is to promote society to manage and organise Posyandu optimally. However, in fact, people have not yet taken benefits from it and conducted Posyandu activity regularly every month. In Demak district, the number of active Posyandu is 617 posts out of 47,276 Posyandu. The objective of this research is to describe the compliance of mother to take her children to Integrated Services Post (Posyandu) in Karangrejo village, Wonosalam subdistrict, Demak district. The type of this research is descriptive study, with cross sectional approach. The population is a group of mothers who have under-five children in Karangrejo village, Wonosalam subistrict, Demak district, which is 78 mothers. Samples were taken using probability sampling technique, particularly cluster sampling. The instrument used is a questionnaire. The result of the research is the majority of respondents less than 30 years old which is 54 mothers (69%), with low education level (elementary and junior high school) which is 65 mothers (83?), and 56 mothers (72?) were compliant to take their children to Posyandu.     Theincreasingly alarming rate of HIV/AIDS spread, requires an integrated response fromshareholders, both government, non-governmental organizations, including religiousleaders. Religious leaders are believed to play a strategic role in overcoming adverseimpacts, as well as breaking the link between HIV and AIDS. These include providingunderstanding to religious communities, there by reducing stigma and discriminationagainst people living with HIV. The objective of the study was to describe the knowledgeand stigma of religion towards people with HIV/AIDS. Know the relationship ofknowledge with the stigma of religion towards people with HIV/AIDS. The researchmethod is correlational analytic research with cross sectional approach. The populationis all religious leaders in Banyumas Regency with 278 people, with a sample of 164people taken proportional random sampling. The results of the study most of therespondents have less knowledge about HIV/AIDS as much as 59.1%. There is arelationship of knowledge with stigma of religion towards people with HIV/AIDS with ?value 0.000. There are various feelings that mix together when welcoming labor. Among the happy because it will soon see and meet with the baby, then generally pregnant women are also anxious. Postpartum will surely come feelings in a mother feel happy, happy and at the same time relieved because of struggle during 9 months during pregnancy and childbirth process has passed safely. Now comes the baby who will always accompany the mother's day. But almost 50-80% of feelings of joy that descend now turn into a feeling of sadness and worry, this happens because the body is undergoing major physical changes after giving birth, the hormones in the body will also undergo major changes and have just experienced a labor process exhausting, feelings of sadness and depression and tend to be worse around the third or fourth day after after giving birth. Research Objectives: Conducting midwifery studies on Nifas Ny's mother. A 17-Year-Old Age with Post Partum Blues. This data collection using primary and secondary data collection techniques with data collection through interview, observation, examination and documentation. Implementation of midwifery care using 7 steps Varney. Midwifery care has been performed for 3 days carried out midwifery care for 3 days of good motherhood, mother is not worried, usually sleep, want to eat, and feeling happy. The results of the assessment, monitoring, implementation, action plan on postpartum mothers with post partum blues no gap between the theory and the case for three days the patient is in good condition.     Hydatidiform mole is the most gestational trophoblastic disease. The data obtained in Banjarnegara General Hospital for the last three years shows that there is an increase of molahidatidosa incidence. In 2011 there were 12 occurrences of hydatidiform mole (0.27%), in 2012 there were 14 hydatidiform mole events (0.29%) and in 2013 there were 17 incidents of hydatidiform mole (0.32%). Factors that affect the hydatidiform mole include the nutritional status and hypertension. The purpose of this study is to know the relationship between nutritional status and hypertension with the occurrence of hydatidiform mole. This research type is analytic survey with case control approach. The population in this study were pregnant women who experienced hydatidiform mole in 2011-2013 in midwifery poly in Lotus room 43 people and who did not experience hydatidiform mole as many as 14,720 people. The sample of this study is pregnant women who experience hydatidiform mole of 43 people and who did not experience hydatidiform mole as much as 43 people. Data analysis using chi-square. Results: Pregnant women in the case group had more nutritional status either more ie 24 (41.4%). Pregnant women in the case group who experienced hypertension was 22 (51.2%) While in the control group, pregnant women who did not have hypertension is 36 (83.7%). There is a relationship between nutritional status and the occurrence of hydatidiform mole and there is a correlation between hypertension and the occurrence of hydatidiform mole.     Breast cancer is a malignancy derived from gland cells, glandular channels and breast support tissue, excluding the breast skin. The etiology of breast cancer can not be explained. However, many studies have shown that there are several factors that are associated with an increased risk or the likelihood of breast cancer. at the General Hospital of Dadi Family Purwokerto because of increased incidence of breast cancer from January to October 2014 a number of 2,320 cases of breast cancer. This study used a restropective case control approach. Data analysis using non-statistical analysis or referred to as a simple statistical analysis. To test the hypothesis about the relationship between two variables used Chi Square. There is a parity relationship with the incidence of breast cancer in RSU Dadi Family Purwokerto.     The most common maternal disorder in pre-eclampsiacases is hellp's syndrome. Hellp's syndrome is characterized by intravascular haemolysis,elevated levels of hepatic enzymes and coagulation system. The diagnosis of hellpsyndrome is characterized by a decrease in platelet levels <100,000 / mm3, elevated liverenzymes; LDH> 600 IU / dl, SGOT> 70 IU / dl. Help syndromes affect the mother,among others, can cause placental abruption, DIC, acute renal failure, pulmonaryedema, whereas in infants can cause respiratory disturbance and fetal growth disorders.Factors affecting hellp syndrome include age, parit?s, gestational age, blood pressure.Objective: To determine the relationship between gestational age, systolic pressure, anddiastolic pressure with hellp syndrome in pre-eclampsia mother. Methods: This studyused descriptive analytic. The total population of 103 pregnant women with preeclampsiainMargonosoekardjoHospitalPurwokerto,withpurposivesamplesthatmeetthe criteria of inclusion and exclusion to 42 people. Univariate and Bivariate dataanalysis using chi square test with degree of confidence p = 0,05. The results showed thatmost of  pregnant women with preelamsia had a term of aterm pregnancy, systolicpressure greater than 160 mmHg, and diastolic pressure less than 110 mmHg, and norelationship between gestational age, systolic pressure and diastolic pressure to theoccurrence of hellp syndrome In pregnant women with pre-eclampsia.Keywords: gestational age, systolic, diastolic, hellp syndrom

    Analysis of the Aspects of Bureaucratic Structures Underway in the Toddler Class Program in Banyumas Regency. The mother-to-child class is a class where mothers with children aged between 0 and 5 years together discuss, exchange opinions, exchange experiences with health services, nutrition and stimulation of growth and development are guided by facilitators, in this case using MCH books. Under-fives motherhood program was socialized in Banyumas district in 2011, but from 331 village midwives no one has been trained as a toddler classroom facilitator. The purpose of this study is to analyze the aspects of bureaucracy strktur that is going on in the Toddler Class Program in Banyumas Regency. This research used observational design with qualitative approach. Key informants were selected based on active and inactive motherhood classes and achievement of toddler-grade maternal outcomes. Key informants 13 village midwives, informants triangulation are 4 midwives coordinator, 1 Sie KIA Banyumas District Health Office and 10 mothers of the toddler mothers class. Data were collected by in-depth interviews and FGDs. Processing and data analysis using content analysis. The result of the analysis of the implementation of maternal-toddler classes from the active and non-atif mother-age classes is still not good, the bureaucratic structure is still much not seen yet.     Hepatitis B is a silent killer disease. Many people do not know if they have been infected with this disease, so it is too late to be treated. The Higher prevalence of Hepatitis B infection in a certain place makea higher number of children and infants that will be infected by this viruses because of their undeveloped immune body system. A prevention efforts need to be optimized because of the unavailability of Hepatitis B drugs for today. Based on preliminary study conducted at Padang Alai Public Health Care for 10 mothers who have babies, 6 from mothers said they did not know about Hepatitis B-0 immunization in terms of usefulness and delivery time, while 4 others said that they knew about Hepatitis B-0 immunization and their baby had been immunized Hepatitis B-0.The type of this research is analytic description with cross sectional design. The population in this research is all mothers in Padang Alai Public Health Care area with 0-12 month’s babies. The sampling method is a total sampling with 51 people sample. Data collection method is using questionnaires. Data processing is using univariate and bivariate. The results showed that more than half of respondents (62.7%) had low knowledge about hepatitis B-0 immunization, and more than half of respondents (58.8%) did not get hepatitis B-0 immunization.The result of bivariate analysis was found that p value 0.006 (<0,05) so that it can be stated that there is relation of mother knowledge about immunization of hepatitis B-0 with hepatitis B-0 immunization in Padang Alai Public Health Care working area.     WHO (World Healt Organization) recommends initiation of breastfeeding early in the first hour of birth, exclusive breastfeeding for six months, continued with complementary feeding until the age of two years. This program is done by putting a newborn baby on his mother's chest and letting this baby crawl to find the mother's nipple for feeding. The important process that occurs is the baby will begin to squeeze the mother's nipple, aims to stimulate the breast milk (ASI) immediately produce and get out. Early breastfeeding initiation becomes very important in relation to maintaining breastmilk productivity. The more frequent breastfed babies the more prolactin hormone receptors will be increased The purpose of this study was to determine the long-term relationship of early breastfeeding initiation of breastfeeding time. The type of research used in this research is explanatory research with case control approach. The affordable population in this study were all patients who gave birth at Kalibagor Puskesmas Banyumas District. In this study using Chi Square statistical analysis. Based on the results of research, the average length of the implementation of the IMD is. Most breastfeeding occurs before the first 6 hours of post partum.
