    Peningkatan Komunikasi Peserta Didik Melalui Layanan Bimbingan Kelompok dengan Menggunakan Metode Diskusi Di MAN 3 Padang (Studi Eksperimen di Kelas XI Pendidikan Keberagaman)

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena adanya penurunan komunikasi terhadap peserta didik di kelas XI Pendidikan Keagamaan MAN 3 Padang. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk Mendeskripsikan; 1) Gambaran keberhasilan komunikasi peserta didik sebelum dilakukan bimbingan kelompok, 2) Gambaran keberhasilan komunikasi peserta didik setelah dilakukan bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan metode diskusi, 3) Mengetahui peningkatan komunikasi peserta didik melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan metode diskusi. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian eksperimen kuantitatif one group pretest dan postest design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 12 orang peserta didik kelas XI Pendidikan Keagamaan MAN 3 Padang, 7 orang peserta didik laki-laki dan 5 orang peserta didik perempuan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 8 orang peserta didik. Instrumen yang digunakan angket. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa:  1) Gambaran komunikasi peserta didik sebelum (pretest) dilakukan bimbingan kelompok di Kelas XI Pendidikan Keagamaan MAN 3 Padang,  2) Gambaran komunikasi peserta didik setelah (postest) dilakukan bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan metode diskusi di Kelas XI Pendidikan Keagamaan MAN 3 Padang,  3) Peningkatan komunikasi peserta didik sebelum dan setelah dilakukan bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan metode diskusi di Kelas XI Pendidikan Keagamaan MAN 3 Padan

    The geographical condition of Medan City which is prone to flooding requires the readiness of various parties to overcome it. One way to anticipate that the community is always prepared for disasters is to develop a disaster curriculum. Based on these conditions, this research is motivated by the importance of the Automated Short Essay Scoring (ASES) assessment model as a model for assessing the Disaster Curriculum. The purpose of this research is to develop an ASES assessment model as an assessment model in the disaster curriculum in online learning. The analytical method in this study is Research and Development (RD) which uses a mixed approach. This research develops software with stages: (1) needs analysis and (2) assessment model design, (3) expert validation, (4) product revision, and (5) implementation. The results of the research can be stated as follows: (1) the development of the ASES assessment model as an assessment model in the disaster curriculum in the online learning system has provided solutions in online learning activities. This research activity begins with a preliminary study in the form of needs analysis; (2) At the design stage of writing a program to produce an initial prototype product, (3) at the expert validation stage; and (4) results of the validation of the ASES assessment model on the content aspect of the instrument obtaining a score of 4.69 (very good category), the virtual aspect obtaining a score of 4.29 (good category), and the programming aspect obtaining a score of 4.63 (very good category

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of teacher certification, quality of work life and professional competence on teacher performance in public junior high schools in the Selesai sub-district of Langkat Regency. This research was conducted at public Junior High School in the Selesai Sub-District of Langkat Regency with a sample size of 70 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis techniques namely validity, reliability, t test and F test. The results showed that there was an effect of teacher certification on teacher performance where the t value obtained was 2,220 with the acquisition of a Sig value of 0.030 0.05 and the results of simple regression analysis Y = 0,127 + 0,234X1, which means that every increase in one certification value will be followed by an increase in performance value of 0,234. There is an effect of quality of work life on teacher performance where t count is 5,948, with the acquisition of Sig 0.000 0.05 and the results of regression analysis Y = 0,127 + 0,598X2, which means that every increase of one value of quality of work life will be followed by an increase in performance value of 0,127. There is an effect of professional competence on teacher performance where t count is 2,132, with the acquisition of Sig 0,037 0,05 and the results of regression analysis Y = 0,127 + 0,145X3, which means that every increase in one value of professional competence will be followed by an increase in teacher performance value of 0,145. There is an effect of certification (X1), quality of work life (X2) and professional competence (X3) together on teacher performance where the F value is 41,425 and the Sig value is 0.000. The amount of influence is shown by the coefficient of determination R2 (R square) = 0,653 which means that certification (X1), quality of work life (X2) and professional competence (X3) together have an influence on teacher performance by 65,3% and the remaining 34,7% is determined by other factors. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show the equation Y = 0,127 + 0,234X1 + 0,598X2 + 0,145X

    Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) sebagai pelaku ekonomi kreatif di Kecamatan Pancing, Medan, Sumatera Utara, menghadapi tantangan yang signifikan dalam proses pendaftaran hak kekayaan intelektual (HKI), terutama terkait dengan pendaftaran Hak Merek. Meskipun memiliki potensi besar dalam membangun ekonomi lokal dan menciptakan lapangan kerja, UMKM sering menghadapi kendala dalam melindungi karya-karya kreatif mereka melalui pendaftaran HKI. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi tantangan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM dalam proses pendaftaran HKI, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tantangan ini, dan menjelajahi solusi yang dapat diimplementasikan untuk meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan pemahaman tentang proses pendaftaran HKI bagi UMKM di wilayah ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dengan pelaku usaha UMKM di bidang kuliner dan kosmetik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UMKM menghadapi sejumlah tantangan, termasuk kurangnya pemahaman tentang pentingnya pendaftaran merek, birokrasi yang rumit, dan persaingan dengan perusahaan besar. Namun, pendaftaran merek dagang memberikan banyak manfaat bagi UMKM, seperti meningkatkan kesadaran merek, kepercayaan konsumen, dan daya saing di pasar. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, UMKM perlu meningkatkan pemahaman mereka tentang pentingnya HKI, mendapatkan bantuan dalam proses pendaftaran, dan mengembangkan strategi untuk bersaing di pasar yang semakin ketat.     Pengaruh Budaya Sekolah, Kompetensi, Dan Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Guru SMA Di Kecamatan Talawi Kabupaten Batu Bara

    Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya sekolah dan kompetensi melalui kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap motivasi kinerja guru SMA di Kecamatan Talawi Kabupaten Batu Bara. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 83 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara budaya sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja. Adapun besarnya pengaruh ditunjukkan oleh koefisien determinasi R2 (R square) = 0,63 yang berarti bahwa budaya sekolah memberikan pengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja sebesar 63% dan sisanya yaitu 37% ditentukan oleh faktor lainnya. Hasil analisis regresi sederhana, menunjukkan persamaan regresi ? = 59,448 + 2,367 X1. Pengaruh kompetensi terhadap motivasi kerja ditunjukkan koefisien determinasi R2 (R square) = 0,33 yang berarti bahwa kompetensi pengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja sebesar 33% dan sisanya yaitu 67% ditentukan oleh faktor lainnya. Hasil analisis regresi sederhana menunjukkan persamaan regresi ? = 59,448 + 2,002 X2. Pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja ditunjukkan koefisien determinasi R2 (R square) = 0,428 yang berarti bahwa kualitas kehidupan kerja pengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja sebesar 42,8% dan sisanya yaitu 57,2% ditentukan oleh faktor lainnya. Hasil analisis regresi sederhana menunjukkan persamaan regresi ? = 59,448 + 1,602 X3. Pengaruh positif dan signifikan budaya sekolah (X1), kompetensi (X2), dan kualitas kehidupan kerja (X3) secara bersama-sama terhadap motivasi kerja. Adapun besarnya pengaruh ditunjukkan oleh koefisien determinasi R2 (R square) = 0,238 yang berarti bahwa budaya sekolah (X1), kompetensi (X2), dan kualitas kehidupan kerja (X3) secara bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja sebesar 23,8% dan sisanya yaitu 76,2% ditentukan oleh faktor lainnya.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskrisikan model sistem manajemen kinerja biro fakulta yang ada diUniversitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara. Responden penelitian ini adalah para Kepala Biro Fakultas di lingkungan Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara. Hasil nilai component matriks untuk factor kompetensi applied learning (factor 1 adalah 0,774 dan factor 2 adalah -0,89), factor integrity ( factor 1 adalah -0,760 dan factor 2 adalah 0,196), factor impact ( factor 1 adalah 0,703 dan factor 2 adalah 0,407), factor initiating ( factor 1 adalah 0,660 dan factor 2 adalah 0,334) dan factor follow up ( factor 1 dalah -0,337 dan factor 2 adalah 0,855). Dari hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa factor kompetensi SDM berada pada factor pertama yang mempenagruhi kinerja karyawan biro UMSU dikarenakan nilai component matriks factor pertamanya lebih besar dari factor kedua. Sedangkan factor alat pelajran berada di factor kedua dikarenakan nilai component matriks factor keduanya lebih besar dari factor pertama. Sehingga dapat kiata simpulkan bahwasannya factor yang paling utama dalam peningkatan kinerja karyawan biro UMSU factor yang memiliki nilai yang tertinggi yaitu factor kompetensi sebesar 0,77

    Today’s moral education is so important in view of the many moral cases that have taken place until bullying has affected psychological victims. This research discusses about the moral values of the characters in the “Imperfect” movie. The purpose of this research was to identify the types of moral values in “Imperfect” movie and to analyze the types of moral value that occur in “Imperfect” movie. The research was conducted by applying descriptive qualitative research. The data sources are taken from the entire “Imperfect” movie and the transcript in “Imperfect” movie which focuses on the use of moral values and the types of moral values. The findings of this research in “Imperfect” movie, found 12 types of moral values that occur in it. There were;4 data for responsibility, 16 data respect, 2 data for justice, 7 data for tolerance, 8 data for wisdom, 2 data for democracy, 7 data for altruism, 12 data for love and loyalty, 9 data for self- discipline, 6 data for courage, 7 data for help each other and 4 data for never give up.     This study aims to examine the effect of welfare, school culture and work discipline on the commitment of elementary school teachers in the Muhammadiyah area of Medan. This study uses quantitative research methods, namely field research using scientific studies of scientific experts. the population in this study amounted to 115 people, research methods. The data in this study are primary data. Data collected by using a questionnaire. The analytical method uses multiple linear regression models to test the hypothesis simultaneously using the F test and partially using the t test. The results of testing using SPSS obtained the regression equation using the computer output above obtained the multiple regression equation as follows: a constant of 0.05; welfare coefficient (X1) of 9.115; school culture coefficient (X2) of 7.825, and work discipline coefficient (X3) of 8.158; teacher commitment coefficient (Y) of 8.158 Thus the regression line equation is Y = 0.05 + 0.496X1 + 0.610X2 + 0.388X3. If the independent variable increases by 1% then the teacher's commitment will increase. The results of the hypothesis test tcount 0.7315 with a significant probability of 0.000 less than the level of significance (level of significance) α = 0.05, the research variable is welfare obtained by ttest 7.288 with a probability of 0.000 less than the level smaller than the level of confidence (level of significant ) α = 0.05. the school culture variable is obtained by the thumg test 8.384 with a probability of 0.000 which is less than the level of significance α = 0.05. The variable of work discipline is obtained by a thump test of 7.530 with a probability of 0.000 which is less than the level of significance α = 0.05. So the decision taken was to reject H0 and accept Ha, which means that welfare, school culture, work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the commitment of elementary school teachers in the Muhammadiyah area of Medan cit

    This study aims to determine the direct effect of: (1) instructional leadership on the work motivation of MIS teachers in North Labuhanbatu Regency; (2) school climate on the work motivation of MIS teachers in North Labuhanbatu Regency; (3) instructional leadership on the performance of MIS teachers in North Labuhanbatu Regency; (4) school climate on the performance of MIS teachers in North Labuhanbatu Regency and (5) work motivation on the performance of MIS teachers in North Labuhanbatu Regency. The research subjects were MIS teachers in North Labuhanbatu Regency with a total sample of 71 people. Sampling was done by total sampling. The research method is path analysis which aims to test the theory and obtain information about the research. Based on hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that there is a significant direct effect between: (1) instructional leadership on the work motivation of MIS teachers in North Labuhanbatu Regency of 0.245; (2) school climate on the work motivation of MIS teachers in North Labuhanbatu Regency is 0.255; (3) instructional leadership on the performance of MIS teachers in North Labuhanbatu Regency is 0.259; (4) school climate on the performance of MIS teachers in North Labuhanbatu Regency is 0.189 and (5) work motivation on the performance of MIS teachers in North Labuhanbatu Regency is 0.250. The results of the study provide an overview of instructional leadership, school climate and work motivation on teacher performance by 20.8% and the rest are determined by other factors not examined
