    The Relationship of Self-Control with Bullying Behavior in Class 7 Junior High School Students: Hubungan Kontrol Diri dengan Perilaku Bulying Pada Siswa Kelas 7 Sekolah Menengah Pertama

    The existence of bullying behavior carried out by students to their friends is a matter of concern because bullying has a very bad impact on the psychic who is exposed to bullying. Bullying should be avoided by strengthening self-control in students. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self-control and bullying behavior in class VII SMPN X. This research will be conducted using a correlational quantitative approach. This study used a sample of 186 students who were obtained from random sampling techniques. The data collection technique was done using a psychological scale. Measurement of variables using a Likert scale.  The bullying behavior scale reliability was 0.747 and the self-control scale was 0.881. The data analysis technique is done by testing the hypothesis using Pearson Correlation Product Moment. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between self-control and bullying behavior in SMP X students in Sidoarjo. The relationship between self-control and bullying behavior is 0.819 with a sig value. 0,000. Increased student self-control will have an impact on reducing bullying behavior, as well as a decrease in student self-control will result in an increase in bullying behavior. The amount of influence between self-control and bullying behavior is 0.671 or 67.1%. The students' self control at SMP X in Sidoarjo was classified as moderate, while the bullying behavior at SMP X in Sidoarjo was low

    A student is every person who is officially registered to take lessons in the world of education, students should in carrying out their duties want happiness. Happiness is the life goal of each individual in this case is a student to determine his future. But in reality many students often get unhappiness problems, such as anxiety, fear, negative emotions, relationships with other people. Student happiness in school can be obtained from various factors. Factors that affect a person's level of happiness include gratitude, marital status, age, health, occupation, religion, gender, education level, welfare, and others. Grateful students tend to have positive emotions, pride, hope, enthusiasm, forgiveness, and feelings of joy. Based on this phenomenon, the researcher considers it necessary to conduct research with the aim of knowing the relationship between Gratitude and Happiness for Class XII Students of Hang Tuah 5 High School Sidoarjo. This study uses correlational quantitative methods, with a total sample of 207 students who were taken using the simple saturated technique. The data collection technique in this study uses two psychology models with a Likert scale, namely gratitude and happiness. Data analysis was carried out using the help of SPSS 20 Version for Windows. The results of the analysis of this study found that the correlation coefficient was 0.831 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is a positive relationship between gratitude and happiness. So the higher the gratitude, the higher the happiness. The results of the determination test in this study showed 0.685 (adjusted R Square) proving that in this study the gratitude variable gave an effective contribution of 68.5% to student happiness

The study was conducted 62 surveys in 12 countries covering 22,790 correctional prison residents found that every 6 months there was a prevalence of psychosis in men 3.7% and women 4% major depression in men 10% and women 12% and personality disorders in men 65% men and 42% women. From these data, many Penitentiary Citizens experience mental health disorders such as stress and sexual deviations. Deviations committed by Penitentiary Members include such as hallucinating / fantasizing, masturbating, and biological violation activities carried out by men and women in Correctional Institutions. This study uses the General Strain Theory theory by Robert Agnew using a quantitative approach. The data collected uses primary data in the form of distributing questionnaires to a predetermined sample of Penitentiary Guards.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara grit  dengan motivasi berprestasi pada mahasiswa selama sistem pembelajaran daring. Selama masa pandemi Covid-19 mahasiswa melakukan pembelajaran daring. Berdasarkan survei preliminary menunjukkan mahasiswa mengalami sejumlah kendala selama mengikuti perkuliahan daring, antara lain tugas yang terlalu banyak, kelelahan fisik, dan motivasi yang menurun. Motivasi dapat mendorong seseorang untuk lebih fokus, lebih gigih, dan lebih tekun dalam menyelesaikan tugas dan menghadapi banyaknya kendala dalam perkuliahan daring. Kegigihan dan ketekunan individu dalam menghadapi kendala dan tantangan disebut dengan istilah grit. Sejumlah penelitian menunjukkan bahwa grit berpengaruh terhadap motivasi berprestasi individu. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif pada Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Sumatera Utara dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 241 mahasiswa angkatan 2017, 2018, dan 2019. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan accidental sampling. Grit diukur menggunakan skala yang dikembangkan oleh Edwina dan Vivekananda (2017), sedangkan motivasi berprestasi diukur menggunakan skala motivasi berprestasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan rumus korelasi Spearman-Brown dengan koefisien korelasi (r)=-0.592 dan nilai signifikansi (p)=0.000 (p<0.005).     In adolescents, the influence of technology can have a positive or negative impact. Problems caused by teenagers then need an effort so that they can be handled properly. One of them is to increase positive thoughts. To get positive thoughts can be done with one of the body sensor relaxation techniques. This study aims to analyze whether the increase in positive thoughts can be done with relaxation therapy using body sensors. The method that will be used is a qualitative method with data collection through observation and interviews with 3 subjects. Subjects are teenagers who lack positive thinking. The results obtained are the subject feels fresher body and shows a smile. But the effectiveness of therapy depends on the condition of each subject and requires further therapy to get a clear effect

    Emotional abuse is prone to occur in romantic relationships that have existed for more than 6 months. Unlike physical abuse, emotional abuse is carried out by women more than men. Emotional regulation is identified as one of the internal factors that can influence someone to do emotional abuse or not in a relationship. Therefore, this study aims to see the relationship between emotional regulation and emotional abuse in dating female students in Bandung using quantitative methods. The population selected in this study has certain criteria including female students aged 18-24 years, currently or have been in a relationship, and dating for a minimum of 6 months. The sample used is 213 samples. The measuring instrument for emotion regulation uses the DERS scale with a reliability of 0.910. While the emotional abuse measurement tool uses an emotional abuse scale with a reliability of 0.865. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The results of hypothesis testing show (r = -.267**; p= 0.000) it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted so that there is a negative relationship between emotional regulation and emotional abuse so that the higher the emotional regulation, the lower the emotional abuse and vice versa. The contribution of emotion regulation to emotional abuse is 4.7%

    This study was conducted to determine the relationship between job demand and workplace well-being in Generation Z employees with a total of 120 employees aged 21-24 years who were working in an agency or company in Jakarta, using quantitative research methods with quota sampling techniques and techniques Analysis of the data used is the product moment correlation analysis. The measurement of workplace well-being variables using the workplace well-being index (Page, 2005) and job demand measurement is constructed from aspects of the job demand owned (Bakker, 2007).     Recently, cases of aggressiveness have been increasingly found in the mass media. This is very concerning. Family harmony is thought to be a factor triggering the criteria for aggressiveness in adolescents. The purpose of this study was to see the relationship between family harmony and aggressiveness in grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Sukodono. The research will be conducted using a correlational quantitative approach. This study used sample 177 students who were obtained from random sampling techniques. The data collection technique was done using a psychological scale. Measurement using the Likert scale variable. Data were analyzed by conducting hypothesis testing using Pearson Correlaton Product Moment. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between family harmony and aggressiveness among students of SMP Negeri 1 Sukodono. High student family harmony will have an impact on aggressiveness, as well as a decrease in student family harmony with aggressiveness. The family harmony of SMP Negeri 1 Sukodono students is high, and the aggressiveness at SMP Negeri 1 Sukodono is low
