of Thai auditor by using empirical research. The population and sample in the
research are the CPAs in Bangkok. The research tool are questionnaire with
completed response totaling 157 units, constituting 21.48% of response rate.
The results show that factor that has positive affect with volume of auditing is
type of audit office (t = 8.340***) and control variable is experience in auditing task
(t = 3.399***) at significant level (α) < 0.001 ; whilst the factors that have negative
affect with audit quality are competitive condition in auditing market (t = -2.420*)
and volume of auditing tasks (t = -2.227*) at significant level (α) < 0.05. And the
characteristics of auditors has a positive effect on audit quality (t = 11.964***) at

The participants in the interview process consists of management, superintendents,
and operators totaling 22 persons.
The results show that there is a harmonization in each operational level of the
organization and comply with the three objectives of risk management under COSO
approach. However, there is a lack of a measurement of successful level, Evaluation to
strategic planning, and clear hedging guidelines under COSO - ERM in order to build
concrete sustainability for the organization. In this study, the author has proposed
conceptual framework about factors affecting the effectiveness of risk management for

standard development in three different areas:
1) Bangkok Bank PCL service standard
2) Bangkok Bank PCL Marketing Mix
3) Bangkok Bank PCL satisfaction.
300 samples of the Bangkok Bank PCL users were selected to response to
questionnaire. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics by the frequency
distribution, percentage distribution, mean, standard deviation, and Correlation
Coefficient analysis.
The study results revealed that Bangkok Bank PCL employees were more
attentive for the reason that the service users should be equally treated, for example,
queuing. Marketing Mix (4P’s) was seriously applied to promote due to highly and
strategically competitive market to help tracing the service or sales which had not been

practitioner level personnel working in Information Technology Department at Faculty of
Medicine, Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, 2) personnel’s organizational commitment
levels, and 3) compare personnel’s organizational commitment levels. The population in
the study was 155 employees working in Information Technology Department at Faculty
of Medicine, Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University employing survey study. The data were
collected through the questionnaire and analyzed by frequency distribution,
percentage distribution, mean, and standard deviation.
The result of the study revealed that most of the employees working in
Information Technology Department at Faculty of Medicine, Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol
University were single females ranging from 21 to 30 years of age with average 20,001
- 30,000 Baht income and having bachelor degrees. They had worked in technical and
practical employment at the Information Technology Department for average one to five
years.
The Information Technology Department personnel’s organizational
commitment levels were high. When looking into each aspect, the highest aspect was
psychological commitment followed by high normative commitment, and average
retention commitment. The comparison result of personnel’s organizational commitment
levels of the employees working in Information Technology Department at Faculty of
Medicine, Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University categorized by personal factors such as gender, age, income, education, marital status, work retention revealed differences

Nonthaburi was aimed to (1) investigate the beauty salon users’ personal factors, (2)
explore their decision levels, (3) look into their behaviors, (4) compare the decision
levels according to the personal factors, and (5) examine the relationship between the
personal factors and the behaviors. The samples in this study were 400 beauty salon
users’ selected through non purposive sampling nonprobability sampling and quota
sampling. The questionnaire was administered to obtain data and the statistics used to
analyze the data were frequency distribution, percentage distribution, mean, standard
deviation, t-test and One-way ANOVA. Cross-Tabulation was applied using statistical
package for social science.
The study results revealed that most of the samples were single females
ranging from 20 to 30 years of age, holding bachelor degrees. Most of them were
employed by companies with the average income salaries ranging from 5,000 to
10,000 Baht. The data analysis indicated that the decision level towards marketing mix
factors of the 400 beauty salon users was high; and in terms of their behaviors
concerning the use of the beauty salon showed that they went to the salon mostly to
have their cut and set with the minimum of 500 baht payment. The purpose of going
there twice to three times per month was to promote their personality and gain more confidence. They normally went there in the evening (from 4 pm. – 7.00 pm.) spending
one to two hours and paying with cash.
The personal factors of the beauty salon users affected the level of decisions
made to go to different beauty salons.

personnel development activity model, 2) explore opinions towards the personnel
development, and 3) examine the personnel development activity model towards
Bangkok Central Crown Property Bureau personnel capacity development.
The samples of the study were 330 employees working at Bangkok Central Crown
Property Bureau selected by proportional stratified random sampling. The data
collected were analyzed by the percentage distribution, mean, and standard deviation;
and t-test, F-test, and multiple regression analysis resulted at 0.05 statistical significance.
The results revealed that most of the samples were single females ranging
from 31 to 40 years of age, holding bachelor degrees. Their average income salaries
were 20,001 to 30,000 Baht. They were working in practical and administrative
operational positions and had been working for five to ten years.
In general, most of the participants reflected that the personnel development
activity model which included administrative activities, training activities, professional
planning activities, and teamwork activities had high impact on the personnel capacity
development.
It was also found that personal factors concerning differences on the
employee’ age, education, status, tenure range, position resulted in different capacity
development outcome.
In addition, most of the participants revealed that the personnel development
activity model which included administrative activities, training activities, professional
planning activities, and teamwork activities had influence on the personnel capacity

environment and work satisfaction at Aurora Design Company Limited. 300 sample
employees at Aurora Design Company Limited were selected to response to
questionnaire. Computer package software was applied to acquire the values of
percentage distribution, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson Correlation Coefficient.
It was found that in the aspects of welfare, colleagues, work security, work
promotion, working hours, income wage were significantly related to work satisfaction.
