ศึกษาสมบัติทางกายภาพของวัสดุเหลือใช้ทางการเกษตรเพื่องานหัตถอุตสาหกรรม ชุมชนบ้านถ้ำเสือ จังหวัดเพชรบุรี
วารสารวิชาการและวิจัย มทร.พระนคร, ปีที่ 14, ฉบับที่ 2 (ก.ค.-ธ.ค. 2563), หน้า 31-44This research 1) to study and analyze the relationship between the context of industrial handicrafts,properties of agricultural waste in community areas and 2) to agricultural waste to find physical properties and the industrial handicrafts for Bantumsua community, Phetchaburi province. From primary data it was found the relationship of the community with the context of industrial crafts is a culture of agricultural wisdom from the collection of participatory research data. Found method and test the properties of paper pulp from agricultural waste where banana leaves = A, bamboo leaves = B and pineapple leaves = C.Use the formula for quantifying the triangular grid the Trixie Blend Diagram to uses caustic sodium hydroxide 10-15% of dry weight. There are 7 test items, 1 formula thin and thickness (a) according to the experimental standard, referring to the community product standards, plant fiber paper. For testing as follows: 1) standard average weight from the test of paper size 45x85 cm operation number list of the experimental formula test section 1.1) standard weight the overall average is equal to 220 grams/sqm., 1.2) part 2 tear strength which is strong = 3(10a) at 1,962 mN, the second strength = 1(8a) at 1,907 mN and third = 6(13a) at 1,467 mN. 1.3) Part 3 the overall moisture content of the paper the experiment found the humidity level is within the normal level at ± 10%, which is complete and can be developed into a products or package. 2) Summary of physical properties the color characteristics of the paper according to provide color tones gray-brown and different beautiful suitable for the screen-printing and using large size rubber stamp. Process forming can produce use by semi-automatic heat setting at 140°C at time of 70 seconds per piece is suitable for further expansion to create industrial handicrafts for the community.Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho

วารสารวิชาการและวิจัย มทร.พระนคร, ปีที่ 14, ฉบับที่ 1 (ม.ค.-มิ.ย. 2563), หน้า 1-14This research aimed to study the production of a biodegradable film from Jicama starch (Pachyrhizus erosus (L.) Urbar) for plant bag application. The film was prepared by dissolving Jicama starch in water to the concentration of 5 wt%. To study the effect of the glycerol content, the glycerol was added at 6 levels; 0, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 and 60 wt%. The film was casted in a molded and dried at 60 oC for 24 h. After drying, properties of films; thickness, water activity (aw), solubility, tensile strength (TS), elongation (%E), puncture strength and the degradation of the films were evaluated. The thickness of the films was in the range of 0.16-0.28 mm. The aw of films ranged from 0.36-0.49. The water vapor permeability, water solubility, and flexibility of the film increased with the increasing of glycerol content. Tensile and puncture strength of the starch films tended to increased when the glycerol content decrease. After the films were buried under the ground (8-10 cm depth) for 12 weeks, they were degraded by 100%. The Jicama starch film with 40 wt% glycerol showed the best overall properties.Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho
การศึกษาพฤติกรรมการเผาไหม้ของเตาแก๊สแรงดันต่ำแบบเวอร์ติคอลพอร์ตด้วยวิธีพลศาสตร์ของไหลเชิงคำนวณ
วารสารวิชาการและวิจัย มทร.พระนคร, ปีที่ 14, ฉบับที่ 1 (ม.ค.-มิ.ย. 2563), หน้า 70-81The objective of this research is to study the combustion characteristic of a low-pressure vertical port burner using computational fluid dynamics (CFD). The simulation model was created using Fluent 6.3 in 3D-model of the same size of the burner. The CFD results were verified by measuring the temperature around the burner head and a vessel. Moreover, the results of conventional vertical port burner, having the swirl angle of 90o and the inclination angle of 90o (CB-S90I90) and two swirl port burners (SB), being SB-S90I13 and SB-S30I90, were compared. The temperatures obtained from CFD and experiments were similar, which the error was less than 9%. From the CFD’s results, the temperature and heat flux of the SB-S90I13 burner were higher than those of the CB-S90I90 burner. The maximum temperature and heat flux of SB-S90I13 burner were 1,445 K and 5,291 W/m2, respectively. It was implied that the combustion characteristic and heat transfer to the vessel of SB-S90I13 burner was better than that of CB-S90I90 burner. It was resulted that the thermal efficiency of SB-S90I13 burner was better than that of CB-S90I90 burner, which was the percentage energy saving of 6.93%.Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho

รายงานวิจัย -- มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร, 2563These research objectives are to study the basic formulas of Khoo-Tu dessert (dried rice balls made from rice and coconut) and to study the volume of pineapple cores instead of coconut in Khoo-Tu. The test of Khoo-Tu dessert basic formulas by 9 - point hedonic scale method of 50 examiner laboratory the results show acceptance rated on a moderate scale (7). After that substituting coconut with pineapple core, the amount of 0, 25, 50, 75, and 100 of the weight coconuts.It was found that at 75% of the substitution level, the tasters evaluated the greatest acceptance (p> 0.05).
The basic formulas had a pH of 6.24, the Pineapple core formulas 5.94 (p> 0.05). Water Activity (aw)of Khoo-Tu, the basic formula was 0.85 and the pineapple core formula was 0.90 (p> 0.05). The color value of the pineapple core Khoo-Tu was L * (brightness value) (37.31) b * (yellowness value) (9.45) rather than the basic formula Khoo-Tu (p> 0.05).
The nutritional value of the pineapple core Khoo-Tu was 316 Kcals, protein 2.71 %, fat 8.86 %, ash 0.52 %, carbohydrates 56.3 %, dietary fiber 3.99 %, insoluble fiber 3.60 %, and 0.39% of water-soluble dietary fiber that was found in the pineapple core Khoo-Tu to provide lower nutritional value than basic formula Khoo-Tu. The microbiological quality of basic formula and pineapple core formula was found that the total variable count, fungi and bacillus serous were less than 10 colonies / 1 g sample, and staphylococcus aurias were not found in both samples.
The shelf life of rice (Room temperature) found that the basic recipe was 12 days and the pineapple core recipe It has a shelf life of 6 days. แนวทางการพัฒนาธุรกิจหมี่โคราชของผู้ประกอบการขนาดย่อมในจังหวัด นครราชสีมา
วิทยานิพนธ์ (คศ.ม.) -- มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร, 2563The purposes of this research were : 1) to study the business operations of Mee Korat small business owners in Nakhon Ratchasima Province, 2) to identify problems of Mee Korat small business owners in Nakhon Ratchasima Province, 3) to compare the business problems’ levels of Mee Korat small business owners in Nakhon Ratchasima Province according to business operation problems, and 4) to propose guidelines for developing Mee Korat business of small business owners in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. The research population was 35 Mee Korat small business owners in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistical analyses used in this study were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and one way analysis of variance.
The research results can be summarized as follows: 1) For the business operations of Mee Korat, the business owners mainly produced Mee Korat products and sold them together with sauce. They have run the business for 16 years with at least 10 employees using personal selling strategies for the products. According to monthly sales reports, there were less than 10,000 packs of Mee Korat products, and the monthly income became less than 200,000 baht. 2) The small business owners faced up to medium level business problems. When considering each problem from the most to the least, the problems were products, sales, production, personnel, finance and management respectively. 3) The comparison of all the level of business problems of Mee Korat small business owners in Nakhon Ratchasima Province showed that the problems included types of products for selling, length of business management, number of employees, business marketing strategies, amount of monthly production and monthly income of the business problems of Mee Korat small business owners in Nakhon Ratchasima Province had no statistically significant differences at the .05 level. And 4) the guidelines for developing Mee Korat business were as follows: The small business owners should improve vermicelli quality to prolong the shelf life of vermicelli and provide a variety of flavors of vermicelli. The small business owners should modernize the types of vermicelli and build an online distribution channel. They should also find lending sources with low interest rates to improve business so as to compete with competitors. There should be an implementation of job rotation for employees/members to increase production capacity. The data is collected from 168 samples and analyzed using descriptive statistics including frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation and inferential statistics including Pearson Correlation Coefficient Analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis
The study results showed that, overall, the auditors have a high level of professionalism and each level is at a high level. The professional characteristics on intelligent learning, techniques and duty practices, relationships and communication, and organizational management skills have a relationship with the overall auditing quality. The application helps the retailer calculate and determine the product price with the minimal risk. In order to assess the satisfaction of the application, the samples used in this study were 30 community retailers and goods producers. The research found that the application was in good quality. The evaluation of satisfaction with the application was averagely 4.45, which was at a very high level. วิทยานิพนธ์ (วศ.ม.) -- มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร, 2558Most of Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) electric power system is using overhead line. It is 94% in the system including subtransmission, distribution and low voltage system. All of them were installed on concrete pole. At present, many public facilities have been built such as Sky-Train. It causes more constrains for construction with concrete pole due to lack of right of way. MEA needs to using electrical monopole plays an important role. It’s easier than concrete pole for construction and it requires less construction area than concrete pole.
The thesis evaluation of lightning performance in subtransmission line 69 kV study on MEA. Case lightning strike on overhead ground wire (OHGW) at pole top of electrical monopole with suspension insulator, Focusing on three factors is pole top voltage, critical current and back flashover rate (BFOR). ATP-EMTP software is used for simulation. The results show that BFOR is reduced by 79% on electrical monopole structure with suspension insulator compared with existing concrete pole. BFOR is also reduced by 33.17% on concrete pole with external ground wire. The results could be served as a guideline in subtransmission line design and improvement in MEA power system.Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho
