    วิทยานิพนธ์ (วศ.ม.) -- มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร, 2564The objective of this research was to develop the engineering students in accordance with the Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) curriculum (industrial engineering) through the work-integrated learning program, under which the students worked in the production line from Monday to Friday and studied the theories on Saturday. The learning program continued throughout the semester under the collaboration with Thai Cutting Tools Manufacturers (TCTM), of which 26 companies participated in the program. The program determined the development plan for the students of IE.102 course: Basic Production Process for Engineers through the project-based learning (PBL) program in accordance with the CDIO standard (Standards No.1-4). Twenty-seven (27) students of the work-integrated learning (WiL) program worked in 7 companies which were manufacturers and developers of cutting tools, machine tools, high precision parts and machines. All participating companies were designer and developers of new products and innovations and their products were distributed in and outside the country. Hence, the students learnt from working in the production line to create new products according to the production plan. The products newly created through the integrated production method consisted of machine tools, automated machines, lathe, milling, drilling, fitting, grinding, welding, and metal sheets. The students learnt to use the tools to assemble and create the machines, and developed the technology operation skill for production of high precision products. The learning and working were combined and applied to create those products. The students’ skills were developed in compliance with the CDIO standard (Standards No. 5), as the program required them to work in the workspaces to create the products in compliance with the CDIO standard (Standards No.6). The students created the cutting tools in compliance with the CDIO standard (Standard No.7), such as drills, center drills, end mills, reamers, insert tools and cutter tools. The students also created shafts, gears, bushes, bolts and wedge, assembled the parts in the power transmission of the machines, the electric and electronic circuits of the machines and the electric motors, and created the machines and molds for production. The teaching arrangement, learning assessment and examination of the students’ competency were assessed from the integrated learning skills. Each student undertook the practices to develop the personal and interpersonal skills. The program development was based on self-learning, under the supervision, monitoring and recommendation of the lecturers specialized in the product design, product creation and production management, to develop the students in compliance with the CDIO standard (Standard No.7).The students practiced different skills, such as conceiving, designing, implementing, and operating, respectively. In addition, the students reported the progress under the project-based learning program and assessed the learning results before and after the learning session. Based on the study development under the “work college” project, it was found that the students could develop the basic engineering skills throughout the semester. The basic engineering skills comprised the followings; 1) Integrated skill on the machine and tool operation in the basic engineering production process 2) Drawing and production drawing analysis skills 3) Material feature analysis skill for production 4) Machine-operating skill for production 5) Measuring tool-operation skill for product quality inspection 6) Machine tool and equipment operation skill for production of finish products 7) Part and component replacement skill for machine maintenance 8) Problem-solving skill in part and component production in case of incompliance with production drawing 9) Analysis skill of production process and conditions for operation at the workplace 10) Interpersonal skill obtained through the duty performance, correction of defect parts in accordance with the advices of supervisors, problem-solving with colleagues and project development. The 27 students gained the experiences through the work performance in the workplace according to the learning by doing approach. They performed duties, developed the project, solved problems and obtained the technology operation skill for production in accordance with the assigned tasks. They were trained to systematically solve the work problems. All of them produced cutting tools, high precision tools and other tools from drawings and innovative development. They were equipped with basic engineering skills in compliance with the course curriculum standard and CDIO (Standards No. 8). The research findings affirmed that the students’ competency was increased with statistical significance of 0.5. Each of them developed a project under the project-based learning program. The developed projects were highly important. The students’ competency was developed through work performance, covering product creation, problem-solving. They learnt about the created products and their lifecycle in accordance with the science and engineering study approach. They were trained to identify the problems, analyze the causes, design the solutions, implement the drawing designs and create the new products from the experimental results. The students were developed under the work-integrated learning program in accordance with the CDIO standard. The engineering skills were equipped through the creation of high precision tools and hard metal tools. Through the integrated learning, the students obtained the basic engineering knowledge on the mathematic and physic calculations, creation of the engineering drawings, material analysis for engineering production, project management and technology and innovation creation. The students communicated in English during working at the workplace. They understood the material features, designed products for production, and used these products to further create other products. They understood the connection of the supply chain in the industry with regard to production of 4 product categories which helped the students on creativity, knowledge integration for engineering product creation, product integration for further production and utilization of the industrial supply chain. Questionnaires are used to collect the data. The sample is 310 sports business accountants in Bangkok. Descriptive statistics are used in the analysis including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Pearson’s correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis are employed. The research results revealed that accounting professional skills had an impact on operational efficiency and financial report quality of sports businesses. Intellectual skills, Personal management skills, and Organizational management skills affected the overall performance of the accountants with statistical significance of 0.01. This research is a combination of quantitative and qualitative research. The research tool is a questionnaire and personal interview . This research tool has been validated by experts to improve quality. 285 sets were used to collect quantitative and analyzed , processed by computer. The qualitative data are 20 possible combinations of the content analysis and interpreting descriptive. The results showed that there are 1-2 research paper of university lecturer, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon in the past five years’ experience ,the percentage is 54.03 , the overall policy and research management is moderate level by policymakers need to keep in practice. On the other hands ,the factors that contribute to the research were average level namely, honorary researcher, honorable certificate was at a high level. For the guidelines on research to achieve the standards was average level.     วิทยานิพนธ์ (วศ.ม.) -- มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร, 2558Design of grounding system to protect against lightning and fault is important for both safety and reliability especially for Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) as mostly Metropolitan Electricity Authority operates on overhead networks. This thesis assesses lightning performance for 69 kV 115 kV overhead subtransmission lines, 24 kV distribution line using case study from Metropolitan Electricity Authority. Because of the limitation of the right of way, distribution feeders are regularly installed together with subtransmission lines in a single concrete pole. Overhead Ground Wire (OHGW) installed at top of the pole and grounding system in concrete pole protects fault current or direct lightning surge to ground. Metropolitan Electricity Authority has developed lightning protection based on an IEEE standard which uses international data for insulation coordination. As a result, reliability of the system is lower than the designed value. This thesis suggests a methodology to improve the performance in order to increase the reliability of subtransmission and distribution lines feeding distribution substations. This thesis recommends installation of addition external ground wire on the outer surface of the concrete pole to reduce top pole voltage and back flashover rate or installation of bundle overhead ground wires to protect shielding failure. As all the case studies presented in the thesis, which constitute this thesis, are applied to existing systems of Metropolitan Electricity Authority, it is expected that the proposed methodologies can be served as useful practical guidelines for lightning performance assessment subtransmission lines and distribution lines of Metropolitan Electricity Authority.Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho

Most silica gel is packed in an Parcel made from plastic, which is difficult to naturally degrade thus causing environmental problems. This research, therefore, have developed packaging material from agricultural waste, corn husks, for absorbing moisture from food, rice. From the study, it was found that the corn husk paper had characteristic of smooth paper surface. When making it into a corn fiber Parcel, its maximum moisture absorption from saturated humidity was 9.22±0.92% and it could absorb the moisture from the rice stored at room temperature when compared to the plastic sachet at 8.26±0.50% and 9.30±0.08%, respectively. When coated with kaffir lime oil extract, the corn husk Parcel had the capability in anti-fungus commonly habituated in corn husks up the concentration of 15,000 ppm. It could naturally be degraded within 12 days. Therefore, with these advantageous qualification, the natural Parcel made of corn husk paper harboring silica is for moisture absorption as sustainable and environmental conservation material.Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho

    Development and study on physical and sensory properties of dark chocolates fortified with anthocyanin from broken riceberry rice

    วารสารวิชาการและวิจัย มทร.พระนคร, ปีที่ 14, ฉบับที่ 2 (ก.ค.-ธ.ค. 2563), หน้า 45-56Broken rice of Thai cross breed black rice, Riceberry, was an under-utilized agricultural by-product that contains high content of anthocyanins, the multiple health benefits flavonoid. In this study, these anthocyanins were used to develop healthy dark hocolates. The anthocyanin extract from the broken Riceberry rice was prepared into anthocyanin powder using freeze-drying technique in which maltodextrin was used as a carrier material. Healthy dark chocolates were prepared by replacing cocoa powder with anthocyanin powder by 5, 10 and 15 g/g cocoa powder, which respectively delivers DC5, DC10, and DC15 anthocyanin-fortified dark chocolate bars. The color analysis showed no blooming (undesired white color at the chocolate surface) in all chocolates. The increase the anthocyanin powder content significantly decreased the hardness of the dark chocolates (33.9-27.2 N). Total anthocyanin content (TAC) in the dark chocolates increased respectively as anthocyanin powder content increased. The health benefit of the anthocyanin-fortified dark chocolates was improved as the DPPH antioxidant activity of all treatments was 4-9% higher than that of the control DC0. Sensory evaluation revealed that DC10 received higher liking scores (6.4-7.5) than the DC0 indicating more consumer preference. The anthocyanin-fortified dark chocolate delivers an alternative strategy to improve the health property of chocolates. This application of anthocyanin from the broken Riceberry rice could help increase the value and the utilization of Thai agricultural by-product.Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho

    วารสารวิชาการและวิจัย มทร.พระนคร, ปีที่ 14, ฉบับที่ 2 (ก.ค.-ธ.ค. 2563), หน้า 173-182This research aims to develop the new product from a northern local fermented soy bean which were seasoning powder and furikake-rice seasoning and analyze to observe the nutritional, chemical component and antioxidant of the products. The fermented soy bean was dried using hot air oven to achieve a required moisture content prior to apply to the new product. The best ratio of the dried fermented soybean powder was of 35%. The sensory test was used to evaluate the customer acceptance in these developed products. The results showed that the panelist moderately like the products with the overall acceptable score of 7 . 8 5±0 . 3 6 for the seasoning powder and 7 . 4 6±0 . 6 7 and 7 . 4 4±1 . 0 1 for furikake-rice seasoning in sesame-seaweed and garlic flavors, respectively. The analysis of the nutritional values (protein, fat and antioxidant) of the product were analyzed. The result showed that the seasoning powder has the highest values of nutritional values which were 43.80%, 19.24% and 3.72 μmol TE/g, for protein, fat and antioxidant respectively. The furikake-rice seasoning sesame-seaweed have the values of protein, fat and antioxidant of 2 9 . 9 0 %,9.72% and 1.79 μmol TE/g respectively. The garlic flavor has the values of protein, fat and antioxidant of 31.70%, 20.51%, 1.96 μmol TE/g, respectively. The developed product would be continuously produced in a commercial product for the local community since the fermented soybean products have high amount of nutrition especially the protein content.Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho

In order to improve the adhesion and melting properties of hot-melt adhesive to get the best glue formula from STR 20, the ethylene vinyl acetate content (EVA), paraffin wax (Wax) and petroleum resin (Resin) were varied from 25, 50, 100, 125 and 150 phr (Part Per Hundred Rubber). It was found that the best adhesive formulas consisted of 100 phr of STR 20, 25 phr of wax, 150 phr of EVA and 150 phr of resin. For preparing hot-melt adhesive, first, the wax was heated and maintained at 160-170 ºC, then cut the STR 20 into small pieces and slowly added the rubber into the melted wax until the rubber was completely melted. And then added resin and EVA and cooled to room temperature, finally, the results show that hot-melt adhesive was dark brown, hard and odorless, smooth texture and easy to melt with 514±14 centipoises of Viscosity at 150 ºC, 82.49±1.4 lbf/in2 of shear strength and 2.06±0.02 kN/m of cleavage peel strength.Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho
