    โครงงานพิเศษ (วศ.บ.) -- มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร, 2564This project presents an electric bicycle equipped with Solar Cell, which will charge the battery with a solar panel. To be used to drive electric bicycles, electric bicycles can be powered by two systems that are powered by the user's cycling and from brushed DC motors from battery charging with solar panels, the test will be tested by charging the panel with a time interval that the output voltage value From the solar panel which time interval is closer to the actual panel at 24 volts and charged into the battery,to test whether the electric bike can actually be used by a test drive starting with a displacement speed of 10 and 20 km/h at a distance of 100 meters. Using experiments with weight sizes of 50, 60 and 70 kg respectively, it was found that electric bicycles can actually be used. However, the above project has been made into two parts. is the part that charges the battery from the solar panel and the second part is a separate electric bicycle.Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho

    ดุษฎีนิพนธ์ (บธ.ม.) -- มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร, 2564This research aims to 1) study current conditions, trends in change management, transformational leadership, and service innovation in the future for hotel business survival in Southern Andaman provinces and 2) present survival model of hotel business in Southern Andaman provinces. The research methodology used in the study was Qualitative research by using the Delphi technique with 19 experts and added with quantitative research which the sample was 400 Thai consumers. The research results revealed that the current conditions of the hotel business in Southern Andaman provinces in the past, most of the consumers were foreigners but from the effects of the epidemic causing change in consumer behavior. At present and in the future, there will be more Thai consumers. Therefore, business owners need to plan to support on Thai tourists by focus on natural attractions and increase in safety measures from the epidemic. Transformational leadership would focus on inspiration motivation. Service innovation in the future would focus on marketing innovation and reduce exposure. Survival model of hotel business in Southern Andaman provinces consist of 1) competitiveness 2) adaptability and 3) efficiency. Survival model of hotel business in Southern Andaman provinces checked by index of congruence (IOC) by 5 experts and found that index of congruence was greater than 0.50.Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho

    Finite element analysis of armor piercing bullet penetrating hard steel

    RMUTP Research Journal, Vol. 16, No. 2, July-December 2022, pp.171-186The bulletproof plates with materials that can convincingly be destroyed by the 7.62 mm bullet with its speed at 878 ± 9.1 m/s were developed by designing according to the National Institute of Justice Level 4 (NIJ 4). The plates were made of two flat sheets stacking, SKD11 and SUS304. Their components were composed of the front and back plates; the first sheet made of SKD11 material hardening at 65 HRC with a thickness of 6 mm and the back plate made of SUS 304 material with a thickness of 5 mm. The finite element method was applied to simulate and analyze the results to demonstrate the bullet resistance to the perforation by setting perpendicular sheet to the bullets. Therefore, the simulating studies for the bullet firing were demonstrated by locating its angles of 15, 30, 45 and 60 degrees to the SKD11 sheet with a thickness of 6, 8, and10 mm coupled with the SUS304 sheet with a thickness of 5, 6, 8, and 10 mm. These plates were stacking into two layers then the finite element method was applied to simulate one at a time. The results showed that the first sheet of SKD11 with 6 mm of thickness could resist the perforation of the bullet at 60 degree and the plate thickness of 8 and 10 mm could start resisting to the perforation at 45 degree. The second sheet of SUS304 with the thickness of 5, 6, 8, and 10 mm were incapable to resist to the perforation and the refraction of the bullet direction as good as that of SKD11. Therefore, the principle applying two metal sheets stacked into layers was essential to impel the resistance of the bullet perforation and change the direction of the bullet.Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho

    วารสารวิชาการและวิจัย มทร.พระนคร, ปีที่ 16, ฉบับที่ 2 (ก.ค.-ธ.ค. 2565), หน้า 127-140The research is aimed to 1) study the level and priority of the factors affecting the delay of construction projects and 2) provide suggestions in relation to the prevention of such delay. The sample is 520 people who were working for different construction projects. They were project managers, project engineers, field engineers, and foremen. The data were collected by using online questionnaires and analyzed to find out mean, standard deviation (SD), frequency, correlation coefficient, and confirmatory factor analysis. The findings reveal two significant aspects. First, those who were working in the construction projects concerned about the factors affecting the delay of the projects at high level. Respectively, the factors related to design, resource, external factors and others were taken into consideration. The factor regarding to work performance is regarded affecting the project delay at the highest level. Other factors, i.e., the design, external factors and others, and resource have the affects at the lower level. Second, the work-related factors can help prevent the project delay. In other words, the construction plan and methods as well as the project management should be well-implemented in accordance with the design. The construction site should be on inspection considering its drawing. Regarding the external factors and others, the public voices of those living around the construction site should be taken into consideration. Furthermore, the effective use of the resources can be carried out by sufficiently preparing all materials, tools, and equipment for constructing any project effectively as a consequence.Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho

    วารสารวิชาการและวิจัย มทร.พระนคร, ปีที่ 16, ฉบับที่ 1 (ม.ค.-มิ.ย 2565), หน้า 117-126The objective of this research was to study the development of cake decorated cream without trans fat. selection of buttercream using as a standards recipe from 3 formulas 50 tasters by 9 Point Hedonic Scales Test. The formula using buttercream had 8.37±0.71 points at very like level was composed of butter 36.08 % shortening 15.47 % white egg 5.15 % sugar 25.77 % salt 1.03 % water 15.47 % and vanilla 10 %. Then substitute shortening with white kidney bean at 0, 25, 50, 75, 100 %. The 100% white kidney bean recipe was the highest acceptable 8.42±0.75 points at the very like level. The acceptance test with 100 consumers was 8.10±0.74 score at very like. The color of products showed L* a* b* C and H were 37.52±0.04, 0.30±0.01, 11.19±0.04, 11.20±0.04, 88.42±0.07 respectively, The Viscosity was 2857±26.62 cPs, Moisture was 31.78±0.05 w.b., Texture (Firmness) was 55340.06±68.39 g, Consistency was 47435.10±376.39 N. and Cohesiveness was 5.30±0.39 g.sec which more than the standard recipe and nutritive values per one serving. Carbohydrates decrease at 0.19 gram, Energy increase at 32.43 kilocalories, Fat decrease at 1.97 gram, Sugar decrease at 30 gram and more protein than the standard recipe with 0.23 gram. per serving at 150 g.Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho

The study focuses on all steps of productions in order to increase productivity. After the experiment, the study shows that the improvement of ventilation brick manufacturing includes the increase in production volume from 20 pieces per day to 50 pieces per day, representing an increase of 76.19 percent; and the decrease in production cycle time originally from 1,401 minutes per piece to 97 minutes per piece, representing a decrease of 93.07 percent respectively.Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho

    รายงานวิจัย -- มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร, 2564The aims of this Guidelines for the Development of Teaching and Learning Models in the Department of Fashion and Apparel Design, Faculty of Home Economics Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon were to compare the department of fashion and apparel design's teaching and learning outcomes and to find guidelines for the development of teaching and learning management styles in the department of fashion and apparel design. To gather feedback on teaching and learning satisfaction from current students enrolled in the 2020 academic year, faculty members, and alumni, a convenient random sampling of 104 people willing to participate in the online survey was used. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.980, which was quite confident. Four external experts provide feedback on the training. The frequency, percentage, and mean were used to analyze the data. The results were summarized as follows: The majority of those who responded were alumni (50.96 %). The average degree of satisfaction in teaching was at its highest (mean 4.23). Other components of the situation were excellent. (mean 4.12), curriculum (mean 4.11), learning facilities and infrastructure (mean 4.03), and educational aid were the averages (mean 3.85). In the department of Fashion and Apparel Design, the average satisfaction with teaching and learning was compared. There was no variation in classification based on the respondents' status. The findings of the data analysis based on respondents' feedback and course reviews Department of Fashion and Apparel Design, Bachelor of Home Economics (Course revised 2017) from external experts It was used as a guideline for the development of teaching-learning management styles in the field of study by: (1) the curriculum, the name of the curriculum, the adjustment of the philosophy, objectives, and the addition of elective courses in the curriculum for students to choose according to their interests; (2) Instructors, adjust the use of teaching methodologies, evaluation, course content, and teaching media, knowledge exchange, team teaching, and online teaching are all options, learner-centered teaching activities are critical and devise a self-improvement strategy. (3) in terms of educational aid, to sign an MOU contract with the establishment, obtaining a budget for the purchase of learning equipment and maintenance to be in good working in order to be used. (4) learning facilities and infrastructure, provide books that are relevant to the subject. Improve the computer system and internet signal utilized in teaching. And (5) other areas, such as the number of channels available for the course's public relations efforts. The innovative product developed is a semi-liquid alcohol gel. The sample group used in this study was volunteered, consisting of 10 people. The research tool was the satisfaction assessment form, technology transfer, and the development of innovative cleaning and disinfection products in the situation of COVID-19. Data were analyzed using statistical software packages. The statistics used were mean and standard deviation. The results showed that. 1. Innovative cleaning and disinfection products in the situation of COVID-19, developed as an innovation of semi-liquid alcohol gel products. Which has a concentration of 73.0 % v/v 2. Most of the trainees were satisfied with the overall technology transfer. Both speakers, places, periods, facilities, knowledge, and benefits from receiving services are high. 3. Most of the trainees were satisfied with the technology transfer pattern as well as the duration of the training. The main contributing factor to drought is unusual summer weather, wind, pressure and air mixtures include water vapor and water droplets. In this factors can be analyzed for rainfall in the lower central river basin area and the preliminary data of the research used to analyze drought from Thai Meteorological Department (TMD). This research analyzes the factors that cause drought, including rainfall, temperature, pressure, wind and precipitation. The Multiple linear regression analysis used to determine the relationship of factors causing drought. It was found that rainfall had a statistically significant relationship with temperature and pressure. In addition, using the Geographic Information System (GIS) an analysis of rainfall in the lower central river basin from October 1920 to September 2021 to found that from August to October, there is a lot of heavy rainfall according to the multiple linear regression equation. Therefore, the created multiple linear regression equations can be effectively used in the analysis of drought areas in the lower central river basin area.Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho

    รายงานวิจัย -- มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร, 2564his research work aimed to study the effects of the addition of sisal fiber and surface treatment by epoxy silane on the physical and thermal properties of polylactic acid (PLA). Specimens of PLA and unidirectional fiber-reinforced composite were processed by a compression molding machine and evaluated the physical and thermal properties by water absorption measurement and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) analysis, respectively. The result showed that water absorption tended to increase by adding sisal fiber whereas surface treatment of sisal fiber by epoxy silane improved water resistance of composites. The water absorption values at immersion time of 5 days were 0.89, 1.13, and 1.26 % for PLA, PLA/treated sisal fiber composite, and PLA/untreated sisal fiber composite, respectively. For thermal properties, the addition of sisal fiber led to decreases in glass transition temperature and crystallinity. These were because the presence of continuous fiber might interfere with the crystallization of PLA. The surface treatment of continuous fiber with epoxy silane led to difficult crystallization. The good interfacial adhesion interrupted PLA alignment.Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho
