รายงานวิจัย -- มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร, 2564The research team had thought of studying the properties of natural fermented Maieng extract as an important antioxidant substance in cosmetics. to transfer to the Sakadee community, Nan Province. The research had started at the development of a natural fermentation process, studied the extraction process yielding important substances from natural Miang fermentation, and evaluated the antimicrobial activity and anti-oxidation of bioactive extracts. The outcome studies were transferred including the extraction process of bioactive compounds and formulations in skin cream cosmetics. It was demonstrated that natural fermentation by adding clean disinfected water or fermentation with a stock of Lactic acid bacteria isolated from Miang fermented water in anaerobic conditions for 2 weeks, the efficiency and characteristics of fermentation were not significantly different. In the process of extracting bioactive substances with ethanol by soaking the extracts with water and virgin coconut oil with the maceration method at room temperature and shaking in 80% ethanol for 3 hours resulted in a high content of antioxidant properties. In addition, the developed approach influenced the characteristics of fermented Miang meat well accepted by the users. This fermented Miang extract was acceptably used to make fermented Miang products for further sale. รายงานวิจัย -- มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร, 2564Sufficient and sustainable well-being of all Thai citizens has been the main
government’s objective for national development. Whether it is about the good health of
the people or the country's economy. The main goal of the government is always to assure
that everyone can live happily, without torment, no matter which state in life they are;
working or retired, everyone has to be able to live comfortably. That is why the government
allocates state welfare to the people continually throughout many forms, such as 30 baht
for all medical care & treatment project which involves the treatment of all diseases for all
Thais. And the living allowance for the elderly etc. These things that the government gives
to the people for their well-being are good solution. But it would not be good if the
allocated budget has to increase every year due to the number of the retirement age
population that has increased more and more over the years and causing the government’s
initial projects to cross way the actual needs.
Despite the government's policy to support the elderly, in reality of the welfare of
the state to care for the elderly seems to be quite inadequate. Some says that it is not
enough for sustenance and claim that the elderly pension do not meet the actual expenses
in their everyday life. To summarize, many have agreed that the support for the elderly is
too little in most people's eyes. So it is only logic to focus in finding the real need of the
living for the elderly population
At present, it can be seen that the elderly population is increasing, but they are still
unable to sustain themselves. There is also a problem with managing their life plan in
retirement to be effective and sustainable because most of the population still lack in
knowledge and understanding for effective preparation for retirement and causing some
people to feel that they do not have enough support regardless of whether government
agencies provide state welfare or not.
In this research, the researcher studied the sustainable management planning for
retirement: a case study of the Chet Samian community, Photharam District, Ratchaburi
Province. The researcher uses survey research which applies quantitative research methods.
(Quantitative Research Method) using the Chi-square test method and the sample in this
research is the population of working age group aged 25-59 years living in Chet Samian
community, Photharam district, Ratchaburi province. A total of 400 people were aimed at
the following research objectives: 1) To study the attitudes and behaviors of life
management of people in retirement age by considering the sample group, working age
between 25-59 years old. 2) To find ways to promote sustainable planning for life after
retirement and, 3) To study the problems that occur before and after retirement by
considering the sample group, working age between 25-59 years old.
After the researcher has collected the data and used it for analysis. The researcher
found that most of the personal data of the sample population were female, aged between
30-40 years, single, no children, bachelor's degree with income less than 15,000 baht, being
a civil servant/state enterprise employee. Their intention after retirement is to run a
personal business, currently living with family (husband/wife/children) and intends to
continue living with family (husband/wife/children) after retirement, equal proportions
between homeowners and residents, most of them don't have credit cards.
In addition, the researcher also found that female, aged between 25 - 29 years,
single, bachelor's degree with income less than 15,000 baht is a government official/state
enterprise employee has intention after retirement that they will run a personal business,
currently living with family (husband/wife/children) and intends to continue living with family
(husband/wife/children) after retirement, most of them do not have credit cards is the same
sample group that has the highest level of planning for life after retirement.
However, the researcher tested the hypothesis and found that the majority of people
are aware of the rise of an aging society and has increased investments before retirement
age. Relying on government’s policy for the elderly is no longer the real answer for the
people as working age groups are well prepared to plan and manage their retirement living.
Moreover, the educational level of the sample population is related to financial education
and investment to prepare for retirement. Lastly, the researcher found that working age
people still need a lot of support for knowledge about sustainable retirement life
management.Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho

รายงานวิจัย -- มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร, 2565This research is a mixed-method research which is comprised of a quantitative research and a qualitative research. The Objectives of this research are all in the hotel business and are (1) to study the human resource management, (2) to study the human resource management environment, (3) to be a guideline for human resource management. This research project had a sample group of 100 personnel working in the hotel business in Bangkok along with interviews with 10 human resources department chiefs.
The results of the research project:
1. Most of the respondents were female with a Bachelor's degree, single status,
Food & Beverage position and employment duration of working 1 - 5 years. Human resource management of hotel business in Bangkok was overall at a high level in areas of performance appraisal, recruiting and selection, training and development respectively. Guidelines for human resource management of hotel business in Bangkok was overall at a high level in areas of performance appraisal, recruiting and selection, compensation and welfare respectively. The personal data of the respondents having different levels of education affected the guidelines of human resource management of the hotel business in Bangkok. There were statistically significant differences at the 0.05 level in 2 aspects that are training/development and performance appraisal.
2. With regards to the human resource management environment of the hotel
business, the strength was that there was support for employees to promote career advancement. There were good human resource management strategies as well as profitable welfare strategies. The weaknesses were ineffective communication, lack of good English language skills and third language skills as well as a high staff turnover rates. During the 2019 corona virus epidemic, every hotel had to adjust its strategies for increasing revenues to be able to take care of personnel in its organization. The obstacle was that during the 2019 corona virus epidemic, the country was shut down to control the spread of infection transmitted from tourists. As a result, the hotel's revenue had declined. Then there was a need to reduce the wage rate and to reduce employment for the hotel to survive.Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho

วารสารวิชาการและวิจัย มทร.พระนคร, ปีที่ 16, ฉบับที่ 2 (ก.ค.-ธ.ค. 2565), หน้า 157-170Run flat wheels for small armored regular trucks have been re-developed by transformation from the original metallic material to compound materials, polymer group materials as important raw materials, then added with aluminum oxide powder to achieve higher strength and wear resistance. The research was performed by using reverse engineering processes including designing, and analysis with finite element methodology with the SolidWorks Simulation program and comparing the analyzed results with outcome experiments. Several variables used for the design and analysis were 1) the optimal width of the run flat wheel at the parts both attached to the wheel pan and contacted with the inner rubber surface 2) internal and external radiuses. The internal radius is depending on the size of the wheel pan and the external radius is a variable that determines the height of the Run flat wheel. 3) the shape designed to prevent wearing of the inner tire surface of the run flat wheel and the shape of the run flat reel in the part contacted with the wheel pan. This wheel pan part is such uneven inclined area which is difficult to hold. 4) a design locking kit for tightly fastening the run flat reels to the wheel pan 5) the material used to create the run flat wheel and 6) tire pressure. The run-flat wheels were then designed and constructed in a modular form of 3 parts for ease of the wheel pan assembly. In designing pattern, the assembling run flat reels had to be fit into the characteristics of a small armored regular truck wheel pan, convenient to assemble with a wheel pan, and tightly attached without looseness or deformation when impacted. The run flat reel gripping device has been redesigned to lock all three run flat parts together. It brought up the impact resistance from body weight was at 50 km/hr.Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho
