No full textZusammenfassung Agroforstsysteme gelten als eine nachhaltige Landnutzungsoption und sollen vermehrt (wieder) etabliert werden. Trotz neuer förderrechtlicher Impulse hindert der aktuelle Rechtsrahmen den Ausbau von Agroforstsystemen. Der Beitrag nimmt die jüngsten Änderungen im Agrarförderrecht zum Anlass für eine detaillierte Bestandsaufnahme des komplexen Rechtsrahmens für Agroforstsysteme von der europäischen bis zur Landesebene. Ziel des Beitrags ist es, eine Grundlage für die an den rechtlich und politisch verankerten Zielen einer nachhaltigen Landnutzung ausgerichtete Weiterentwicklung des Rechtsrahmens zu schaffen
