This work was commissioned for Change Ringing and premiered on 4 December 2014 at Lime Wharf, London.

Fugue and toccata [Ravel arr. Hesketh]
An orchestration by Kenneth Hesketh of the Fugue and Toccata from Maurice Ravel's 'Le Tombeau de Couperin,' duration 7 minutes.
This work was premiered on 9 March 2013 by the Goettingen Symphonie Orchester conducted by Christoph-Mathias Mueller.
It has since been performed by the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra, Kammarorkestern ARTE, Milton Keynes City Orchestra, and the Kungliga Filharmonikerna (Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra).

For chamber ensemble (amplified solo violin, 2 pianos, vibraphone, 5 marimbas and 5 percussionists), duration 6 minutes, after Aphex Twin’s 'Polygon Window.'
This piece was commissioned by the South Bank Centre and premiered on 12 March 2004 by the London Sinfonietta conducted by Jurjen Hempel.

This work was commissioned by the City of Munich and the 'Freunde des Nationaltheaters' for the programme KLANGSPUREN of the Münchener Biennale - International Festival for New Music Theatre. It was premiered there on 7 May 2003 by Ensemble Triolog.

This work was commissioned by the Continuum Ensemble and premiered by them with Rodney Clarke (baritone), conducted by Philip Headlam on 6 June 2006.

A wassail carol (2002, rev. 2008)
For children's chorus and orchestra, duration 3 minutes. Originally completed in 2002, this work was premiered on 15 December 2002 by Merseyside Youth Orchestra and St Julie's Roman Catholic High School conducted by Clark Rundell.
The piece was revised in 2008 and the premiere of the revised version was given on 20 December 2009 by the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra and the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra Choir conducted by Simon Halsey
