The Principle of Dominance and the Limitation of Changing the Use of Agricultural and Garden Lands
The purpose of the present study was to investigate the principle of dominance and limitations imposed on changing the use of agricultural and garden lands. The former and latter are considered as important subjects continuously debated and discussed. Changing the use of garden and agricultural lands is a theoretically argued subject and is followed by the principal question of: how in the face of the dominance principle, the legal limitations in changing the use of agricultural and garden lands are justifiable? In terms of the method of study.the present research falls into the category of descriptive-analytic researches, and library studies have been conducted to answer the mentioned question. The results of the present study indicate that illegal change of use of agricultural lands is an obvious instance of conflict between personal and societal rights. Because the owner of an agricultural land, due to his/her personal rights is allowed to use the land in any legitimate and legal way he/she desires; however, the rights of the society and the future humans forbids the owner to use the land in ways that would harm the public/society. Based on the stated content, it is concluded that the ownership right is absolutely preserved for the real owner based on the principle of dominance, but in cases where this right is conflictual with societal rights, the societal rights would be counted prioritized over the former, and therefore it would be necessary to control personal rights. This preference has a clear and obvious instance in the context of changing the use of agricultural and garden lands; and it is rational that the society’s right will be dominant over the rights of the owner of agricultural and garden lands
Ranking Cloud Computing Criteria in Developing Electronic Communications Services Using MCDM
The main purpose of this study was ranking cloud computing criteria in developing electronic communications services using multiple-criteria decision analysis methodology (MCDM). This correlational research was applied in terms of purpose. Statistical population of the study included ICT experts of the steel industry in Yazd province (industrial experts), among which, 312 individuals were selected using purposeful nonprobability (judgmental) sampling method. Considering the conducted investigations and critically reviewing the related books and articles, the variables, criteria, and scales were identified using cloud computing technology. To analyze the data, MCDM and fuzzy logic calculations were utilized in Expert Choice software. According to the results and considering fuzzy calculations related to the capabilities of cloud computing in developing electronic communications services, the most important criteria in the "IT management in steel industries" cluster having (A) network code was "communicating with steel industries` costumers" having (AB) network code and fuzzy network weight equal to 0.096; the most important criteria in "cloud computing capabilities" cluster having (B) network code were "reducing steel industries` costs" having (BA) network code and fuzzy network weight equal to 0.191; and "providing rapid services to steel industries` costumers" having (BB) network code and fuzzy network weight equal to 0.120. on the other hand, the most important criteria in "developing electronic communications services" cluster having (C) network code was "storing the data in electronic communications services" having (CD) network code and fuzzy network weight equal to 0.123, since based on fuzzy logic calculation, they had the highest fuzzy rank in Matlab programming environment regarding cloud computing capabilities in developing electronic communications services
Leopard and its mythological-epic motifs in Shahnameh and four other epic works (Garshasbnameh, Kushnameh, Bahmannameh and Borzunameh)
In Shahnameh and other epic poems where the reflection of myths is the life of primitive and ancient Iranian communities, animals and other creatures are of great importance and go beyond their normal features and position. Myths that are the facts from the thoughts and ideas of the early man are mixed with different stories and are expressed symbolically and mysteriously. Among the animals, “leopard” is one of the role players whose name has been mentioned in Ferdowsi’s Shahnameh and other epic poems and has accounted for themes and motifs. This paper seeks to examine the place of leopard in past myths and civilization as well as in the most valuable epic work, i.e. Shahnameh, and four other epic poems (Garshasbnameh, Kushnameh, Bahmannameh and Borzunameh) and extract, classify and analyze the most important mythological-epic and ritual motifs of this animal. These motifs include the lexical and symbolic meaning of leopard, the position of leopard in the myths and civilization of ancient Iran, the relationship between the goddesses and the leopard, the characteristics of leopard, child and leopard, leopard skin as a garment, metamorphosis, leopard in the welcome ceremony, leopard skin as a gift, demonic creature, leopard totem, leopard as war booty, leopard in the treasure of kings and leopard spell. The concept or symbol of the leopard in this research relies on its positive aspect, sometimes it is one of the goddesses and is respected and sometimes it is a symbol of courage, strength and victory

Investigating the factors affecting the development of the humanitarian aid supply chain by popular athletes
The present study was designed and conducted to investigate the factors affecting the development of the humanitarian aid supply chain by popular athletes. The present study is one of the mixed researches which were done in the form of qualitative and quantitative methods. The statistical population of the present study in the qualitative section includes elites and experts in the field of the humanitarian supply chain, sports sociology, sports management, and crisis management. According to the purposeful selection, 13 people were identified as the research sample. In the quantitative part of the present study, in addition to the elites in the field of the humanitarian supply chain, sports sociology, sports management, and crisis management, some experts of the Crisis Management Organization and popular athletes were added to the statistical community. The collection tools of the present study included a semi-structured interview and a researcher-made questionnaire. In the quantitative analysis of the research, the structural equation method with the PLS approach has been used. The results of the present study showed that; 25 micro actives were extracted through interviews, these factors were divided into 5 categories: cultural, managerial, legal, human, and communication-technological factors. The research results showed that; among the factors affecting the development of the humanitarian aid supply chain through popular athletes, managerial factors had the most role and importance (impact = 0.983; T-factor = 427.756). This highlights the importance and necessity of management platforms for the development of the humanitarian aid supply chain through popular athletes
The Impact of Non-Audit Services on Earning Response Coefficient
The present study aims to investigate the impact of non-audit services on earnings response coefficient. It is a library and analytical-scientific research and is based on panel data analysis. In this study, the financial data of 74 companies accepted in Tehran Stock Exchange during the period 2011-2016 have been reviewed. The results demonstrate that non-audit services have a significant negative relationship with earnings response coefficient.Although non-audit services will have benefits such as increased financial statements understandability, auditors’ knowledge-sharing, better relationships between managers and auditors and reduced agency costs, this type of services threatens auditor independence and subsequently, earnings quality will be affected. Thus, the findings of the present study confirm the view thatby providing non-audit services, auditor independence is affected, resulting in a negative reaction to earnings.
“ENTERING LIFE” OF POETRY BY E.T.A. HOFFMANN AND GÜNTER GRASS
In this scientific article, it is assumed that the literary works of the Nobel Prize laureate and the German national poet Günter Grass are characterized by romantic features. For this reason, the novel Ein weites Feld (“A Wide Field”) by Grass and the fairy tale Der goldene Topf (“The Golden Pot”) by E.T.A. Hoffmann are examined in terms of their similarities and differences. It is noteworthy that E.T.A. Hoffmann has so far only been associated with Grass in relation to his fairy tale “Klein Zaches, called Zinnober”, and the main hero of the fairy tale served as a literary model for Oskar Matzerath from “The Tin Drum”. Thus, this article makes it possible to throw a new light on Grass’es research. In this paper the following aspects are analyzed: questions of poetics, genesis, main characters, narrative or fictional levels, structural principles, as well as the role of the reader. The results are summarized in the final part of the investigation
Evolution of Concepts Related to the Term «Brand Reputation» and Their Relationship
Throughout the past decade, the theme of reputation has attracted growing interest in the world of corporate business. This interest is primarily due to the fact that reputation is beginning to have an increasing impact on the capitalization of brands. In addition, the accelerated development of information technology and the subsequent large-scale expansion of the organization into digital markets, with a new force, expanded the scientific field of research on the impact of intangible factors on the activities of brands. In numerous publications devoted to the study of the term reputation, both domestic and foreign researchers, there are different approaches to its definition. Previous analysis of works has shown that the reputation of an organization is often confused with the categories «brand», «brand image», «intangible assets», «goodwill» or «business reputation» (Malakhov, 2009), which have other nature and meaning. This article analyzes the views of various researchers of the above terms and, based on the work done, attempts to systematize these terms and offers the author's definition of the definition of «brand reputation». This research will provide a theoretical basis for further research, namely, quantitative assessment of reputation in the era of market transformation and the spread of modern technologies
Historical and Philosophical Prerequisites for the Analysis of Cognition Objectivity in the Social Sciences
The article deals with the analysis of the sociality construction in Hegel’s The Phenomenology of Spirit, which is the prerequisite for the development of current social and humanitarian knowledge. The author introduces the idea that a decisive factor for the formation of the Method of the Humanities and Social Sciences is Hegel’s reconsideration of the idea of the immediacy of social relations as a subject for philosophical consideration. Sociality construction, compared to the uncritical perception of Society as an object that is available for observation as a natural object, provides a consistent and methodically substantiated disclosure of the essential characteristics of social life. In The Phenomenology of Spirit, Hegel describes Sociality forms as necessary steps for the movement of the spirit toward self-cognition. Reasonable development of social relations is based on their sphere of self-consciousness attributes, which unlike the previous formations of the consciousness (die Gestalt and die Gestaltung that in various English translations are form, mode, shape, and figure) reveal that truth is not in the object but in unity with the self. Thus, the most significant discovery of the philosopher is that consciousness “pushes its boundaries” and overcomes imaginary singularity. In addition, “the doubling of consciousness” contributes to the formation of sociality as a sphere in which the spirit is capable of revealing substance concretion. The concept of sociality, which is first described in the chapter on consciousness, is revealed in the subsequent sections. As a result, social relations become the main concept of Hegel’s work. The development of this concept is not only philosophically and systematically significant. As it is presented in this article, social relations substantiate the possibility of overcoming subjective, for example, “evaluative” approaches to the consideration of social life based on the idea of the immediacy of social relations. Moreover, this concept reveals the essential nature of sociality formation and its existence in various forms of spirit. The results of this research can be regarded as verification of the provision that the method of sociality construction presented in The Phenomenology of Spirit provides cognition of social life via rational means and the argumentativeness of social and humanitarian knowledge. Thus, the foundations for the scientific study of human and society can be developed
Philosophical aspect of installment trading in Islamic Rules
In this article, I would like to stop at one of the common types of trade called “Installment trading”, which is permitted in Islam, if the necessary conditions required in the Shari'ah will be fulfilled. At the same time, installment trading in Islam (Installment sale) is only one of many types of sale and purchase. Now this type of trade is very common in the world. Individuals and various industrial enterprises, firms, etc. use installment trading. Instalment selling is often used in Islamic financing. One of the types of installment trading is As-Salam, when payment for goods is made long before it was purchased, and which is known according to Arab sources long before Islam arose, used in Islam more than a thousand years ago. It should be noted that trade in Islam is permitted and this is because all the messengers of Allah were sent to change what God prohibited, but with regard to trade, there was no prohibition. In particular, the proof of that is the trade deals of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him)
