Adaptive Transformations of News Text in the Media (Through Examples of Turkish, Russian and English Articles)
Informational texts always contain one or more forms of adaptation. The source material is changed according to the standards of the target culture. Adaptation elements can be easily detected by comparing texts in different languages used to reflect a particular news event. The research material of our article is news reports published on the information platforms BBC Turkçe, BBC Russian and BBC World on February-March 2020. Although there are several definitions of the term «adaptation», we adhere to the opinion of scientists, who disclose it in a broad sense. In this approach, the term «adaptation» refers to methods for adapting the original text (as a fragment for displaying objective and social realities) to the socio-cultural conditions of the implicit audience. The message addresser is a participant in this communication process, therefore he should determine the readiness of the implicit reader to accept/ understand/ interpret information. News adapted version is created basing on the perception capabilities. In the comparison of information texts, we also referred to the term «information cores», which means a single information unit of the incident, disclosed within the framework of the main topic

Fitting a Model to Students' Cognitive engagement: A Step Towards Accountable Education in Medical Education
Introduction: Motivation is one of the most important effective factors in learning. It can lead to long-lasting learning in connection with identity. Creating an appropriate setting for development and actualization of students with different Scientific, social and cultural abilities is one of the accountable education package’s The Health System Evaluation Plan. Whereas emotion regulation and management is one of the important needs of students and empowering them in this field is a necessity. Method: Present study is a kind of non-experimental design. To speak more precisely, it is a type of correlations design which has analyzed a structural pattern of variables relationship, done in 2016 in Sabzevar university of medical Sciences, 720 students was selected using multistage cluster sampling as the sample group and employed Berzonsky’s identity style Inventory (ISI-3), achievement goals scale of Midgley et al(PALS), and motivated strategies for learning questionnaire (MSLQ). Data was analyzed using path analysis. Results: nformational identity style has both direct and indirect effect (through the intervening role of mastery goals) on cognitive engagement (P<0.01). Normative identity style has an effect The path from diffuse-avoidant identity style to performance-avoidance goals was excluded from fitted model, fitted model predicts 41% of cognitive engagement. Conclusion: Inorder to improve learning, cognitive engagement (mental efforts) can be targeted using motivational and identity variables
Innovative Approaches to Teaching Foreign Languages at the University
The article is concerned with the substantiation of innovative approaches to teaching foreign languages at the university. It is established that during the professional training of specialists at the university, the special emphasis should be given to the application of innovative forms and methods of training aimed at qualitative mastering of knowledge, abilities, and skills, developing students’ mental activities, identifying skills of critical addressing the problems, gaining experience of independent learning of training materials, conducting exploration work, and gaining qualities that will be useful in professional activities and later in life. Analysis and development of effective distance learning practices
Distance education at the present stage of development of the world educational practice has acquired a global character. The range of educational services has significantly expanded; the number of educational organizations and institutions involved in this form of education has increased; a huge number of students use the Internet, gadgets and high-tech services. It has influenced the development of the educational environment around the world. Effective distance education practices are those forms of distance learning that allow students and other students to receive “remote” education via the Internet, if necessary. Such a necessity today has become the epidemiological situation in the world with the spread of infection caused by the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 (2019-nCoV). The publication describes those practices that have proven to be effective. Their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. The ways of developing such practices are determined taking into account a number of characteristic features of distance education: flexibility, modularity, innovative quality control of education, role repertoire of the teacher, economic benefits, etc. Describes specific principles of distance education, allocated based on the study of domestic and foreign authors, content updated by the authors: the principle of free access; the principle of remoteness; the principle of interactivity, the principle of identification; the principle of adequacy and expediency of using digital technologies in distance education. Methodological recommendations for teachers are given. The purpose of our research is to analyze how effective distance education and its forms are for students and primary school teachers who master additional professional training programs. Examples of questionnaires and survey data on the subject under study are given
Inclusive Education Importance and Problems for Students Social Integration
The article relevance. Modern concepts of education development, recognition of the uniqueness and self-worth of human individuality have led to the search for ways to socialize individuals with disabilities, to the development of new pedagogical strategies aimed at developing ideas of independent life for this category of the population. The research purpose is to study the features and identify ways to improve the quality of inclusive education. Research methods: as a research method, we used a questionnaire survey as a method of collecting primary information, which allows us to identify various aspects related to the problems of formation and perception of inclusive education by participants in the educational process. Research results: the article describes the peculiarity of the current stage of inclusive education development, analyzes the social mechanisms for improving the quality of inclusive education. The novelty and originality of the research lies in the fact that for the first time the correspondence of the existing model of inclusive education to the needs of a significant part of the educational process subjects was investigated. It is shown that, from the point of view of educational services’ consumers, a significant obstacle to improving the quality of inclusive education is the orientation of the education system on results, and not the educational process. It is revealed that the main functions of an inclusive school are educational, career-oriented, educational, and integrative. It is shown that relationships with teachers are a significant factor of psychological stress in inclusive classes. It is found that inclusive classes are sufficiently distanced from interaction with the local community. It is shown that teachers lack the skills of teamwork and confident behavior of the teacher in the presence of another adult in the classroom. It is revealed that the inclusive school is currently characterized by a high level of internal unity, but is not focused on external relations with the local community. It is shown that parents, unlike students, note the creation of an accessible environment only for certain categories of children with disabilities (including children with musculoskeletal disorders), but not for children with sensory disorders (vision and hearing). Practical significance: the data Obtained in this work can be used in psychological research, pedagogical Sciences, age psychology, as well as for further theoretical development of this issu
