Fire Safety Awareness of Operators of Recreational Areas in Tainan City and Related Influences
[[abstract]]我國因自然條件影響,地小人稠,且在城市高度現代化發展下,土地利用較為密集,且週休二日實施之後,大多數人都選擇至旅遊場所遊憩來放鬆身心及紓解壓力最佳的休閒活動,但旅遊場所大多為供公眾使用建築物,又要具備休閒及遊憩的功能來吸引遊客,大多數的旅遊場所內部空間的使用型態就越趨複雜,因此災害發生的機率相對提高,災害危險度也增加許多。近年來陸續發生休閒場所的天災人禍,雖財物損失不大,卻導致多人傷亡,促成社會大眾消防安全意識迅速提升及公共安全設施相關檢核的強度增加。因此,本研究欲探究臺南市休閒場所經營業者對消防安全意識認知影響程度。
實證結果發現,休閒場所經營業者之性別、婚姻狀況不同,對於消防安全意識之三衡量構面「火災預防」、「災害搶救」、「緊急救護」有顯著差異;然而不同年齡、不同教育程度、不同經營類型及不同平均月收入對消防安全意識衡量構面上均未有顯著差異。消防安全意識3個衡量構面之認知程度均呈現相互高度顯著正向關係。
Due to unique natural conditions, small territory, large population, and highly modernized cities, the land utilization rate is relatively high in Taiwan. After implementation of the two-day weekend policy, most people choose to enjoy leisure activities such as travel to tourist areas to relax and relieve stress. In the tourist areas, buildings are available for public use that also have the functions of leisure and recreation to attract tourists. The usage patterns of the interior spaces of most tourist sites have become increasingly complicated, and the probability of disasters occurring has relatively increased. As a result, the hazards of disasters have also increased greatly. In recent years, natural and man-made disasters have often occurred in recreational areas. Although property loss has been small, there have been many casualties. Public fire safety awareness and the monitoring of public safety facilities have increased. This study explored the fire safety awareness of the operators of recreational facilities.
The results showed that the gender and marital status of the operators had significant and different influences on three dimensions of fire safety awareness: fire prevention, disaster rescue, and emergency aid, and that age, educational background, business type, and average monthly income had no significant different influence on the dimensions. Study on Tourists Satisfaction Degree in General Madouwen Center of Madou
[[abstract]]麻豆總爺藝文中心邇年來已被臺南市文化局接收,並著手規劃主要動線,其中藝文發展迅速,從最初雜亂無人管理的園區,到現今成為附近居民及外地遊客眼中的藝文小森林,假日並有街頭藝人及民俗攤位之展示,從而創造休閒觀光人潮。麻豆總爺藝文中心辦公室人員也非常努力尋找藝術家來進行合作佈展,讓遊客來到此地能夠看到不同藝術品。有些藝術家已長期與總爺藝文中心辦公室人員簽約,進行藝術創作,並於園區展示供當地民眾及外來遊客欣賞。而四棟古蹟建築(紅樓館、招待所館、紅磚工藝館與廠長宿舍館)也定期維護,讓遊客接體驗觸古建築之美。麻豆總爺藝文中心為一開放且免費觀光閒之場所,並且能夠和藝術家面對面直接的接觸。
本研究從遊客滿意度觀點探討麻豆總爺藝文中心之休閒、環境、古蹟與藝術之四大要素發展進而瞭解一個園區的發展,亦發展哪些活動才能夠讓遊客留連忘返的美好回憶,此乃園區追求成功的首要條件。而這四大要素為此園區發展首要條件,並且能夠永續發展經營。
從本論文是從遊客至園區內所進行的休閒活動,及對於園區環境、古蹟建築、欣賞藝術品的滿意度作為參考透過以上的滿意度程度作探討,此資料將為總爺藝文中心發展必要條件。
The Madou Master Art Center has been accepted by the Tainan Cultural Bureau in the past year, and has begun to plan the main moving lines. Among them, the art and literature have developed rapidly, from the first unorganized parks to the scenes of the nearby residents and foreign tourists. Small forests, holidays and the display of street performers and folk stalls create a leisure and sightseeing crowd. The staff of the Madou Master Art Center also worked very hard to find artists to carry out collaborative exhibitions, so that visitors can see different artworks. Some artists have long signed contracts with the staff of the General Ye Wenwen Center for artistic creation, and they are displayed in the park for local people and foreign tourists to enjoy. The four historic buildings (red building, guest house, red brick craft hall and director's dormitory) are also regularly maintained, allowing visitors to experience the beauty of ancient buildings. The Madou Master Art Center is an open and free place to visit and enjoy direct contact with artists.
This study explores the development of the four major elements of leisure, environment, monuments and art from the viewpoint of tourist satisfaction, and then understands the development of a park, and also develops what activities can make visitors forget the memories. This is the primary condition for the park to pursue success. These four factors are the primary conditions for the development of the park and can continue to develop and operate.
From this study, the leisure activities carried out from tourists to the park, as well as the satisfaction of the park environment, historic buildings and appreciation of art as a reference through the above degree of satisfaction, this information will be developed for the total master art center Necessary conditions
The Impact of FinTech on Operations of Bank Branches and the Functions of Practitioners - Bank A as an Example
[[abstract]]鑑於金融科技對金融機構帶來的影響日益廣泛,本研究以銀行分支機構為切入點,探討金融科技對銀行分支機構的經營與轉型及對從業人員職能的影響,採取「由下而上」的探討方式,以瞭解其在對銀行經營、轉型及從業人員的職能轉換上,與傳統銀行的經營模式是否有所不同,並採質化研究的半結構性訪談法,經由設計訪談大綱,對不同單位、不同職務的現職從業人員進行深度訪談,並將所得資料予以統整分析,以瞭解其直接的感受及影響。本研究發現(一)金融科技對銀行分支機構的經營及從業人員的職能將有顯著影響,必須做適當的調整及改變;(二)金融科技發展對分行的角色與定位將會改變,分行的定位會是個「通路」,但其內容和以往傳統銀行的經營模式會不同;(三)金融科技發展對員工的職能會改變且必須轉換,而經理人的職能及組織是否可以有效的溝通,對於轉型能否成功將有決定性的影響;(四)金融科技發展對從業人員應具備的態度與能力會有不同,且須做調整,從業人員需規劃學習第二專長,使自己成為全方位的π型人才,以因應未來的職涯及組織的轉型。最後,並對未來金融產業提出以下建議,以供業界參酌:(一)調整組織結構創造服務差異化;(二)強化組織合作發揮經理人職能;(三)建立組織人才及客戶資料庫。
In view of the impact of FinTech on financial institutions that are increasingly widespread, the research takes the bank branches as an entry point. It discusses about the impact of FinTech on operations and the transformation of the bank branches and the functions of the practitioners. It discusses and proceed about the way of the "bottom-up" approach. To understand the bank operations, the transformation, and the converted functions of practitioners and with the traditional banks from the business model whether it will be different and will take the semi-structured interview method of qualitative research through the design of the interview outline, conduct in-depth interviews in different unit, different positions with current practitioners, and analyze the data obtained to understand the clear results and impact. The research shows (1) The impact of FinTech on operations of the bank branches and the functions of practitioners have significant impact and have an appropriate adjustments and transformations ;(2) The role and the position of FinTech development on branches will change. The positioning of branches will be a "channel" but the content and traditional banks from the business model will be different ;(3) The FinTech development on the employee’s functions will change and will be transformed. Whether the functions and managers of the organization can communicate effectively and whether the transformation will be successful and it can impact the decision;(4) The FinTech development on the practitioners’ attitude and abilities will be different and it needs to be adjusted. The practitioners need to plan, to learn the set of skills to let themselves become a full-scale π-type talent in order to reach a future career and the transformation of the organization. Lastly, the following suggestions to the future financial industry is to consider and for industry reference: (1) Adjusting the organizational structure and creating a service differentiation; (2) Strengthening the organizational cooperation and bring into play the managers’ functions; (3) Establishing a database of organizational talents and customers
A Study of Risk Classification and Mortality Improvement of Life Insurance Products
[[abstract]]「高齡化」是近年來世界各國重視的社會議題之一,根據內政部人口統計資料顯示,民國107年我國65歲以上高齡人口佔總人口比例為14.35%,正式邁入高齡社會。隨著醫療、經濟、環境等因素的持續改善,預期未來全國死亡率及壽險業經驗死亡率會持續下降;人口老化將使國人更加重視退休後的老年生活保障,保險公司販售生存比重較高的商品成本將日益增加,而壽命延長和死亡率降低,保險公司販售保障型商品也有超收保費之嫌,因此保險公司將面臨到長壽風險造成的損失,與死亡風險造成保費調降的壓力。
本文使用臺灣壽險業2011-2016經驗資料分析,除了觀察歷年死亡率變化趨勢及死亡改善率外,亦使用歷年粗死亡率透過主成分分析進行風險分類,並透過Whittaker 比值、Partial SMR修勻法以及Lee-Carter等模型配適死亡率編算生命表。研究結果發現,透過目前壽險業商品經驗死亡率,可依不同商品類型組合之死亡率高低,區分成保障成分較高、儲蓄及投資成分比重較重之二大群組,提供給保險公司及監理機構參考。
“Population aging” is one of the social issues, to which countries around the world have attached importance in recent years. According to the demographic data of the Ministry of the Interior, the population group aged over 65 years accounted for 14.35% of the total population of Tawan in 2018, indicating that Taiwan has formally become an “aged” society. It is projected that the death rate and experience rate of the life insurance industry in Taiwan will continue to decline as a result of the continuous improvement in medical treatment, economics, environment and other factors. Population aging stimulates Taiwanese to pay more attention to the living security after retirement and increases the cost of products that stress on survival security provided by insurance companies. In addition, the pronoling life expectancy and reduced mortality rate lead people to question whether insurance companies selling death-covered type products are for overcharging premiums. Consequently, insurance companies are confronted with the loss caused by longevity risks and the pressure of reducing premiums due to mortality risks
A Study of Relationship among Taiwanese Tourism Image, Satisfaction and Revisiting behavioral intention in Kyoto/Osaka/Kobe, Japan
[[abstract]]由於地理位置相近;台灣居民進入日本可免簽證停留90天;各處林立的免稅店讓外國旅客可以免稅優惠購買幾乎所有產品;低匯率讓許多國人利用此機會到日本購物;多家廉價航空的積極促銷。以上所述的種種原因,吸引了許多國人將日本旅遊列為出國觀光的首選。從日本觀光廳2018年公布的統計數據來看,若按國籍分類統計去日本旅遊的外國人住宿總數,中國大陸位居第一(2217萬人次),其次就是台灣(1210萬人次)。來到日本京阪神地區,讓人感受現代化與歷史交錯與融合,現代化的交通讓旅客自由規劃暢遊各地風情,受宗教及儒家思想薰陶極重的日本,至今從其寺廟建築及人文依然可以清晰體現。其中大阪、京都、神戶,更有其不同的風情,猶如水鄉之都的大阪,可搭著遊船優遊於大阪市、神戶的千萬夜景港灣風情讓人難忘,而京都更見證了日本的歷史,從其動輒千年的古蹟即可看出。
也正因為日本與台灣在觀光旅遊上的密切關係,所以選擇此題目作為研究,本研究內容共有五個章節,第一章緒論內容包含本研究主題方向、研究背景動機、研究目的與研究問題;第二章文獻探討各變項相關文獻、各變項之間文獻關係;第三章根據文獻探討建立研究架構與假設、研究範圍與對象、研究工具、名詞解釋與操作型定義、問卷設計及資料分析方法;第四章經由問卷統計結果與討論;第五章提出本研究結論與建議。
本研究目的在以觀光意象為前因變項,滿意度和重遊意願之行為意圖為結果變項,探討變項間之交互影響關係。以及以滿意度為前因變項,重遊意願之行為意圖為結果變項,探討變項間之交互影響關係。選擇以本國遊客曾去過日本京阪神旅遊為研究範圍,發展結構性問卷進行問卷調查,總計從380份問卷得到有效樣本總數為328份。由信度分析、敘述性統計、單因子變異數分析、迴歸分析等統計分析,歸納研究結果如下: 遊客的觀光意象對滿意度、重遊意願之行為意圖均有顯著正向影響,且遊客滿意度對重遊意願之行為意圖亦有顯著正向影響。因此,觀光意象是提升滿意度及重遊意願之行為意圖的主要關鍵因子,最後將研究結果提供從事觀光旅遊相關單位及業者擬定行銷策略之建議與參考,以期迎接疫情過後,觀光旅遊業的大幅谷底翻揚。
Due to the geographical proximity and the diversity of what Japan has to offer, Taiwanese residents are able to stay in Japan for 90 days without a visa while having numerous duty-free shops, low exchange rates, and many low-cost airlines promotion many Taiwanese make Japan as their top holiday destination. People visit Kansai for its fusion of contemporary and history. Another factor is the convenience of Japan’s local transportation for tourists.
It is precisely because of the close relationship between Japan and Taiwan in tourism that this topic is chosen as the research. The content of this research has five chapters. The first chapter contains the purpose of research, research motivation, and research purpose. The second chapter consists of literature review which discusses literature related to each variable. The third chapter establishes research methodology that consists of the research framework, hypothesis, research scope and objects, research tools, questionnaire design and analytical methods. Chapter Four uses questionnaire statistics and discussion. Chapter Five presents the conclusions and suggestions.
The main purpose of this research is to understand: the study of the relationship between tourism image, satisfaction, and revisiting behavioral intention in Kyoto/ Osaka/ Kobe of Japan. The specific research objectives as follows:1. To explore the relationship between Taiwanese tourism image, satisfaction, and revisiting behavioral intention in Kyoto/ Osaka/ Kobe of Japan. 2. To understand the characteristics of Taiwanese tourism image, satisfaction, and revisiting behavioral intention in Kyoto/ Osaka/ Kobe of Japan. A total of 328 valid samples were obtained from 380 questionnaires. Based on statistical analysis, the results of the research are summarized as follows: Tourism image has a significant positive impact on satisfaction and revisiting behavioral intention, and satisfaction also has a significant positive effect on the revisiting behavioral intention. Finally, the research results will provide suggestions for the tourist industry for the development of aggressive marketing strategies
Customer Engagement of the Facebook Posts of the Top International Air Passenger Transport in the Philippines
[[abstract]]社交媒體,特別是 Facebook,為菲律賓的航空客運與顧客互動鋪平了道路。本研究的目的是確定菲律賓最佳國際航空公司的特徵,探索客戶參與程度,以及了解國際航空公司特徵與客戶參與程度之間的關係。這探索了來自亞州航空、菲律賓航空公司和宿務太平洋的 186 篇 Facebook 貼文。由於對菲律賓最佳航空客運線上客戶參與的研究尚未得到廣泛探索,因此研究人員旨在將本研究作為線上市場研究的鋪路。這項研究的結果有助於菲律賓的最佳國際航空客運公司,確定他們在加強線上形象,和進一步提高線上客戶參與度方面的能力。

Social media specifically Facebook has paved the way for air passenger transports in the Philippines to engage with their customers. The purpose of this study is to identify the features, examine the level of customer engagement, as well as know relationship between the features and level of customer engagement of the top international air passenger transport in the Philippines. This examines the 186 Facebook posts from AirAsia, Philippine Airlines, and Cebu Pacific. As study on online customer engagement among top air passenger transport in the Philippines has not been widely explored, thus the researcher aims this study to serve as a gateway for online market research. The result of this study helps top international air passenger transport in the Philippines identify their capacities in enhancing their online presence and in further increase their online customer engagement.
Results showed that most of the top international air passenger transport in the Philippines use their Facebook pages as a marketing tool to provide information regarding their new products and services. All top air passenger transports were active in facilitating customer engagement. Thus, all the top international air passenger transport in the Philippines are on the edge of expanding their social media presence particularly in Facebook to increase their customer engagement
Study on Leisure Participation of Taiwan Labor
[[abstract]]休閒或遊憩支出是現代經濟發展過程中,所有人都應該對於休閒進一步了解與感興趣,每個人都有休閒的機會;瞭解這類活動的本質,擬將更了解他們的潛力,經由對休閒的瞭解而產生休閒效益,將增進你參與享受其中的助益。
從事適當的休閒活動—體適能,對身體健康是有幫助的,但也受到許多因素的影響,如果能掌控與規畫這些影響的因素,相信對身體健康的提升會更有幫助。然而,這些影響因素當中養成健康的生活方式最為重要,並且是我們一輩子要學習與實踐的課題。
在現代社會中,個人所擁有的休閒時間愈來愈多,民眾如何妥善規畫並有效運用這些休閒時間,乃是休閒活動的重要課題之一。而且妥善的休閒時間規劃有助於個人休閒生活的充實,並使休閒的內容更有方向。
在影響休閒遊憩參與之內外在影響因素中,在眾多個人因素方面,這些個人生理、心理會形成遊憩參與的決定,其中個人內在的動機更會導致對某些遊憩體驗的偏好。
對環境認知的深淺,也會造成態度的改變,進而影響人的行為;人們對休閒環境的信賴程度,與其從事休閒行為的正向或負向態度,藉以提升休閒環境認知與態度之間的關係。
如何協助台灣勞工克服休閒阻礙、讓台灣勞工快樂參與休閒活動,並發揮最大效率及最佳效能,是台灣勞工們努力的方向,更是政府永續經營的根基,期望本論文之研究能對台灣勞工有所貢獻。

Leisure or recreational expenses are the process of modern economic development. Everyone should have a better understanding and interest in leisure. Everyone has a chance to relax. Understand the nature of such activities, and plan to better understand their potential through leisure. Understanding and generating leisure benefits will enhance your participation and enjoy the benefits.
Engaging in appropriate leisure activities - physical fitness, is helpful for good health, but it is also affected by many factors. If you can control and plan these factors, it is believed that the improvement of physical health will be more helpful. However, it is most important to develop a healthy lifestyle among these factors, and it is the subject of our lifelong learning and practice.
In modern society, individuals have more and more leisure time, and how to properly plan and use these leisure time is one of the important topics of leisure activities. And proper leisure time planning helps to enrich the personal leisure life and make the leisure content more direction.
Among the influencing factors affecting the participation of leisure recreation, in terms of many personal factors, these individuals' physiology and psychology will form a decision to participate in recreation. The intrinsic motivation of the individual will lead to the preference for certain recreational experiences.
The depth of understanding of the environment will also lead to changes in attitudes, which in turn affect people's behavior; people's trust in the leisure environment, and their positive or negative attitude towards leisure behavior, in order to enhance the relationship between leisure environment perception and attitude .
How to help Taiwanese workers overcome the obstacles of leisure, let Taiwanese workers participate in leisure activities happily, and exert maximum efficiency and best performance are the direction of Taiwanese laborers and the foundation of the government's sustainable operation. I hope that the study of this article can be done to Taiwan. Labor has contributed.

The Estimation and Application of the Morbidity Rates of Diabetes, Hyperlipidemia,and Hypertension
[[abstract]]我國自民國 82 年邁入高齡化社會以來,65 歲以上老年人口所占比例持續上升。根據衛生福利部表示,台灣有 75%的老年人罹患至少一種慢性病,且有一半以上的老年人同時罹患兩種或更多的慢性病,可以看出慢性疾病對老年人口健康的影響甚大。並且,由衛生署 2003 年公佈的十大死因資料,代謝症候群相關的死亡率占十大死因約 35.7%,且與三高有關的死亡比例高達 27%,可見三高疾病對國人的影響相當大。
本文採用全民健康保險資料庫2005年百萬抽樣歸人檔,探討國人之三高疾病,並計算其門診發生率、住院發生率等。我們使用Lee-Carter模型、Renshaw and Haberman模型與Age-Period-Cohort模型三種隨機模型配適醫療發生率,結果顯示三種模型配適效果均不錯,最後我們使用Lee-Carter模型進行發生率的預測並應用在終身醫療健康保險商品設計,提供給各保險公司參考。本文也計算糖尿病患者隨著患病時間增加併發其他慢性病的機率,亦可提供保險公司的核保及國人疾病預防之參考。
Taiwan has been an aging society since 1993, and the proportion of the elderly over the age of 65 is continuously rising. According to the statistics of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, there are 75% of Taiwan’s elderly person have at least one chronic disease and more than half of them have two or more chronic diseases at the same time. Among the ten leading causes of death announced by the Ministry of Health and Welfare in 2003, Metabolic syndrome-related mortality accounted for about 35.7%, and the Diabetes, Hyperlipidemia, Hypertension is 27%. It shows that the health of the elderly will be affected by chronic diseases.
In this study, we calculate incidence rates, prevalence rates and hospitalization rates of Diabetes, Hyperlipidemia, Hypertension patients from 2003 to 2013.The data are from longitudinal health insurance database 2005 (LHID2005). We also used Lee-Carter, Renshaw and Haberman, and Age-Period-Cohort models to fit the morbidity rates and apply them to design a whole life medical policy.We also calculate the probability of diabetes mellitus patients getting other chronic diseases. It also provides the reference for insurance company's underwriting and disease prevention
An Analysis of Stock Selection Using Momentum Strategy and Excess Returns on the Japan Nikkei 225 Index
[[abstract]]本文參考 Hart et al. (2003) 選股投資策略中的動能型投資策略,並以日經225指數成分股共225家公司為研究樣本,研究期間為自2009年1月至2019年12月,以過去1個月、3個月、6個月、9個月及 12個月之報酬率作為選股指標,劃分三種投資模式:買入贏家投資組合、賣出輸家投資組合,和買入贏家及賣出輸家投資組合,進行不同持有期間之超額報酬檢驗。藉此研究步驟,分析推薦適合之股票投資策略,以提供投資人決策參考。
實證結果發現,動能型投資策略對本研究之日經225指數成分股皆呈現顯著報酬。其中又以過去12個月之報酬率為選股指標,採取買入贏家、賣出輸家投資組合策略,並持有1個月所獲得之超額報酬最高,可達139.803%。此外,實證結果亦顯示,此投資方式會隨著持有時間增加,超額報酬隨之遞減。
因此,本研究結果可與實際投資操作方式呼應。建議投資人以動能型投資策略作為短期投資操作應用,以長期月報酬率做為選股指標,以賺取最大超額報酬。
The purpose of this research is to examine the effects of the momentum investment strategy on the excess returns while investing the Japan stock market. To construct momentum portfolios, Hart et al. (2003) suggested that all stocks be sorted at the beginning on the basis of their past k-month returns, and then one holds the resulting high (low) portfolios for the subsequent k-months. All stocks are equal-weighted within each portfolio. With the momentum strategies, we can calculate the average return over the previous 1, 3, 6, 9, and 12 months. This means that stocks are ranked on their past returns. Stocks with higher past returns are expected to have higher future returns.
The data of the Nikkei 225 Index with total of 225 companies in the Japan stock market is examined. Monthly data from January 2009 to December 2019 is used. The empirical results of this research show that a momentum strategy is a short-term strategy. The excess return for holding one month is the largest and becomes smaller for holding longer periods. The highest excess return is up to 139.803% when referring to a previous 12-month momentum strategy for holding only one month.
The goal of this research is therefore to help investors make better judgments when investing in the Japan stock market. For those who have not been trained in securities analysis, this research shall provide effective investment strategies to help investors make more prudent decisions in this stock market. The results can also be used as a reference for the government to develop sound economic policies so as to continuously attract higher quality foreign investment
