The Relationship of Tourism Image, Recreation Experience and Revisit Intention in Leisure Farm – the Example of Balaoye Pasture, Liuying, Tainan
[[abstract]]本研究旨在探討旅遊意象、遊憩體驗及重遊意願之研究對八老爺牧場旅遊的影響,主要是以到該牧場的遊客族群做為調查對象,以問卷抽樣調查方式,發放 400 份問卷,回收 389 份,採用 SPSS 21.0 統計軟體做為資料分析及檢定之工具,經信度與效度分析、敘述性統計分析、單因子變數分析、相關分析、迴歸分析等驗證,並利用 Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin(KMO)來判斷「旅遊意象」、「遊憩體驗」、「重遊意願」等三個構面變數資料的抽樣適切與否,以確認問卷的效度。
研究結果顯示:旅遊意象對遊憩體驗有顯著影響;遊憩體驗對重遊意願有顯著影響;旅遊意象對重遊意願有顯著影響。
本研究,對於八老爺牧場提出下列建議:
一、訂定不同年齡活動、套裝行程
二、增加DIY課程特色活動。
三、增設說明公告牌、園區導覽圖、旅遊動線
四、提供拍照或寄記念明信片服務,提高重遊意願
The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of tourism imagery, recreational experience and revisiting intentions on the tourism of the Balaoye Pasture, Liuying, Tainan
The survey was mainly conducted on tourists who visited the pasture. 400 questionnaires were distributed and 389 were recovered through questionnaire survey. SPSS 21.0 statistical software was used as a tool for data analysis and verification.
Reliability and validity analysis, narrative statistical analysis, single factor transformation analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, etc., and using Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) to judge "tourism image", "tourism experience", "heavy Whether the three aspects of the questionnaire will be appropriate or not, such as “willingness to visit”, to confirm the validity of the questionnaire.

1.Set different age activities, package journey

4.Provide photographs or send postcards to remember the service to improve the revisit intentio
Research on the Social Networks of Social Enterprises: taking Kaohsiung City I Plant Life Association as an example
[[abstract]]本研究運用社會網絡理論、深入訪談法、焦點團體研究法、田野調查法等質性研究方法,就高雄市愛種樹協會進行探討。除了運用深入訪談法獲得該協會的成功原因之外,並進一步運用社會網絡理論,分析愛種樹協會的強弱連帶與結構洞的存在,印證社會網絡理論的理論詮釋性與策略研析參考性。
重要結論包括:(一)領導人及其組織成員的社會資本,為影響社會企業是否存續與發展的關鍵因素。(二)結合宗教熱忱與社會實踐的社會企業,往往可以發揮多元聯結的力量,一方面從宗教組織方面引進社會網絡關係,另一方面可以鼓勵更多社會服務志工尋求更高的心靈層次的沉澱。(三)愛種樹協會與愛種樹公司之間所呈現的強連帶關係,相互支援各種活動的進行,並有分工聯合的綜效。(四)愛種樹協會所舉辦的推廣或講座活動,與各項聯誼活動,志工之間所形成的社群群組則為弱連帶關係。(五)愛種樹公司與愛種樹協會所累積的優良服務品質,也獲得委託的政府機構、民間企業的認同,所以能夠持續獲得各種合作機會,這種因誠信與信任所累積的社會資本,成為後續發展的穩定基礎。
This study is based on the social network theory, in-depth interview, focus group research, field survey and other qualitative research methods to research the I-Plant-for-Life Association of Kaohsiung. In addition to using the in-depth interview method to obtain the success of the association, and further apply the social network theory to analyze the existence of the strength tie, weakness tie and structural holes of the association, confirming the theoretical interpretability and strategic reference of social network theory.
The Important findings include: (1) The social capital of leaders and their core members is a key factor influencing the survival and development of social enterprises. (2) Social enterprises that combine religious enthusiasm and social practice can often exert the power of multiple connections. On the one hand, they can introduce social network relations from religious organizations, on the other hand, they can encourage more social service volunteers to seek higher spiritual level. (3) The strong tie between the I-Plant-for-Life Association and I-Plant-for-Life Company supports each other's activities and has the synergy of the two organization. (4) The promotion or lecture activities organized by the Association and the social groups formed by the association activities and volunteers are weakly tie. (5) The excellent service quality accumulated by the association and company has also been recognized by the government agencies and private enterprises entrusted by the company, so they can continue to obtain various cooperation opportunities. This kind of social capital accumulated by honesty and trust. Become a stable foundation for subsequent development
A Study on the Leisure Participation, Mental Flow Experience, and Sense of Well-being for the Local Senior Citizens in Downtown Tainan
[[abstract]]本研究主要目的在探討台南市都會區原住民銀髮族在休閒涉入、心流體驗與幸福感之關係,進一步驗證休閒涉入、心流體驗與幸福感三個變項之假設模型。研究採用問卷調查法進行資料收集,正式施測於2019年5月11日至5月20日發放400份問卷進行調查,回收有效問卷326分,有效問卷回收率81.5%。回收樣本資料進行描述性統計及結構方程模式檢驗分析,包含驗證式因素分析、收斂效度、區別效度、違犯估計、模式配適度檢驗及研究假設路徑考驗,進一步驗證研究假設模型各研究變項間之關係。研究結果顯示都會區原住民銀髮族參與休閒模式具有良好配適度與信效度,研究假設大部分成立。進而提出本研究結論為:一、本研究樣本以男性、年齡為55-60歲、已婚、教育程度為國中、每週休閒活動3-4次、休閒活動參與夥伴為同事、朋友或同學、主要從事戶外活動類休閒活動、每月可支配金額在20,000元以下、已退休者、職業為工商業、自覺身體健康狀況良好者佔較多數之比例;二、休閒涉入對心流體驗具有顯著之影響;三、心流體驗對幸福感具有顯著影響;四、休閒涉入對幸福感未具有顯著之影響。最後,依據研究結果提出本研究之具體建議,以供相關單位作為政策擬定及後續原住民銀髮族相關研究之參考。
The main purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between leisure participation, mental flow experience, and sense of well-being among senior citizens, and to further verify the hypothetical model of leisure participation, mental flow experience, and sense of well-being. The data were collected with questionnaire method. 400 questionnaires were sent out from May 11 to May 20, 2019. A total of 326 valid questionnaires were collected with a valid recovery rate of 81.5%. The descriptive statistics and structural equation pattern test analysis have been conducted for the collected sample data, including verification factor analysis, convergence validity, differential validity, violation estimation, pattern matching test, and research hypothesis path test, and furtherly, the relationship between the variables of the research hypothesis model has been verified. The results show that the leisure model of the local senior citizens in downtown Tainan has good matching, reliability, and validity, and most of the research hypotheses are valid. Therefore, the conclusions of the study are as follows: First, citizens who are male, 55-60 years old, married, with high school education, leisure activities 3-4 times a week, leisure partner being mainly colleagues, friends, or classmates, mainly engaging in outdoor leisure activities, with monthly disposable amount of less than 20,000 yuan, retired, occupation being industry and commerce practitioners, and feeling good in health, accounted for the majority of the proportion; Second, leisure participation has a significant impact on mental flow experience; Third, mental flow experience has a significant impact on sense of well-being; Fourth, leisure participation has no significant impact on sense of well-being. Finally, according to the results of this study, the specific suggestions are put forward, which can be used as a reference for policy formulation and follow-up research on local senior citizens

[[abstract]]高齡化趨勢使得我國長照機構的需求將日益增加,加上政府社會福利政策中對於長期照護的重視,驅動長照產業的蓬勃發展。本研究的主旨乃以長照機構的經營面出發,探討長照機構的經營策略,亦即長照機構要如何經營才能永續發展,在公益面和營利面上如何兼具。
本研究以雙連安養中心(以下簡稱為雙連)為個案分析對象,經由訪談營運主管以探討該機構本身具備的優勢與劣勢,以及外在環境可能帶來的機會與威脅,以期為該機構提供經營策略上的建言。此外,經由訪談營運主管與長者以了解中心長期照護服務模式,以及長者在機構居住和入住前的期待之間的比較,以期為機構提供價值主張分析,供機構永續發展的參考
Development of a Head-Mounted Mixed Reality Museum Navigation System
[[abstract]]近年來,許多學者與展覽館競相投入擴增實境與虛擬實境導覽系統的研發,但這類的導覽系統大多仍以手持式行動裝置為主,使用者容易因反覆觀看展物與行動裝置中的導覽資訊,而產生參觀斷續的現象,而且展示與互動功能亦常受限。有鑒於此,本論文應用Microsoft HoloLens設備,結合混合實境、手勢辨識與位置感知等技術,實作了一套頭戴式混合實境博物館導覽系統。本系統可呈現多樣化且具高互動性的3D及多媒體導覽資訊,並支援室內外位置感知功能,能協助參觀者了解展品及展場,進一步提升博物館導覽系統的展示與互動功能,增加參觀樂趣。
Many scholars and exhibition halls in recent years have become engaged in the research and development of augmented reality and virtual reality navigation systems. However, most of these navigation systems are still based on handheld mobile devices, and so users are likely to experience intermittent visits due to repeated viewing of the exhibits, the navigation information on the mobile devices, and limited display and interactive functions. In view of this, this thesis used the Microsoft HoloLens device to implement a head-mounted museum navigation system by integrating such technologies as mixed reality, gesture recognition, and location awareness. This system is able to present diversified and highly interactive 3D and multimedia navigation information and supports indoor and outdoor location awareness functions to help visitors understand exhibits and exhibition venues, thus further enhancing the display and interaction functions of the mobile navigation system and increasing the pleasure of visiting
A study on the Relationship among Cultural Products, Country Image and Overseas Studying Intention
[[abstract]]由於少子女化,我國教育產業面臨空前的危機。為了提出解決這項教育危機的可行方案,本研究參考過去文化產品與國家形象的文獻,提出出口文化產品以提升國家形象,進而吸引外籍生來我國留學,而解決我國教育產業困境的模型。
為了支持此理論模型,本研究發放問卷給國內中學生及大學生,迴歸分析之結果顯示,中學生及大學生觀看韓劇與收聽韓國流行音樂的時間正向影響消費者心目中的韓國國家形象;而韓國國家形象愈好,消費者到韓國留遊學的購買傾向就愈高。此外,觀看韓劇與收聽韓國流行音樂也可以直接影響到至韓國留遊學的購買傾向,而不透過國家形象的效果。模型因而獲得支持。因此,台灣亦可透過出口文化產品,例如戲劇與流行音樂,而提升我國的國家形象,進而吸引外籍學生來台留遊學,減輕我國少子女化造成的教育產業困境。
Due to the lower birth rate and fewer children, Taiwan’s educational industry encounter great difficulties. In order to find feasible policies of solving this problem, this study referred to the literature of cultural product and country image, and then establishing a model arguing that exporting cultural products can raise country image and attract foreign students to study in our country; therefore, it can solve the difficulties of Taiwan’s educational industry.
In order to support this theoretical model, the survey of this study was done by middle school and college students in Taiwan. The result of regression analysis showed that the length of time that middle school and college students watch Korean dramas and listen to K-POP positively influences Korean country image in customers’ mind. The better Korean country image is, the higher the customer’s purchase intention toward going study in Korea is. So, the model is empirically supported. Therefore, Taiwan can also improve country image by exporting cultural products, like dramas and popular music, so that Taiwan can attract foreign students to come here to study and decrease the difficulty of the educational industry that is caused by the lower birth rate
Influence of Japanese Culture and Country Image on Taiwanese Athletes’ Intention of Studying Abroad
[[abstract]]目前我國教育產業面臨少子化國內學生人數減少的困境,而增加國際生來台就讀,或許可緩解此困境。為嘗試為此問題提出解方,本研究基於國際行銷中的來源國形象效果,提出出口文化產品以提高國家形象,進而吸引外國學生來本國就讀的理論模型。類似的模型在過去雖已有初步的實證研究,但大多以韓國文化產品與韓國國家形象進行實證,為提高此模型可一般化的程度,本研究以日本動漫及日本國家形象進行實證研究。因此,本研究探討台灣高中學生是否因日本動漫文化產品及國家形象而影響台灣高中學生前往日本留學的購買傾向。研究結果顯示,台灣高中生觀看愈多日本動漫,日本國家形象就愈好,到日本留遊學的購買意願就愈高。因此,我國也可藉由出口文化產品,而提升我國的國家形象及外國學生來台就讀的購買意願。
Now Taiwan's education industry is facing the difficulty of a declining number of domestic students, and increasing the number of international students to study in Taiwan may alleviate this difficulty. In order to propose a solution to this problem, this research suggests a theoretical model of exporting cultural products to improve the country image based on the literature in international marketing, thereby attracting foreign students to study in Taiwan. Although there have been preliminary empirical studies on similar models in the past, most of them are based on Korean cultural products and Korean country image. In order to improve the generalization of this model, this study uses Japanese animation and Japanese national image to conduct empirical research. Therefore, this study examines whether Japanese animation and cultural products have an influence on country image of Japan and the purchase intention of Taiwanese high school students to study in Japan. The results of the study show that the more Taiwan high school students watch Japanese anime, the better the image of Japan, and the higher the purchase intention for them to study in Japan. Therefore, Taiwan can also export cultural products to enhance country image and the purchase intention for foreign students to study in Taiwan
A Study on Overseas Travel Motivation, Travel Constraints and Travel Types for Elementary School Teachers- A Case of Elementary School Teachers in Tainan City
[[abstract]]本研究旨在探討國小教師海外旅遊動機、旅遊阻礙及旅遊方式之關係及現況,由問卷調查了解不同人口統計變項的國小教師在海外旅遊動機、旅遊阻礙及旅遊方式的差異情形及其影響。透過問卷調查法,以臺南市的國小教師為研究對象,共發放400份問卷,回收有效問卷358分,受試樣本以SPSS for windows 19.0版統計軟體進行分析,採描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、卡方檢定及二元邏輯斯迴歸分析等統計方法進行資料分析,主要研究結果如下:
國小教師海外旅遊最大的動機是紓壓放鬆,最大的阻礙是結構性的阻礙,最常採用的海外旅遊方式是團體旅遊。在教師不同人口統計變項分析中,旅遊動機在性別、年齡及教學年資上有顯著差異;旅遊阻礙在年齡、教學年資及家庭月收入上有顯著差異;旅遊方式偏好在年齡、教學年資、婚姻狀況及子女狀況上有顯著差異。
旅遊動機之人際交流構面對教師選擇團體旅遊有正向的影響力,自我成長構面對教師選擇團體旅遊有負向的影響力,旅遊阻礙之個人自身的阻礙構面對教師選擇團體旅遊有正向的影響力。
最後,根據本研究結果提出建議,以作為教師、學校、旅遊業者及未來研究者之參考。
The study aims to explore elementary school teachers’ present status and relation of oversea travel motivation, travel constraints, and travel types. By questionnaire to explore demographic variable on the effects and difference of oversea travel motivation, travel constraints, and travel types. By giving out the questionnaires to 400 elementary school teachers in Tainan, the data of 358 effective questionnaires are analyzed through SPSS for windows 19.0, descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way analysis of variance, chi-squared test, and binary logistic regression analysis. The results are listed as follows:
The most selected factor of travel motivation in the result is Resting and Relaxation. The most travel constraints is Structual Constraints. And the Group Itinerary is the most selected travel types. Among the different demographic variable of teachers, travel motivation is significantly associated with Gender, Age, and Years of Teaching. The travel constraint is significantly associated with Age, Years of Teaching, and Monthly Household Income. The travel types is significantly associated with Age, Years of Teaching, Marital Status, and Numbers of children.
The Interpersonal Communication of travel motivation has positive effect on selecting group itinerary. And the Self-Growth of travel motivation has negative effect. The Interpersonal Contraints of travel constraints has positive effect on selecting group itinerary.
In the end, to make seggestions based on the results of this study for teachers, schools, tourism operators, and future researchers for reference
The Technique Development of Anti-Dooring Device
[[abstract]]根據衛福部公佈的106年國人十大死因,事故傷害排名第六;男性十大死因,事故傷害排名第五。事故傷害死亡人數6,965人,其中機動車交通事故傷害3,005人。內政部警政署統計,開車門不當肇禍事件占交通事故的10%;2003年至2015年之間,小客車駕駛及乘客未遵守兩段式開車門規定,肇禍傷亡名單47,276人,平均每1天就有11人因而死傷;以此推論全世界,這類不幸悲劇,幾乎無時無刻都在全球不同角落上演。
開車門是個小動作,一不小心卻可能瞬間奪命,造成家庭破碎,親人永隔;肇事者可能因鉅額賠償而傾家蕩產、債台高築,也可能身陷牢獄、職業不保,人生從此走調。大部份的車禍事件是人為疏失,十之八九可以預防;本研究針對人性容易疏忽的弱點,提供車門緩開裝置的設計;無論開門者身心狀況如何,都能因預設的阻力產生第一階段的節制,起到耳提面命的效果,避免因莽撞開門而肇禍。尊重生命、視路人如家人,是同一個生存空間的人應有的情懷;消減災厄、防範於未然,是本研究的宗旨。
According to top ten leading causes of death in 2017 published by the Ministry of Health and Welfare, the accident injury is sixth.Top ten leading causes of death of male, the accident injury is fifth. The death toll from accidents is 6,965, and 3,005 is from vehicle accidents. According to National Police Agency, 10% of the car accidents are caused by inappropriately car door opening. From 2003 to 2015, there are 47,276 people injured or died because of inappropriately car door opening by drivers or passengers.
Car opening is just a little action, but it will result in serious tragedy. Most car accidents are caused by human error which can be prevented. This study provides a two-step automobile of car opening anti-dooring device, that can remind the drivers or passengers by the preset-resistance. The purpose of this research is to provide a design that can reduce the car accidents caused by abruptly opening the car door, and give all road users a safe environment
