Policy Model for Muslim State Inflation Control
Inflation is a problem which is not simple and is classified as an economic disease. Inflation is one important indicator in analyzing a country's economy, especially with regard to its broad impact on macroeconomic variables: economic growth, external balance, competitiveness, and even income distribution. Inflation is characterized by high and continuous increases in prices not only causing some adverse effects on economic activity, but also on the prosperity of individuals and society. The Formation of Noble Morals in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) in West Java
This study focuses on the issue of the formation of noble morals in MAN 2 Bandung City and MAN 2 Bandung Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive method. In this study, it discusses how the management system for the formation of noble morals in educational units, especially in MAN 2 Bandung City and MAN 2 Bandung Regency responds to new challenges in this era of globalization which have resulted in many decreases in the quality of human resources, especially related to embedded moral decadence. in students. Besides, it discusses various environmental influences that affect the implementation of the noble character formation program and various problems that arise from the noble character formation program along with the solutions to its solutions. This research shows that the managerial system for the formation of noble morals in the education unit has implemented management principles through the stages of planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating every noble character formation program with various advantages and limited resources. This stage is an effort to reduce the increasing level of moral decadence. The many influences and problems that arise are taken into consideration in formulating various strategies as solutions to these problems
Implementation of Pillantrophy to Improve the Identity of the Community of Kampung Pos RW 10 Kelurahan Pakansari, Cibinong District in the Pandemic
Philanthropy implementation is an attitude shown by the community through concrete actions in the form of mutual care as evidenced by sharing with others, helping each other when neighbors experience difficulties and difficulties by helping voluntarily without coercion and fostering good relations between each other. Community identity is an activity carried out by the community continuously and from generation to generation which is characterized by a close relationship between fellow members of the community, mutual cooperation or cooperation, mutual care and mutual empathy. The method used in collecting research data was purposive random sampling and the use of questionnaires. Questionnaire data obtained will be processed using descriptive analysis through statistical tests. The results of this study illustrate the implementation of an activity, namely philanthropy in a community environment. How can philanthropic activities still be carried out in a pandemic condition so that this activity has become a characteristic or identity of a community, this identity is a manifestation of the values of Pancasila which should continue to be preserved, not only in the RW 010 Pos Kampun but also throughout the nation and state in Indonesia
Affective and Psychomotor Education in Islamic Religious Learning through the Use of Technology during the Covid-19 Pandemic
This research highlights the understanding of religion, as well as actualizing affective and psychomotor education based on the ability to explore sources of knowledge, then be positive and responsible so that understanding of religion through online learning by utilizing technology, learners can communicate and interact with their teachers well, especially in the midst of a pandemic.By utilizing technology even if it does not involve direct interaction between teachers and learners who are factors and indicators of the success of education implemented, Islamic learning in the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic through the use of technology can be done.The purpose of the research is to explain that PAI learning with the benefits of IT (Information Technology) can actualize religious understanding as a discipline integratively and comprehensively, so that for learners Mathla'ul Anwar improves affective and psychomotor education that is actualized in the daily life of learners.  Qualitative research methods with in-depth collection of interview results data and documentation related to research.The results showed that PAI learning by utilizing technology in the midst of a pandemic, learners were able to actualize comprehensively and effectively so that affective and psychomotor education of learners were able to contextualize religious guidance in accordance with the demands of the times with strict spiritual maintenance, while increasing individual piety and social piety in accessing information in accordance with the needs of society
Theology and Epistemology of Islamic Law
This article discusses the Theology and Epistemology of Islamic Law. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature review approach. The type of data is in the form of classical Islamic law narratives. The material sources are publications of classical Islamic law books. The data collection technique is in the form of tracking narratives in the works of classical Islamic law. The data analysis technique is in-depth descriptive. This article finds that law is a manifestation of Allah's will in the realm of Islamic Legal Theology and Epistemology. In Usul Fiqh, Allah is al-Hakim, al-Syari (lawmaker). Therefore, every attempt to formulate law is an attempt to discover the Will of Allah. However, His Will is not static, but rather the fundamental principles revealed and elaborated progressively. There is an epistemological debate in actualizing God's Will into a prescriptive legal formulation between ushul scholars from various kalam and schools of fiqh. Problems that always arise are related to approaches, methods, and sources to obtain valid knowledge to know God's law. In this case, at least three theological schools are dominant in influencing and shaping Islamic legal thought, especially in conceptualizing and categorizing legal actions into the rights of Allah and the rights of servants. The three schools are Mu'tazilah, Ash'ariyah and Maturidiyah
Ziswaf Role in the Formation of Justice of the Muslim Redistributive
Ownership in Islam is essentially belongs to God and man is merely a surrogate recipient of Him. Everything that God entrusted to man should be put to good use in order to create a justice that is the core of Maqasid ash-Shari'ah. To create the justice, Islam requires that every Muslim who is able to issue a charity. With the obligation to pay zakat is expected to reduce the inequities that exist in society. In the economic field, the Muslim economists have different models related to the role of zakat to achieve justice. This article aims to explain some of the models as expressed by Chapra, Choudury and other economists. The method used in this paper is a descriptive analytical method, where the authors will describe the models offered by economists for analysis to obtain the proper model as a solution if it can be applied in Indonesia. Data obtained by the literature search, which the authors seek the literature relating to the charity as well as the opinions of economists in overcoming injustice in society. Relationship of Religion and Culture
This research focuses on issues of religious, cultural and political conflicts and the integration of Ulama and Umara in Purwakarta which intersect with the political dimensions ahead of the Regional Head Election. The specific focus is on the evaluation of religion over culture and turns into a strategic issue played by interest groups. This research is a type of field research research using a qualitative dialectical phenomenological approach as the method. The collection of data and information was carried out by means of observation techniques. The findings of this study include the first, the religious and cultural relations in Purwakarta due to the perspective of the FPI, KUI and FUI mass organizations in assessing that the preservation of Sundanese culture in Purwakarta is contrary to Islamic teachings. second, the form of conflict between Ulama and Umara begins with the case of "the flute and the Koran, the making of puppet figures, the Hideung Bodas (Black and White) Festival of the Tumpeng Parade, the Bebegig Parade, to the confrontation of Sampurasun vs campurracun, and is closely related to political issues. and religious doctrine and understanding of Sundanese culture. To improve learning outcomes in educational institutions, it is necessary to apply learning management, which is part of education management. 10 Roles of Father and Mother in Children's Rights a Psychological Perspective
The family is the smallest social unit in society. Although it is the smallest social unit of society, the role of the family, especially parents, is very important. In the modern era like today, for example, there are many phenomena regarding family problems in shaping the character of children. Parents' responsibility for children's education can be done by establishing cooperation in order to form children who have good character and personality in accordance with expectations. The purpose of writing this article is to explain clearly who has the full role and responsibility for the education of children in the family and explain the importance of educating and raising children through good cooperation. The method used in this paper uses qualitative methods with analytical and psychological descriptive approaches. This method is centered by reviewing some literature from several recognized sources that are relevant to the field being written. The results of this study through several sources revealed that fathers have roles and responsibilities for their children, so that the roles and responsibilities of fathers are the same as the role of mothers in nurturing and educating children in order to form children with good character and personality. The results of the second analysis show that the cooperation of fathers and mothers in caring for and educating children is very important and plays a large role in achieving goals. The higher the demands or expectations of parents on children, the higher the need for cooperation
Preperation for Learning Towards Normal Era
This paper is devoted to the Preparation for Learning Towards Normal Era. It's been 18 months during the COVID-19 pandemic, there are many ways that educational institutions have done to keep learning going, such as implementing online learning and offline learning. Now it's no longer about thinking about the effectiveness or ineffectiveness of learning both online and offline, everyone has to think about how to prepare for normal learning to return to the way it was before covid 19. This research is a literature study with a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The results of the study found that the implementation of the normal era in Indonesia reaped many pros and cons how not many people urged that the implementation of the normal era be carried out immediately but in its implementation it needed a mature plan. The joint decision of the four ministers provides a bright spot and hope for educational institutions to implement normal learning. Of course, there are many considerations and policies that must be taken in carrying out normal learning again. Because the conditions of one area with other areas are different. If the condition of the area is included in the green zone, it can carry out learning activities in the classroom. The government gives time for schools to prepare health protocol facilities at schools, such as hand washing stations, hand sanitizers, classroom arrangements, spraying disinfectants, as well as scheduling teaching and learning activities
