    Quality Management of Package C Graduates Through Non-Formal Education Accreditation Program

    The background of this research is that the synchronization between the results of the accreditation assessment and the quality of the graduates of Package C is not optimal. The focus of the problem in this study is that the management of the learning process is still not optimal in accordance with the eight national education standards. This happens because of the lack of interest in learning from students, non-linear competence of tutors and tutors, unrepresentative infrastructure, lack of funding, and management discipline. This study aims to determine the quality planning of graduates, implementation strategies, evaluation, potential, obstacles, controls and outcomes for the quality of graduates. The theory that underlies this research is integrated quality management. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach and data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation studies, and literature studies. The conclusion of this study is that the management of the learning process has not been able to meet the eight national education standards so that the quality of graduates is not optimal

    Quality Management of Learning in An Effort to Improve Students' Learning Achievement in Open High School

    This research is motivated by the existence of an interesting phenomenon in the quality management of learning in open high school . M engacu on learning outcomes based on the value Exams (US) on the open schools there are differences yan significant value. The School Examination (US) scores obtained by Open High School students are generally lower than the School Examination (US) scores of regular High School students. It became an Indic ator be l um optimal quality of learning developed by the manager of SMA Open. The focus of this research is the management of the quality of learning in an effort to improve student achievement at the Open High School . This research is a kind of qualitative research with descriptive method which was conducted at Sukasari Open High School, Purwakarta Regency and East Telukjambe Open High School, Karawang Regency . Data collection techniques combine field observations, interviews and documentation studies. The grand theory of this research uses the quality management theory of Edward W. Deming . Inductive data analysis resulted in some conclusions, namely: in umu m management of the quality of learning in an effort to improve student achievement in the Sukasari Open High School, Purwakarta Regency and the East Telukjambe Open High School, Karawang Regency, it has not run optimally. In particular: (1) Planning ( Plan ) for the quality of learning in improving student achievement has been successfully implemented with its own characteristics and uniqueness; (2) Implementation ( Do ) of learning quality in improving the learning achievement of Open High School students using tutors as the spearhead of the implementation of quality learning carried out in each Learning Activity Place (TKB) ; (3) Control, Supervision, Evaluation and Revision ( Check ) the quality of learning in improving the learning achievement of Open High School students is carried out simultaneously with the implementation stages ; (4) T ahapan follow-up management of the quality of learning in improving student achievement SMA Open has been done; (5) The factors supporting and learning quality management in improving learning achievement in high school Open school come from both internal and from the external school ; and (6) Future solutions and improvements that can be made in the management of learning quality in improving the learning achievement of Open High School students include introducing and cultivating a culture of quality in each school

    Islamic Religious Education Learning Management in Forming the Religious Character of Students

    This research is motivated by the phenomenon of weak religious character behavior shown by high school age teenagers in the city of Bandung. The facts in the field illustrate the tendency of increasing behavioral deviations among high school students, especially in the city of Bandung, this is an indicator that the implementation of Islamic religious education learning in schools is not optimal. Based on the facts of the problem, the formulation of this research problem is about how to management of Islamic religious education learning in shaping the religious character of high school students in the city of Bandung. This research is a type of qualitative research with descriptive method conducted at SMAN 22 and SMAN 27 Bandung. Data collection techniques combine field observations, interviews and documentation studies. The grand theory of this research uses Ricky W. Griffin's management theory. Inductive data analysis resulted in several conclusions, namely: in general, the Management of Islamic Religious Education Learning in Forming the Religious Character of Students at SMAN 22 and SMAN 27 Bandung has been running effectively. Specific conclusions: (1) Development of PAI Learning Management in Forming the Religious Character of Students at SMAN 22 and SMAN 27 Bandung is part of the School's Strategic Plan and has been running even though its implementation has not been optimal; (2) Implementation of PAI Learning Management in Shaping Students' Religious Character at SMAN 22 and SMAN 27 Bandung City has been running in accordance with management functions, but in the implementation stage it still needs improvement and refinement; (3) Supporting Factors of PAI Learning Management in Shaping Students' Religious Character at SMAN 22 and SMAN 27 Bandung City consist of internal factors in the form of high student awareness, high teacher awareness, and the strong role of school policy. As well as external factors in the form of parental guidance, good environmental support and the ability to control the development of information technology in PAI learning; (4) Inhibiting factors of PAI Learning Management in Shaping Students' Religious Character at SMAN 22 and SMAN 27 Bandung in the form of weak student motivation, lack of teacher creativity in developing learning methods, weak parental support and environmental factors and the development of information technology; and (5) Efforts to Overcome Barriers to PAI Learning Management in Shaping Students' Religious Character at SMAN 22 and SMAN 27 Bandung have been carried out through strengthening the competence of PAI teachers, strengthening the implementation of school policies, strengthening communication with parents and stakeholders as well as utilizing digital applications and technological developments. in PAI learning management

    Strengthening Character Education Values for Santris in Pondok Pesantren

    Character education is an educational process that focuses on changing attitudes and behavior on an ongoing basis and always harmonizes them in life in accordance with the norms and values that they believe in. One of the vehicles for character building and development is Pondok Pesantrens. This research is motivated by changes in the behavior of santris who are not in accordance with what is expected by the Pesantren institution. The focus of this research is on how to strengthen the values of character education for santris. In particular, the purpose of this research is to find out about: 1) The objectives and programs for strengthening the character education values of Santri; 2) Implementation of Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation of the Strengthening of Santri character education values; 3) Problems faced in strengthening the character education values of Santri; and 5) Solutions to problems in strengthening Santri character education values. This research uses the approach qualitative method with descriptive method which was carried out at the Pondok pesantren Al-Masthuriyah and the Pondok pesantren Salafiyah in Sukabumi. Data collection techniques were carried out through field observations, interviews, and documentation studies. The grand theory of this research uses the theory of character education according to Thomas Lickona. Inductive data analysis resulted in several conclusions: 1) Objectives and Programs for Strengthening the Character Education Values of Santri at Pondok pesantren Al-Masthuriyah and Pondok pesantren Salafiyah, exist and are implemented, 2). Implementation of the Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation of the Program for Strengthening the character education values of Santri at the Pondok pesantren Al-Masthuriyah, has been planned, implemented and there is an evaluation. While at the Pondok pesantren Salafiyah there is a limited planning, implementation and evaluation classically, 3). Problems faced in strengthening the character education values of Santri at Pondok pesantren Al-Masthuriyah in the effectiveness of implementing the rules and educational background of heterogeneous coaches and teachers, while problems at Pondok pesantren Salafiyah in the independence of santris, religious santris, social society and santris' national insight . 4). Solutions to problems in strengthening the values of character education for santris at the Pondok pesantren Al-Masthuriyah through deliberation, santri development and personal approaches as well as equalizing perceptions. Meanwhile, the solution to the problems at the Pondok pesantren Salafiyah is through fostering succession, habituation in worship, habituation in santri activities, as well as national strengthening activities. The recommendations of this research for Pondok Pesantrens should be strengthened in the management of Pondok Pesantrens and for the Pondok Pesantren section of the Ministry of Religion of Sukabumi Regency to carry out managerial facilitation in accordance with regulations and their main functions. The research products produced in strengthening the character values of santris are strengthening: Tradition, Literacy, Independence, and National Attitudes

The presence of information technology provides a lot of comfort for humans, but it also has a destructive side that threatens young generation. This paper through the study of literature aims to analyse the extent of the urgency and strategy of moral education for young generations of Muslims in the Disruption Era. The results of this study show the increasing importance of moral education for the younger generation, even becoming a primary need. This is due to a variety of morality problems that are increasingly widespread in this era with easy access to information technology. For that, the steps that need to be pursued to build individuals who have good morality, namely by: 1) providing a comprehensive understanding of the concept of morality; 2) giving and showing an example; 3) prevent learners to dissolve in pleasure and luxury; 4) strengthen the relationship between educators and students; 5) use a variety of methods in accordance with the conditions of students; and 6) building and controlling the environment of students (the surrounding environment and the influence of cyberspace)

    The success of the Wasathiyah Islamic Clerical Cadre Education is inseparable from the extent to which MUI conducts an analysis of educational needs in the implementation of planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating functions, methods, and learning processes as well as any obstacles faced by the West Java MUI during PKU. Based on the results of the research findings, it was revealed that the data on MUI Ulama Cadre Education (PKU) in West Java province contained the mission of "Islam Wasathiyah" to realize the decision of MUNAS IX MUI 2015 in Surabaya which had two main functions, namely; The first is a personal function, namely the graduates of the tafakkuh Fiddin ulama as preacher cadres who have the ability to guide and guide Islamic teachings to society in a directed, moderate, polite and contextual manner. While the second is a structural function, namely graduates have the ability to become the leadership relay for MUI in the future. Ulama Cadre Education (PKU) to prepare the competence of preachers in MUI West Java province with the mission of Islam Wasathiyah is a form of regeneration of preachers. preacher. Approach to non-formal education theory for adults, Education and Training theory (DIKLAT) through the Analysis of Educational Material Needs, Learning Methods and Processes. Descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through triangulation, observation, interviews and documentation study. The conclusion of the PKU research results with the mission "Islam Wasathiyah" MUI West Java province has implemented proven management functions in; (1) Analysis of planning needs is characterized by the formulation of a vision, mission, objectives, material structure, focus methods, instructors, facilities, participant requirements, infrastructure, consolidation and outreach, and budget, conducting the opening ceremony, and successfully getting positive responses from various parties; (2) Analysis of the need for an organizational function marked by the composition of the committee, division of tasks, coordination, consolidation and outreach; (3) Analysis of the needs of the implementation function characterized by students, learning schedules, instructor assignments, the learning process, applying varied methods, and material conveyed, carrying out field studies; (4) Analysis of the needs of the monitoring and evaluation function is indicated by routine supervision, establishing rules of order, conducting motivation, having grid questions, carrying out final examinations and field studies, and managing administration; (5) Barriers and constraints analysis; (a) there are some managers who are less active; (b) less than optimal budget, (c) the backgrounds of students are too diverse; (d) the scoring system is still semi-formal. The results of the study showed that the students 'output was described: (1) a description of the students' scores; (2) the substance of all subjects is understood; (3) master the principles of Islamic Wasathiyah mission; (4) mastering contemporary da'wah methods; (5) able to practice management sciences and da'wah methodology. The results of the study show that the outcome, graduates have a positive change in the picture; (1) there is an increase in science and insight is considered useful; (2) changes in interpreting Wasathiyah's Islamic mission description; (3) feel great benefits; (4) changing styles, a more convident attitude in preaching activities; (4) the scope of da'wah services is getting wider; (6) positive support from the community and wider local government. The results showed that the PKU program with the Islamic Wasatiyah mission in the analysis of educational needs both internally and externally had not been explored in depth, it still needed innovation and creativity which had become a commitment as material for further PKU program development. The results of the study show that this success adds to the credibility of the MUI West Java leadership, marked by full support from various groups, especially from the West Java provincial government and district / city governments in West Java. The results showed that PKU had the mission "Islam Wasathiyah" to be implemented in a sustainable manner. The results of the research show that monitoring and evaluation still require innovative, creative and coordinative development so that the competency standards of graduates are achieved. The results of this study have implications for the West Java MUI and competent parties as input and consideration in an effort to improve the analysis of the needs of PKU management functions. to prepare the preaching competency as expected
