Entrepreneurship Learning Management in Improving the Independence of Vocational School Students
This study examines the management of entrepreneurial learning in increasing student independence in SMK (Multi Case Study at Mutiara Qolbu Vocational School and Ar Rahmah Vocational School in Cianjur Regency). Approach The research carried out in writing this article is to use a descriptive analytical method with a qualitative approach. The use of this approach is adapted to the main objectives of the study, namely to describe and analyze. The results of this study conclude that, the Implementation of Entrepreneurial Learning Management in Improving Student Independence at SMK Ar Rahmah Cianjur and SMK Mutiara Qolbu Cianjur in an effort to prepare productive entrepreneurship teachers is optimized by various government regulatory policies so that there is an increase in student independence. However, there are problems in the management of entrepreneurial learning regarding efforts to improve the quality of entrepreneurship. First, the quality of student entrepreneurship standards has not been standardized nationally. Second, the quality of product marketing techniques is still centralized on productive entrepreneurship teachers. This means that product marketing techniques have not collaborated with the head of the business unit and the head of the expertise. The Effectiveness of the Al-Baghdadi Method in Reciting the Muqatha'ah Letters at the Beginning of the Surah with the Ahkamus Shaut approach
This study aims to explore al-Baghdadi's method of reciting the harfu muqatha'ah at the beginning of the letter. Literature study is the method in this study. The data obtained came from primary and secondary references, such as books and journals of national and international repute that studied the ahkamus shaut, harfu muqatha'ah, and the al-Baghdadi method. The data collection method used content analysis techniques. The study steps taken include editing, organizing, and inference. The results of the study show that the al-Baghdadi method is empirically able to have a significant impact on the students' ability to read the Qur'an, and the pronunciation of the muqatha'ah letters at the beginning of the letter is also an inseparable part of the effectiveness of the use of the al-Baghdadi method. The study recommends that teachers use the al-Baghdadi method in teaching their students how to read the Qur'an
The Impact of Radicalism on the Nation's Disintegration
The threat of radicalism in the Pancasila state has become an important issue in Indonesia, various research and studies on the phenomenon of the development of radicalism against the disintegration of the nation. The radicalism movement as an ideology is not always marked by acts of violence, but can also be limited to an ideology that does not use violent means. The research method uses a qualitative approach, the analysis is carried out using a qualitative analysis method with descriptive decomposition. In this study, the author only describes and sees the condition of the object of research and analyzes by comparison or comparison of various books, articles, journals and data relating to the impact of radicalism on the disintegration of the nation. The results of the research show that the disintegration of the nation is a serious problem for the nation and state. Disintegration can trigger various conflicts that are even bigger and do not even rule out the possibility of giving birth to a new nation. The Responsibility of Tasawuf to the Millenial Generation
Seeing modern life with various achievements in many fields, which are characterized by a luxurious lifestyle, should be able to lead people to a calm and happy life, but the reality shows otherwise that worldly achievements alone are not able to deliver humans to the desired condition. This fact indicates that there is another element of human beings that demands to be fulfilled, namely the spiritual element. This research will explore how is the responsibility of Sufism in the millennial generation? This research belongs to the literature review and uses analytical and deductive methods. Through this paper, it is found that the values contained in Sufism will be able to train the soul and mentality of the millennial generation so that they can live in balance in the midst of materialist and hedonic worldly influences in obedience to the creator. Humans who have entered into spiritual life will find and practice the values of Sufism in their lives in the form of wara '(tawadu'), simple, ta'abbud (devoted), and zuhud, (not bound by luxury)
Islamic Religious Education Learning Methods fo Specially Intelligent Children.
The method of Islamic Religious Education is actually very necessary in fostering the character of special intelligent students. But sometimes teachers have not empowered methods and approaches to learning properly and effectively. As a result, the goals of Islamic religious education have not been achieved as expected. Likewise, Islamic religious education learning at SMAN 11 Sepatan Tngerang has not been able to develop the character education of ci students to the fullest, because the method used is still classified as conventional, namely learning by lecture and discussion methods, there are no visible variations of the model carried out, it has not touched the psychological realm of students. ci. So the problem of method in learning needs to include ctl and inquiry methods as well as an Islamic psychopedagogical approach, so that the learning of Islamic religious education does not occur boredom. Where the use of appropriate and varied Islamic religious education methods in learning will color the attitudes and behavior of CI students in learning, and also affect other intelligences possessed by students. Islamic Religious Education aims to make servants of Allah who are obedient to worship, knowledgeable, noble and have good skills, and have physical and spiritual health. so that it can provide solutions to the problems of character education for ci students.This study uses a qualitative method.by collecting data from observations, interviews and documentation. The results of this study are able to provide offers to overcome problems and solutions in overcoming the method of character education for ci students at SMAN 11 Sepatan Tangerang.attention during learning. Learning Management in Improving the Quality of Graduates Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah (MDTA) in Sukabumi District
This research is motivated by the existence of an interesting phenomenon in the implementation of Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah (MDTA) in Sukabumi Regency. The regional government 's very strong attention to religious education in Sukabumi District , the lack of conditions for MDTA infrastructure, inadequate learning management at MDTA, limited sources of activity funds, and the structure of the MDTA curriculum that has not been fully understood have become the focus of problems in this research. This study presents the results of research on Learning Management in Improving the Quality of Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah Graduates in Sukabumi District. This study is a qualitative research with descriptive methods were performed on MDTA in three (3) the District, the District, Cicantaya n , Caringin and Cisaat. The data collection technique combines field observations, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. Inductive data analysis resulted in the following conclusions: in general, the management of Learning in Improving the Quality of Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah Graduates (MDTA) in Cicantayan, Caringin and Cisaat Districts, Sukabumi Regency has not run optimally. In particular, first, the policy product of the Sukabumi Regency Government in the provision of education at MDTA has been successfully implemented even though the realization of the operational assistance budget and the pattern of guidance and supervision are still not optimal. Second, the achievements of the results of the implementation of learning at MDTA so far have been sufficient to meet the graduation standards of students, but in the implementation of learning activities still do not meet the standards of the learning process. Third, there are some inhibiting factors faced in the form of limited budget, weak understanding of the methodology and the mindset of teachers in learning, inadequate learning facilities, and the absence of a national madrasah diniyah curriculum standard. Fourth, the future demands are in the form of community support for the development of MDTA with a modern and innovative perspective, the formation of the diniyah teachers' deliberation forums and the professional training of teachers. Fifth, several improvements have been made in the form of holding MDTA accreditation and strengthening the Diniyah Takmiliyah Communication Forum (FKDT). And the sixth is the impact obtained from the implementation of education at MDTA in the form of a religious community environment, holding back the moral decadence of the younger generation and creating religious figures in the Cicantayan, Caringin and Cisaat Districts. Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk Alternative Development of Sustainable Islamic Economic Development Sustainable Development Goals (SDG's)
Economic development itself is defined as a continuous process that has the aim of increasing a country's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and per capita income of a country's population in the long term which has an impact on various aspects, both economic, social, and science and technology. The purpose of economic development in Indonesia is not only to increase per capita income but also to accelerate economic growth. Technological advances as a result of this development will also improve the quality of human resources, improve community welfare, reduce inequality, and reduce unemployment. The government continues to face various forms of economic development problems in Indonesia, including high unemployment, rampant poverty, high population, inflation resulting in low purchasing power, low productivity resulting in low per capita income, and export commodities dominated by the primary sector. Today, the development of Islamic economics, both in academia and practice, is very important to pay attention to. This is also related to how to develop thoughts and applications of the Islamic economic system in Indonesia. Various perspectives in the field of Islamic economics associated with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) themselves were created to answer the demands of world leadership in overcoming poverty, inequality and climate change in the form of real action. Establish a set of targets that can be applied universally and can be measured in balancing the three dimensions of sustainable development such as environmental, social and economic. Islamic economic objectives in several points of view are philosophical goals consisting of Al-Falah (holistic prosperity) and Maqasid al-Shariah and operational objectives consisting of increasing faith, creating maslahah, preventing concentration of wealth, and avoiding dangerous activities and even distribution. On the basis of this Islamic economic objective, the response was the issuance of a Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk as a product of the government through the Ministry of Finance to serve as an alternative to increasing Islamic-based economic development. The method used in this article is descriptive qualitative method with literature review. Implementation of Integrated Quality Strategic Management of Islamic Perspective Education
This study aims to describe the implementation of integrated quality strategic management of Islamic education perspective. The method used in this research is a literature study by collecting (material materials) sourced from various books, journals, and other sources. The results of the study indicate that the application of strategic management of integrated quality of Islamic education perspective is that the existence of Islamic educational institutions will be advanced and qualified if the management system implements TQM which in its operation is full of the concept of ihsan as a whole. The implementation of TQM must of course be preceded by quality planning or ihsan planning. The planning is actually an application of intentions or something to be realized and desired. Then this quality planning is broken down in benchmarking. Benchmarking is an activity to set standards, both processes and results to be achieved within a certain period. Strategic Management in Improving the Performance of Madrasah Aliyah (MA) in Sukabumi District
This research is motivated by the condition of Madrasah Aliyah's performance is still weak in the management of education and learning. Weak performance is suspected to have not been implemented properly in strategic management at Madrasah Aliyah. The general objective of the study is to determine the performance improvement of Madrasah Aliyah in Sukabumi Regency through the application of strategic management and the specific objectives are to describe (1) Formulation, (2) Implementation, (3) Evaluation and control, (4) Results obtained, (5) Constraints that arise, and (6) Solutions to overcome obstacles that arise in the implementation of strategic management in improving the performance of Madrasah Aliyah. The grand theory used is Pearce and Robinson's strategic management theory. Using a qualitative approach, descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that in general strategic management has improved the performance of Madrasah Aliyah, and specifically as follows: (1) The formulation of strategic management has been implemented through the formulation of the vision, mission, objectives, policies, and madrasa programs through limited meetings. The formulation has not gone through a special workshop with a comprehensive discussion, (2) The implementation of strategic management has been carried out. Educational management implements madrasah-based management (MBM) by developing two integrated programs, namely madrasa managerial programs and madrasa academic programs. The implementation of madrasa management follows government regulations and foundation policies, (3) Evaluation and control of strategic management through four activities, namely an assessment from the Ministry of Religion through Madrasah Supervisors, activities of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) through Madrasah Self Evaluation (EDM) as the basis for the preparation of e-mails. RKAM and External Quality Assurance System through Madrasah Accreditation, Assessment from Foundation Management, and assessment of public perception. There are no specific criteria for assessment from foundations and the community, (4) The results obtained from the implementation of strategic management are an increase in the quality of education governance and the learning process. The implementation of education is getting better. Madrasah personnel can carry out their duties and functions according to what has been set. Students excel in various competition activities, both academic and non-academic, (5) Constraints that arise include limited facilities and infrastructure, not all national education standards are implemented optimally, madrasas do not have full authority, the majority of teacher status are Non-PNS so that their welfare is relatively low. is still small, and education financing still relies on Central BOS funds and BPMU from the Province, and (6) Solutions, all obstacles are gradually overcome to minimize problems in performance. The Problems of Learning to Read and Write the Qur'an and its Solutions (Case Study at Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah Al-Khairiyah Winong)
This study attempts to present an overview of the problems and their proposed solutions in learning to read and write the Qur'an at Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah in Winong Village, Mancak District, Serang Regency, Banten Province. Respondents of this study were students of class v, amounting to 16 people.This research uses descriptive qualitative method by collecting data from observations, interviews and documentation. The results of this study are expected to be able to find obstacles or problems in BTQ learning and provide solutions in overcoming the problems of learning to read and write the Qur'an at the Madrasa.The problems are students' laziness to learn to read and write, difficulty in pronouncing letters according to their Makhraj, so students find it difficult to learn tajwid and use it in reading the Qur'an, and the method of habituation in BTQ learning at the madrasa has not been applied.The solution that can be offered is that parents and teachers continue to strive to provide motivation to learn to read and write with fun methods, choose the right method in learning the hijaiyah letters, and motivate students to learn tajwid in an appropriate and fun method, and the need to apply the habituation method in BTQ learning at the Madrasah
