Sentiment Analysis of Microtakaful Industry: Comparison between Indonesia and Malaysia
No full textIt is important to do research on public sentiment towards microtakaful presence in a country in order to know public response to its existence. This study aimed to determine public sentiment towards microtakaful in Indonesia and in Malaysia. Data were collected from 40 articles, journals and other writings. Data were analyzed using the software Semantria as an analytical tool in the form of text. The results showed that the assessment of existence of microtakaful in Indonesia amounted to 52% of the community showed positive sentiment, 28% indicate negative sentiment and 20% indicates a neutral sentiment. While in Malaysia that 62% showed positive sentiment, 23% negative sentiment and 15% neutral sentiment

Bargaining Mechanism in Islamic Economic System

By using a literature study, this article finds a narrative that bargaining positions occur in goods or services. The conclusion are: bargaining must be carried out by more than one person. So, there are at least two people who transact (sellers and buyers). If there is only one person, the bargaining position certainly cannot happen. Examples of the many bargaining that occur are on the market. In a sale and purchase, those with higher bargaining rights are buyers. Whereas the seller will compensate the buyer for positive bargaining. Bidding is goods or services offered at a certain amount and price level and under certain conditions. There is also an offer in the Islamic economy that distinguishes it from conventional offers, that the goods or services offered must be transparent and specified in their specifications, how the condition of the goods, what are the advantages and disadvantages of the goods. Mapping Awareness of Halal Cosmetics Brands in the Teenagers Segment of Bandung City
Get PDFThere are many factors that can explain why the consumer market for halal products is now growing fast, among others, because the profile of the younger generation of Islam is now more religious thanks to the rapid flow of information, awareness, knowledge and concern for halal consumption. One component of brand strength is brand awareness, which is how well consumers know or know about a brand. Therefore, brand awareness is a key determinant of building brand equity. When products are in the early stages of growth, such as halal cosmetics, which are new players in the cosmetics business, brand awareness is important to encourage this growth. The first research problem departed from the central phenomenon of how teenagers actually aware of halal cosmetics in the city of Bandung, and which halal cosmetic brands are best known? Associated with the issue of brand strength, then more specifically the problem of this research is how strong are teenagers aware of some halal cosmetic brands that are circulating in the city of Bandung, high, medium or low? Then is this brand awareness related to consumer demographic factors? Then is this brand awareness related to loyalty to halal cosmetic brands? The results showed that adolescents in the city of Bandung who require to use cosmetics labeled halal because they are aware of religious values, one of which as a form of Islamic law is included in rational instrumental actions. Then interpret cosmetics labeled halal as a form of carrying out Islamic law because it is protected from material that is haram and will not affect worship. Teenagers in Bandung City who are not based on using cosmetics labeled halal because they prefer cosmetics based on their needs and price and quality are included in instrumental rational actions. Then interpret halal labeled cosmetics as cosmetics that are safe for the skin because they do not cause irritation, cosmetics that are protected from prohibited ingredients, cosmetics that have no difference with other cosmetics

The natural sciences which consist purely consist of physics, chemistry, and biology, and some people enter mathematics again. The social sciences that fall into the category of pure sciences include sociology, anthropology, psychology, and history. Whereas the humanities consist of philosophy, language and literature, and art. Qur’an and Hadith in the development of science are positioned as sources of qawliyyah verses while the results of observations, experiments, and logical reasoning are positioned as sources of kauniyyah verses. With its position like this, then various branches of knowledge can always be sought from the source of the Qur'an and Hadith. Like, the science of mathematics developed on the basis of the Qur'an and Hadith sources as well as the results of observation, experimentation, and logical reasoning. The purpose of this research is to know the planning, organizing, implementation, supervision, and effort to overcome inhibiting factor of education and training at MAN 2 HSU, MAN 3 HSU. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive method, because this study aims to get a deep picture. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation. The main instruments are observation guides, interview guides, and documentation. Data were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Technique of examination of data validity by triangulation of source and technique. The results of this study indicate that the planning of education and training begins with the determination of needs as a first step in making the planning, organizing in the provision of education and training has been done based on the stages of implementation both theoretical, technical, and resources, evaluation of education and training conducted with 3 (three) stages of activities consisting of pre-training stage, stage during training and post-training stage, and efforts to overcome inhibiting factors of education and training not only from the implementers but from all elements in the provision of education and training including education and training participants . So based on the results of research that 2 schools have not reached the level of professionalism of teachers

Inabah Leadership System in Improving the Role of Service for the Victims of Narcotics, Psychotropic and Addictive Substances through the Tarekat Qodiriyah-Naqsabandiyah
No full textThis research is to find out how the leadership system, strategy, process, results of constraints and support as well as hypothetical concepts that exist in Inabah. The theory in this study refers to Reconstructionism theory. The method used is descriptive analytical with a qualitative approach. The research techniques using observation techniques, interviews and documentation as a data collection tool. The results of this study: first, the leadership system developed at Inabah indicated the transformational leadership model/pattern. Second, the strategy or approach used by Inabah leaders towards drug victims through the Qodiriyah Naqsabandiyah Order (Tarekat Qadiriyah-Naqsabandiyah [TQN]) with a religious non-medical approach. Third, the process developed at Inabah with therapy underwent three main practices with the TQN method which was carried out continuously and continuously through activities such as purification (thaharah ), bathing, ablution, prayer, and dhikr. Fourth, the results developed can be said to be successful if the santri have carried out all education in the Suryalaya, Fifth, Islamic boarding schools. Support and support in Inabah is: Serba Bakti Foundation, Forrnal and Non-formal educational institutions, Koperasi Hidmat, Inabah Youth Cottage, Mrs. Belia, Young Generation Suryalaya, Radio Inayah, Sinthoris Magazine. Sixth, the hypothetical concept of the leadership of Abah Anom refers to the purpose of the TQN which is the same as the goal of Islam itself, which is to guide people to get the blessing of Allah, prosper in the World and happy in the Hereafter
