The Role of Leadership and Motivation of School Headmaster in Improving Teacher Performance
This article discusses about role of leadership and motivation of school headmaster in improving teacher performance. By using literature review in education, this article found that teacher is a professional profession where he is required to make every effort to carry out his activities as best he can. The task of the teacher as an educator, teacher and trainer should be able to impact the students. The teacher as one component in teaching and learning activities, has a position that greatly determines the success of learning. The role of the school headmaster is very important and dominant in improving teacher performance, both in increasing competence and work motivation and in building effective work systems and creating a harmonious, safe and pleasant working atmosphere. The efforts of improving the quality of teachers must be continuously carried out by school headmaster in order to improve the performance of teachers into reliable individuals who will advance the school organization. Therefore, we need the ability of the leadership role and motivation of the principal to explore, disseminate, foster and develop the potential of the teacher in order to improve teacher performance in order to achieve educational goal
The Law of Propagation in Hadith Perspective
This article tries to discuss about law of propagation in hadith perspective. By Using library research, this article found that for every Muslim, da'wah is an obligation that cannot be negotiable. The obligation of da'wah is something that is impossible to avoid from his life, because it is very attached to self-recognition as adherents of Islam. Indirectly, every Muslim as the bearer of missionary mission. Based on the results of the analysis, especially the study of the hadith and according to most scholars in general the da'wah law is farḠkifÄyah, meaning that if it has been done by a group of people, the burden of that obligation falls from the others
Market, Market Mechanism and Price Levels in Islamic Microeconomics Perspective
This paper tries to discuss about Market, Market Mechanism and Price Levels in Islamic Microeconomics Perspective. In contrast to the conventional economy which frees the formation of price levels only on the market mechanism, determining the price level through market mechanisms in Islamic economics is based on the principles of justice in order to achieve mutual benefit (al-Mashlahah). Therefore, when inequality is detrimental to one party in a market, the role of the government in creating justice for both parties is a solution that is legitimate. This in microeconomic terminology is known as market intervention, which is carried out by the government as a step to stabilize the price level so that it does not harm one party in the market. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the market and price levels in Islamic microeconomics with a philosophical approach. The methodology used in this study used qualitative research based on literature study. The result showed that there were some fundamental things that distinguished Islamic microeconomics from conventional in determining the price level in the Islamic market mechanism
Management of Character Education in the Development of Leading High School Students
This research entitled "Character Education Management in the Development of High School Students' Noble Morals (Qualitative Descriptive Study in SMAN 1 and SMA Islam Qardhan Hasana Kota Banjar Baru)". This study aims to determine and analyze: (1) Planning, (2). Organizing (3). Implementation (4). Evaluation (5). Barriers to implementation (7) Solutions to implementation problems. Three important foundations are used in this research, including theological, philosophical, and six value systems. The theories that underlie this research are management theory and quality theory. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection was carried out by triangulation techniques using interviews, document study, and field observations. With research subjects the principal, teacher. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The main findings of this study were: (1) The planning of character education in the development of noble character in high school has been structured quite well and systematically, but its implementation still faces several obstacles, namely human resources (2). Organizing has been running according to the program with the same principles of understanding, responsible commitment, although not yet supported by adequate job analysis. (3) Implementation has gone well. However, it has not paid attention to the resources owned. (4) Evaluation according to the school work program in the future, however, it has not been followed up with innovative programs that are in accordance with the needs. (5) Obstacles in implementation can be implemented although not evenly distributed (7) . Solutions in implementation can be done to overcome obstacles through a process of coaching and development. Recommendations for this study were conveyed to various parties, including the Principal, so that planning was supported by adequate teacher resources. Organizing should first conduct a job analysis. Implementation should pay attention to the resources owned in order to achieve targets effectively and efficiently. Evaluation is recommended to pay attention to the results obtained during the implementation so that the program is sustainable. It is recommended that teachers continue to improve competencies, both pedagogical, social, personal and professional competencies
Character Education Building through Reciting á¹¢alawÄt
This paper tries to discuss about character education building through reciting á¹£alawÄt. By using literature study, this article found that character education building is an effort in dealing with behavioral and moral degradation problems in the midst of the generation of the nation today. One of the interventions that can be done is through repetition of á¹£alawÄt recitations that are internalized and interpreted as a way to connect to the figure of uswatun ḥasanah, perfecting human morals, which has a positive impact on physical and mental, also has the power to change deviant behavior. As a recommendation, this article states that there is no harm if the above findings are applied to Islamic education institution
Money Supply Model in Muslim Countries
Efforts to control economic conditions in a country are called monetary policy. The main thing is to regulate the stability of the value of money and the amount of money circulating in the homeland of each country. This macro policy is expected to be able to respond to micro economic growth so that real economic growth will be realized. The economic success of a country is largely determined by the precise determination of monetary policy. This policy was created in response to the microeconomics which was then managed in a macro manner by policy makers. This policy making step must be in accordance with the sharia scenario so that the economic growth is expected to get a blessing so that falah is the ultimate goal of the economy as well as being realized as the policy is taken. A literature review was finally taken in order to find answers to this essential monetary policy concept. The final goal of the discussion of sharia economic policy is to maintain and maintain the stability of the country's economy
Management of Thematic Learning in Fostering Student Creativity in Early Children Education in Garut District
In fact, early childhood education management in the field is still far from fulfilling the needs according to national education standards because basically the institution organizing PAUD service activities departs from a concern for early childhood education, therefore education carried out in PAUD units in the implementation of PAUD institutions experiences various obstacles. which can affect the continuity of educational activities, especially in the implementation of learning activities that become obstacles in the management of thematic learning in early childhood education units, including the lack of infrastructure, low qualifications and competence of educators, minimal finance, parents' understanding of early childhood education, efforts to improve learning outcomes. maximum systematically in education management including program planning, program implementation and program evaluation. This study aims to examine thematic learning management in fostering student creativity. In particular, this study aims to examine the planning, implementation, evaluation, problems, and solutions of learning in the development of student creativity. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. This research was conducted using three data collection techniques regarding the results of research activities, namely interviews, observation and documentary studies. The theory underlying this research is George Robert Terry's theory, which is about POAC (Planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling). The results of research carried out on this occasion at the Prosperous Family Planning Institution and TK Plus Prima Insani Garut district have generally carried out thematic learning activities in fostering student creativity which refers to Permendikbud No. 137/2014 and Permendikbud No. 146/20014 by compiling planning, organizing, implementing and good control, in accordance with the prevailing regulations, both the management of its human resources and its facilities or infrastructure
View of the Issue About Changes in the Age of Marries for Women in Law Number 16 of 2019
With regard to marriage problems in Indonesia, the age limit of marriage is regulated in positive law contained in Law Number 1 of 1974 and KHI, namely Marriage is only permitted if the male has reached the age of 19 (nineteen) years and the woman has reached the age 16 (sixteen) years, which was later revised in Law Number 16 of 2019 which states that marriage is only permitted if a man and woman have reached the age of 19 (nineteen) years, then if seen from the maslahah concept this determination is at the daruriyyah level, namely maintaining the safety of the soul (hifzu al-nafs), maintaining the safety of the mind (hifzu al-'aql), and maintaining the safety of the offspring (hifzu al-nasl). The change in the minimum age of marriage that occurs in the Marriage Law Article 7 paragraph (1) No. 1 of 1974 contains more maslahah and is more in accordance with maqasid sharia. Because at the age of 19, it is hoped that the ideal marriage can be accomplished and be able to realize the goals of marriage, such as maintaining offspring, creating a sakinah mawaddah wa rahmah family, maintaining lineages, creating patterns of family relationships, maintaining diversity in the family and preparing for economic aspects

This article will discuss market structure and competition prices in islamic economics. Literature searching is the method used in writing this article. This article found that market in Islam is defined as a means of meeting between seller and buyer, where the buyer came to the market with a demand for goods membewa certain to meet with the seller that brings offers the same goods as well. And the outcome of the meeting will produce an agreement between the seller and the buyer of the price level and the number of items in the transaction. If an agreement between the seller and the buyer then there was a provision of an item in the transaction. The market structure has a notion that some form of management of the producer to the market based on their characteristics, for example, such as the type of product produced, the number of companies in an industry. Easy or not exit or enter the industry and the role of advertising in industry activity. Perfect competition is a market structure that is most ideal for systems market is considered to ensure their activities to produce goods or services is high. The Influence of Work Motivation and the Work Environment on Employee Performance in Faculty Agriculture University North Sumatra
This study aims to explain the effect of work motivation and work environment variables simultaneously and partially on Employee Performance at the Faculty of Agriculture, University of North Sumatra. The research method used quantitative models, using a questionnaire as a means of collecting data distributed to 50 employees at the Faculty of Agriculture, University of North Sumatra. The research method used is a quantitative method through an associative approach. Research location of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of North Sumatra. The sample selection method in this research is saturated sample (census). The data analysis technique used the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, f test and t test. The results of this study indicate: 1) Work motivation and work environment simultaneously influence employee performance. 2) Partially work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
