The Effectiveness of Improving the Performance of Teachers of Islamic Religion Education Through Teacher Certification Programs in SMA / SMK in Bogor District
This research is motivated by the phenomenon that the effort to improve the quality of education at the senior secondary level is the teacher's performance. With good teacher quality, the learning process can take place in a quality manner, which in turn leads to quality output. One of the efforts to improve the performance of Islamic Education teachers is the provision of certification allowances for Islamic Religious Education teachers to improve their performance, which has been low so far. On the other hand, the certification of teachers for Islamic Religious Education at the SMA / SMK level is also very important, given the limited limitations of the government in appointing teachers as Civil Servants, so that the existence of teacher certification can be an alternative in an effort to improve teacher welfare. This study generally aims to obtain an overview of the certification program, implementation, evaluation, constraints and future solutions in improving the performance of SMA / SMK Islamic Religious Education teachers in Bogor Regency. The specific objectives of the study were to determine the objectives and programs, implementation, evaluation, constraints and solutions in the future to improve the performance of Islamic Education teachers of SMA / SMK in Bogor Regency through optimization of the PAI teacher certification function. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis method. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation study. The results showed that the improvement of the performance of PAI SMA / SMK teachers in Bogor Regency through the teacher certification program has been implemented, and has had an optimal impact. This is shown, among others, by the level of teacher discipline in implementing learning at least 24 hours a week, being active in participating in training activities, workshops and educational seminars and improving the welfare of Islamic Education teachers. However, improving teacher performance is still constrained by both internal and external constraints. Internal constraints include low understanding, skills and motivation to carry out their main tasks and functions as educators. Meanwhile, the external obstacle is that the supervision of principals, supervisors and related agencies is still not optimal in an effort to improve teacher performance. The recommendations of this study include: the government needs to finance the implementation of the Teacher Professional Improvement program, apply strict discipline by making regulations for certified teachers, and the existence of cooperation between various parties in encouraging the teacher certification program. This is done by implementing strategic management in planning, implementing, evaluating and supervising the effectiveness of the certification program

Implementation of Mediation and Hakam in Divorce Case in Religious Court
The resolution of divorce cases in the Religious Courts is still more dominant in the orientation of the litigation process than the non-litigation process, even though the spirit of suppressing the increase in the divorce rate from year to year is one of the missions that the Religious Courts want to achieve. Mediation institutions are actually established to encourage the realization of these ideals, but the results are still far from adequate. In fact, there are other ways in Islamic law that are believed to be effective in reducing the divorce rate, namely hakam. Unfortunately the rights have not been maximally applied by judges in resolving divorce cases at the Religious Court
Judges 'Consideration in the Decision of Fulfilling the Rights of Women and Children After Divorce in the Region of the DKI Jakarta High Religious Court
The background of this research is related to the most basic issues and has become the discourse among legal practitioners and academics so far, regarding how the rights of women and children that have been imposed by judges through their decisions can be implemented properly by ex-husbands voluntarily. In reality, in practice, many judges' decisions relating to women's rights are not carried out by ex-husbands. In addition, there is no mechanism that is able to ensure the payment of child and / or financial support by the defendant after divorce, ex-husbands are often absent from their obligations to pay for the rights of ex-wives and children after divorce. The results of this study indicate that: The position of guarantee for the rights of women and children after divorce is very weak, therefore the issue of living for wives who have been divorced by husbands and children still does not fully provide legal protection to wives. Judges' considerations in the decision of the Religious Court in the DKI Jakarta High Religious Court area in providing the rights of women and children in their development have attempted to provide protection in the form of charging fees as a result of divorce submitted by husbands to the Religious Court in the form of iddah, mut'ah, and livelihoods. children, common propert

Moral Value of Ijarah and Ujrah: Review of Rahn Concept in Islam
Nowadays, Islamic pawning products have developed quite rapidly. In its operation, Islamic pawn products generally used the ijarah contract system. Ijarah agreement is a contract in the form of transferring the right to use goods and / or services through payment of rental wages, without being followed by the transfer of ownership of the goods themselves. In running a sharia pawn business, both Sharia Commercial Banks (BPRS), Sharia Rural Banks and also Islamic Pawnings were always guided by the fatwa of the National Sharia Board, which is a supervisory institution for Islamic and non-bank sharia financial institutions formed by the Indonesian Ulama Council (MUI).Therefore, this study aimed to describe and analyze the concept of ijarah and the aspects of ujrah in the realm of sharia pawnshop (rahn) especially in terms of how the benefits derived from a rahn product. The methodology used a qualitative approach (qualitative research), with a deductive style (deductive method). The results were in line with the fatwa of the National Sharia Council (DSN) no. 25 / DSN-MUI / III / 2002 which stated that the amount of storage service fees should not be determined based on the loan amount. The product organizers could only get benefit from the lease fees collected. This then constitutes the principles and values contained in the ijarah agreement and the ujrah aspects in the sharia pawnshop review (rahn)

Women Empowerment Inequality at the Ministry of Religion
The purpose of this paper is to describe a gender-based human development profile in the religious field. This study uses Secondary Data Analysis, namely the Ministry of Religion in 2016 Figures. The findings show that the achievement of women's involvement in the Ministry of Religion is still far from balanced, there are still gaps. Only 33.67% of women occupying the positions of secretary general, directorate general of Islamic education and community service, only 34.41 percent of UIN state employees in Indonesia, 35.37% of R&D & religious staff, 40.68 percent of religious educators, and non-civil servants of religious educators. 32.31%, hafidzah 60.95%, board of judges 17.61%, mufassirah 19.75%, writer 20.51%, researcher 24.32%. The strategic position is still dominated by men, the highest number of women is in the hafidzah position (memorizing the Qur'an), while other positions that are far more strategic are still below 50%. This indicates that development in the field of religion even though women are still neglected, is not yet gender responsive
The Combine Synergies Between Islamic Micro Finance Portfolio and Various Structured Finance Solutions
The objective of this study is to combine the both Islamic micro finance portfolio and structured finance within the limits of Shariah. However, sustainability and access to traditional funding sources by micro finance institutions (MFI) have remained a pressing issue for the finance industry. The traditional sources of finance such as commercial banks have been unwilling and reluctant to join hands with micro finance institutions. A unique structured proposal for business model is suggested in this paper. It combines synergies of structured finance solution for Islamic banks to join hands with existing micro finance providers. The proposed business model will enhance the financing capacity of the existing micro finance Industry by a staggering two thirds, simply by bringing in matching funds from traditional sources. These funds are based on the strong business model using synergies and financially innovative structured solution proposed for risk management etc. It is a commercially viable solution which is capable of being replicated for the entire industry with a huge win-win for all. The results reveal that helping hands for relief development (HHRD) would be providing its share of Rs.115 Million (1045454.54 US dollars) to be matched on 60:40 ratios with Meezan Bank Limited (MBL). Furthermore, Rs.76.667 Million (696972.72 US dollars) and the total Rs.191.667 Million (1742427.27 US dollars) have matched on 30:70 bases between both HHRD and MBL regarding challenges of financial innovation. This study highlights the issue, why financial institutions of Pakistan especially government sector banks avoided to joint hands with micro finance providers for various reason. These reasons are discussed in detail with proper solution in the paper
