By laying down the principles of procedures for maintaining the existence of the state, he stressed that the dynamics and ups and downs of the state is a necessity. He then formulated this theory as Cycle Theory; that is a situation where a country experiences rapid progress at one time and will experience a setback and even collapse at another time. Departing from this, Ibn Khaldun often explained the importance of supporting elements of government. One of the most important elements in the state order according to Ibn Khaldun in his Muqaddimah is the figure of a leader. The ruler has an important role in maintaining the stability and sustainability of the country. One of the interesting things from other elements of forming a country is the concept of Asabiya. God and Religion in the perspective of some societies are then different from the views of the community in general. The authority of the life guidance held by humans is that religion is often only understood as a system of belief or belief in the teachings of God, which has implications for the understanding that religion is a theological doctrine. It is due to the cult of "religion" rather than understanding the "core" of the teachings of religion itself. Religion is only seen as "form" and not as "essence" that teaches submission to God, truth, justice, ethics, and morality

Lecturer is one who transfers special knowledge (English teaching materials) to his students in form of academic setting. They are engaged in academic norms, for example lecturer has qualified education (magister or doctorate degree) and the students  have already registered their status as a university student.
