Completion of Legal Conflicts in The Implementation of The Decision of the National Sharia Arbitration Board
The background of the article is the contents of Article 59 paragraph (3) and explanation of paragraph (1) of the Law on Judicial Power. The article authorizes the District Court to implement the decision of the Sharia arbitration body on the resolution of Islamic economic disputes. The article and explanation of the verse contradicts the absolute authority of the Religious Courts regulated in Article 49 letter (i) of the Law on Religious Courts. This shows that, the legislators are not consistent in making laws and regulations, so that it creates legal uncertainty. By applying the normative legal research method to the statute approach and case approach, this article seeks to describe the phenomenon of legal conflicts that occur. From the in-depth analysis it can be concluded that the legal provisions regarding the implementation of the decision of the National Sharia Arbitration Board are regulated in the Arbitration Law, the Judicial Power Act and the Religious Courts Act. Green Banking Concepts in Qur'an Review
This study aims to describe the concept of Green Banking in the review of the Qur'an through the approach of Ijmali and Maudhu's interpretation method as its analysis knife. Content analysis is carried out on the verses that are specifically chosen on the basis of their association with the term fasad in the category of environmental damage namely Surah Al-Baqarah [2]: 205 and Surah Ar-Rum [30]: 41. This is because the beginning of the concept of green banking emerged due to environmental damage ,. The research findings revealed from the two verses that it was found that the meaning of damage meant in essence was natural damage (both physical and non-physical) due to anthropogenic factors. Work Culture of Sundanese Transmigrant Community Sindangkasih Village Ranomeeto Barat District Konawe Selatan Regency
This article provides an overview of the work culture of the Sundanese transmigrant community in Sindangkasih Village. Sindangkasih is a village located in the District of Ranomeeto Barat Barat, Konawe Selatan Regency opened as a residential area in 1968 through a transmigration program. The first generation of Sindangkasih Village community originated from the transmigration group came from several districts in West Java including Ciamis Regency, Tasik Malaya Regency, Garut Regency, Sumedang Regency, Majalengka Regency, Cirebon Regency, Kuningan Regency and Bandung Regency.Using qualitative methods this article finds that (1) the first generation of Sindangkasih Village people came from West Java with Sundanese ethnicity who joined transmigration in 1968 generally working as farmers (2) the next generation besides continuing to work as farmers, the people of Sindangkasih Village have chosen the profession as traders, builders, mechanics, car rental, barbershop and rice mill (3) the work culture formed from the efforts of the Sindangkasih village community is discipline, skillful, creative, openness and cooperation
Value of Tourist Attraction in Villa Kancil Kampoeng Soenda Bandung Regency
Villa Kancil Kampoeng Soenda is a natural and artificial tourist area, which is an attraction for tourists. But in 2019, the level of visits to Villa Kancil has decreased, possibly because of the development of tourist attractions that have not been maximized. This study aims to explain the causal relationship between tourist attraction and revisit intention and the value of Villa Kancil Kampoeng Soenda tourist attractions. The method used is descriptive and verificative to describe the research variables and explain the causal relationship between tourist attraction variables and revisit intention in Villa Kancil Kampoeng Soenda, through simple linear regression analysis. The population was tourists visiting during 2018, with a sample size of 200 people. The results of the study explained that Villa Kancil Kampoeng Soenda is an integrated tourist area that combines two natural and artificial tourist attractions, providing its own value for tourists who visit, namely the growth of satisfaction that leads to the growth of comfort and security during a visit at Villa Kancil Kampoeng Soenda. This tourist attraction was built by the authenticity of the rural environment landscape, a variety of natural and artificial attractions, the uniqueness of the natural environment in the form of rice fields and fish ponds, humidity and warmth typical of the tropics, a healthy and clean environment, and security guarantees during a visit. This tourist attraction provides a very high value for tourists, so it becomes a determining factor for the growth of repeat visits. The maximum supply of tourist attractions has an impact on the high value of tourist attractions, so that the impact on the high level of return visits to Villa Kancil Kampoeng Soenda
The Effect of Investments and Risk Based Capital (RBC) of Tabarru Funds on Company (Case Study of Sharia Insurance in Indonesia for 2014-2019)
This study aims to examine the influence of investment returns and Risk Based Capital (RBC) Tabarru Funds to the profit of sharia life insurance in Indonesia from 2014-2019. This study The type of this research is quantitative research with descriptive verification as a method. This research method uses descriptive verification method with quantitative approach. The data used in this study were sourced from the financial statements of Islamic life insurance companies in Indonesia for the 2014-2019 period. Then the data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing consisting of t test and f test with the help of SPSS 21 software. The sampling technique uses non probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that the development of investment returns on Sharia Life Insurance in Indonesia has fluctuated and even suffered losses. While the development of Risk Based Capital (RBC) has increased and decreased but overall above 120% as determined by the government. Likewise, the profits earned in each year fluctuate. The results of statistical tests show that investment results partially have a positive effect on profit and Risk Based Capital (RBC) of Tabarru funds partially has a negative effect on profit. Simultaneously investment return and Risk Based Capital (RBC) affect on profit. In addition, the results of the coefficient of determination (R2) were obtained which obtained a value of 81%. This shows that the variable investment returns and Risk Based Capital (RBC) can affect earnings by 81% and the remaining 19% is influenced by other variables not used in this study
Management of Character Education of Vocational School Students Through the Science Learning System
There are still many young generations who are trapped in the global flow of immorality resulting in the erosion of character values that the education system has not been able to stop, one of which is the science learning materials. This research aims to examine and analyze character education management, specifically the character of noble morals through planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating management, reviewed from the theory and concepts of learning management. Through the case study method with a qualitative approach, it shows that the management of student character education through the science learning system is still constrained by infrastructure resources and teacher competence. Noble moral character education in SMK by integrating religious programs based on Islamic teachings through religious literacy programs, and some SMKs have collaborated with parents of students in the context of continuous coaching, but are still limited by time in its implementation
Social Security (Al-Takaful Al-Ijtima’i) in Islamic Perspective
Law No.40 of 2004 is a legal umbrella for the implementation of social security in Indonesia. The basis for managing social security including health insurance is social compulsory insurance and equity. The social insurance system, requires social security financing based on contributions where each resident shares the burden of health expenditure that has been delegated responsibility to the Social Security Organizing Agency. This study will examine, how the views of health social security based on Law No.40 of 2004 concerning the National Social Security System and how the views of Islamic law on social security in Law No.40 of 2004. The Relationship Between Aggressiveness of Students and Student's Cognitive Achievement in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in SMA Negeri 1, Cirebon City
Learning achievement which is influenced by the emotional level and learning activities of students makes researchers want to examine whether there is a relationship between aggressiveness and student achievement. There are negative and positive influences that arise at school, not all children who enter school are of good character, on the other hand there are children who attend school who come from families who pay less attention to children's interests in learning which often affect other friends. In education, aggressive behavior not only harms others but also harms oneself. This behavior can lead to bad character of students, especially in the subject of Islamic Religious Education that has been learned about the morals of fellow friends. The results showed a strong suspicion that there was a negative relationship between student aggressiveness and cognitive achievement, so it could be concluded that the higher the student's aggressiveness the lower the student's cognitive achievemen

The curriculum as an educational design has a fairly central position in all educational activities, determining the implementation process and educational outcomes. Given the important role of the curriculum in education and in the development of human life, curriculum preparation cannot be done carelessly. Sukmadinata emphasized that curriculum preparation requires strong foundations, which are based on the results of in-depth thought and research. Planning for curriculum implementation is carried out by compiling a curriculum that is tailored to the needs and level of knowledge of the congregation, then determining the curriculum concept to be applied, the methods to be used and the learning strategies to be implemented. Role of The Halal Industry in Recovering the National Economy in Covid-19 Pandemic
The outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia is attacking not only public health but also the economy. The presence of Covid-19 has many important impacts on developed countries. There are at least four industries most impacted by this pandemic, including households, MSMEs, companies and the financial industry. However, the halal industry is believed to be more resilient to the Covid-19 pandemic. This durability is because of the principles attributed to the halal sector, namely the importance of fairness, balance and openness. The author’s goal is therefore to carry out more in-depth research on the role of the halal industry in supporting the national economy, which is under pressure because of the COVID-19 pandemic. This type of study is a literature review with a material analysis approach that explores the conditions of the halal industry in Indonesia in depth. The material received is as books, published information, and online news. The findings of this study reveal that there are three halal business sectors that are believed to be more vulnerable to the Covid-19 pandemic in order to facilitate national economic recovery. Halal finance, halal food and halal fashion industries are among them. Halal finance from both the banking sector and the Islamic stock market has proved to be more robust than the mainstream financial sector. Besides guaranteed halal food, its wellbeing is also guaranteed, and halal fashion is now on the rise as Muslim fashion is increasingly innovative and global. We believe the three of them to have experienced vigorous growth, and also to continue to draw customers. And also after the Covid-19 pandemic, these three sectors could survive. Thus the halal industry also contributes to Indonesian economy
