The use of waste as raw material for other products is a good thing to do, one of which is the use of fish skin waste which can be used as raw material for making gelatin which is one of the raw materials that is widely used for food products. In the process of making gelatin, it is affected by the concentration of malic acid when soaking the fish skin raw material and it is necessary to know what concentration of malic acid is right to obtain the desired quality. To see the effect of malic acid content on the acidity of the yield, analysis of variance was used and to see the functional relationship between the quality of the acidity of the marinade and the concentration of malic acid given, a polynomial model could be used. From the results of the analysis, it was found that there was an effect of the concentration of malic acid given on marinade, while the functional relationship obtained was a polynomial second-order model

With a poverty rate of 14.2 percent, this research employs problem-solving methods like qualitative and descriptive approaches. The study reveals a collaborative approach to combat extreme poverty in the region, involving various stakeholders and supported by additional contributors. This coalition includes regional authorities, academics, businesses, private individuals, media, communities, and traditional institutions. Further support comes from banks, NGOs, markets, local industries, and small-scale entrepreneurs. Each party has a distinct role: the government oversees, academics provide frameworks, businesses support, communities drive progress, media spreads information, and traditional institutions plan interventions. This multi-stakeholder strategy is crucial in addressing extreme poverty in Southwest Papua Province, harnessing diverse roles for sustainable change
Design of an Optical Rotation Value Measurement Tool Using an Arduino Device
Malus' law asserts that the square of the cosine of the angle formed between two polarizers is directly proportional to the intensity of light after passing through them. In this study, we demonstrate this law using a straightforward configuration. Our method of measuring the polarizer's rotational angle while keeping the other polarizer stationary is innovative. It involves manually attaching a multi-turn potentiometer to one of the polarizers. The Arduino board is connected to the potentiometer and light sensor that is used to detect the intensity of transmitted light, allowing for the measurement of light intensity as a function of rotational angle. Additionally, we think that the configuration as it is now can be helpful in physics laboratory classes. It can also be demonstrated by using it during lecture
Anchor Analysis of the FPSO Spread Mooring System During Offloading
FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading) is a moving floating structure to accommodate petroleum exploration results with a frequently used mooring system, namely spread mooring. To make it easier for the FPSO ship to not be able to rotate or even move when loading and unloading due to environmental influences, a spread mooring mooring system is needed with analysis of the mooring stress and anchor lifting force that occurs on the FPSO ship. To determine the anchor lifting power and tension on the mooring, the RAO formula is needed using the Jonswap method, which will give RAO results in response to environmental influences. In this case, the Jonswap method is used to determine matters related to the RAO response to environmental factors by analyzing the FPSO ship model from Maxsurf software, then continuing the analysis using Ansys software. From the RAO response we get the mooring tension and anchor lifting power to the influence of environmental forces. The results of the mooring spread analysis obtained the highest stress value of 6.141 x 105 N, with an anchor lifting force of 4.717 x 103 N

Exploring the Impact of Trust, Perceived Utility, Ease of Use Perception, and Social Influence on E-Payment Adoption
Consumer behavior shifts from cash to digital transactions due to innovations in payment system digitization, primarily through electronic payments like mobile banking and electronic wallets. In Indonesia, Shopee Pay emerged as a prominent non-bank QRIS provider in 2021, with the Quick Response Code Indonesia Standard (QRIS) mandated for all payment service providers. QRIS usage potential is high in East Java, particularly in Surabaya, where Generation Z constitutes the dominant user group for digital payments. To understand the factors influencing Generation Z's e-payment adoption, a study investigated the impact of payment mediums (Shopee Pay and mobile banking) on key variables: trust, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, social influence, intention to use, and actual usage of e-payment. Using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Multi-Group Analysis (MGA) on 390 data points, the study revealed that trust, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and social influence significantly influence intention to use, subsequently affecting actual e-payment usage. Furthermore, the study found that the effect of payment media on the relationship between trust and intention to use is notable only in mobile banking, whereas social influence's impact on intention to use is significant exclusively for Shopee Pay, as indicated by MGA results
Determining the Deposition Rate of Semiconducting Intrinsic Layer Prepared by Nanospray Method
Amorphous carbon (a-C) film provides potential ability as an i-type layer in semiconductor material for photovoltaic purposes due to its tunable properties. Here, we investigate how to get the deposition rate estimation of the thickness and homogenous surface of a-C film as an i-type in solar cell applications. The a-C was prepared from palmyra liquid sugar using nebulizer as a nanospray method. The thick palmyra liquid sugar was carbonized at 250◦C for 2.5 hours then continued at 300◦C for 2 hours to obtain high-carbon charcoal. The thickness was examined using a SEM cross section, and the amorphous phase was measured using XRD. The amorphous characteristic of a-C is confirmed by broad peaks in XRD patterns. The thickness of a-C films was found to be thinner than in a previous study that used a similar materials and methods but different equipment in the deposition process. The average thickness of a-C films is in the range of 200 to 450 nm, followed by an increase in the deposition time of 5 to 25 s. By these value, the deposition rate estimation was obtained using extrapolation linier method from the SEM result around 11.62 nm/s. This result can be used as a reference to make various thicknesses for the i-layer in order to find the maximum thickness that gives high efficiency to amorphous carbon film
