    Analisa Kinerja Biaya Green Pada Bangunan Utama Flour Mill Plant Berbasis Value Engineering Dan Life Cycle Cost Analysis

    In accordance with the mission of the Suistainebale Development Goals 2030, that by 2030 the new building will have a green concept of 100% and an excising building of 60%. With the Value Engineering and Life Cycle Cost Analysis methods, the application of the green concept to the Main Building of the Flour Mill Plant is used for analysis using Structural Equation Modelling – Part Least Square (SEM-PLS). The result of this study is that there are "10 factors that affect the cost performance of the Green project on the Main Building of the Flour Mill Plant", namely Project Manager Performance, Energy Efficiency, Technical Specifications, Provision of Parking Lots, Management Commitments, Water Sources, Analysis Functions, Waste Handling Systems, Selection of Alternative Materials and Energy Costs. The Value Engineering method resulted in cost savings of 14.21% of Green costs, LCCA showed a payback period with time = 3.11 years ≈ 3 years 11 months for the application of the Green concept to the main flour mill plant building.Sesuai misi dari Suistainebale Development Goals 2030, bahwa pada tahun 2030 banguan baru berkonsep hijau sebesar 100% dan bangunan ekisting sebesar 60%. Dengan metode Value Engineering dan Life Cycle Cost Analysis, penerapan konsep green pada Bangunan Utama Flour Mill Plant digunakan analisis dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling – Part Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat “10 faktor yang berpengaruh kepada kinerja biaya pada proyek Green pada Bangunan Utama Flour Mill Plant” yaitu Project Manager Performance, Efisiensi Energi, Spesifikasi Teknis, Penyediaan Lahan Parkir, Komitmen Manajemen, Sumber Air, Fungsi Analisis, Sistem Penanganan Sampah, Pemilihan Material Alternatif dan Biaya Energi. Metode Value Engineering menghasilkan penghematan biaya sebesar 14,21% dari biaya Green, LCCA menunjukkan pembayaran kembali (Payback Period) dengan waktu = 3,11 Tahun ≈ 3 Tahun 11 Bulan untuk penerapan konsep Green pada bangunan Utama Flour Mill Plant

    Lereng gunung abang adalah salah satu lereng yang berada di kawasan Geopark Kintamani, di bawah lereng gunung abang terdapat beberapa desa antara lain Dusun Songan, Dusun Abang Batu Dinding, dan Dusun Terunyan yang setahun dimusim hujan selalu mengalami longsor. Penelitian dilakukan untuk memodelkan infrastruktur penahan longsor untuk menahan aliran longsor ke arah Dusun Terunyan. Pemodelan aliran longsor bahan rombakan (Debris Flow) dengan menggunakan model Hec-Ras 2D untuk memperoleh sebaran aliran longsor dan model infrastruktur bangunan penahan longsor. Analisis menunjukkan luas penampang longsor yaitu 284,6 m², longsoran pada kala waktu 24 jam dengan curah hujan sebesar 2.206 m³/s diperoleh volume debris selama 1 jam pada jam ke dua sebesar 51711,923 m³. Sebaran aliran longsor seluas 3,1 ha, untuk mengurangi jarak jangkuan dan tekanan longsor dirancang pemodelan infrastruktur penahan longsor yaitu check dam sebagai upaya menahan aliran longsor yang terjadi

    Teknologi manufaktur aditif atau yang banyak dikenal sebagai teknologi printer 3D merupakan bagian dari revolusi industri 4.0 telah memberi dampak di berbagai bidang industri. Teknologi ini juga telah memberikan dampak di bidang konstruksi dengan merevolusi pendekatan merancang dan fabrikasi produk konstruksi termasuk pada desain interior. Kelebihan manufaktur aditif pada proses merancang dan fabrikasi digital desain interior adalah kemampuan menghasilkan bentukan yang unik, dapat dikustomisasi, relatif lebih cepat dan ekonomis dibandingkan dengan metode fabrikasi konvensional. Beberapa kelebihan termasuk membuat proses fabrikasi menjadi lebih efisien bahan dan dana sehingga dinilai sebagai proses yang lebih berkelanjutan. Tulisan ini berisi dokumentasi penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi desain dan teknik fabrikasi elemen interior menggunakan teknologi manufaktur aditif dengan penggunaan  mesin printer 3D berjenis Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM)  tingkat pengguna akhir. Metode penelitian menggunakan teknik eksperimen dengan analisa kualitatif untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian. Eksplorasi desain dan fabrikasi elemen interior menggunakan studi kasus desain  lampu estetika dikarenakan mempertimbangkan jenis peralatan yang digunakan pada penelitian. Serangkaian eksperimen yang mencakup proses merancang hingga fabrikasi purwarupa menghasilkan temuan berupa poin-poin terkait eksplorasi desain dan fabrikasi elemen desain interior meliputi faktor berpengaruh, anjuran dan batasan mengenai desain serta pengaturan teknis pada mesin printer 3D yang optimal pada kasus fabrikasi digital elemen interior berupa lampu estetika

    The micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) is important in building the nation’s economy. Our SMEs partners are owned by Architecture Students of Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya, they are Keranting and Beelovedthings. Keranting runs in Fashion products with the application of Ecoprint. Ecoprint itself is a process of transferring patterns or colors into fabric/leather/paper media using natural materials and dyes. Meanwhile, Beelovedthings is engaged in handicrafts which are used for souvenirs and merchandise. The partners problems are un-consistent stock of products and they have not reached the turnover target because they are still doing conventional marketing. To overcome these problems, we have to obtain consistent supply of raw materials, availability of adequate equipment that can support the production process, the consistent availability of various types of products, content creation and selection of digital marketing platforms, as well as increasing e-commerce and social media traction. The results of this program are not only in the form of stock fulfillment, but also more varied content creation which can attract more customers. The availability of various digital marketing platforms makes it easier for buyers to reach MSME products with paid promotions carried out on digital marketing platforms to increase eCommerce traction

    The Influence of SMAW Welding Current Variation on Tensile Strength, Corrosion Rate, and Microstructure of ST 42 Steel for Inner Bottom Plate Material in Ships

    Steel is currently widely used in the industrial world. Due to its versatile uses, the development of steel science has also broadened, leading to improved steel processing methods. Welding is a process of joining two pieces of metal using heat. Steel, containing carbon, is prone to oxidation and rust. The aim of this study is to determine the influence of welding current variations on tensile strength, corrosion rate, and the micrographic structure of ST 42 steel. The research method employed is experimental. The welding current variations used are 70 A, 85 A, 100 A, 115 A, and 130 A. In this study, the highest average tensile stress was found at 130 A, measuring 519.20 MPa. For tensile strain, the highest values of 7% were observed at 115 A and 130 A. The highest modulus of elasticity was obtained at 115 A, with a value of 102.18 GPa. The highest corrosion rate occurred in specimens with 70 A, with a value of 0.19 mm/year (good), and the lowest corrosion rate was at 130 A, with a value of 0.10 mm/year (excellent). The micrographic structure testing results showed a decrease in the ferrite phase with each increase in current, while the pearlite phase increased. It can be concluded that the best welding current for ST 42 steel is at 130 A, due to its high tensile strength and low corrosion rate

    An analysis on the effects of Pb(IV) towards determining Fe(II) with 1,10-phenantroline complex on pH 4,5 using UV-VIS spectrophotometer have been conducted. Fe(II) phenatroline complex have maximum wavelength of 508 nm. Pb(IV) ion as an ion disturber have a maxium wavelength of 315 nm. The relation coefficient obtained from the calibrated curve is 0,997 with the linear equation y = 0,118x + 0,020. By obtaining Pb(IV) ions, they could increase the iron concentration when it reached 0,2 ppm with recovery percentage of 123,160 and disturbed the iron concentration when it reached a concentration of 6 ppm with recovery percentage of 71,10

    Taman di tepi sungai memiliki peran tambahan selain sebagai ruang terbuka. Salah satunya adalah peran konservasi sungai untuk menjadi ruang edukasi bagi masyarakat. Taman Jelawat yang terletak di atas Sungai Mentaya, Kota Sampit, Kalimantan Tengah, menjadi ikon baru dan pusat aktivitas baru kota tersebut. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mencari persamaan dan atau perbedaan kemampuan pada zona-zona dalam memberikan edukasi terkait fungsi sungai.  Dengan menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif dan teknik analisis MANOVA, menghasilkan analisis peran zona taman yang berbeda terhadap pengaruhnya dalam memberikan pendidikan fungsi sungai kepada pengunjung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di ruang terbuka, aktivitas dapat secara signifikan membagi peran zona tanpa batasan jarak, luas, dan kedekatan fisik sungai

    Design Stealth Fast Attack Vehicle (SFAV) 18 Meters Using Numerical Method as Coastal Patrol Vessels

    The design of the 18 Meter Stealth Fast Attack Vehicle (SFAV) with Maxsurf software and the Savitsky method as a coastal patrol vessel is a fast ship that has stealth capabilities that can be used as a coastal patrol vessel area 12 NM to supervise fishing vessels so that fishing and marine resources do not damage the environment such as the use of tiger trawls and marine bombs. The ship model resistance and stability are analyzed using the numerical software Maxsurf Modeller Advanced V8i. Lines plan and general arrangement using AutoCAD software. Model analysis, the design of the SFAV Interceptor Vehicle uses the spiral design method, while the prediction of the resistance value uses the Savitsky preplanning and planning methods. Ship stability uses standardized values issued by IMO, which can be applied to the Maxsurf Stability Advanced V8i software. The analysis results of resistance prediction software and numerical successively 43.416 kN, 45.526 kN, with a difference of 4.6%. The stability analysis is predicted using heel angle model analysis on Maxsurf stability software in various conditions. The results meet IMO standards and capable of sea stage 4. The existence of SFAV ships will help security patrols to protect the coastal area
