Potensi Pengembangan Fasilitas Parkir dan Menumpang (Park and Ride) untuk Mendukung Pelayanan Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) di Kawasan Perkotaan Purwokerto
Dominasi penggunaan kendaraan pribadi dapat menimbulkan kemacetan dan penurunan kinerja jalan, sehingga diperlukan dorongan dalam penggunaan transportasi publik. Persoalan tersebut terjadi pada kota-kota di Indonesia, termasuk di kawasan perkotaan Purwokerto. Kehadiran BRT sebagai moda transportasi publik modern berpotensi menjadi solusi untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Namun, pengoperasian BRT di Purwokerto masih dihadapkan pada beberapa hambatan, termasuk jangkauan pelayanannya yang rendah. Park and ride yang mengintegrasikan penggunaan transportasi umum dengan kendaraan pribadi dapat menjadi alternatif strategi manajemen transportasi yang dinilai mampu menarik masyarakat untuk beralih menggunakan transportasi publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi pengembangan fasilitas park and ride untuk mendukung pelayanan BRT di kawasan perkotaan Purwokerto. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan analisis skoring terhadap kinerja alternatif lokasi berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan, diperoleh tiga lokasi yang dinilai paling sesuai untuk pengembangan fasilitas park and ride di Purwokerto, yaitu: (1) Terminal Ajibarang; (2) Kedungrandu, Patikraja; dan (3) Terminal Purbalingga. Kemudian, berdasarkan hasil survei kuesioner yang dianalisis menggunakan regresi logistik multinomial, didapatkan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi preferensi responden serta peluang pemilihan beberapa moda transportasi, termasuk park and ride dan BRT. Hasil akhir menunjukkan nilai probabilitas pemilihan moda Park and Ride Terminal Ajibarang dengan BRT adalah 12,4%, moda Park and Ride Kedungrandu, Patikraja dengan BRT 2,9%, moda Park and Ride Terminal Purbalingga dengan BRT 4,8%, moda BRT (tanpa Park and Ride) 33,1%, sepeda motor pribadi 44,6%, dan mobil pribadi atau kendaraan lainnya (angkot, ojek, dll.) sebesar 2,2%
Risk Analysis of Dual Fuel Tug Ship Design in Maritime Technology Development Innovation Program – BRIN
The problem that often occurs in the ship design process is the deviations in time and quality of results. IMO [1] regulations provide a methodology that ship design should be carried out with a risk-based probabilistic approach. This paper aims to become a source of reference information for ship design innovations in supporting efforts to increase performance optimization and efficiency. In the dual fuel tugboat design carried out in the BRIN Maritime Technology Development Innovation Program with funding from the government, the risk analysis begins with identifying and collecting data on control systems and internal controls based on existing risks, data collection on regulations, operational procedures, ship design business processes, and measuring the probability of risk occurrence. Furthermore, the level of risk is ensured by looking at the risk analysis matrix and making a risk map. The results of the analysis show that there are 3 risk events with a high-risk status that can lead to reduced quality and delays in the completion of the tugboat design, which is a skill base, experience, and the ship model test schedule
Identifikasi dan Benchmarking Faktor Penghalang Implementasi Konsep Lean Construction pada Megaproyek di Indonesia dengan Metode MICMAC
Megaprojects have very high complexity because they are interconnected with several functions and organizations currently, many megaprojects have poor performance in terms of quality management which results in productivity and quality of work. Waste in the construction sector in Indonesia is quite large, namely 57% when compared to the manufacturing industry which is only 26%, one of the concepts that can be adapted from the manufacturing industry is the lean concept. This study aims to identify the inhibiting factors in the implementation of the lean construction concept in megaprojects in Indonesia. Factor identification is carried out by collecting factors from previous research and distributing questionnaires to practitioners and respondents who are directly involved in project construction, which is then classified or benchmarked to find the fundamental factors in implementing the concept of lean construction in megaprojects in Indonesia. The method for classifying factors in this study is Matrices Impacts Cruise's Multiplication Appliquee a UN Classement (MICMAC) where benchmarking is carried out based on driving power and dependent power, which in this study obtained 2 clusters namely driving power and linkage for barrier factors

The accuracy of hydrological quality and quantity data is inseparable from the importance of the hydrological postal network. The quality of data has highly effective on planning, developing, and controlling infrastructure, so the placement of rain recording posts is very important to produce the watershed produced can describe a watershed. This research uses standards from the WMO (word Meteorological Organization) and Kagan-Rodda. The results of the WMO standard produced 11 selected rain posts from 18 rain posts, while with the Kagan-Rodda method, 11 rain posts were obtained from 18 rain posts, namely Ngrayun, Pudak, Purwantoro, Bollu, Pulung, Ponorogo, Sumoro, Slahung, sawoo, Ngilo-Ilo, Sumoroto
Design of Motorcycle-Passenger Ship (Klotok) Catamaran Type for Kampung Baru Balikpapan - Penajam Paser Utara
Balikpapan City has an area of 508.9 km2 which has 646,727 people living here. Balikpapan City is also known as a port city because it has two domestic ports namely Kampung Baru Port and Semayang Port. Currently, the port of Kampung Baru is still active in carrying out daily activities, namely the klotok boat crossing and also the dock for motor boats berths. The condition of mobility for crossing vessels in the port of Kampung Baru that uses boat klotok is inadequate due to the lack of supporting components for access to the ship so the safety of this port is questioned. besides that, klotok ships are also only able to carry a maximum of 21 passengers and 5 motorcycles and access to loading and unloading exits is very unsafe. The purpose of this study is to design a crossing ship that can be used safely for transportation for passengers and motorcycles that will pass the sea lane for crossing to the North Penajam Paser area. The ship is designed to have an easy access door or ramp door for passenger and motorcycle mobility to improve the safety of crossings at the port of Kampung Baru. The parent Design Approach method is used in this project, this method is one way of designing a ship using comparison or comparison, namely by taking a ship that is used as a reference for a comparison ship that has the same characteristics as designed ship. The main focus to be achieved in this research obtained a General Arrangement which has more cargo than the klotok ship with a capacity of 25 passengers and 10 motorcycles, and the dimension of the ramp door used in this final project is L 1.50 m and B 1.50 m. The Principal dimension of the ship obtained in this research is Loa = 12.50 m, Lpp = 11.50 m, Lwl = 11.96 m, B = 5.75 m, B1 = 1.64 m, H = 1.8 m, T = 0.85 m, Cb = 0.56, Vs = 15 Knots. The results of this study provide a good idea of the modernization of a comfortable ferry fleet for this area
Optimal Control of an Uncertain Linear Networked Control Systems Under Denial of Service Attacks
Controller design based on networked control system (NCS) framework typically relies on the use of computers and communication network systems to automatically monitor and manage the interactions and data exchanges between plant, sensor, controller and actuator elements of the considered closed loop NCS. Such design and implementation scheme are often challenging, particularly due to the requirement of guaranteed reliability and resiliency to possible failure of or malicious cyber attacks on the communication system part. This paper examines the stability of a class of uncertain linear NCS that is subjected to Denial-of-Service (DoS) attacks. In essence, a DoS is a failure phenomenon on the communication links which in NCS framework can prevents the execution of ideal control inputs to take place. Specifically, this paper examines the design of an event-triggered resilient controller for an uncertain linear NCS in the face of such a DoS phenomenon and characterizes sufficient conditions under which the closed loop NCS is guaranteed to remain globally asymptotically stable
Model Penyebaran Penyakit Filariasis dengan Intervensi Pengobatan Massal
Penyakit filariasis disebabkan oleh infeksi cacing mikrofilaria yang ditularkan oleh nyamuk betina ke manusia. Salah satu cara untuk mengeliminasi penyebaran infeksi tersebut adalah menggunakan pengobatan massal. Pengobatan massal merupakan pemberian obat tahunan ke seluruh populasi berisiko. Pada artikel ini, dikonstruksi model matematika untuk melihat pengaruh intervensi pengobatan massal terhadap penyebaran filariasis dalam populasi. Populasi manusia dipartisi dalam 6 kelas berdasarkan kerentanan, partisipasi dalam pengobatan massal, serta tingkat infeksi. Populasi nyamuk betina dipartisi menjadi dua kelas berdasarkan kerentanan dan keinfeksian. Berdasarkan analisis titik ekuilibrium dan simulasi numerik, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penyakit akan menghilang jika 0 < 1 dan penyakit akan mewabah jika 0 > 1. Pengobatan massal dapat mengurangi laju penyebaran penyakit, tapi tidak menjamin penyakit filariasis akan menghilang dari populasi jika laju infeksi individu rentan dan laju infeksi nyamuk rentan membesar

Acara ini adalah seminar nasional tahunan yang diselenggarakan oleh Departemen Statistika Universitas Padjadjaran, dengan dukungan dari Forstat dan Jurnal Inferensi ITS. Secara khusus, tema dari SNS XI ini adalah "Machine Learning: Statistics and Lifestyle" yang merupakan penelitian mengenai kemajuan statistika di era machine learning dan kecerdasan buatan. Kami berharap acara ini dapat memfasilitasi semua peserta untuk berinteraksi secara intensif guna memperluas jaringan ilmiah di masa depan
Development of an Optronic Aiming System for Target Tracking on the S60 57mm Cannon Weapon Control System Using a Camera
The development of technological science towards the defense of a country is growing rapidly. The country needs increasingly advanced defense technology but is constrained by an increasingly large budget due to dependence on producing countries. The state provides opportunities for technocrats to carry out research that can later create a defense technology that is inexpensive and does not burden the state budget. The artificial S60 57mm cannon is one of the cannons that functions as an air attack deterrent. The operating system of this weapon is still manual. This research will design and prototype an automatic Weapon Control System on the S60 57mm gun. In this development using the Atmega 8 microcontroller is the controller and interface for transferring data from the camera (Optronic) to the servo motor. The result of the camera position (optronics) will be followed in real-time by the gun barrel. In designing a target tracking control system automatically using the proportional control method. The results of testing the ability of the servo motor as a camera driver to follow targets or moving objects with a maximum angular speed of 15.5 degrees/second at a speed of 0.3 seconds, the average frame rate of the camera are 60 fps. c. Based on testing the servo motor using the Atmega8 microcontroller support, the reading of the angle direction of the servo motor is displayed in the Delphi software. Based on the test results, there is a difference between mathematical calculations and measurements using an arc ruler. With mathematical calculations, there is a difference with a value of 1.06 degrees per 1 degree
Characterizations of 2-Primal Ternary Semiring using Special Subsets of Ternary Semiring
This research aims to determine the characterizations of 2-primal ternary semiring using special subsets of ternary semiring. We use literature review method to achieve these aims. We define O^' (P) and O_P^', the special subsets of ternary semiring then we determine some properties of them. We also determine the condition for O(P) and O_P in order to the special subsets are ideals of S. The last, the special subsets of ternary semiring will be used to determine the characterizations of 2-primal ternary semiring. As the results, some the characterizations were S must be a commutative super nilpotent ternary semiring and O(P)=(O(P) ) ̅ for each prime ideal P of S. Besides that, O(P)=O_P=N(P) and O_P^' must has the IFP for each prime ideal P of S. Keywords: prime ideal; ternary semiring; 2-primal ternary semirin
