Prediksi dan Pemetaan Kekeringan Menggunakan Metode Thomas Fiering dan Standartdized Precipitation Indexs (SPI) di Kabupaten Tuban
Pada bulan Oktober 2021 tedapat berita yang menyebutkan bahwa 9 kecamatan di Kabupaten Tuban terdampak kekeringan. Kabupaten Tuban merupakan daerah rawan terjadi kekeringan sehingga perlu dilakukan analisa serta prediksi kekeringan pada daerah tersebut. Standardized Precipitation Index (SPI) adalah metode untuk mengukur indeks kekeringan dengan menggunakan data curah hujan. Analisa kekeringan dilakukan dengan melakukan validasi antara kondisi kekeringan pada bulan Oktober 2021 terhadap hasil analisa SPI yang telah dipetakan menggunakan aplikasi Geographic Information System (GIS). Hasil validasi menunjukan SPI masih dalam kategori normal, yang berarti curah hujan bukan faktor utama terjadinya kekeringan. Untuk prediksi kekeringan dilakukan hingga 2030 sebagai implementasi SDG’s dengan memanfaatkan metode thomas fiering untuk memprediksi curah hujan. Hasil prediksi permodelan thomas fiering tidak dapat digunakan secara mentah karena dari hasil uji eror training dan validasi menggunakan RMSE tergolong tinggi secara timeseries, tetapi bagus secara probabilistik dimana untuk tahun 2022 sampai 2030 memiliki indeks dengan kategori normal

Slaughterhouse Waste Treatment Equipment to Produce Plant Fertilizer and Fish Feed
Chicken slaughter process waste is divided into two types, solid waste and liquid waste. Almost all of the waste generated by the chicken slaughter process can be reused. Lately, Vocational High School in Pasuruan, East Java, has Livestock Agribusiness unit that made a waste treatment program to deal with the problem of waste from the surrounding chicken slaughter process. However, some chicken slaughter process waste cannot be reprocessed and is directly dumped into the sewer due to limited technology. The type of waste that cannot reprocess is blood and chicken feather waste. This research aims to process the waste into high-quality fish food by applying the principle of automation and integrating machines with existing chicken cutting machines. The application of this appropriate technology begins with observing the existing conditions and the process of designing, manufacturing, and testing equipment carried out at Vocational High School in Pasuruan. The research resulted in designing and manufacturing machines that support waste treatment of blood and chicken feathers from Livestock Agribusiness. The machine design consists of three main components: a blood and chicken feather grinder, a vertical mixer, and a fish feed press machine. The expectations of this machine design will support productivity and concern for waste management, which can also build environmentally friendly standards in the Livestock Agribusiness unit of Vocational School in Pasuruan
Simulasi Perhitungan Premi Asuransi Kesehatan dan Jiwa pada Penderita Covid-19 yang Dipengaruhi Model Penyebaran Penyakit Menular SIDRS
Determination of health and death insurance benefits according to the needs of policyholders is very important to determine from the beginning of making an insurance policy, especially for insurance that takes over the risk of being infected with the COVID-19 virus. Several factors that must be taken into account in determining the amount of benefits and premiums due to COVID-19 are the human population factor that is susceptible, infected and death in the SIDRS infectious disease spread model. In this study, the influence of these three factors on actuarial calculations is examined in more depth to produce an appropriate premium determination formula by taking into account two payment schemes in lump sum and annuity. From the simulation results by applying data on COVID-19 cases in Indonesia to determine the parameters of the SIDRS model, it is concluded that the premium with an annuity benefit payment scheme is smaller than the premium with a lump sum benefit scheme. Furthermore, it is also concluded that if the population of policyholders increases, the premium price will also be lower
Analisis Pengaruh Kinerja Mutu Terhadap Pengambilan Keputusan Take Over Pada Proyek Konstruksi Gedung Tinggi
Industri konstruksi adalah salah satu bidang usaha yang paling dinamis dan berisiko tinggi. salah satu risiko tersebut adalah tidak tercapainya kinerja mutu. Pada proyek pembangunan gedung ABC, ditemukan bahwa owner tidak puas dengan kinerja mutu kontraktor X, sehingga diputuskan untuk mengganti kontraktor utama dengan kontraktor lain. Adanya faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja mutu menjadi penting untuk diketahui, agar kinerja mutu dapat tercapai, faktor tersebut adaah sumber daya manusia, material dan manajemen. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh persamaan Y1 = -1.978 + 0,148 X1 + 0.294 X2 + 0.185 X3, dimana faktor paling dominan adalah faktor material dengan nilai konstanta sebesar 0,294. Pertimbangan dalam pengambilan keputusan take over proyek gedung tinggi terkait dengan kinerja mutu adalah adanya dokumen hasil pengetesan, hasil checklist bersama , hasil assessment konsultan independent terkait dengan kualitas pekerjaan eksisting dan adanya risiko kemunduran waktu dan bertambahnya biayayang diakibatkan ketidaksesuaian mutu
Study of Rescheduling of MV Alfa Trans Satu Ship Repair Using Critical Path Method (CPM) and Project Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT)
The ship repair project must work according to the schedule agreed in the work contract. However, in the process there are often delays between the initial plan and work in the field. The scheduling method is one of the influences on the success of repairs in order to produce efficient scheduling and cost planning. Based on these conditions, this study aims to obtain a new duration and the most optimal cost of crashing through an alternative, namely additional working hours (overtime hours) and additional workforce in the MV Alfa Trans Satu Ship repair project by applying the CPM and PERT methods. Based on the crash duration calculation using the CPM, the most effective and efficient alternative that can be used to accelerate the MV Alfa Trans Satu Ship repair project is by adding a workforce of 32 Person (an increase of 30% from the initial workforce). This acceleration alternative produces a duration below the normal duration, 21 days from the initial 25 days. The probability of success for this project using the PERT method can be completed within 21 days of 98.46%. The percentage increase in costs is only 4% of the normal for critical work, IDR 50,800,000
Analisis Kinerja Aset Pasar Ikan Modern Sabilulungan Berdasarkan Key Performance Indicators of Facility
Penelitian dilakukan di Pasar Ikan Modern (PIM) Sabilulungan yang beralamat di Jl. Raya Gading Tutuka No.8, RW.04, Cingcin, Kec. Soreang, Kabupaten Bandung, Jawa Barat, 40921. Pokok permasalahan pada penelitian ini adalah penggunaan aset di Pasar Ikan Modern (PIM) Sabilulungan masih rendah, menyebabkan banyak kerusakan pada fasilitasnya. Tujuan penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui kinerja aset pada Pasar Ikan Modern Sabilulungan yang mencakup aspek fisik, fungsional, kesehatan, keselamatan, dan keamanan, serta kepuasan pengguna. Jenis metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penlitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data dengan studi dokumentasi, observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dimensi fisik dan fungsional memiliki kinerja aset yang cukup memadai, dimensi kesehatan, keselamatan, dan keamanan memiliki kinerja aset tidak memadai, dan dimensi kepuasan pengguna memiliki kinerja yang cukup, serta menunjukkan kinerja aset di Pasar Ikan Modern Sabilulungan untuk dimensi fisik dan fungsional memiliki kinerja aset yang cukup memadai, dimensi kesehatan, keselamatan, dan keamanan memiliki kinerja aset tidak memadai, dan dimensi kepuasan pengguna memiliki kinerja yang cukup

Effect of Mooring System Configuration to Flexible Riser Tension
Floating Storage and Offloading is a floating structure that functions as hydrocarbon temporary storage from wells before being distributed to tankers and carried to production facilities on shore. The important components used to support FSO operations are mooring systems and risers. The mooring system is used to limit FSO movement due to environmental loads. Riser was carried out hydrocarbons from the well to FSO This study aims to analyze the effect of mooring system configurations on flexible riser tension. These variations consist of spread mooring, conventional buoy mooring (4 buoy), and two other variations combine spread mooring and conventional buoy mooring. This analysis shows that the mooring system with 4 buoys has the largest flexible riser tension that is 248 kN, while spread mooring has the smallest flexible riser tension, 55 kN. FSO with conventional buoy mooring configuration has the largest offset and spread mooring configuration has the smallest offset. The lazy wave type has smaller riser tension than the free hanging type, which is 4 – 58%
