Analisis Dampak Risiko Banjir Akibat Keruntuhan Bendungan Menggunakana Software HEC-RAS (Studi Kasus Bendungan Jlantah, Kabupaten Karanganyar dan Bendungan Gajah Mungkur, Kabupaten Wonogiri, Jawa Tengah)
Bendungan Jlantah dan Bendungan Gajah Mungkur terletak di Kabupaten Karanganyar dan Kabupaten Wonogiri. Berdasarkan analisa perhitungan penelusuran banjir di waduk, Bendungan Gajah Mungkur mengalami overtopping dengan debit banjir rencana QPMF sebesar 15551,09 m3/detik. Simulasi menggunakan software HEC-RAS 6.3.1. Skenario keruntuhan disimulasikan ketika waduk dalam kondisi muka air banjir dengan analisa piping elevasi +632 m pada Bendungan Jlantah, pada Bendungan Gajah Mungkur menggunakan skenario overtopping dan piping di elevasi +132 m. Luas genangan banjir akibat keruntuhan bendungan dengan debit QPMF adalah 1070,17 km2. Berdasarkan penentuan kelas bahaya bendungan oleh PUPR, daerah hilir bendungan berada pada kelas 4 dengan tingkat bahaya sangat tinggi. Sedangkan klasifikasi bahaya menurut BNPB, daerah dengan tingkat risiko bahaya tertinggi pada Kabupaten Sukoharjo dan Kota Surakarta. Jumlah penduduk berisiko banjir adalah 391.202 jiwa. Lokasi pengungsian harus memiliki luas minimum 1.173.606 m2.
Analysis of Text Mining Clustering on Suara Surabaya Crime Report with DBSCAN Neural Network Autoencoder Algorithm
Criminality, or crime, is a behavior that violates the law or is contrary to applicable values and norms. A high number of criminal behaviors criminal behaviors in a community significantly impacts its social conditions, leading to a decrease in welfare, unrest, and material losses that pose a threat to an individual's life. This study examines text mining on crime report data from Suara Surabaya using the DBSCAN clustering method and the Neural Network Autoencoder. The neural network autoencoder algorithm effectively reduces the data dimension, with an input dimension of 300 and an encode dimension of 64. Clustering analysis using the DBSCAN method based on the silhouette coefficient value criterion resulted in three clusters, with cluster 1 dominating the report. The clustering results show essential patterns in complaint reports, and LDA analysis reveals critical topics in the report. Cluster 0 shows a diversity of reports focusing on motor loss, interaction with homes or properties, and people's entry into homes. Cluster 1 is more focused on the loss of vehicles, both cars and motorcycles, with specific details such as vehicle color, number, brand, and related transactions or social interactions. Meanwhile, cluster 2 focuses on reports related to interactions with police stations and information on the location of incidents. This text mining approach to community crime report data not only improves analysis accuracy and efficiency, but also provides essential information that can support efforts to handle and prevent crime
Pengaruh Adopsi Financial Technology dan Literasi Keuangan terhadap Keberlanjutan Usaha Mikro di Kabupaten Mojokerto
Seiring dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan kontribusi Usaha Mikro di Kabupaten Mojokerto. Usaha Mikro tidak terlepas dari tantangan terkait rendahnya daya saing usaha. Adopsi financial technology, literasi keuangan, dan inklusi keuangan berperan dalam meningkatkan daya saing serta mendukung keberlanjutan usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh adopsi financial technology, literasi keuangan, dan inklusi keuangan sebagai variabel intervening terhadap keberlanjutan Usaha Mikro di Kabupaten Mojokerto. Responden dalam penelitian ini mencakup 94 pelaku Usaha Mikro yang telah mendapatkan binaan dan dianggap aktif di 18 Kecamatan Kabupaten Mojokerto. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Pendekatan SEM-PLS digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk analisis data statistik deskriptif dan inferensial, sedangkan SmartPLS versi 3.0 digunakan untuk pengolahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel adopsi financial technology tidak berpengaruh terhadap keberlanjutan usaha dan inklusi keuangan. Sebaliknya, variabel literasi keuangan berpengaruh terhadap keberlanjutan usaha dan inklusi keuangan. Variabel inklusi keuangan berpengaruh terhadap keberlanjutan usaha. Kemudian, variabel inklusi keuangan tidak memediasi pengaruh financial technology terhadap keberlanjutan usaha, namun memediasi pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap keberlanjutan usaha. Oleh karena itu, hendaknya masyarakat mengikuti pelatihan terkait adopsi financial technology agar lebih mudah menggunakan dan mempelajari layanan keuangan digital. Selain itu, Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro dapat menyelenggarakan beberapa pelatihan maupun pendampingan tentang adopsi financial technology
Design of an Integrated Temporary Storage for Hazardous and Toxic Material Wastes 4.0 Case Study in The Department of Industrial Chemical Engineering
The Department of Industrial Chemical Engineering is one of the departments within the Faculty of Vocation at Institut Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya (ITS). It has four laboratories. The activities conducted in these laboratories, both in terms of practical work and research, generate hazardous and toxic waste that should be stored in a temporary waste storage facility. Temporary storage is crucial for safely containing hazardous and toxic Hazardous waste until it can be properly processed, disposed of, or transported to a permanent storage location. The primary goals of this facility are containment, separation, safety, and compliance with environmental regulations. The design and features of the facility play a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness of temporary storage. Secondary containment structures, chemical compatibility measures, ventilation systems, safety protocols, and emergency response equipment are the primary components of this facility. These elements work together to prevent leaks, control chemical reactions, disperse hazardous vapours, maintain safety, and enable rapid emergency response. This research provides knowledge on the design of temporary storage facilities for hazardous and toxic materials, with technical specifications following regulations. Effective temporary storage management can protect human health and the environment and promote sustainable waste management practices
Evaluation of Ability to Pay and Willingness to Pay Kualanamu Airport Railink User Service
Kualanamu Airport railway transportation has yet to become the public's leading choice for commuting to Kualanamu Airport because, according to the public, the rates set are still relatively expensive. So, further research is needed on the level of passenger satisfaction, ability to pay (ATP), and willingness to pay (WTP) so that tariffs can be determined according to people's ability and willingness to pay. The method used in this research includes distributing questionnaires and interviews using stated preference techniques. The methods used in this research are the importance-performance analysis (IPA) method and the household budget method. The main priority for the level of satisfaction that needs to be improved is the attribute in quadrant 1 (A), namely the time interval between Kualanamu Airport train, Kualanamu Airport train operational schedules, and Kualanamu Airport train ticket prices. The ability to pay (ATP) for train users at Kualanamu Airport is IDR 79,000. Willingness to pay (WTP) from Kualanamu Airport train users is IDR 49,000
Implementation of Kaplan Type Ducted Propeller on Hydrodynamics of Offshore Supply Vessel (OSV)
When operating at sea, a reliable ship must meet the planned service speed using a propulsion system. One type of propulsion system used is a ducted propeller, which is a type of propeller equipped with a channel in the form of a foil that surrounds the propeller to form a tube (nozzle). This nozzle has the ability to increase the value of thrust and torque, so that its application can increase thrust and torque compared to a propeller without a nozzle. This study aims to determine the application of the kort nozzle with MARIN foil nozzle types 19A, 22, 24 on the Ka-40 propeller on the Offshore Supply Vessel (OSV) ship using the Computational Fluid Dynamic (CFD) method. This study obtained results from all models with the model with the highest thrust force is the 19A nozzle model with a value of 367,413.41 N, while the model with the lowest thrust force is model 24 with a value of 356,314.9 Nm. From these results, it can be concluded that the relationship between the length of the kort nozzle and the thrust force is inversely proportional, that is, the greater the length of the kort nozzle used, the smaller the thrust force value produced. Likewise, the relationship between the length of the kort nozzle with torque is also inversely proportional, that is, the greater the length of the kort nozzle used, the smaller the torque value produced
Multi-Objective Prediction of Drilling EMS-45 with Finite Element, Backpropagation Neural Network, and Metaheuristic Model
Making holes with the minimum thrust force and torque using a drilling machine is challenging for researchers because of the difficulties in setting input parameter such as the type of drill tool, point of angle, and feeding speed. Therefore, the trial-and-error method to predict optimum input parameters through experiment can be replaced with the Back Propagation Neural Network (BPNN) and metaheuristic method (i.e., genetic algorithm (GA) and Simulated Annealing (SA)) method to reduce costs and time. BPNN can be used to represent the input-output correlation precisely. However, obtaining a model with minimum Mean Squared Error (MSE) requires much data for training, testing, and validation. Since the obtained data from experiments requires expensive costs, combining data from experimental and simulation using ANSYS should considered to reduce the experimental costs. This study was then conducted to answer the research problem using an EMS 45 tool steel as the workpiece, with the three input parameters: type of drill tools (HSS M2 and HSS M35), the points of angle (118 and 134 degrees) and feeding speed rates (0.07 and 0.1 mm/s). The 32 data from experimental and modeling were used to model the correlation between the input and output parameters of the drilling process using BPNN. The BPNN’s network-model with minimum MSE is then used as the objective function to determine the input parameters to obtain the smallest value of thrust force and torque using the hybrid method using GA and SA.
Pengaruh Suasana Pada Kenyamanan Ruang Cafe Pet Friendly : Ben and Lou Coffee, Bandung
Saat ini bisnis coffee shop atau kafe merajalela dan banyak di temui di berbagai sudut jalan. Anak-anak muda dengan usia produktif lebih memilih kafe sebagai tempat berkumpul maupun bekerja. Pengunjung saat ini lebih mementingkan pengalaman berkunjung dari pada rasa dari suatu makanan. Bahkan untuk saat ini terdapat kafe pet friendly, salah satunya kafe Ben and Lou Coffee di Bandung, dimana pengunjung dapat bersantai sembari ditemani hewan peliharaan dalam satu ruang. Kondisi ruang bukan hanya bisa dilihat secara visual dan pengalaman, namun dapat dirasakan sehingga dapat merubah mood. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dampak peran suasana pada kafe terhadap pengguna ruang. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data berupa studi literatur dan wawancara dari pengalaman pengunjung, dokumentasi visual dan studi literatur. Hal ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan observasi dari studi lapangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjabarkan kenyamanan yang terbentuk dari warna, cahaya, bentuk, tekstur, aktivitas dan sirkulasi di Ben and Lou Coffee. Dengan adanya penilitian ini pembaca dapat mengetahui pentingnya elemen pembentuk suasana ruang fisik dan non-fisik dengan adanya hewan peliharaan untuk kenyamanan pengguna ruang.
Studi Perbandingan SNI Baja terhadap Metode Perhitungan Kekuatan Aksial Tekan pada Elemen Komposit Tabung Baja Berpengisi Beton
This article provides information regarding the comparison of methods and results for calculating compressive strength in compression member composite elements of concrete filled steel tubes (CFST) based on three standards (SNI) related to the design and specifications of structural steel in buildings. The three standards being compared are SNI 03-1729-2002, SNI 1729-2015 and SNI 1729:2020. Hollow structural sections (HSS) are widely used as structural elements, then increase their strength and reliability, concrete is added as a filler, known as Concrete Filled Steel Tubes (CFST) Sections. In all three standards, there are the same concept and discussion. Meanwhile, different methods, formulas, and coefficients appear in the calculation of compressive axial strength for CFST, so there are different results. The design axial strength values based on SNI 1729-2015 and SNI 1729:2020 are coincide, even though there are different coefficients. Further, the calculation results of the two SNIs are smaller than SNI 03-1729-2002 due to significant change in the suggested reduction factor. Overall, based on this study, the existing CFST member designed using SNI 03-1729-2002 needs to be re-evaluated, especially in their axial force restraining contribution.
Implementation of Spatial Autoregressive with Autoregressive Disturbance (SARAR) using GMM to Identify Factors Caused Poverty in West Java
Poverty is one of the crucial problems that has a negative impact on all sectors. As a developing country, Indonesia has a fairly high poverty rate. The government's efforts to overcome the problem of poverty can be circumvented by detecting the factors that influence it to determine the policies taken by using statistical modeling. There is a spatial effect on poverty in West Java Province. Spatial Data Analysis is the only statistical model that can explain the relationship between an area and the surrounding area. If the response variable contains a lag that correlates with each other, it is called a Spatial Autoregressive with Autoregressive Disturbances (SARAR) model. The Generalized Method of Moment (GMM) approach is used to get an estimator from the model. This method is applied to obtain the factors that influence poverty in West Java Province. The results of this study indicate that the GMM SARAR poverty modeling with customized weights provides relatively better estimation results. In addition, the relationship between locations (spatial lag dependence) is positive and significant. Expected Years of Schooling and Per capita Expenditure have a negative and significant effect on the increase in the percentage of poor people in West Java
