    Get PDF
In sustainable development, Green Tourism integrates environmental preservation, community empowerment, and tourism attractions. This paper aims to develop a strategy for integrating Green Tourism into Tapanuli Tengah Regency's maritime tourism industry. This area continues to deal with a number of classic challenges, such as disorganized tourism administration, poor waste management, and a disregard for accommodations and accessibility. A comprehensive review of the regulations that were implemented in place is backed by a mixed methodology that uses the Soft System Methodology for Visitor Satisfaction Index (VSI) values and responses from different respondents. The research findings, with a satisfaction level of 80.4%, demonstrate that tourists are happy with the tourism activities. There are nonetheless, certain demands made by the guests. Planning for a more methodical and sustainable development necessitates careful consideration of current policies. The research findings outline a number of issues and their resolutions, such as the creation of first-rate amenities, instruction for operators of tourism-related businesses, the application of standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure price parity for goods and services, and a recommendation to launch a flight route from Jakarta to Tapanuli Tengah in order to facilitate outside tourists coming to the region

The concept of an H-Magic decomposition of a graph G is formed based on the concept of decomposition and the concept of labeling a graph. The set A={H_1,H_2,…,H_k } subgraphs of graph G is a decomposition of G if ⋃_(1≤i≤k)▒H_i =G and E(H_i )∩E(H_j )=∅  for i≠j. If every subgraph H_i which is the result of the decomposition of graph G is isomorphic to a subgraph H of G, then ={H_1,H_2,…,H_k } is an H-decomposition of G. Graph G is said to be H-Magic decomposition, if there is a bijective mapping :V(G)∪E(G)→{1,2,…,|V(G)|+|E(G)|} such that the total weight of the vertices and edges for each subgraph H_i is constant. If the total labels of vertices and edges for each subgraph H_i form an arithmetic progression with a difference of each weight of subgraph is one, then graph G is said to be H-Anti Magic decomposition. In this study, the H-Super Anti Magic decomposition of the graph C_n  ⊳_o  S_n is investigated. First, we investigate the characteristics of the graph C_n ⊳_o S_n along with the selected subgraphs. Next, based on the selected subgraph, a labeling pattern is formed on the graph C_n ⊳_o S_n such that the total weight of each subgraph forms an arithmetic sequence with the difference is one. From the labeling pattern, a bijective labeling function is formed using an arithmetic sequence approach. Based on the labeling function, it is shown that the subgraphs of C_n ⊳_o S_n are an H-decomposition of C_n ⊳_o S_n. The final result of this research is the graph C_n  ⊳_o  S_n contains the H-Super Anti Magic decomposition with magic constant 〖w_n (H〗_i)=〖2n〗^3+〖4n〗^2+3n+2+i for 1 ≤i<n, and 〖w_n (H〗_i)=〖2n〗^3+〖4n〗^2+3n+2  for i=n, where n≥3, n∈N

Modeling Stunting Prevalence in Indonesia Mixed Spline Truncated and Fouries Series Nonparametric Regression

    Get PDF
Stunting is a condition of failure to grow in children that occurs due to malnutrition chronic so that the child's height is shorter compared to his age. This research aims to model the factors that influence the prevalence of stunting in Indonesia based on a literature study using mixed spline truncated and fourier series nonparametric regression method. Data used is secondary data regarding the prevalence of stunting and several suspected factors influencing it, namely the percentage of the population with health insurance and the percentage of the population who smoked last month (Age ≥ 15 Years). Data was sourced from publications from the Ministry of Health and Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) in 2022. The results show that the model combines a spline truncated component with one knot and a fourier series component with one oscillation , resulting in  a minimum Generalized Cross Validation (GCV) Value of  34.46 and an Mean Square Error (MSE) of 4.89

    Get PDF
The porang tuber (Ammorphophallus Muelleri Blume) is a bulb plant belonging to the Araceae family, which contains the polysaccharide substance of glucomannan. In this work, the porang flour has been purified from tubers by a centrifugation method. To study the content of compounds and types of molecules that make up glucomannan, characterization was carried out using 1H and 13C nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). The analysis on chemical shift data from both NMR spectra can be concluded that glucomannan in porang is more dominantly constructed by glucose molecules rather than mannose. From these results, it is also known that the toxic compound Ca-oxalate which is part of the porang compound has been reduced during the centrifugation process

    Get PDF
This paper presents the shear behavior of concrete beams incorporating glass fiber-reinforced polymer (GFRP) stirrups using a nonlinear finite element simulation package, 3D-NLFEA. The experimental data was adopted from the test results performed by previous researchers. The constitutive model for the concrete material used in this simulation is based on the plasticity-fracture model and considers the tension-stiffening effect of the concrete. The numerical simulation result was compared with the experimental test, including the ultimate shear force-deflection response and cracking pattern. Based on the analysis result, it was found that the ultimate shear force-deflection response shows almost the same. For the mean ratio of prediction ultimate shear load to actual ultimate shear load from the experimental result and a coefficient of variation of 1.000 and 0.206%, respectively, and deformation results, the mean ratio of prediction deformations for the mid-shear span and mid-span of 0.966 and 0.941, respectively, with the coefficient of variation for the mid shear span and mid-span of 11.849% and 7.627%, respectively. However, the cracking pattern mode of the beam shows good results, which complies with the experimental test

    Get PDF
The mutual interaction between humans and animals in the field of ethnozoology includes uses that can be oriented toward conservation or exploitation efforts. However, excessive abuse of sea turtles (Chelonioidea), especially in the direction of exploitation, has led to population decline and threatened their extinction. Observations in the Derawan Island community, Berau Regency, show a decrease in the number of turtles coming to lay their eggs due to overexploitation. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to carry out research that looks for factors that influence attitudes and behavior in using turtles, including the level of ethnozoological knowledge and family economic status. This research uses a quantitative approach with an analytical correlational design and applies Path Analysis. The results of the analysis show that the level of ethnozoological knowledge has a significant influence on attitudes, with a path coefficient of 0.298 in block-1. In block-2, the results of the analysis show that the level of ethnozoological knowledge directly influences turtle utilization behavior with a path coefficient of 0.313. In conclusion, the level of ethnozoological knowledge has a dominant role in shaping turtle utilization behavior in Derawan Islan

Performance Improvement Incremental Conductance Algorithm using Incremental Fuzzy to Reach GMPP under Partial Shading Conditions

    Get PDF
This paper proposes an improved Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) algorithm for photovoltaic (PV) systems under partial shading conditions. The proposed method enhances the widely used Incremental Conductance (IC) algorithm by incorporating an incremental fuzzy control technique. The conventional IC algorithm suffers from limitations in adapting to rapidly changing irradiation conditions due to its fixed step size. The proposed Inc-Fuzzy algorithm dynamically adjusts the step size based on the change in power and voltage, enabling it to better track the Global Maximum Power Point (GMPP) under partial shading. Simulation results demonstrate that the Inc-Fuzzy algorithm achieves an average accuracy of 98.29% under constant irradiation and outperforms the conventional IC algorithm by 1.69% in terms of captured power during sudden irradiation changes. This improvement highlights the effectiveness of the Inc-Fuzzy approach in enhancing the performance of MPPT for PV systems under challenging operating conditions
