Analysis of Project Performance Criteria for Design and Build Contract
The design and build (DB) project delivery system recently begins to be widely used for road projects in Indonesia. It has some advantages such as shorter completion time, lower cost growth, lower schedule growth, and better performance in terms of quality. The complexity of DB projects and the lack of complete rules and regulations in this field have caused the implementation of DB projects to face various challenges and problems. Thus, DB projects need to be evaluated to improve their performance. The purpose of this study is to provide the concept of DB project performance, performance criteria, and performance indicators that used to carry out a performance assessment. The analysis was done based on a literature review and interviews. There are fifteen indicators generated from this analysis. The indicators divided into three parts: design phase performance, construction phase performance, and overall project performance and three criteria: results quality, resource usage, and objectives achieved
PERANCANGAN SISTEM DATA LOGGING HMI PADA ROBOTIC POUCH CASE PACKER
Abstrak – Dalam Mesin RPCP (Robotic Pouch Case Packer) terdapat beberapa tampilan HMI (Human Machine Interface) dengan fungsi yang berbeda–beda. Tampilan HMI diperlukan agar mempermudah proses monitoring mesin. Salah satu tampilan HMI adalah halaman statistik, pada halaman statistik terdapat hasil output kinerja mesin selama satu shift. Data pada statistik page hanya berlaku untuk satu shift dan data akan hilang ketika shift berikutnya, sehingga diperlukan sistem data logging agar data mesin pada shift yang sudah berlalu dapat tersimpan. Hasil perancangan ini dapat menyimpan data mesin bertahun-tahun. Data yang disimpan melalui sistem data logging berbentuk integer, dan nantinya data yang akan disimpan meliputi Data Running, Stopped, Error, Box Empty, Rejected Pouch, dab Box Counter. Dari list tersebut dapat digunakan sebagai acuan untuk mengembangkan sistem data logging pada RPCP selanjutnya. Kata Kunci: Data Logging, RPCP, HM
IMPLEMENTASI ENSEMBLE KALMAN FILTER PADA ESTIMASI GERAK PROYEKTIL DI BAWAH PENGARUH FAKTOR TEMPERATUR DAN KECEPATAN ANGIN
Abstrak—Proyektil merupakan bagian dari peluru yang meluncur di udara akibat adanya ekspansi termal yang terjadi di dalam selongsong. Salah satu jenis kaliber proyektil yang dikenal mempunyai daya hancur cukup tinggi adalah proyektil kaliber 12,7 × 99 mm. Dalam gerak proyektil yang sangat cepat di bawah pengaruh faktor temperatur dan kecepatan angin, diperlukan suatu estimasi untuk memperkirakan gerak proyektil agar dapat mencapai target dengan tepat. Oleh karena itu, pada tugas akhir ini dilakukan estimasi gerak proyektil di bawah pengaruh faktor temperatur dan kecepatan angin.menggunakan metode Ensemble Kalman Filter. Selanjutnya hasil dari simulasi metode Ensemble Kalman Filter dilakukan perbandingan dengan menggunakan metode Kalman Filter yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui keunggulan dari estimasi EnKF. Hasil akhir menunjukkan bahwa estimasi EnKF lebih baik dalam mengestimasi gerak proyektil dengan ditunjukkan persentase akurasi estimasi EnKF adalah 93.96 % untuk variabel V1, 97.54 % untuk variabel V2, dan 66.10 % untuk variabel V3

Operasi korona sisi (edge corona) dari dua graf G dan H, didefinisikan sebagai graf yang diperoleh dari satu salinan graf G dan m salinan graf H dan menghubungkan dua titik dari sisi ke-i pada graf G ke setiap titik dari salinan ke-i dari graf H. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan bilangan dominasi dari graf hasil operasi korona sisi antara graf-graf tertentu dengan sebarang graf dan menentukan karakter graf yang bilangan dominasi hasil korona sisinya bernilai sama dengan bilangan dominasi graf induknya. THE EFFECT OF FLUORINE DOPING AND CALCINATION TEMPERATURE ON Li4Ti5O12/C MATERIAL USING SOLID STATE METHOD
Abstract - Li4Ti5O12/C anode has advantage of stable operating voltage compared to graphite which cannot be used in high rate power conditions and the dimensions of graphite change when first charging. Addition of F- to Li4Ti5O12 anode can improve electrochemical performance and influence the morphology of the anode Li4Ti5O12. In this study a synthesis process was carried out and the addition of variations of F (0.1; 0.15; 0.2 moles) into Li4Ti5O12 anode using the solid state reaction method. Then the calcination process was carried out with temperature variations of 700, 750 and 800°C. The reaction product is coated with carbon sourced from acetylene and argon gas. The XRD results show the highest peak at 2θ around 17-20°. The addition of F has been successfully carried out on LTO material. Ion F has been incorporated into the LTO crystal structure by substituting O ions without causing changes in the crystal structure characteristics. The presence of element F causes the XRD peak to change in a lower direction so that it becomes more crystalline, with the smaller lattice parameters and unit cells. SEM testing result was carried out to determine the morphology of anode Li4Ti5O12/C material. At calcination temperatures of 700 and 750°C the Li4Ti5O12/C particles had irregular sphere shaped with nanometer size and homogeneous distribution. However, at a calcination temperature of 800°C agglomeration occurred, so that the particles adhere to each other and enlarge. This condition affects the electrochemical performance of the sample
Analysis of the Container Dwell Time at Container Terminal by Using Simulation Modelling
One of the parameters that affecting efficiency of container terminal is dwell time (DT). The more least the DT the more efficient a container terminal would be. As the government regulations of the Ministry of Transportation that stated in Number PM 25 in 2017 in Article 2 Paragraph 1 explains that the maximum dwell time must not exceed than 3 days. The purpose of this study is to identify the major factor of prolonged DT in a container terminal. The authors used discrete event simulation to model the system inside the container terminal operation by using Arena Simulation software. The Root Cause Analysis (RCA) is being used for the data analysis and finding the root cause. The container handling inside the container terminal data is collected, then the effect container of handling the equipment on dwelling time was testified by creating a model then analyzed. The result of the simulation is that there is a small impact from container handling equipment towards DT. From the Problem Tree framework that created based on the operational data and interviews. It shows that the most DT is contributed by the prolonged time of container stay at container yard
Booster Pump Performance Analysis Towards Rotation Of Impeller For CSD Dredger Type
Dredger are a vessel for lift materials from sub surface to another place above the water surface. Dredger divided into some types such Suction Dredger, Bucket Dredger, Backhoe Dredger, and Water Injection Dredger. Cutter Suction Dredger is equipped with a rotating cutter head, for cutting and fragmenting hard soils. The soil is sucked up by means of dredge pumps, and discharged through a floating pipeline and pipes on shore, to a deposit area. In some cases, the material is discharged into split hopper barges that are moored alongside the Cutter Suction Dredger. These split hopper barges unload the soil at the deposit area. The most important part of dredger are the pump unit, NPSH is needed to figure the pump performance ability and how the efficiency number of the pump. Booster pump performance analysist are needed to mantain the pump's performance and efficiency. This thesis are describe about drawing process and computerized simulation at Ansys Software for pump performance with 3 different fluid types and 5 variations of impeller rotation. The number of NPSHa are 6.8 m and 2.8 for the NPSHr. Based on the pure water state, the lowest RPM value of 300 was obtained with V = 1.1366 m / s and Q = 1227.52 m3 / h, the highest RPM value of 600 with the result v = 1.1259 m / s and Q = 1215.97 m3 / h. Then the pumps used in this final project are more efficiently used for fluid types which tend to be condensed from the liquid, and less efficient for use in the state of pure water flui
Analysis of the Effect of Employee Service on Customer Satisfaction and WOM Intention at Casual Dining Restaurants in Jakarta
The increase in restaurant numbers every year has affected the intensity of competition in the restaurant industry. To be stand out among competitors, the right perceived image of the restaurant is needed and could be maintained by positive word-of-mouth spread in the community. The present study examines if employee behavior comprising of personal and functional service aspects in casual dining restaurants has an impact on customer satisfaction and word-of-mouth intention at casual dining restaurants. Using a survey approach, the questionnaire was distributed to 198 respondents age 17 years and above, which have already been to one of the particular casual dining restaurants in Jakarta. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling. Based on the study results, both personal and functional aspects can significantly predict customer satisfaction, although the functional aspects have contributed more considerably than the individual aspects. Besides, the result revealed that customer satisfaction would eventually affect word-of-mouth positively. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed
Potensi dan Kelemahan Kawasan Cagar Budaya sebagai Destinasi Wisata Heritage di Kota Pontianak
Kota Pontianak adalah salah satu kota di Indonesia yang memiliki kawasan cagar budaya yang terdiri dari Istana Kadriah, Masjid Jami, dan Kampung Beting. Sebagai kawasan cagar budaya, upaya konservasi harus dilakukan untuk mencegah kerusakan dan hilangnya nilai sejarahnya. Salah satu upaya yang bisa dilakukan adalah menjadikannya sebagai warisan destinasi wisata. Untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut, perlu ditemukan potensi dan kelemahan yang ada pada kawasan tersebut. Paradigma yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah post-positivis dengan penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Metode penelitian dilakukan dalam dua tahapan. Tahapan pertama dengan menggunakan kuesioner dari teknik pengambilan sampel acak dan tahapan kedua dengan melakukan observasi langsung pada kawasan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar wisatawan datang karena mereka tertarik pada kegiatan pariwisata dan ingin mengetahui sejarah kawasan cagar budaya. Pada observasi lapangan yang dilakukan ditemukan beberapa kondisi eksisting untuk disamakan dengan persepsi wisatawan. Bangunan cagar budaya merupakan potensi yang cukup menonjol tetapi lingkungan sekitarnya masih perlu dilakukan untuk pemeliharaan dan pengembangan lebih lanjut. Masalah dengan area ini adalah fasilitasnya masih belum lengkap dan terawatt sehingga menjadi kelemahan dari kawasan untuk dikembangkan sebagai destinasi wisata heritage
