Analisis Silika (SiO2) Hasil Kopresipitasi Berbasis Bahan Alam menggunakan Uji XRF dan XRD
Synthesis process of silica (SiO2) from Bancar sand has been carried out by coprecipitation method using NaOH. This study tried to obtain high purity silica from the natural resources by analyzing it using the Rietveld method. Experiments are conducted with different training. Study of X-ray Fluorescence (XRF) analysis showed that Bancar sand was used containing a silica composition weight of 81.7%. X-ray Diffraction (XRD) pattern proves that the synthesized SiO2 formed is amorphous silica, but is still a crystal structure, so that amorphous silica has not yet been formed as a whole. SiO2 content obtained showed high purity using the Rietveld method proved by GoF < 4%. By using MAUD software was obtained silica from coprecipitation methods have particle size were 98.4 ยฑ 57.7 nm
OPTIMIZING FRANGIBILITY FACTOR OF CU-SN COMPOSITE MATERIAL BY TAGUCHI AND NEURAL NETWORK METHODS
CuSn composite material is widely applied to fabricate frangible bullets. This work employs secondary data of Frangibility Factor (FF) value. The optimization method for the design is performed with orthogonal array by Taguchi and neural network method. It is obtained that the optimum parameter is combination of 20% wt Sn, compaction pressure of 450 MPa and sintering temperature of 500 oC with the prediction value of Frangibility Factor (FF) 19.70. The ANOVA analysis for Taguchi shows that the compaction pressure factor is 45.49%, Sn 27.65% composition and sintering temperature of 21.65%. The result of the optimization design is further confirmed by experiment and yielded an average Frangibility Factor (FF) value of 19.29. From the experimental data, confidence interval test results are accepted because of the interlock interval. It means that the optimization design agrees with the experimental results.
Analisis Perbandingan Bilangan Reproduksi Dasar pada Model Penyebaran Penyakit Dengue dengan Pengaruh Faktor Usia di Kota Bandung
Penyakit Dengue merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan yang utama di masyarakat Indonesia pada umumnya dan di kota Bandung pada khususnya. Pada penyebarannya, ternyata terdapat perbedaan tingkat risiko transmisi antara kelompok usia anak dan orang dewasa pada penyakit Dengue. Sebagai salah satu strategi pencegahan penyebaran penyakit ini, dapat dengan melalui pemodelan dari sistem dinamika penyebarannya. Penelitian ini akan menganalisa model penyebaran penyakit Dengue di kota Bandung dengan memperhitungkan faktor individu anak dengan kasus simtomatik dan asimtomatik. Bilangan Reproduksi Dasar (BRD) sebagai nilai ambang batas penyebaran penyakit ini akan dicari dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode Matriks Generasi dan Laju Pertumbuhan Intrinsik dan dengan menerapkan nilai parameter-parameter dan data banyaknya kasus dengue di kota Bandung pada tahun 2016-2018. Titik kesetimbangan dari kondisi bebas penyakit dan endemik jugaย akan ditentukan untuk memverifikasi keakuratan model yang dibuat. Dari hasil analisisnya, disimpulkan bahwa kedua metode menghasilkan bentuk BRD yang memiliki karakter yang berbeda dan diterapkan pada kondisi yang berbeda pula. Jika data real tersedia, maka lebih baik menerapkan metode Laju Pertumbuhan Intrinsik. Sebaliknya, jika data real tidak lengkap tersedia, maka disarankan menggunakan metode Matriks Generas
ESTIMASI GERAK PROYEKTIL DENGAN METODE EXTENDED KALMAN FILTER (EKF) PADA INISIAL KONDISI PESAWAT UDARA BERGERAK
Abstrak โ Salah satu usaha untuk mempertahankan negara adalah pengembangan dalam bidang kedirgantaraan. Contohnya pada jalur udara dengan pesawat yang dilengkapi dengan teknologi senjata api. Pada bidang kemiliteran, proyektil senjata api yang digunakan adalah proyektil kaliber 12.7 ร 99 mm karena memiliki kecepatan yang sangat tinggi. Oleh karena itu diperlukan sebuah estimator untuk memprediksi lintasan proyektil yang ditembak dari pesawat udara. Salah satu estimator yang dapat digunakan adalah Extended Kalman Filter. Metode ini merupakan pengembangan dari metode Kalman Filter. Pada penelitian ini Extended Kalman Filter dibandingkan dengan Kalman Filter untuk mengetahui hasil estimasi yang optimal dengan data pengukuran diasumsikan linier. Hasil estimasi menunjukkan bahwa Extended Kalman Filter memiliki hasil yang optimal untuk memprediksi lintasan proyektil yang ditembak dari pesawat udara bergerak. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan tingkat keakurasian sebesar 97.81% pada posisiย x, 64.34% pada posisi y, dan 98.13% pada posisi z
Procurement Process Analysis Using Process Mining in Cement Manufacturing Company (Case Study PT. Semen Indonesia Persero, Tbk)
Procurement process holds crucial role in companiesโ business process, particularly manufacturing company. PT Semen Indonesia as one of manufacturing Companies in Indonesia relies on procurement process in order to fulfill their business. However, existing e-procurement does not cover all the procurement process which creates process variants have made whole procurement process run into bottleneck. Deeper analysis required to dig insights on the process variants to derive the cause of problem. Hence, this research aims to explore Process Mining to gain more insights from the process using data log derived from the system. BPM lifecycle used as an approach to reach the objective of the research. However, not all phases in BPM lifecycle are imposed, yet Process Identification, Process Discovery and Process Analysis. The result showed that top three activities that take time most are Upload to E Procurement, Purchasing Configuration, and Technical Evaluation which require improvements.
The Rate of Seller Correctness in Naming Batik Solo Pattern: Studied in Indonesia Online Marketplace
Every pattern in batik Solo has different meaning that affects its use. There are patterns for cultural ceremony, including funerals. Therefore, the seller of batik Soloโs product have to be able to give the right title as the name of its product in online marketplace, so the customer will not missw ear the batik in the wrong ceremony. According to the importance of naming batik Soloโs product, this study aims to assess the accuracy of batik Solo pattern naming by sellers in Indonesian online marketplace. Thus the result of it can be used by the buyer as a recommendation where is the best marketplace to purchase the batik Solo product. First, the study collect the images sample from four biggest marketplace in Indonesia; Tokopedia, Bukalapak, Shopee and Lazada. The sample was collected by inputing the name of batik Solo pattern in the marketplaceโs search bar. The keywords that have been used to collect the sample are batik parang, batik truntum, batik sawat, batik kawung and batik slobog. Those are the kinds of batik Solo pattern that has different expedience from each other. After 834 samples have been collected, the study assigns whether the seller give the correct name to the batik Solo product or not. The result of this study are the correctness percentage (CP) of the seller in naming their batik Solo product. In general the CP is 82,13%, Marketplace with the highest CP is Lazada (95,42%) and the highest CP of pattern is parang (91%). Beside that, the study also rates marketplace with the parameter of Best Marketplace by Pattern (BMP) and Best Marketplace of Category (BMC). The study divided the parameters to rate marketplace, because the best marketplace that has the highest correctness percentage in one category of a pattern is not always be a marketplace that has the highest correctness percentage in that pattern
