    Produksi Kappa Karaginan dari Rumput Laut (Eucheuma Cottonii) dengan Metode Semi-Refined Carrageenan

    Indonesia merupakan negara maritime yaitu negara dengan luas perairan yang lebih luas dari pada luas daratan. Potensi perairan yang besar ini telah dimanfaatkan untuk budidaya rumput laut. Jenis Eucheuma Cottonii merupakan penghasil karaginan karena memiliki kadar karaginan yang demikian tinggi, sekitar 62-68% berat keringnya. Karaginan memiliki kegunaan yang sangat banyak baik dalam industri pangan maupun non pangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pabrik ini adalah Semi-Refined Carrageenan karena proses pembuatannya cepat dan tidak membutuhkan biaya yang banyak. Dilakukan proses yang berurutan yang terbagi menjadi tiga unit proses, yaitu Unit Pre-treatment, Unit Perebusan dalam Alkali, dan Unit Pengolahan Lanjut. Proses pre-treatment adalah pencucian untuk menghilangkan kotoran pada rumput laut dan pemotong untuk memperkecil ukuran rumput laut. Unit Perebusan dalam Alkali bertujuan untuk mendapatkan karaginan yang terkandung pada rumput laut. Selanjutnya adalah proses pencucian dan memisahkan antara fitrat dan cake. Filtrat ditekan menggunakan Hidrolik Press, kemudiandikeringkandengan Tray Dryer. Hasil menuju Ball Mill untuk menjadikannya tepung dengan ukuran 80 mesh. Pabrik direncanakan beroperasi pada tahun 2022. Berdasarkan data impor, konsumsi, produksi yang terus meningkat didapat estimasi kapasitas pabrik sebesar 1.000.000 ton/tahun. Lokasi pendirian pabrik direncanakan di direncanakan didirikan pada Desa Wongsorejo Kec. Wongsorejo Kab. Banyuwangi, Jawa Timur. Untuk dapat mendirikan pabrik diperlukan modal total sebesar Rp92.507.339.845 . Hasil penjualan per tahun Rp 139.997.088.000. Estimasi umur pabrik 10 tahun, sehingga dapat diketahui internal rate of return (IRR) sebesar 23,54%, pay out time (POT) 3,6 tahun dan break even point (BEP) sebesar 39,5%

    Online transportation responds to people's needs in relation to public transport. Online transportation, which in this context is Grab and Go-Jek, is an alternative that is favored by many people, especially in the Cirebon area. This study aims to measure the level of service satisfaction received and future customer expectations of online transportation services. For our purpose, we use Fuzzy Service Quality method which is used to determine the variable customer needs that are not met by calculating the GAP between the services provided and the expectations of the customer as the Voice of Customer, where the data collection technique is carried out by distributing questionnaires. The results are Reliability rank 2 with a value of 0.100, Responsiveness rank 4 with a value of 0.86, Assurance rank 3 with a value of 0.090, Empathy rank 5 with a value of 0.040, Tangibles rank 1 with a value of 0.139. Based on these results, we suggest that an empathy-related policy-making concerning professionalism should not become an obstacle

Of various categories, religious misinformation seems harmful for both Indian society and public health. In this paper, therefore, I tried to sketch a few necessary aspects of religious misinformation in India during the COVID-19. From the previous literature and ongoing trend of Indian misinformation, I identified two important phenomena: (a) Though Muslims produce more spiritual misinformation, most of the religious misinformation targeting Muslims is inspired by Islamophobia; (b) misinformation that tries to champion Hinduism is more related to the contemporary political ideologies of India.     Electrocardiography is a process or method to observe and record the activity of the heart by using a graph of electrical voltage versus time. A standard plan to achieve this is by measuring the bioelectric potential or bioimpedance of the heart organ. In this research, an electrical impedance cardiography device will be designed and tested. The process is carried out by using four electrodes that are attached at the neck and the diaphragm level of the body, an electric current with a specific value and frequency, then injected on a pair of electrodes, and the voltage will be measured on other pair of electrodes. The device testing process is carried out on subjects in good health and having no medical abnormality in a sitting and upright position. Impedance data will be measured and recorded at each time; the data that has been obtained will then be processed to determine the impedance graph Z and the first derivative of Z (dZ/dt). The number of heartbeats will also be calculated each time with another method, which is by using a stopwatch to compare the validity of the heart rate readings from the impedance cardiography device.     Diesel engines are categorized into internal combustion engines. On the internal combustion engine, combustion occurs in the combustion chamber. The combustion process requires three main elements: fuel, air, and heat from compression. The combustion process on the internal combustion engine will affect engine performance or emissions. The engine used is Yanmar TF85MH, one cylinder, four-stroke, direct-injection with B30 fuel palm oil. This study analyzes the effect of the piston bowl depth on the resulting fluid flow. To get the data, the author using the ANSYS software. The current piston bowl depth is 15,5 mm. In this study, model variation with addition and reduction of +2, +1, 0, -1, and -2 (in mm). The results of the simulation show that the highest swirl ratio occurs in case 5 with a value of -1,15, the highest temperature occurs in case 4 with a value of 2373หšK, and the highest heat release rate occurs in case 4 with a value of 3,25x108 erg/degree

    There was an outbreak with symptoms similar to SARS caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus in the People's Republic of China at the end of 2019. The rapid spread of the virus, even in Indonesia, led to a pandemic status being given by the WHO. The use of current medications before a vaccine is identified and ready for help is one alternative to reducing COVID-19 patients. As a candidate for anti-COVID-19 drugs, Hydroxychloroquine has been extensively studied and has now reached the clinical trial stage. Hydroxychloroquine's solubility in water, however, is so limited that it affects its low human body bioavailability. The development of a stable inclusion complex with ฮฒ-cyclodextrin is one way to increase Hydroxychloroquine's solubility in water. This research investigated the interaction between ฮฒ-cyclodextrin and Hydroxychloroquine through molecular docking analysis and a semiempirical quantum process. The results of the semiempirical quantum method and the study of molecular docking suggest that ฮฒ-cyclodextrin and Hydroxychloroquine are a stable inclusion complex. Hydroxychloroquine's solubility in aqueous solution can also be increased by forming an inclusion complex with ฮฒ-cyclodextrin

In this study, risk analysis arel conducted by determining the activity that has a significant degree of hazard where it is concluded that activities that have a significant risk level are activities related to construction, lifting, maintenance, well service, and maintenance. From each activity that has a significant hazard level, there was a process of determining the cause of risk using the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) method while determining the barrier that serves to prevent a risk occurring. The next is to determine the impact that can be inflicted from risk by using the Event Tree Analyis (ETA) method while determining the barrier that serves to prevent and reduce the impact that occurs when there is a peril. These two FTA and ETA diagrams are combined to create a Bowtie diagram to explain in detail the risk management performed at each stage of the decommisiioning process

From these influences later we can know how the optimal dimple design on the hull of the ship. The simulation method will be done with Numeca Fine Open. This software can simulate the complicated shape dimple well than any other software. The result of the analysis will be known to decrease the coefficient of friction (Cf) during laminar flow, transition, and turbulent. With a growing influence when turbulent flow. In addition, the greater the ratio of the concentration will decrease the coefficient of friction greater than the small-scale ratio
