    Multi Criteria Decision Making menggunakan Operator Group Generalized Interval Value Pythagorean Fuzzy

    Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) adalah proses penentuan solusi terbaik dalam suatu masalah berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Dalam berbagai kasus, pengambil keputusan sulit untuk menyatakan pendapatnya dalam angka yang tegas. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan bilangan fuzzy dianggap lebih efisien. Salah satu bilangan fuzzy yang digunakan dalam kasus MCDM adalah Interval Value Pythagorean Fuzzy Number (IVPFN). Informasi fuzzy pada kasus MCDM dinyatakan dalam IVPFN. Akurasi informasi fuzzy dinilai oleh Group Generalized Parameter (GGP) yang dinyatakan dengan cara yang sama seperti informasi fuzzy, yaitu dengan IVPFN. Informasi fuzzy dan GGP selanjutnya diagregasi menggunakan operator Group Generalized Interval Value Pythagorean Fuzzy Weighted Average (GGIVPFWA) dan Group Generalized Interval Value Pythagorean Fuzzy Weighted Geometric (GGIVPFWG). Kedua operator tersebut bertujuan untuk menemukan alternatif terbaik yang dapat dipilih. Hasil keputusan dari operator GGIVPFWA dan GGIVPFWG selanjutnya diverifikasi menggunakan weighted similarity measure dan menunjukkan bahwa kedua operator tersebut dapat menyelesaikan masalah MCDM secara efektif dan akura

    Banjir dan kekeringan yang sering terjadi di hilir DAS Bengawan Solo merupakan permasalahan yang sudah ada sejak dahulu. Hal ini memicu pemerintah membuat pengembangan sumber daya air dengan sebuah Master Plan dimana sedang dalam pembangunan bendung gerak keempat di sungai Bengawan Solo Hilir, yaitu Bendung Gerak Karangnongko. Salah satu upaya mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dengan membuat Pemodelan Numerik Sungai Bengawan Solo untuk pembangunan Bendung Gerak Karangnongko dengan bantuan program HEC-RAS. Salah satu langkah pembuatan model numerik akan memasukkan nilai parameter pada setting model, yang kemudian akan dijalankan dan dianalisis hasilnya. Hasil analisis yang dilakukan menyimpulkan bahwa hasil simulasi tinggi muka air menggunakan unsteady-flow berpengaruh terhadap nilai manning yang digunakan. Hasil dari kalibrasi yang dilakukan didapatkan nilai RMSE antara 0,105 – 0,66

    Analysis on Quality of Service at Design and Engineering Department by Using Servqual, IPA, and QFD Methods

    PT. Semen Indonesia develops the cement business in Indonesia by striving to be at the forefront in the world of the cement manufacturing business, as well as trying to be a calculated player in the cement derivative business. To achieve this goal, the Department of Design & Engineering, as a supporting function, always strives to provide the best service for customers, namely other work units within PT. Semen Indonesia group. There are 20 service attributes used as indicators in the questionnaire, covering five dimensions of service quality, namely tangible, empathy, responsiveness, reliability, and assurance. The measurement of the level of customer satisfaction of the Design & Engineering Department is carried out by Service Quality (Servqual), Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), Quality Function Deployment (QFD) methods. The results show that based on Servqual analysis, in general, customers are still not satisfied with the resulting performance. Based on the results of the IPA analysis, five service attributes are the top priority for improvement, namely: coordination with customers, completion of Engineering work according to the agreed time, solutions to customer problems, able to meet customer needs, and product engineering by customer desires. Based on the results of the QFD analysis, there are six strategic steps in the work program carried out to improve service quality in the Design & Engineering Department

    THE EFFECTIVENESS OF JAKARTA SMART CITY APPLICATION IN ENHANCING COMMUNITY RESILIENCE IN FACING FLOOD RISK

    Jakarta is the most populated city in Indonesia with a long history of natural disasters, particularly floods. The city's geographical condition has been said as the leading cause of the recurrent floods that happen over the years. This situation has predominantly affected the people living in the flood-prone locations in several settlements along the Ciliwung riverbanks. The government has conducted various efforts to enhance the city resilience towards flood incidence, including utilizing smart city approach, such as flood monitoring applications to give a real-time information related to certain circumstances that possibly caused flooding. This effort aims to increase the community awareness toward disaster events.The aim of this paper is to analyse the effectiveness of people using the flood mitigation application as an early warning system in Jakarta. To construct this objective, questions for instance as to what extent people are familiar with the application, how much they understand its function, and whether they face any difficulties in using the application during the flood events are proposed. The quantitative approach is being used in this research to gather people's opinions towards the application, specifically JAKI. Preliminary results suggest that there are still some gaps in the implementation of technology applied with how society comprehends it, resulting in the interference with the application’s intention as an early warning system. Some important features that need to be reformed in favor of public use are the application basis, target group, data selection, and application in disaster management schemes. While the research is still on-going, an understanding that technology should be aligned with the community's ability to use it should be redefined in the implementation of smart city principles in Jakarta.

    SMART CITY IMPLEMENTATION IN BEKASI CITY

    The advancement of information and communication technology has had a major impact on the world as it increases the fulfillment of people's needs and comfort. This can be seen in urban development with the formation of the concept of a smart city, a city that integrates technological advances with people's lives to make effective decisions so as to improve the welfare of its people. This paper discussed the implementation of the smart city concept in Bekasi City, Indonesia. Along with its development, there are several applications of smart city elements in Bekasi City that are still far from expectations regarding the service quality and coverage. This study aims to see how smart city pillars are implemented in Bekasi City. Nonparticipant observation is used to conduct the study. The result shows that the range of smart city applications in Bekasi City is quite narrow and some service quality is still poor. Only 10 out of 21 criteria have been fulfilled in the city. This research needs further study on the implementation of smart cities in other Indonesian cities to see the effectiveness of its application and other solutions that can be offered

    Studi Interaksi Materi Elektron Al2O3 dengan Simulasi Monte Carlo dan wet-STEM Electron Tomography

    Materials science and biology are both fields that require a three-dimensional (3D) structure characterization method. Tomography is an efficient tool for analyzing the three-dimensional structure of a material. The principle is based on the acquisition of a series of projected images at different tilt angles, and on the calculation of the three-dimensional (3D) volume reconstruction (tomogram) using a special algorithm. Various studies have been developed to perform electron tomography in Environmental Scanning Electron Microscopy (ESEM), which provides access to the observation of hydrated samples in an aquatic environment. In this study we present the feasibility of tomography on wet materials, namely Al2O3 compounds by simulating electron material interactions. From these simulations, we determine the optimum detectable thickness of water in the wet material which is calculated by Monte Carlo simulation.Keyword : Al2O3, Tomography, Monte Carlo Simulation, wet-STE

    PLTGU merupakan salah satu pembangkit listrik yang berbasis Uap dan Gas. PLTGU akan melakukan perubahan beban seiring dengan perubahan kebutuhan listrik konsumen. Perubahan beban dan Penggunaan komponen turbin gas secara terus menerus akan mempengaruhi kinerja dan umur pemakaian dari komponen turbin gas. Penurunan kinerja dari komponen tersebut akan berdampak terhadap efisiensi pembangkit. Untuk menjaga kinerja turbin gas pada kondisi optimal PT PJB UP melakukan inspeksi pada komponen-komponen turbin gas tersebut. Dari hasil pengamatan kami berdasarkan parameter kinerja turbin gas pada variasi beban baik itu setelah maupun sebelum overhaul turbine inspection kinerja turbin gas selalu mengalami kenaikan. Kenaikan kinerja paling baik akibat adanya turbin inspection berada pada operasi beban maksimum dengan besarnya efisiensi siklus 3,289 %, konsumsi bahan bakar spesifik 1,24 %, rasio kerja sebesar 0,63 %, dan daya netto sebesar 4,14

Jika penggunaan mesin gerinda konvensional saat pengerjaannya bisa memakan waktu yang relatif lama,bisa terjadi distorsi pada permukaannya, dll.Proses ECG memiliki kelebihan dari gerinda konvensional seperti teganganinduksi rendah, kedalaman potongan, proses pengerjaannya lebih cepat dibandingkan dengan proses pengerjaanlainnya, bisa digunakan untuk segala jenis benda kerja yang bersifat konduktif, dll.ECG menggabungkan prosespenggerindaan konvensional dan proses ECM secara bersamaan antara proses pemesinan dengan gerak mekanispartikel abrasif dan reaksi elektrokimia. Dipasaran mesin ECG memiliki harga yang tinggi maka disini penulis mencobamerancang bangun alat Electrochemical Grinding sederhana agar dapat digunakan oleh mahasiswa Teknik MesinIndustri. Untuk perancangan mesin ECG memerlukan perancangan (struktur, penggerindaankonvensional,ECM),pembuatan mesin ECG dan pengujian.     Automated Pet Feeder Called Smart Pakan using 3D Printer with Open Source Control System

    In this paper, an automatic pet feeding machine is built using the 3D Printer machine and an opened source control system to help people with busy activities to be able to feed their pets on time. The machine is built using 3D Printer machine. The control system is built using the NodeMCU ESP8266 platform module and ultrasonic sensors. The controlling device uses a smartphone that is installed blynk application software that has the principle of the Internet of Things. The machine works by opening it’s valve to control the water’s discharge, a servo motor to open the feed container, as well as a timer to regulate the time of feeding. The valve can be set in 4 conditions. There are 10 degrees, 20 degrees, 30 degrees and up to 40 degrees. Then for the feed distance’s display it will provide information about the distance of the feed to the sensor, for a maximum distance of 9 cm in accordance with the distance sensor attached to the roof of the feed container with the sensor attached to the bottom of it. This machine can work continuously and automatically as long as there is an electricity source in the house and the owner holds the control of the blynk application software on their phone.
