Micro Wave Energy Farming on Slender Pile Structure
The development of renewable energy technology has mostly beenfocused on macro-sized farming models. Recent studies have explored the benefits of micro wave energy to support offshore sensor networks. This paper discusses the viability of micro ocean energy farming of wave energy on slender pile structure through piezoelectric converters. Case study was obtained using Tuban environmental data from the year 2004-2009. Significant wave height and period were used to generate wave forces on slender pile and converted to electrical energy using simple piezoelectric converter equations. The resulting wave force on a 0.03m thick piezoelectric plate generates voltage of 0.6 Volt
Prototype of Bridge Navigational Watch Alarm System Equipped Obstacle Warning System Based on Image Processing and Real-Time Tracking
Ships are sea transportation that is often used in Indonesia. However, who would have thought that the transportation would become a case because of the frequent occurrence of accidents. This has been proven from data from the KNKT (National Transportation Safety Committee) which noted that from 2012 to 2017 there had been an increase in accidents in the waters. In fact, according to the National Search and Rescue Agency (Basarnas) in 2020 there have been 878 incidents with victims reaching 4658 people. In this final project, the author makes a prototype of BNWAS (Bridge Navigational Watch Alarm System) equipped with obstacle warning using image processing with the otsu method strengthened by thresholding-based segmentation with inverse technique (TsTN), distance detection using the triangle similarity method, real-time tracking with GPS (Global Positioning System) and the entire system can be observed on the Android application. The Final Project performs several analyzes including performance analysis by calculating the accuracy of the BNWAS alarm system, image detection accuracy, distance detection accuracy, GPS accuracy, overall system testing accuracy and packet loss. The accuracy of each system is very good because the error is below 2%, while for overall system testing has a very good performance with a delay of 179.8 ms and 0% packet loss
Seakeeping and Safety Assessment of Fishing Vessel 30 GT
In Indonesia, many fishing vessels are made from generation to generation in a traditional way. As a result, the ships built did not comply with the regulations and permits of the naval architects. The fishing industry is one of the most dangerous because it works on the high seas. Therefore the performance in hydrodynamics and safety should be evaluated on these traditional vessels. The main objective of this research is to evaluate the hydrodynamic performance and safety of fishing vessels. Following standard specifications or criteria, seakeeping performance is evaluated using Maxsurf Ship Design software. Assessment of existing safety equipment uses IMO (International Maritime Organization) regulations and the Torremolinos protocol. As a result, the ship can only operate at a wave height of 0,1-0,5 meters or undersea state 3. Ship safety inspections reveal that they still do not meet the required requirements and do not have the necessary equipment specified by the World Maritime Organization (IMO)
Occupational Health and Safety Analysis Using HIRA and AS/NZS 4360:2004 Standard at XYZ Shipyard
A shipyard is defined as a place where ships are repaired and built. Where, various risks from the work process i.e., ship repair, hull cleaning, hull coating, etc., exist. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out risk analysis in the work process at XYZ Shipyard. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach through interviews and based on hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRA) using the AS/NZS 4360:2004 standard to calculate the risk value. Occupational health and safety assessments are carried out to evaluate risks that exist in the workplace intending to eliminate, reduce, and replace sources of risk with safer equipment or processes, or to reduce risks to the health and safety of workers. In this study, we are focused on the three working processes i.e., ship repairment process, hull cleaning, and coating. As a result, it can be concluded that all the risks which occurred in the work process at XYZ Shipyard i.e., ship repair, hull cleaning, and coating process were controlled
Pengembangan Pusat-Pusat Pertumbuhan Di Wilayah Madiun Raya Untuk Mengurangi Tingkat Ketimpangan Pendapatan Wilayah
The adequacy of Public Bus Fleet during the Covid-19 Pandemic (Case of The Transjakarta Corridor 1 DKI Jakarta, Indonesia)
Indonesia entered the “New Normal” era from the Covid-19 pandemic conditions in June 2020. Transjakarta is one of the public transportation used by the people of DKI Jakarta. With the beginning of the “New Normal” condition, people will start using public transportation such as Transjakarta. The quality of service that is reflected in the adequacy level of Transjakarta modes can endanger the health of the users of the modes. This study emphasized to identify the adequacy of the public bus fleet during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The location chosen in this study is the Transjakarta Corridor 1 (Blok M - Kota) bus, DKI Jakarta Province, Indonesia. This supply-demand analysis was conducted to determine the needs of Transjakarta Corridor 1 (Blok M - Kota) buses based on several calculation scenarios. Based on the results of the analysis, when the scenario has a maximum transport capacity of 75%, the articulated bus fleet has been able to meet its needs, while the single / maxi bus has not been able to meet the needs. The results obtained suggest both government and PT Transjakarta need to address passengers' perceptions of safety, through increasing the number of bus fleets, frequency of services, and bus headway

Smart Economy Policy Strategy For Coastal Areas Through Economic Base Analysis
Smart economy is intended to improve the business cycle, a flexible economy, able to compete globally, generate added value, knowledge, innovation, entrepreneurship, social responsibility, and green economic growth. The implementation of a smart economy is important, supported by the development of the basic economic sector that already exists in an area. The existence of a basic sector shows that the region can meet the needs of its own sector. A strategic and intelligent effort is needed in developing the economic potential of the base. Aesesa District as a coastal area in Nagekeo Regency has many basic sectors that can be developed. This study aims to identify the basic economy as a smart economy policy strategy for coastal Aesesa District. The research method used is descriptive quantitative-qualitative, with Location-Quotient analysis techniques, Klassen Tipology and Process hierarchy analysis (PHA). Primary data collection is done by documentation and interviews with selected respondents, while secondary data is obtained from the relevant agencies. The results showed that the agricultural sector, electricity & clean water and communication, and food crops, livestock, fisheries, electricity, clean water, hotels and restaurants, sea transportation, transportation support services, banks, corporate services, entertainment, and cultural services were the base sector with a value of LQ>1. Classification Klassen typology shows as fast-growing & fast-growing areas and developed but depressed areas. Thus, the implications of the policies carried out for the development of the leading sub-sectors are to carry out various innovations in the existing base sector, increase the value of the existing base sector so as not to decrease and always promote the base sector so that it has high added value
Exposure Fusion Framework in Deep Learning-Based Radiology Report Generator
Writing a radiology report is time-consuming and requires experienced radiologists. Hence a technology that could generate an automatic report would be beneficial. The key problem in developing an automated report-generating system is providing a coherent predictive text. To accomplish this, it is important to ensure the image has good quality so that the model can learn the parts of the image in interpreting, especially in medical images that tend to be noise-prone in the acquisition process. This research uses the Exposure Fusion Framework method to enhance the quality of medical images to increase the model performance in producing coherent predictive text. The model used is an encoder-decoder with visual feature extraction using a pre- trained ChexNet, Bidirectional Encoder Representation from Transformer (BERT) embedding for text feature, and Long-short Term Memory (LSTM) as a decoder. The model’s performance with EFF enhancement obtained a 7% better result than without enhancement processing using an evaluation value of Bilingual Evaluation Understudy (BLEU) with n-gram 4. It can be concluded that using the enhancement method effectively increases the model’s performance
